Very disappointed. Feels like a 3-star max.

I’ve stayed at this property multiple times. It’s a great hotel, helpful staff, nice clean room and great breakfast. It’s also conveniently located close to the mall.

My husband and I had a good weekend stay at this hotel. Comfortable beds, great breakfasts and friendly stuff at this hotel

Great location and friendly staff

Excellent service

This property couldn’t have been in a better location. Literally EVERYTHING is within 20 mins by car/uber. Uber rides are only £2/3 aswell. Normally when you get prime location you have to sometimes compromise on the hotel standards or pay extortionate prices. This was ever so cheap and cheerful. Absolutely beautiful property in terms of cleanliness and friendliness. Will be back!!

The staff were absolutely amazing and so friendly.

Really nice 5 night stay at a super hotel where the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Superbly appointed room on the 12th floor with panoramic views and everything you could want for including desk large screen tv fridge and coffee machine. They have a sun terrace with a nice size swimming pool and breakfast offers pretty well anything you could wish for .There are two shopping malls right across the street /road as well as the Decc tube station all just a short walk away. Within the hotel lobby there is a representative of Dohabus , so booking tours is very much to hand and is exactly what we did. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

We loved our stay at this hotel. All of the staff were very helpful and welcoming for example every individual in the restaurant for breakfast and in the Italian restaurant downstairs - they were all brilliant. We were also especially grateful to Fred at the concierge desk who went above and beyond to help us plan our activities and make our holiday amazing - thank you so much.

My room, was bright and spacious with a good view of the city. The hotel was clean, and facilities were good. I like the idea of the male and female gyms. Best of all was how friendly and helpful the staff were. I will definitely come back and bring friends and family. Excellent!

Good service

Great central location, easy to get to most tourist attractions by taxi. Rooms are clean and kind, friendly service.

Great hotel for stopover

Good hotel perfect for 3 day stopover .

Very satisfied stay and experience on my first stay in Doha. Especially like the Score sport bar which accommodated my cigar smoking. Room was extremely clean including the bathroom area. I will return!!!

Our time here was very well accommodated from start to finish. We arrived a few hours before check in but Rim at reception saw we had a baby with us, managed to sort out the room within an hour and gave us a free upgrade too which was very much appreciated. All staff were excellent, the location was brilliant as it was central to all places, and the overall hospitality was spot on. Will definitely be staying here again. Thank you

Hotel was so rigid and did not accept my trip plans change. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel.

If there ever was a catfish hotel, this would be it

It was good hotel, very clean and close to everything. However, the check in times are too late and our flight was early so we had to wait in the reception area for 3 hours and then had to pay for a room for the rest of the 3 remaining hours as our rooms were not ready yet.

Returning back to the Pullman for our second stay was just as amazing as the first. As returning guests we were upgraded to the executive deluxe suite. The suite was huge and the views over west bay were magnificent. We had paid for club lounge access which was great with a good selection of food and drinks. As usual the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning on visiting Doha. Thank you to all the staff at Pullman!

The customer service was mediocre at best when I arrived and the two days that I stayed. On the day of my checkout, the level managed to escalate to bad. I decided to order breakfast and the quality of food (as it was in the previous times) was extremely poor. When I called to inform them of the situation because I could not finish the dish, the employee had a bad attitude. They took the plate and told me “this is the way it is”, and neither gave me back the old plate, or replaced it with a new one. After an hour from placing a complaint and being told that the manager will give me a call, he eventually got around to doing so an hour later. He did offer to replace the dish, but there was no point because it was time for me to check out.

Lack of communication, made us leave earlier than usual , made us pay and didnt let us stay.

It was our first time in Doha and we did not regret choosing pallman hotel,every staff of the hotel are excellent right from the security guards Daniel and his team they welcome us back to the hotel with smile each day, Ms Phoo and her team surprised us with decorating our home on our birthdays with a delicious cake, Nyo did the decoration Thank you NYO👊we greatly appreciate Saad help us with our suitcases to our home on our first day and madr us comfortable All the front staff always go out of thirr ways to make us comfortable Andrew also looked after us We will definitely come back and recommend Pullman hotel to friends and family coming to Doha

Amazing rooms with beautiful skyline views. Very clean and very helpful staff.

Lovely interior, friendly staff at concierge. Very helpful staff at Avenue Restaurant, always there to help. Overall clean and tidy hotel, enjoyed our stay.

Everything is perfect apart from the breakfast buffet, they are not everything so you missed out Arab bread pudding, much more

Perfect

Property is across the road from a small, local sized shopping mall, but does not see large amounts of traffic so does not disturb your enjoyment of the area. Is also around the corner from metro station, so perfect for travel, and close to exhibition centre - if this is the purpose for your visit. Dining options around the hotel are limited - there appears to be an abundance of coffee shops, though. But there is a Five Guys close by, and in the mall - a lovely Pizzeria that would definitely recommend.

Property is close to the metro and shopping centre. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Securiy is very high so you feel very safe. It is easy to get everywhere from the hotel. Price was reasonable and breakfast was good. Would recommend it.

Swimming pool wasn't in use during our stay but otherwise it was a nice hotel

My partner and I recently stayed at the Pullman hotel for our vacation, and we were blown away by the fantastic experience. The hotel was stunning, with gorgeous decor and luxurious amenities that made us feel like royalty. But what really set the Pullman apart was the incredible service. The staff was warm, welcoming, and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of amazing. The location was also perfect, giving us easy access to all the best sights and attractions the country had to offer. We would highly recommend the Pullman hotel to anyone looking for a truly unforgettable vacation experience.

Lovely hotel in a great location, will definitely return

Me and my wife visited Qatar and booked Pullman hotel for our Honeymoon. We received amazing hospitality and service as soon as we arrived till the day we Left. Definitely going to be staying here on our next visits. The manager at the Hotel named “TEA” and the host named “SAAD” Was Amazing and Helpful. We were given a surprise as soon as we got to our room which was a beautiful Cake. The next morning we arrived to the room to be also surprised with a whole honeymoon room decoration Setup full of roses which really got us into our honeymoon mood! Everything overall including breakfast and service was just 10/10. Our whole week we had house keepers keeping our room lovely and clean, With valets always available when you come into the hotel forecourt. Hope to be staying here again Soon!!

The staff and facilities were absolutely impeccable. We had the best experience in Doha, Qatar and our stay at the Pullman made it the best! This was one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. Safe. Great gym facility and an excellent selection of restaurants. It is perfectly located across the street from an amazing Shopping mall and just down the street from a massive, impressive shopping mall that is packed with the best shops and restaurants. I really can not say enough about the Pullman, the staff, and the Country of Doha!!! I can not wait to return.

Room was a great size and had every facility you would need. Breakfast was lovely and the staff were exceptionally friendly, polite and efficient.

Made my visit to Qatar a pleasurable experience

Absolutely loved our stay. Hotel nice and clean and with a relaxing environment. Staff are very nice and friendly. Highly recommend this hotel.

Highly recommend the Pullman, we had an amazing stay, beyond 5 stars. All the staff were amazing, especially the cleaning team, the dining staff and the swimming pool lifeguards. Will definitely be back.

Amazing place to stay kids loved it. Rizka is also great at reservation the whole team is great.

Hotel in Hoha in a good location

Paid breakfast vety meager and the same every morning. Service level too variable. The level of cleaning varies. The room is functional and has great views from there. The location of the hotel is excelent.

Went in Ramadan bad choice but that was our miscalculation

Everything is on your doorstep. From shopping centres to fantastic restaurants, both in the hotel and within a 10 minute walk. Staff are friendly and efficient. I’d suggest the upgrade to include the executive lounge. For us we have booked it again for a weeks winter sun. I normally try other hotels, but all in all we were extremely happy.

Great stay at the Pullman, perfect location with two shopping malls nearby and quick 5 minute walk yo the metro. Staff were kind and helpful and rooms were very modern and clean. Will definitely be returning

The hotel itself is nice however the staff and sevice was not so great. Not to the 5 star standard you would expect. Excellent location though.

Good location and quality infrastructure. It took about 40 minutes to check in (I just stood in line). Carpet in the room is dated as well.

The hotel facilities are good. F&b staff is good. But reception and lobby is shabbily manned. Most times there is no one or assist with baggage in the parch area. Reception is always short staffed and mostly waiting in Qs. So separate check in/out desk for ALL members. Good stay but no feeling of VIP or status recognition

Hotel is walking distance to shopping malls and metro. Location is near Doha Sands. The property is modern, clean and very spacious. The staff are fantastic and friendly.

Perfect location for accessing all Doha highlights. Two malls are within walking distance, as is access to the Metro. Breakfast was plentiful with plenty choice and all of the staff we encountered were super friendly.

Loved my stay at Pullman's

The staff was extremely helpful. During check-in i had a bit of a problem with my credit card and as it was past midnight, they asked me to go to be and address the situation the following morning, showing sincere care about my wellbeing. Services were excellent the whole stay. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Will definitely be my chosen hotel next time i visit.

Very well located hotel. At the heart of Doha’s business district and close to everything. The staff were friendly and welcoming but the ambiance can be better.
