The management of this property changed 2 days prior to our arrival. We were reliant on connecting to the wifi to access the digital key required for entry. Upon arrival, there were 4 other guests having issues entering. They changed the wifi password several times without communication. Being stuck outside, in the dark, while its raining and unable to get inside...this happened MANY times. It felt unsafe and unacceptable! Then to communicate with new management, one must use "WhatsApp" to chat to receive new wifi passwords to FINALLY gain access to the building and unit.

It was perfect.

Communication was terrible. There’s no reception everything is virtual and they don’t answer right away. Their policy said they have cancellation and when you want to cancel, they say they don’t have any cancellation policy. I literally went in for half an hour and left because it was unbearable. There’s no elevator. They put me in the third floor, I had luggage The room was very, very hot. They only have a tiny little fan that does literally nothing.

The apartment was perfectly located and the hosts were very communicative and obliging. The one bedroom with sleeper couch apartment was a little small for 4 people to share, otherwise it was lovely!

i like the location to the metro and attractions. safe walking to granelle streets is well lit. I just kept the windows open at night as it can get muggy inside. the bathroom is excellent size for us. the bed is comfortable.

Great location! Would love to stay again!

Very modern room with a comfortable bed and great shower! Kitchen well equipped. Room was a good size (bearing in mind this is Paris) and had very good lighting even by North American standards. There are two metro stations nearby on different lines which makes getting around easy. The neighbourhood has multiple grocery and specialty food stores (bakeries, butchers, fish, cheese, wine). There is a school across the street but I can’t see this is a problem unless you are a late riser. We actually enjoyed watch the kids arrive and play in the yard. The only issue we had is that the electronic access info was not sent to our email as we had been told. Instead is was (apparently) sent to WhatsApp which we don’t use. As a result we waited, jet lagged, for an email that never showed up. It was resolved quickly once we worked out how to call Yays (in the Netherlands). Bottom line: we would stay here again.

Excellent Stay

Great location in a quiet residential area very close to two metro stations! Staffs were friendly and helpful over phones and texing. This will be our stay again next time when we visit Paris.

We were surprised with a wine on our first day. The room was very clean and they let us do early check in free of charge. The kitchen was okay, but I didn’t have a frying pan. Our room was on the 3rd floor (not elevators) and we had heavy luggage, we got help on the arrival but on the departure we didn’t. There is not a scale to weight your luggage. If you book a One Bedroom apartment for 4 guests, you won’t have a balcony, but the view was still nice.

No a/c, room service and unfit for disabled.

Customers need more precise and detail information about this property before booking. Detail information such as if the property has no air conditioning, the building has no lift or elevator and not suitable for handicapped people. The room has two fans and it is hot and uncomfortable. The spiral staircase to the room is a challenge as well. I happened to have a disabled kid and it is a challenge to try to help her walk up and down the spiral staircase and also carry the wheelchair. There is no room service at all. Before we checked in, we got an email from Yays saying that we need to pay extra taxes... getting into the room would be problematic if your cell phone ran out of battery as it relies on the phone app to open the door. All these information need to be included in the description so it will.help customers make the right decision.

Nice apartment, poor management.

Checkin- terrible. Office completely in the other side of town. Foe early check in had to leave bags there. All controls are electronic and accessed via App. Have no clue why imperative that “key” be picked up at the office, unless you wanted to pay 35euros to have someone meet you at the rental. Rental was nicely done and quite comfortable. Though the shower head was malfunctioning. And there was no wine key…in a Paris apt?! Heat worked great, though without AC I think not tolerable in the summer. I did message the manager a few times re the issues mentioned above, but have never received a response.

I stayed for about a week at this location and the pictures being shown online are definitely deceiving. We had read up on the reviews and although they were not pleasant we still wanted to see for ourselves. We were given a room not an apartment as being advertised online. The room that was given to us was on the 3rd floor. No elevators are in the building so we climbed those steps with 3 luggage up and down. The first thing we wanted to do was shower but there was no hot water. When I called the property management office they gave me two options which were to switch to another room or wait until the next day to have someone come and check on the water. We weren't able to shower until late the next day. There is no paper towels, only two rolls of toilet paper and nothing else in that room. The heat was also not working and we had to sleep in a cold room for a couple of days. Although the room was easily accessible to the metro and close by to the Eiffel Tower I don't believe we will stay here again.

Great location

Small but comfortable, updated space. Walked everywhere. Great restaurants and coffee shops.

There was one tiny bottle of shampoo and no dish soap to wash the dishes, and one half used toilet paper roll and one full one. We understood that this was a short stay place, but would be nice to have some basics come with the apt. Location was nice but a bit longer of a walk than described. Picking up the keys at a different location was a bit of pain unsure that it’s worth it if you’re only staying a couple of days as opposed to longer.

it was great! super clean and loved the usb charging ports. also the employees at the office are very helpful and nice! just the only downside was the first night we were there, the wifi wasn’t working but it after that.

Pick up keys elsewhere

The room was nice & extra secure, also in a nice neighborhood but we didn't realize we needed to pick up the key across town which took an extra 2 hours and 2 uber's after a taxi ride from the airport. They also warned us if the key card deactivated we would have to go back to the office across town.

The property was in a great location in proximity to the eiffel tower for the price. the small neighbourhood is very cute too, everything you could need is within a 15 minute walk. we had the ground floor room, it should be turned into a lounge because it is crazy to expect people to sleep there. The main door/doorbell and woman speaking over the speaker to get into the complex is right beside you, you can here everyone entering and exiting the building at all hours. We did not have good sleeps. Although the mattress was comfortable. The room was dusty and the fan they gave us was covered in a thick layer of dust. Only 2 toilet paper rolls which I found odd for a 7 night stay.

The apartment is a little noisy being directly across from an elementary school. We loved it though!

The apartment was pleasant and well located. Difficult having to check in on the other side of the busy city with so much traffic. Would certainly have been worth it to spend the extra 35 euros for someone to meet me at the building.

Great location, quiet and clean. The check-in process takes time due to the check-in office being 3 miles away from the apartment I had. Otherwise, helpful staff and smooth process.

Everything was great! Great location, clean and modern. My only issue was that I did not like having to go so far away to collect the key for the flat. It was very inconvenient.

Expelled by the cleaning lady

Location was very convenient, very close to the Eiffel Tower and metro lines. The apartment is much smaller than the pictures, but still enough for two. Apart from the grumpy (to avoid to say impolite) cleaning lady knocking in my door the last day, 5min before my stay was due to finish and urging me to leave, everything was good.

First, it was difficult to find the room in the building. Second, strange rules and regulation. Third, not enough crockery in the kitchen. Wifi: " horrible"

they should have advised before hand there isnt any elevators. the bathrooms had a horrible odor. there was barely any hot water. the clock and tv remotes didnt work.

The gentleman that helped me check were excellent. The short stay was as described and the location was very quiet, but still close to where we wanted to be

The bed was comfy and the apartment was clean and comfortable. It was small in comparison to the photos. Amenities were good - we had everything we needed! Check in was really easy. The only issue is it was the other side of Paris compared to our apartment. You can pay extra to check in at the apartment but 50 euro is steep! Aside from that, all was good!

The room was well set out and everything we could need for our first stay in Paris, very modern and the balcony was a very nice touch, great location with a delicious bakery up the road. The bed was so comfortable as well!

Excellent please

Was a excellent apartment well clean , confortable... great location close to Eiffel Toward. Great bed all was amazing . The only uncomfortable thing was the check in and the key places was too far away .. because have to rush with luggage. Reception should be in the same building .

Practically perfect

Perfectly situated cosy apartment close to all the attractions and public transport. Local shops, restaurants and bars nearby as well as a great shopping precinct. Fantastic place to base yourself from for a short stay in Paris.

My first and definitely my last time in this place

First of all, don’t be deceived from the photos!! I payed for a for a big room and got small one, the toilets are for kids size!! Noboady came to clean my room for my 3 days of stay!! I’m really amazed of how people can deceive you.

Beautiful place great location only downside was the check in as you had to go out of your way to get the room keys

Check in was relatively fine but on the last night our keycards didn't work and we had to wait 40 minutes on the floor in the middle of the night for someone to come let us in...

A walk in Paris.

It was pleasant and comfortable--apartment was clean, not to many dishes or coffee cups with handles.Bed wasn't the best, so I slept on the sofa-bed in the living room, small bathroom, but that's Paris style -Nice neighborhood, transportation close-by, many mini-shops and restaurants and a ten minutes walk to the large Monoplex super market that has everything you will need. Overall, not a bad place to stay, will stay again.

Great stay

We had an amazing stay and everything was as expected from the description and photos. We had personal check in, the girl was very friendly and told us a lot about places to see in Paris. The bed was comfortable and the kitchenette had all we needed and more. Everything was very secure,lots of locked doors with numbers and key cards, and we left our windows open all the time. We will recommend this place to our friends who want to go to Paris. P.S. Perfect location.

Nice comfortable apartment. The fourth floor with no elevator was a little inconvenient and for the price they should definitely include a pack with wash up liquid cloth etc. Biggest issue though was having to go and pick up keys at Arts et Metiers. 35€ extra for check in at the place is ridiculous. These aspects should be announced, I would have taken another apartment if Imknew this

You can't go wrong.

It's a nice place for a short/quick trip. I would recommend it. It was very reasonable and you are walking distance from the subway and Eiffel Tower.

Great studio, very comfortable, with everything in it. Very clean, modern furniture and materials. There is a school just in front of the building and it can be noisy. I had a chance to be there during school holidays, so it was perfect. The office where you have to check-in is very far from the apartment, it's a clear disadvantage. I would recommend to the Short stay group to rely more on self-check-in, it is very wide-spread practice in Brussels, for instance.

Cigarette smell, but all of France is

It smelled like cigarettes. There were cigarette butts in the bed. But France is a smokers city, so maybe that’s why. Anyways I’d still stay and recommend.

Good location

The place was clean and comfortable but different from the photos provided on the website! The photos are stretched and it makes the room very spacious and big which is far from reality! The room is very small . There is no sitting room as it shows in the photos! The bathroom and toilet are quite small and separated from bedroom with a sliding door! There is microwave and kettle and toaster , fridge , hair dryer, ironing board and iron in the room . You are asked to wash your dishes but there is no washing up liquid or sponge! The location was very good with bakery , supermarket and bars and restaurants were at a close proximity of studio! Overall it was clean and comfortable but with €90 pppn I would prefer a hotel with a daily room service.

Absolutely Fantastic

Absolutely wonderful stay at Short Stay Hotel. It is located about a 15 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower. It’s located opposite a primary school which was nice to look at out of the window. It took about 2 minutes to walk to the Station of Dupleix, which took 30 to get to 2 Eiffel Tower main stations. We got everywhere we needed from Dupleix it was very handy. There are a few bars by the hotel but 5 minutes away in Grenelle is a McDonalds, big supermarket and lots of high end shops. The receptionist was lovely, and very helpful on directing us and adivising is on the easiest way to get to the main attractions. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is thinking about staying in Paris and wants to be well located to get around the city. We will definitely be returning on our next visit to Paris.

Hands off Hotel

Room was comfortable and location is good. But this isn’t a place where the guest comes first (welcome to France) Inconvenience to have to pick up the key at a different location than the apartment or pay 35 euros. Cleaning is not regular. Staff not on site so have to email the front desk for enquiries. Also walls are thin- so beware.

Good experience

Room was nice. Looked exactly like advertised. The amount of toiletries (soap, shampoo and even toilet paper) was very minimal so that was a bit annoying. We were also expected to leave all dishes clean but no soap/sponges to wash them was available. Apart from that everything else was pretty good.

Just disappointing

The apartment itself was pretty lovely, bar the children's drawing up the wall behind the curtain and the lights that didn't work in the bathroom. The bed was wonderful! However the part that failed this place was how we had been dealt with, we arrived in Paris and got to the apartment for check in time. No one there.. rang the number on the door and got told we didn't have a reservation at first after 15 minutes and worrying and checking they found it, next got told we needed to travel 7 miles across Paris to grab the keys for the apartment as the women that was dealing with us had left and didn't work there anymore.. she hadn't emailed us about the key pick up. They apologised and made it feel like it was our fault. I wasn't happy with what they did to try and rectify the issues and I'm still not happy with it. Stay in a hotel atleast they can rectify your problems in the same building and not 7 miles away..

Never again

Terrible experience. We collected the keys, got to the other side of town to the apartment, and discovered it was an apartment for a couple, not a family. When we called we were initially told we were wrong, that the two seat coach was a sofa bed. Clearly it was not. After the guy on the phone blamed Expedia for a while, and then figured out that they had stuffed up and given our family apartment to a couple, we ended up having to chase around at 8pm to find a new hotel for our three nights in Paris, which cost me a fortune. Then I had to send three further emails before my refund was processed, and even then they did not have the decency to reply, I just noted the refund on my credit card. Really terrible experience. Don't know for sure if it was hotels.com/Expedia who stuffed up, or Short Stay Apartments, but what I do know for sure is that I will never use either facility again. Certainly I have noted inaccurate information on hotels.com in the past. This was my first time to actually book through hotels.com/Expedia. And I never will again.

Perfect for our short break

This was perfect for our family group. walking distance to the effiel tower,nice area, great transport links and access to local shops for food etc. As we were a larger group being able to have the 1st floor apartments worked really well. The coffee maching was also awesome. Even a paris bicycle rack close by

Nice residential area across from a school.

Clean refurbished apartment. Typical of small city flats having no elevator. But quiet and safe. Neighborhood has many bakeries, restaurants and shops handy for a residential area. Would live in this neighborhood if moving on assignment.

Sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Zimmer. Nicht weit entfernt zum Eifelturm (ca. 15 min zu Fuß). Parkmöglichkeit Tiefgarage ca. 10 min zu Fuß. Für einen Kurztrip sehr zu empfehlen.

공동 현관 지나 두번째 현관 오류!! 어찌나 당황했던지 전화도 안받아 메일도 안봐.. 나만 오류가 아니었나봄 .딴 투숙객을 만났는데 번호를 눌러도 안먹히는거 보니 나랑 같은 오류!! 불편..차라리 호텔로 가는게 맘편하지. 그리고 두번째 현관문 열고 들어가면 001방이라 바로 내방인데 새벽 밤 ..사람들이 지나가는 문소리 다들림.! 이 방은 무슨 관리인이 있어야 하는방일듯.. 두번째 문 바로 앞이라... 그리고 전등..껌뻑 껌뻑 거림..전기도 제대로 안갈고 ..완전 별로이지만 위치만 좋음!

깔끔하고 좋은 숙소, 상대적 저렴, 추천!

숙소상태는 사진과 크게 다르지 않고 종류가 많으니 시설과 인원수를 잘 따져보고 예약하기를 권장합니다. 깨끗하고 깔끔한 것이 매우 맘에 들었지만 화장실이 작은 것은 다소 불편했습니다. 전체적인 크기나 시설은 2명 여행객에게는 적당하고 아이포함 4인가족은 살짝 작을 수 있습니다. 소파베드를 써서 12세 아이 둘 포함, 네명이 이용했는데 살짝 좁은 것 빼고는 다 좋았습니다. 온라인 비대면 체크인과 체크아웃 모두 문제없었고 버츄얼 키도 너무 편리하고 좋았네요. 무엇보다 맞은편에 학교가 있어서 아침저녁으로 어린이들이 거리에 가득한것이 그 분위기도 너무 활기차고 밝고 안전한 동네인 것 같아 좋았습니다. 주변에 도보권에 라파예트 갤러리 분점같은 대형 쇼핑몰과 센강 산책도 가능하고 에펠탑과 비르하켐 다리도 걸어갔습니다. 추가로 한국인들이나 한식을 좋아하시는 분들이라면 주변에 엄청많은 한식당과 K마트가 도움이 되실 것 같네요. 다음에 또 기회가 된다면 Yays에서 숙박을 고려할 것 같습니다. 엘리베이터가 없는 것은 불편하지만 딱 입장, 퇴장 2번만 힘들면 되는거라 문제는 없을 것 같네요. 엘베없이 짐을 못옮길 수준이라면 어차피 크기가 안맞을 듯하니 그게 문제는 아닐거라 생각합니다. 짐을 바로 그곳에 맡기지 못하는 것은 유일한 단점입니다. 참고로 저는 203호에 묵었고 4인 가족 이용객입니다.

에어컨과 엘리베이터가 조금은 아쉬웠지만 그것 말고는 모두 좋았습니다 너무 친절하시고 깔끔한 숙소 상태가 마음에 많이 들었습니다.

Lovely place and modern check-in bring earplugs

Overall great place, modern site, ekeys etc and contact with the owners before. I would have loved a short introduction manuelt etc for the microwave etc- my only annoyance was there was no insulation on the Windows and being on Ground floor meant that every smoke break and entering was loud - on night i was woken up 6 times around 2am becauce a renter above took smokebreaks banging Doors in and out and had loud smalltalks next to the Windows-im a city Girl and used to the appartment noices and street noices but here is was a but to much

Super fin lejlighed. Lidt lille men det viste vi på forhånd og det var ikke der vi skulle opholde os vi skulle kun spise og sove. Vi fik arrangeret parkering på et andet yays hotel da der ikke var parkering til lejligheden det var lækkert og god service.

Central and comfortable

Hotel room was great and hotel was and part indeed. Close to metro station. There was super market nearby and a pastry shop which were great. Only thing was there is no lift. It was healthy to climb stairs but a bit tiring for us.

There is mini kitchen and refrigerator that is very convenient. I stayed very comfortable. If I have a chance I will use it.

에펠근처 조용하고 안전한 비앤비를 원했는데 딱 알맞았어요. 다들 알다시피 엘레베이터는 없었고 모바일로 현관문등 문3개를 열어야 했지만 3박 내내 오류난적 없었고요. 체크아웃11시 딱 되면 문키 작동 안하니 꼭 그전에 문열고 나가셔야 하고요 말많던 주방세제. 집기.후라이펜 등등 새거로 교체되어있고 너무 깨끗.하고 매일보내면 바로바로 이런저런 궁금한거 해결해주어 너무친절했어요. 침대도 편했고 커피. 에너미티 용량도 크고 난방도 온수도 완벽했어요. 메트로 다양하고 비느하켐다리 근처라 아침산책하고 빵집 유명한곳 있고 중3딸. 70대 친정맘또한 너무 좋아했어요. 쇼파가 더블침대로 변신되서 거실에 펴놓고 살았구요. 다음에 또 이용할듯 해요 조용하고 안전한 동네였어요.

位置方便，四周有不同類型食肆及超級市場，附近有大型商場，無論旅遊及商務也不錯

Décevant

Côté points négatifs, un studio qui mériterait un rafraichissement (papier peint décollé, peinture écaillée) et avec une HORRIBLE ODEUR DE FUMEE DE CIGARETTE. Franchement très désagréable ! Ce n'est pas la faute du logeur bien sûr, mais je pense que cela aurait pu être signalé lors de l'entretien du studio. Côté points positifs, le quartier est très calme et la literie très confortable. Bonne isolation phonique également.

무거운짐 없는분 강추!

숙소 위치가 진짜 좋습니다. 한국인이 많은 동내라서 바로 근처에 다수의 한식당 및 한인마트도 있고, 동내도 조용하고 메트로도 몇개의 노선이 근처에 다니구요. 베르사유 갈수있는 RER선도 도보로 멀지않습니다. 호텔에서는 바로 안보이지만, 바로 근처가 에펠탑이라 언제든 에펠뷰를 보고싶다면, 가볍게 나가서 야경까지도 볼수있어요. 침구도 다 깨끗하고 폭신했어요. 여행하는 동안 진~짜 만족했던 숙소입니다! 파리는 처음이라 긴장했는데 더 있고 싶었네요. 엘리베이터없는 나선형 계산의 빌딩입니다. 큰가방 있는분들 참고하셔요. 그리고 일반 거주지에 건물만 위치해있고, 호텔 사무실은 전철로 20분정도 걸리는곳이라, 체크인 전 도착 체크아웃후 출발 하시는 분들은, 가방을 보관하러 호텔사무실로 왔다갔다 하셔야합니다. 방키가 온라인을 이용한 버추얼 키라서 딱 체크인 시간부터 키 사용이 가능하니 다른 호텔처럼 방이 비어있다고 먼저 들여보내주는일은 불가능 한것 같습니다. 다만 이런 시스템으로 운영되는지라 온라인 체크인도, 아주 잘 돼있어서 짐보관이 딱히 필요없는 분들은, 혼자 자유로이 체크인 시간까지 다니시다 들어가시고, 체크아웃때도 그냥 나가는거라 굳이 직원얼굴 볼일 없습니다. 그래서 짐보관 필요한분은 왔다갔다 하는 시간도 포함해서 계획을 짜셔야하고, 왔다갔다 하기 싫은 분은 추가로 얼리체크인/아웃 서비스를 신청하거나 근처 코인락커 알아보셔요 :) 그리고 주방세제랑 스펀지는 구비돼있지만, 욕실 어메니티는 한국모텔보다 못한 없는거나 마찬가지라서, 다 챙겨가시거나 귀찮은분은 바로 옆골목에 까르푸 있습니다!

La qualité du service réception au téléphone était très bien. Rapide et efficace. La chambre est propre et confortable. Sauf le soucis d’odeur de tabac. Prévoir tout de même 3 étages sans ascenseur ! Quartier agréable.

Jolie studio mais literie inconfortable

Ne respecte pas la demande du client cela est fort dommage. La literie est vraiment d'un confort médiocre surtout avec 2 lits simple faisant un lit double. Ma demande était un lit double et n'à pas était respecté malgré l'information laissé.

pas terrible

la situation est très bonne, mais le reste a désirer pas ascenseur, mauvaise literie, petite salle d'eau avec double wc il ne faut pas être gros, les escaliers en bois fond beaucoup de bruits la photo ne représente pas la chambre que l'on a eu, pour une nuit mais bon c'est fait c'est, mais l'on ni retournera pas.

Purtroppo la nostra esperienza con Short Stay Group Eiffel Apartaments non é stata molto felice. La pagina che promuove l'alloggio è ingannevole, in quanto vi sono le foto mischiate di tutti gli alloggi e chiaramente la foto dell'ubicazione dell'appartamento 001 che si trova a piano terra, livello e vista strada,non c'è. Io me ne sono accorto ed ho subito richiesto un cambio che però, pur essendoci la disponibilità sul sito, non mi è stato concesso. Un'altra anomalia é quella di dover fare il check-in in azenzia che si trova molto lontano dall'appartamento, anche questo non specificato sul sito. La faccenda ci é costata 60 euro di taxi per non dover girare mezza Parigi alle 9 di sera per arrivare poi in un'appartamento freddo. Sono ben 4 volte che ci rechiamo a Parigi ma questa é stata la più brutta sistemazione che abbiamo avuto.
