mislead title

i booked this room because my wife wanted an ocean front room with a view. it was ocean front but the only view we had was a wall unless you styod up on something. i could have saved a bunch of money with a regular room.so the title mislead us to believe it was ocean view ocean front

The room was not clean I even found bacon as I was sweeping and we don’t eat pork, I was iffy about sleeping on the bed or sitting on the sofa. Walls was falling apart.

This way a last minute vacation. The room was okay. On the balcony they were cigeratte butts. The refrigerator made a sound all the time.

Beautiful beach view

This place was perfect for the trip a beautiful view and great price we stayed 2 nights. The room was very spacious and clean we stayed on the 16 th floor so beautiful

Do not get a unit on the 1st floor as it is not oceanfront

Parking was uncomfortable, We reserve a room with 2 full beds, A Murphy bed an a sofa bed and when we get to the room, There was no sofa bed, Besides that when we get to the room, The living room floor was wet because of the A/C and the roof was leaking on the room area and living room area too, The place was pretty and everything but the room was having a few problems

Property was in a great area / location with easy access to shopping and restaurants . The room was a lot more dated than the pictures reflected , blinds were broken and couldn’t be raised , the furniture in living area was either in poor condition , low quality and veneer peeling or comfortable (couch) but off white and stained and balcony view was huge disappointment as you were just looking at rooftop and tips of palm trees - pics disguised this well . Stairway was filthy and smelled - which we had to take vs waiting for elevator a lot of the time . Pool area and Lounge chairs in grass area facing the ocean were nice and areas were always clean

I liked the clean, beachy and cozy feel and vibes of the whole place. The best part is we got end unit (unit 1506) with huge 2 side windows and ocean front with balcony. Giving us a 180 degree view of the ocean and the city! Our family enjoyed the place very much!♥️ we definitely come back again

Great views, confusing check in process, delays in communication were stressful, lack of building labels confusing aswell, overall not a bas place to stay once you get checked in id stay there again

We really enjoyed the room it was comfortable and clean only downside was the small bathroom.

It's an older property that gets a lot of wear and tear.

The check in time is 4 PM . When we reached at 4PM they just started the cleaning. I had to wait for 40 mins to get the condo. I called Hosteeva help desk about this issue and they promised me a call back , but neve did. The overall condition of this condo is very bad.

I saw a lot of bad reviews for this place so I was hesitant on booking but the room I stayed in was amazing. The view was spectacular and I would come back in a heartbeat. I recommend the 15th floor corner room

The room looked nothing like the photos depicted on Expedia. The furniture was dated and nasty. The smell of vomit was prevalent. The couch was stained and gross. The balcony view was great. Location in relation to the beach and attractions was excellent. Renovate the room and it would be an excellent property.

I did like how they moved us up higher well that what I ask for before checking in anyway the view was wonderful the only issues was the roaches and someone please call me back. Thanks

The location was great, the view was amazing. The room was dated and not what was pictured. For the price we paid it was NOT worth it don't waste your money!

Unit was clean and cozy. Spent the month there. Easy walking to boardwalk and resraurants

Used Hosteeva for my first family vacation. The view, the cleanliness, the ease of check-in, the Price, were all exceptional. My friends thought I spent way more than i actually did. Lol I definitely recommend for the family getaway.

not what I hoped for

I booked a king suite but got two queen beds not what I wanted I will not stay there again

Very bad communication with guest, front desk don't even want to talk to guests, swimming pools are closed when every resort around is open, i would never come back again

Everything was good but I think they should have had the pool open with strict limitations.

Our stay was not very good. The lock on the door unlocked when it wanted to after putting the code in. The toilet was not secured to the ground and shook back and fourth. The shower curtain fell down when we tried to close it. Living room floor was not vacuumed. Definitely not worth the money we spent.

The room was great and the only downside is the shower was a little on the small side.

Great Place!!

It was a great location. We did have a concern, the A/C in one room stopped working. The service team and Hosteeva jumped into action. We had a great experience and will be back!!

Sure rude attendant

The front desk attendant was super rude and argumentative. Then the elevators broke down and he was super rude to the people that reported it to him. He has no place in customer service.

My room location was the best! I always prefer to have the highest room when I check into any location. Did have a little trouble getting into the room with the key pad but the customer service was great.

Terrible terrible terrible

This place was in terrible shape definitely not a three or four star hotel there was Grime in the hot tubs and the pool. It was pretty disgusting. I had to wait until exactly 4:01 p.m. to check in I don't know the room was ready no Hospitality whatsoever. Finally got to the room and the keypad did not even work so the door would not lock I could have gone in hours before instead of sitting there waiting. Also when I made the reservation I was told my card would be charged $262 my bank account was debited for $358 which they said is a cleaning fee yeah we had to clean before we left

I liked the fact that it was very clean and homely. Check in was a bit confusing because it is an off-rental, so it sort of messed the front desk personnel up.. but other than that it was great.

We booked a oceanfront room with a patio but it turned out to be a obstructed view of the ocean. Even with a raised platform that had a bench seats you had limited view of the ocean. Felt like being called an oceanfront room was very misleading. Should have been described as a room with limited ocean view. Also even thought it was posted that there was no smoking on the balconies people smoked around us. The room was nice but not worth an oceanfront price. Do not rent the room if is says it has a patio instead of a balcony

The rooms were old and needed some up keep. The view was nice if anove the first floor.

The view was awesome and the location. Can’t wait to return next month

The privacy of this place was awesome. Both air conditioner units leaked onto the carpet and they offered to move me but I had already unpacked. They gave me a 15% discount for my inconvenience.

The room was exactly how it looked in the pictures and there was a covered parking garage. Great spot right on the beach.

The ceiling leaked the entire stay so the curtain was moldy and the window pane was rusty.

$63 cleaning fee watch out

Nothing special, what bothered me is that they charge you $63 cleaning fee but then when its time to check out there is a list of demands some of which a ridiculous (Take out garbage, Clean and put away all kitchen dishware, pots and pans...)

Dirty condo

Condo needs some updating and TLC. Found dirty underwear on the floor and some trash upon arrival. Also the shower was not very clean as well. Overall cleanliness was not good even though you are charged a 60 cleaning fee per stay. Would not stay at this condo again.

Totally enjoyed our stay. This is an older property in need of a fresh facelift but the room was fresh , comfortable, and quiet. The view was spectacular. And the staff were so friendly and genuine and so very helpful. The location is close and easy to get to all the fun and food. Will be coming back. Thanx for a great visit.

We loved it.

It was a wonderful get away. The room was clean and very nice. We really enjoyed that the balcony looked out over the ocean. I think the room could have been better arranged, but it was really nice.
