Yes, the link they send to pre-register is legit

There was a time when it was good but it became quite dated. Communication with the host is non-existent (couldn't even find a TV remote). The need to pre-register and give your card number on a noname website that looks like phishing is not helping.

We've stayed at this property twice now. The accomodation is clean, location is convenient and communication with the property (via text) was prompt.

Good experience that was but need to respond customers.

Great location, clean and quick check-in.

On my 3rd trip to Montreal, the rooster crowed three times.

Terrible experience

I was surprised to find no reception area at my hotel. I arrived during a nasty rainstorm, and needed to shuttle between 2 locations to be able to speak to reception. (From the emails, there was confusion, as to which location my room is located). Finally, I found my room. As soon as I entered the building, I noticed a water shut off notice on the front door of the building, which appears to have been there all day. I booked the hotel room to prepare for a wedding, and there was no water! Management should have noticed the sign on the front door and should have made other arrangements!

Good place to start, as it is centre of all the attractions and easy to commute to places

We stayed in Parc Lofts in Mile End. Great accommodations clean, comfortable, staff answered all our queations by phone/email and quickly provided us with extra pillow/blanket/towel. The location was a great neighborhood with very walkable coffee shops and restaurants. Also walkable to Mount Royale.

I have rented basement apartment It is terrible condition Bathroom washing sink - it is small like cell prison wash Kitchen is good and acceptable Bed rooms - Has cheap beds with no night stand Lamb is not working Closest has no hangers inside the bed room , plus the bed is closing the door. Closet in the living room connected to electrical panel - dangerous to small children .

The property was clean and well situated with abundant amenities and dining options in the near vicinity. The keyless entry made check in and check out easy as well.

It was a nice place. 10-15 min walk to metro. Frustrating that there wasn't a parking spot included, but we were able to find some street parking and use a parking lot 10min walk away. They were helpful and our specific unit was at the back of the building, so quieter as it was farther away from the main street.

This property was not as advertised. We were given the access code to our room 1.5 hours after the check in time after multiple attempts to communicate with the proprietor. We were greeted by a filthy front entrance complete with piles of open garbage and empty liquor bottles. The pull out bed was broken, and thankfully we brought an extra sleeping bag as no bedding was provided for this bed. The air conditioning unit leaks. It drips on you if are standing at the counter or sitting at the table. The living space is very small in comparison to other rooms being rented for the same price in this building. The beds were comfortable however, a top sheet to ensure cleanliness would have been preferred. There is also zero privacy both in and out of the unit. If other units turn on the back stair lights this unit is completely illuminated. The giant front window that separates the space from the road offers absolutely no sound barrier. Therefore any noise from downstairs units or street is heard at all hours of the night. Definitely do not recommend this property!

This place smells really bad, as I think they just painted it. The heating system, or AC doesn’t work during Montréal's winter, which was the most terrible thing I have ever experienced. The toilet doesn’t flush at all. The staff tried to help and told us they would try their best; after giving 3 extra blankets to a group of 8 people, they ran away and didn’t even have a look at the system.

The place was clean and comfortable, and the staff was responsive, helpful. I loved the location and the price was right. I especially appreciated the coffee maker with plenty of coffee!

My review

Stayed for 3 days, first day we got there the window was open (during winter -15 degree). The place has a very heavy musty smell that never left and got worst when we turn on the heating. It was some mold and the carpet wasn't clean. We were 9 people and only 4 towels and 1 half used toilette paper roll was provided. So bring your own stuff when booking. The place is a nice size and kitchen good.

The suite was in the basement, it reeked of moisture and infiltration to the point that it was impossible to sleep. The hotel left two fans running in the room in a laughable effort to clear the stench. There is no personnel in the Hotel, so this whole place gives the impression of just taking the money and not caring for anything. Avoid.

Tidy but without charm. Unrepaired water damage in ceiling. Web app for online registration was buggy. As my welcome email provided no phone # and no one replied to my email pleas, it took me 60 min. to find a way to gain access. (Finally found a helpful clerk at a nearby property of the same company.)

Parc Avenue Stay

Room was large and comfortable. Bed was comfortable. The bathroom floor could have used a better cleaning. Lots of hair. There were no shampoos, no face clothes, and the shower head wall mount was broken. Check in was convenient and easy. I would stay here again.

The big lie

1. One bedroom has a full wall sized, street level window with a broken curtain that isn't even large enough to cover the window if it did work. 2. In the same bedroom there is a floor to ceiling window to the common living space with no curtain for privacy. 3. This bedroom also smelled as though something had died in the walls. No amount of spray helped. It just reeked! 4. Most of the door handles were falling off and the paint on the doors has been rubbed off. 5. There was no bathmat, hand towel nor face cloths for the bathroom. 6. There was only decaf coffee available 7. All the wonderful amenities were in a separate building that we did not have access to.

Such a pathetic property , out of two rooms one room was smelling like a garbage bin because of the wet mat. Half of the bed was wet too when we reached the property in the late evening. It was so hot and humid that no one could sleep properly. We had 2 kids with us and one of them got sick due to the smell and humidity. I have been calling the property staff since today morning to refund or provide compensation but they are giving so many excuses and I have been told the manager is bot available. I will never book my stay in any of the Park Loft in future and will warn my friends too about the property. Also I will escalate this issue at the highest level so that no one should face these challenges in future

Very cool spot. Very clean and well kept. Walkable to grest spots in Mile End. Parking is a bit tricky but better than most spots in Montreal. If you follow the street parking rules and plan your day accordingly, you won't have problems and will pay minimal in meter fees. Was very impressed by the thorough job done by the housekeeping crew.

Did not even stay at the lots because there’s no AC , a dumb fan that blows out hot air. No customer service from the lofts nor Hotels.com

The bath was clogged.

I booked the loft for a trip with my cousin and my sister, the condition of the loft is pleasing, yet some of the plates are not clean. There's no water kettle in the room and the front desk suggested us to use the coffee maker but the coffee maker's not clean and produce water with strange color and taste. Other than that, our stay there is actually pretty nice, the beds are soft, with different types of pillows to choose from, and also a large sofa bed. The loft is located just next to mile end and we also have a fun time walking around the area and go shopping and buy groceries.

I mistakingly booked the incorrect date. There was no flexibility at all with their "no refunds" policy. No alternative was offered. Just withering apologies about their policy. Strongly advise against booking this property. Strongly advise against Expedia continuing to work with this company. With the travel industry just getting back on its feet, this is an inexcusable lack of concern for the customer.

For the most part it was a pleasant experience. Nice building, very large living and sleeping areas. There email said that their staff could be reached 24 hours a day, however, when air conditioning failed at 2 a.m. no one picked up the line. Some power outlets had no covers. Dirty laundry in very narrow hall leading to my room.

Great area. 15 min walk in any direction for food, drink, metro. However there were small problems with the room (exposed wires, stains on sheets, asked for extra sheets and never received them) all thing i can forgive and i would not be opposed to staying here again.

STAY AWAY!! DISHONEST MGMT rooms have sewage issue

This was literally the worst experience ever!! My family and I are still in shock with this horrible experience!! We arrived at 1130PM, the stench in the hallway was unbelievable (a combination of rotten eggs and sewage gases)! It became worse as we approached my room. It became apparent when the attendant opened the door-my room was the source. The first bedroom's floor was wet and had an air machine blowing deodorizer. My daughter who is asthmatic could not breathe. The attendant was unable to tolerate the smell and notified the manager, he confirmed the room in unhabitable. We were moved to a one bedroom that could not accommodate the 10 people we had; we were left with no choice, we had to book a last-minute room elsewhere to accommodate some of my family members. The following morning, we were notified that we had to move back to our original room as the plumbing problem was resolved, the room was deep cleaned, When we returned to the room, it was evident nothing was done in the room other than the one additional air freshener. We were not allowed to stay in the temporary room because it was rented for that day. The smell was unbearable! I could not believe this hotel knowingly rented this room with plumbing issues (It is important to note this room was the lower level and housed the sewer system for I was told and shown). I spoke with the manager, he apologized and said we would be fully refunded. It has been five weeks, NO REFUND, RETURN CALL and he refuses to answer

Perfect location with a truly unique local character and environment. I'd stay there again, especially if I needed to be between Outremount and the downtown core. Plus, much loved Montreal bagel stores are in walking distance!

Solid stay

The room was clean and the rooms were spacious. My complaint is that one of the showers wasn’t working and we were warned to quiet down by security but was told we never received an actual complaint. The criteria for a noise warning should be more clear in the future.

Microwave was not working and the cot was already broken condition. It completely colapsed just after lying down

I didn't like the condi locarion or property. One Tv, clogged toliet, heater not working properly, and spiders on ceiling and in the shower. Would not recommend to rent.

You have to check in based on their schedule. If they don't answer the phone, there is no way to leave a message. Awfully noisy and terrible design of the rooms. New materials but ridiculous floor plans, tiny bathroom. Would never ever go back.

Definitely Recommend

The location was very convenient. The hotel was very clean and fresh. I couldn't figure out how to use the temp controls and there wasn't a way to reach the front desk without physically going there and they were in another building. And parking in the neighborhood is very difficult. IF we come to Montreal again I would stay here but use Uber or something of the sort rather than renting a car. To me the cleanliness and space in the unit was what made all the difference.

It was a lovely little spot, clean and a great location.

The room was very clean and the guy who helped us check in also made a few great recommendations for us to try out!

New and Clean but....

Not very visible from the street. Having to check in at one location and then go to another location was not the most convenient. Place was new and clean but the frustration of trying to find the place was aggravating late at night after working all day and evening. This might be a great place for others but for me, I would prefer something else.

L'unité était très bien. Bien situé. Cependant quelques manquements. La télévision ne marchait pas. Il n'y avait aucun papier de toilette dans la chambre. On m'a dit qu'on m'en livrerait et ce ne fut jamais le cas.

Différentes tâches sur les couettes et sur les serviettes. La porte de l’immeuble qui ne ferme plus et qui tient avec du scotch. La porte de l’appartement qui ne ferme pas également. De la poussière à foison …! Nous avons dû être relogé.
