Always stay here last 12 years. Great value for money, staff are excellent, meet friends from previous visits, so not just me that likes it so much!

Good room size, comfy bed, walking distance to shopping, various restaurants and Sanur beach. Great for the price!

Friendly reception staff. Tired bathroom and could do with a robust clean. Breakfast was basic but tasty. Pool area and gardens are beautiful. Easy access to shopping and restaurants. A few mosquitoes about. Thanks for a good overnight stay before heading to airport.

Nesa is a delightful place to stay. Great location and easy walking to beach, shopping, dining and massages. Staff are friendly and helpful. It is only a small hotel but offer a great breakfast and provides a comfortable stay.

NESA is a lovely of the road villa with nice grounds and pool area , little Warung to eat at for a basic choice but nice breakfast, Dining options are endless and beach access is only a 5 min walk across the road, beach is lovely with lounge suits for hire and endless food options to suit any budget , o my issue we had was a little bit of band noise from the nearby “bar” but that was turned of around the 10pm mark so not an all nighter , rooms nice and clean and looks and if freshly renovated / facelift

Great value for money.

Hot water scarce. Breakfast simple and little choice. Small room.

The bed was really uncomfortable, pillows old and didn’t smell good. Cobwebs all over the room, no hot water in the evening or early morning. Fridge had mold and dirt everywhere. Felt very dirty while at Nesa. Would not stay again

Was great for an overnight stay on the way somewhere else.

The breakfast was not good at all staff didn’t understand sometimes what we were asking The only good think was when we went to the island Gill Trawangan they kept our luggage till we came back for 6 days.

Nesa...9 out of 10!!!

Everything from check in to check out was excellent at Nesa. The staff is attentive and friendly. My room very clean with all options functioning. Their pool clean and refreshing. The breakfast was very limited and pedestrian. Totally disliked the choice of toast on every meal. Location could not have been any better, other than a much more expensive one on the beach. The price when booked early was fair and competitive. Now living in Jogya the past four years following eight in Sanur, I am very selective as to accommodation when visiting. I highly recommend Nesa.

Great little hotel with yummy breakfast

This is a wonderful place to stay. Fantastic location and they really take care of the property. Nice breakfast and lovely pool.

Location, location, location

Our stay at Nesa Sanur was great, beach is a short walk away and everything you need right on the main street. The rooms were quite clean and cleaned daily with fresh towels. Daily breakfast was large portions and 6 or so options you could choose each morning and they would make it fresh. Pool is nice and quiet. Only complaint we had was the very loud music from a nearby bar playing til at least 11pm and sometimes closer to 12am. It's obnoxiously loud, not sure why the hotel doesn't complain to them to turn it down for their guests. Otherwise can't fault the place and the staff were lovely.

I think it is a 2-star hotel, very basic, the hotel was very cheap, very convenient, the staff were excellent. So if you are looking for a cheap basic hotel this is perfect

Close walk to the beach after crossing a busy street. Lots of places to explore on the road near the hotel. The hotel is like a little oasis.

I didn’t like that they placed me in the corner of the property. I didn’t stay where the pictures showed. Bed was uncomfortable. Besides that breakfast was delicious and staff were friendly.

Stayed for a place to sleep. Didn’t do a lot at property with my jam packed schedule. Water pressure in the showers was not the greatest and no hot showers but it worked.

Very well run and maintained property with excellent staff and service.

Very clean beautiful pool great air condition

Our balcony room was very comfortable, great amenities, and breakfast was yummy and plentiful. The staff are wonderful and friendly and look after everyone staying here. Great location too. Our stay is for 14 days. We will definitely stay here again!

This is a pretty little traditionally styled local hotel with excellent staff. It is close to great restaurants and shops and is just a short 10 minute walk to the beach. Great value!

The staff were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble and everyone we spoke too was friendly and helpful. The pool was great, there’s a swallow area that was perfect our 2 year old. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend! Location was also perfect for us.

The room could use some more cleaning but otherwise, it was a nice, affordable hotel in a great location. There were many great dining options and spas that were easily walkable. We walked across the street and found some enjoyable spots on the beach.

The staff there were awesome and helpful. Good for a chat, laugh or a beer. Well worth staying there and meeting them. Enjoyed.

The location of Nesa was fantastic. Front office staff were exceptionally helpful and considerate. We had to change rooms due to the air conditioner not working efficiently and it was no problem. The only thing I would say could really be improved on, is for housekeeping staff to understand that when dirty cups are placed on the floor near the rubbish bin, they are there to collected. Bench tops and fridge top wasn’t wiped down daily however the bed was always made up immaculately.

Small, comfortable property. Basic good size rooms that are cleaned everyday. Small eating area with several breakfast choices. The staff are great, very friendly and welcoming. Great location too, short walk to multiple restaurants and shops as well as 2 mins to the beach.

Lovely little hotel in Sanur

Stylish little hotel with a swimming pool and decent rooms. Staff offered to help us book trips and were happy to give out beach towels. Breakfast was tasty and we valued having a little seating area outside our room. We'd like to see more of an eco approach to washing towels - lots of hotels now give guests a choice of whether to wash them each day but this hotel didn't do that (yet).

The picture you look at is not like the hotel at all

Good location! Breakfast was okay. Paid for a room with a double bed but got on with two twins. Staff were unwilling to help with that.

This hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet. The grounds were beautiful and very well kept. The location was great for restaurants and a short walk to the beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were happy with our stay here.

Great little hotel in good location

Small and compact,Rooms very comfortable with great bathrooms.Could do with clothes dryer to hang wet items on.since pruning trees around pool there is no shade so need some umbrellas.Breakfast ok but not outstanding.Overall very clean,great staff and well priced.

A nice place but facilities can be improved

The staff were friendly and helpful, the place is clean and well located. The problem was that the air conditioning was not working. When we reported to the staff, they did move us to another room.

Disappointing experience

The room pictures are not very accurate. The hotel is in a small, nice complex, Balinese style, but the rooms are old and not very well maintained. Bed sheets, tower etc. have yellow stains everywhere. Given the price of the hotel, I would expect a better standard.

Lots of room for improvement

Good position for shopping but nothing much at the hotel. Very basic and crampy.

Lovely, simple hotel

NESA Sanur was just what we needed - a quiet, hospitable place to stay while enjoying Bali. The room was simple, but comfortable (with great A/C!!) The staff was very accommodating and answered our many questions/requests. The hotel is just a couple blocks from the beach, and there are MANY great restaurants within a block walking distance in either direction. We spent a couple of afternoons poolside and enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere. You can tell the staff put a lot of effort into keeping the hotel in top condition.

DISSAPPOINTED

Good Location only 30 metres from main road for shopping. Room spacious with small fridge and free water daily. Bathroom amenities disappointing as not replaced daily. Towels very bad with stains visible. We had a standard room which was very very basic there are very few villas which looked spacious. We did let the hotel now our disappointment and the hotel Manager was very helpful to us. We did leave the hotel early and found additional accommodation. The staff are very friendly but this hotel was not for us.

Decent hotel that lacks

For the price point you would expect a bit more (e.g., hand soap was not provided), the shower was barely a tricky of water and the early morning cleaning noise was a bu much

The friendliest staff in Sanur....

This is a great little boutique-style hotel in a good area of Sanur. The staff are incredibly helpful, friendly and accommodating - they really shine. The pool area is perfect, there is a small covered sitting area with a little library if you don't want to sit on your own porch or balcony and overall I would recommend it. Be aware that room 201 is great if you want a sunny room but a little noisy because it overlooks the entrance and carpark and and adjoining lane-way. Not OVER the top noisy, just not the quietest. The wifi is free but a little slow and the shower was a bit temperamental but was still ok. I think it's a solid 3-star and would suit most people looking to stick to under $100 a night.

Great location making almost everything in Sanur and easy walk. surrounded by great eateries, local Warungs and up market restaurants.

Nice, clean room. Decent size room, but very small pool. Cozy and homey enviroment. Nice breakfast but next time would definitely NOT take the breakfast included option. Good value for price.

Disappointing ..............

Booked this based on the good reviews, airport pickup was very friendly and helpful, we booked 1br bungalow, bathroom needed a good clean with mouldy sealant around the floor, first day we did not have hot water in the shower and no pressure,and a terrible smell from the drain.....also there was no hot water available in hand basin only cold. !! once we raised this with staff they did rectify the hot water for the next day, in the shower only, wash basin still did not have hot water pressure was still poor, breakfast at the front Warung was poor quality we didnt eat there after the one time. No facility in room to make a cup of tea although you could get this from an open area 24hrs, at times there were insufficient supplies of tea/coffee and powdered whitner. Small complex pool was ok not much sun during the day, noticed housekeeping used the same dirty mop throughout the whole complex slopping dirty water over the tiles and the wooden deck area around the pool. Towels were very badly stained at first we thought they had already been used. Anyhow we booked to stay for 7 nights and moved out after 3 days. On the positive side, the location was good close to many eateries.

Sweet little hotel in the heart of Sanur

A great little hotel right in the heart of Sanur. Steps away from Hardy's grocery, the Sunday Market, paths to the beach and all the shops and restaurants of Sanur's main strip. Nice people and a sweet new hotel. Enjoy!

small hotel, close to everything

Nesa is a new hotel. We only stayed one night, and had a late flight arranged for the following day. The manager was extremely helpful. helping us out with holding our baggage until very late in the day, so did not have to lug it around. The pool is small but not overlooked. Accommodation was very clean & well presented. Breakfast was adequate. We would stay here again.

Great new hotel in the centre of Sanur

Lovely new hotel that was very clean and in the centre of Sanur. Friendly staff and nice pool and gardens. Room was comfortable. Main suggestion would be for the hotel to put safety boxes in rooms. Only negative was hot water took many minutes to come through the shower. Had a wonderful stay with friends.

Pleasant Sanur stay

I had a relaxing trip in Sanur. Staff were very friendly, room was spacious and clean, only negative was the curtain did not block out light.

You can't go wrong if you stay here, it's small & comfortable, with the best staff who are happy to accommodate your needs. I wish I'd spent my entire trip here.

Small hotel in convenient location

Clean, near new hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Located in central Sanur shopping/restaurant strip but hotel itself is quiet. Not a resort hotel but only about 6-8 minutes walk to Sanur Beach. Good value for money.

Inexpensive, clean and quiet

I looked for an inexpensive place in the center of Sanur. I was quite happy with my choice. It's clean, small and ideally located for my purpose. Standard rooms do not have a fridge, but bungalow rooms do.

had a great stay recently at nesa. very new property and the staff are top notch. was really impressed with the attention to detail during my stay and everyone remembering me and greeting me by name. the pool is lovely and thankfully a bit shaded as it's HOT in Bali. great hotel and a fair price. the manager, mr Andy, is great. extremely outgoing and super accommodating.i work in hotels back home in canada an he is as good as it gets. it would appear that he is definetley the reason the hotel runs so smoothly. great place. highly recommend.

A wonderful place to stay in Sanur

We loved our stay at Nesa Sanur and will book there on our next trip to Bali. The staff were lovely and helpful, the room was amazing and the overall hotel was magical. Well done you have created a beautiful environment to relax in!
