Amazing experience e service right in the heart of Turin

Gorgeous hotel with fabulous staff especially the guy who runs the bar, sorry I can't remember his name.

I like every aspect of the hospitality of this wonderful hotel.The staff is first class…and speak French!

It was good location

Great hotel, we really enjoyed our stay. The only downside was that we booked a junior suite, expecting a room with somewhat of a separation between a sitting and the sleeping area but really it just was a more spacious room, I would probably call it an executive room in another hotel. There were also no special junior suite amenities/welcome as I have seen in other hotels. We wanted to upgrade to a higher room but unfortunately the hotel was fully booked the following night. Other than that the hotel was great - we had nice views onto the alps, the pool was great and breakfast had a really nice selection. I would stay again for my next stay in Turin.

Location

Look no further for your stay in Turin. This perfectly located hotel was only a short walk from train station. Our junior suite was large & very quiet with good airconditioning,great bed & pillows & blockout curtains. Large bathroom & shower & everything in perfect condition. The spa pool was excellent & perfect temperature. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Breakfast was awesome with lots of choice, & the chocolate bowl at reception was a nice touch. Overall could not fault this wonderful hotel.

They were super accommodating. The. AC wasn’t working AND THEY OFERED TO CHANGE ME ROOMS ABD TVEY BROUGHT ME A FAN.

A estadia foi abaixo da nossa expectativa principalmente quanto ao café da manhã, chuveiro com pouca água, secador de cabelo não funcionou bem, as amenidades não eram de qualidade e as toalhas não foram recolocadas nos lugares e nem substituídas.

Great hotel

Absolutely the best position and nicest hotel in the area. Very very convenient for shopping, the Egyptian Museum is just round the corner and the breakfast is spectacular. It even has chocolate with whole hazelnuts croccante, for breakfast! So now i am 1 kilo heavier but well worth it. I can always shop nearby for bigger trousers.

This is truly a 5 star hotel in a perfect location, with an extraordinary staff providing excellent service. The breakfast buffet includes a thoughtful assortment with many choices and daily surprise delights. We couldn't have been happier.

We've stayed here 3 times now and the standard of service is as good as ever. From reception to housekeeping everyone is helpful and cheerful. The last 2 times we had a room upgrade but this time as it was a busy weekend in Turin sadly we didn't. Nevertheless the room we had was spacious and spotlessly clean. The location couldn't be better everything is within a few minutes walk.. shopping, restaurants etc. Turin itself is a fabulous city and well worth a visit.

Plane and simple we love staying here because it is a great hotel. We love the area. The staff is all about making your stay as comfortable as possible.

Wonderful hotel.. very committed staff.. good location

A wonderful hotel in the very heart of Turin, really handy for all areas and attractions of the centre of the city, possibly the best hotel in the area. Couldn’t fault the staff, friendly and helpful at all times. Car parking in the next door carport is very handy (if expensive at €41) as there is little parking in the area and the staff take car of the bags and parking too so can’t fault that.

Great hotel

Had a lovely stay. Loved the art deco style and our room was great - so comfortable, great beds, great bathroom, and air con that was really quiet and effective. Good breakfast (especially for Italy); shame there wasn’t better local bread but everything else was great. Spa was really nice. Staff were really helpful, especially Silvia on the front desk who gave us lots of useful information and helped us book restaurants.

Although I didn’t get a room upgrade they sent a lovely box of chocolates and a note apologizing they couldn’t accommodate the upgrade. What an absolutely stunning and phenomenal staff! Everyone at front desk was excellent! All cheerful, well-mannered and very helpful! From printing out a document I needed, to recommendations and turning air down to 18, etc.

What a beautiful visit to the city of Turin! The hotel was perfect the staff were always helpful and kind. Especially the concierge Silvia was amazing from the day I booked with my many emails. Thank you for making our trip so special. After my son left they allowed me to stay in the room as an upgrade. The spa was great! Do not miss it. A truly wonderful experience and free for hotel guests. Thank you once again for a wonderful stay and look forward to visiting Torino again one day.

Everything about this hotel was fabulous. It was clean, stylish, and roomy with excellent and friendly service. We were upgraded to a junior suite which had a bathtub. Much appreciated after days of walking! Everyone went out of their way to help and the service was courteous, attentive and efficient. Located in a great area with great shopping, we could not have asked for more. Thank you!!

What to say about this beautiful hotel? My partner and I arrived a couple of hours before check-in time. We were prepared to leave our bags, go to lunch and return (and would have been totally fine with that), but reception had a different idea. I wish I had the name of the person that checked me in so that she could get the credit she deserves for making it a lovely experience. The lady next to the one checking me in noted that it may be possible to change our room for one that was ready. The one checking us in went to check and not only did we get a room that was ready right away, but we were upgraded from a deluxe city view room to a junior suite! I'm really sad that we were only in Turin for one night because this room was lovely. The breakfast was great, too. All of the typical sweet items in an Italian breakfast, but also scrambled and hard-boiled eggs, bacon and chicken sausage as well as cold cuts, yogurts, cereals and an assortment of drinks, coffee and tea. The location is perfect as well. Directly in the center, maybe a 5 minute walk from Porta Nuova (train station) and easy to get to anywhere in the city. My only criticism is the same criticism I have of pretty much every hotel: the pillows. They weren't terrible, but could do with a couple of softer ones. If you're on the fence about where to stay in Turin, stay here. We've been to Turin three times in the last year so I'm not sure we'll return anytime soon, but when we do, we will definitely stay here.

Stayed 4 nights in this very elegant hotel. Is in a perfectly convenient for a short walk to major sights (Royal Palace, Egyptian Museum, others), shopping, restaurants, etc. we stayed in a junior suite that was spacious with a beautiful, marble bathroom and a very comfortable bed. The breakfast and staff were both excellent - highly recommend!

Nice location and clean hotel. Perfect room suite. Very good amenities, close to restaurants. On the other hand the breakfast was not that good for a 5 star hotel. Not a lot to decide on breakfast. When compare to hotels in Torino and Milan the breakfast here is a 3 rating. Personnel not friendly at breakfast.

Excellent hotel in a fabulous location within an easy walk from the train station. The staff are friendly, helpful and professional at all times. We had an upgrade to a junior suite with a fabulous bathroom and a great view over Torino. The hotel bar is great for a nightcap or two! We will return again when we're next in Torino.

Summer stay in Turin

This was a very pleasant stat in a hotel that is ideally located if you want to visit Torino's main atteactions within walking distance. Furthermore, there is a metro station nearby. Looking forward to returning.

Allt var toppen! Enda lilla minuset var drinkarna i baren som kändes utspädda för sitt pris, däremot mkt fina tillbehör. Gymmet bra också, kunde kanske haft lite bättre konditionering. Men som sagt, i princip allt jättebra.

Excellent location and very helpful staff.

The check in was terrible due to the fact that they had another booking with our same last name. The man who attended me was confused and not helpful at all. He told me that I had to solve it because of course, the other booking didn´t match what I was telling him. Someone came to help and everything was cleared but he never apologized. Very bad experience.

Thank you so much for a truly incredible stay! My husband and I decided to visit Torino on our Italy trip very last minute for a Juventus game. The staff was wonderful and so helpful right with arranging for transportation promptly responding to my many questions before and during our stay. As an Expedia gold member, it was also really special to stay at a VIP access property which provided the included benefits and also checked us into an upgraded room. Will definitely be the only hotel I stay at if we are ever back in Torino!

Everybody has been very kind, eager to explain and very helpful, the barman was excellent, very complete list of cocktails and liquors, we even had aperitivo; and also the food in the restaurant Casa Savoia, was delicious! The room was wonderful (we received an upgrade), spacious with a very comfortable bed, great view, very clean, with a separate tub and rainfall shower. It is close to shopping area and attractions, walkable from the train station; also felt very secure. Definitely will come back next time in Turin.

The staff was AWESOME, the room upgrade and wedding Anniversary bottle of prosecco was over the top. Thank you all for a great, memorable stay!

Wonderful Art Deco chic hotel, very clean, comfortable and convenient location. The restaurant was great for dinner, not for breakfast. I don’t know if maybe they didn’t have enough people working for breakfast, the service was not good.

Great staff, great location (fantastic shops, cafes and restaurants out the front door and within the immediate few blocks, then all of Turin’s sights are within 5-20 minute’s walk). There are reliably nice rooms for each of the four or five times I’ve stayed here, and this hotel is wonderful at recognizing Expedia guests by proactively honoring upgrades/VIP status.

We had a very positive experience at this hotel, which is in a great location near the Egypt museum and the shops. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, and the breakfast was tasty. We appreciated the good gym in the hotel, which is hard to find in Europe and was important for us. The staff was friendly and helpful, and parking the car was easy. The only unpleasant incident was when we went to check out the gym after unpacking in our room and were scolded by a spa attendant for wearing our tennis shoes there. We were confused by her reaction, I think it might have been because we were dressed warm, ready to go out. She didn't show up again, and we enjoyed a long workout in the morning. Everyone else was very nice, so we think it was an isolated case. The gym could use some water, though - the cooler was empty when we were there.

Great check in

It is an exceptional hotel. The staff were wonderfully helpful from the minute we arrived, from helping us navigate the city parking to helping us track down our missing luggage from the airline.

Walkable to museums and shopping

Excellent location and nice rooms. We were on 4th floor and got a good view so recommend a higher floor . Breakfast was ok but not wonderful. Eg had cheeses but no bread rolls to eat it with !

It was a mistake to book this property. The room was due for an upgrade, the decoration in the public areas was due for an upgrade as well. The staff was very nice and helpful. Bathroom amenities were not great. Hair dryer was terrible.

Truly a 5-star experience. Must take advantage of the sauna and turkish bath while you're there. Only issue we had was with the thermometer in the room; it was cutting out/hard to regulate temperature. Will definitely be back next time in Torino.
