Easy check in and check out. Everything on my phone and through Whats App was super convenient.
Very grateful to have found something last minute. We were pleasantly surprised.
The location is excellent! The property is new and very functional and the room was very clean! Check in and check out was straightforward. We could even leave our bags for few hours after check out. Only downside was that the walls are not well soundproofed. Highly recommend this place!!
The property was very clean and the guest amenities were useful. Fantastic location!
Would def go back & try other properties from this group. Best Location, extra clean, easy access, can get a bit noisy depending on other tourists occupying nearby rooms.
I enjoyed the hassle free check-in / check-out with prior online communication 👍🌟👍. FANTASTIC ! The area is excellent for travelers that want to be in the center and easy walking to nearly everything !!!!
We loved our stay at Numa, super clean, rooms bigger than expected, convenient located and check in process and checkout super easy and fast, technology had arrived to Rome! Congrats to that! ❤️👌 overall a good experience
We stayed for one night , family of four. Rooms were small but beds were Comfortable, bathroom clean & air conditioning was good. There is bag storage in lobby. Very basic but good.
Bed was very uncomfortable and uneven, noisy from other floors.
Good bed
For the most part I was happy with my stay, but at night when I was trying to sleep it was noisy and that made it difficult to sleep
Everything was fine except the size of the room which is 200 x 250cm which is the size of a king size bed, couldn't find space to open my luggage, not suitable for crossophobic people. Other than that the room was clean, quiet and close to everything u need.
The central location was perfect for walking to all the sights we wanted to see - the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Vatican and Colosseum. Quite noisy on the Friday night with a party going on in the apartment opposite, but this wouldn't be a problem in colder weather with the door closed.
No customer service. AI intercedes in communication. No one calls you despite 5 requests. If you run out of toilet paper or the AC doesn’t work to bad for you. It’s a one night wonder. That’s it. We left early in frustration
Bad experience.
You are on your own at this property. There is no one on site and it is bare bones at best. The area out side has vagrants at night and broken glass and trash. There are odd offers when entering and the rooms are minimalistic at best. The bathroom was redone and updated as it’s best feature. Breakfast included is a bit of a walk 5-10 minutes away at a restaurant that the hotel has a deal with. I was looking for a higher level of accommodation and felt let down. I moved to another hotel as soon as possible and of course the hotel refused a refund of the last two days. The website should mention that this is more in line for a young backpacker on a budget although this wasn’t that inexpensive to give that impression. Coming in from a late flight we had to maneuver past a vagrant bathing in the alleyway next to the opening of the hotel. Safety was a concern.
Awesome place to stay !!!!
Not a bad place at all.
The check in is done completely online, and can be a real pain in the butt. The What’sApp functionality was quite helpful, but if you don’t have it before you leave home, you may be screwed. The outside isn’t hopeful, but it was really nice inside. The shower was tiny.
I had no idea this was a automated hotel but everything went surprising great. They have lockers in the lobby you can use to store your stuff and the rooms were great.
Excellent location - everything from the Coloseum to Vatican City is within a 30 minute walk or €10 cab ride. Check in is all done online via email or text and very easy and convenient. There is a grocery store 2 minute walk away and dozens of restaurants, cafes, etc. It is somehow in the center of everything, yet still quiet because it is on a small side ally. Highly recommend.
Great location right in the center of Rome and within walking distance to many of the main city attractions. Rooms were large and comfortable and the kids enjoyed the free mini bar. There is no reception and there was no daily housekeeping, but they left plenty of towels, so it was fine with us. They are very responsive and helpful through messaging. Overall, we were very pleased with the hotel.
Thanks for the snacks and water
Was a lovely hotel. When we first arrived the street didn’t look the most welcoming due to graffiti on the building next door however the hotel was lovely. There was a security guard there at most times of the day who was lovely and friendly. Was helpful having early check in and loved the online process. The room was very nice, especially since there was wooden window covers as well as black out curtains making sleeping easy when it was still light out. Had free use of the mini fridge and a large free bottle of water which was nice. No complaints at all.
This is a quaint establishment in a great location. Lovely interior design, although no staff on site, the WhatsApp service was a very quick method of dialogue in queries such aa fresh towels etc. Walkable to Spagna metro and so many restaurants nearby along with a local supermarket too. Well located to get to all the local tourist sites. Quiet, clean would definitely recommend!
The room was reasonably clean although a dusty film under the bed lost them a star. The safe did not work but otherwise the compact room had everything we needed. Ideally situated for walking the city with excellent cafes and restaurants nearby.
The property was great overall. The room was clean and the main bedroom big enough. The other room was kind of small. I love the process where everything is done electronically. The safe boxes were very useful.
Zero value for the (high) cost. Dirty walls in room. Walls are paper-thin and you hear EVERYTHING from adjoining rooms, halls, lobby entrance. Electricity issues so Wi-Fi, air conditioning and elevator availability was spotty. When issues reported, I was told that my complaints were “subjective” (!) and that I should use earplugs to deal with all the noise (!)
The property was in a fantastic location, it was compact but cute.
Loved that it was close to everything but was also quiet & safe.
When they say the are digital only - they are not kidding! I was a bit worried about getting the info for entry/room due to not having wi-fi once we landed, but luckily the info came thru while in an area that had it. Otherwise....? We were here for 3 days, and no one cleaned the room/made the bed during our stay. And for us, that was fine. Our room came with a frig stocked with 2 waters, 2 bottles of beer and 2 sodas - which was greatly appreciated. Also appreciated that there was an expresso machine in the room. Air conditioning too! On the last day, we checked our luggage in the lockers available in the lobby. We followed the directions, but once locked, couldn't open again. We texted on What's App and someone got a staff person to open our locker within 30 minutes. If you are not phone app savvy, this may not be the place for you. But if you are adept at navigating in this manner and are low maintenance, this will be perfect!
Fantastic hotel with everything needed close
Best hotel ever! Walkable to everywhere!!!! We loved it. Super clean and quiet too!
An excellent place to stay. Had everything I needed.
Was not made aware from Expedia this was a hotel with only online check-in. After many hours traveling, I arrived and followed the directions. I couldn’t get in the room . The hallway was extremely hot and I suffer from a severe medical condition. I continued to follow directions and the door wouldn’t open. They changed the security code and still didn’t work. I made a recording of it. They advised to go downstairs. I was sweating profusely. They said someone would be there. I waited a longtime. Then I noticed a young man in jeans speaking on the phone in Italian talking what sounded like a personal matter. After 15 minutes he said in English, “301”. That was my room number. He was kind and helped. However, the experience was not pleasant.
I liked the privacy. Close to everything. It’s an older building so you can smell the sewer, but very clean and safe
Room and building smelled old and of cigarette I did reach out to customer service and they told me someone would come clean the room again the next day. I also requested an extra pillow, was told they were downstairs, there were none downstairs. I was given one single pillow. The next day, housekeeping was cleaning other rooms and after I again requested a pillow they came to bring it. They did not offer or ask to clean the room but then told the customer service that I refused a cleaning however I had not been asked. They asked at that time if I wanted a cleaning and it was 4pm, I had been out all day and just got back to the apartment, so no at 4pm when I was back to rest I did not want a cleaning. They had ample opportunity to clean the apartment. Although the neighborhood is very quiet, The noise level from housekeeping, other guests, and doors slamming is extremely loud and disturbing. There is also some sort of alarm above the door that flashes a light all night long. The door is old and the bottom has a large gap from the floor, making the hall light come through all night and the noise even louder. I would consider this place an upgraded version of a hostel. It is fine for a couple nights stay, but it is overpriced for what you are getting. I would not pay over €90 per night for this room.
Clean reasonably comfortable bedding great cleaning staff centrally located and a great value
It’s a cheap, no-frills option in central Rome. Unfortunately the property smells like a mix of trash (lobby area and rooms) and occasional sewage (rooms). We ran out of toilet paper and it wasn’t clear how we get more. The exterior lights are not illuminated on one side making for a dark and unsafe-feeling alley. The bed and room are reasonably comfortable.
Hôtel bien placé propre et calme
War ok
Inget varmvatten…
No housekeeping services, rooms are super small. Great location
