We had an amazing stay at the hotel. Beautiful classic but still modern property on the perfect location. Staff have been wonderful and very friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast a lot at the Perfume restaurant as well. We upgraded to the presidential suite which was definitely worth it. I can Recommend this hotel for the best luxurious stay on the perfect location in the city.

Property is located close to bus and train stations, restaurants, shops, churches and plazas. It is a clean, quiet, lovely hotel with attentive, professional staff.

Best hotel in Valencia or in Spain

The hotel was on a perfect location. The coffee in the room was terrific and replenished every day and so was the mini bar. The reception staff was very helpful and polite. If I go back to Valencia I will definitely stay there again!

Beautiful place

Excellent location. Wonderful rooms. Staff efficient and friendly. Always there to help when required. The hotels greatest asset is the roof top terrace. An oasis of calm after a busy day!

Noise issues on the first floor

We stayed for 2 nights, our room was on the first floor and this turned out into a situation in which we could hear what was happening at the reception at all times, even waking us up at 7am when we wanted to have a late sleep. We brought up this issue (since we hoped for good rest) right after check in, again the next day and at check out, but more or less it was ignored. We wouldn’t recommend this hotel if your room is on the first floor, especially if silence is something you value. Otherwise everything else was good.

What a great find! A beautifull boutique hotel smack dab in the center of town. Room was loft like - quiet and very comfortable. An excellent breakfast restaurant and lounge. Staff are superb. Earns its 5 stars. Not a single complaint from this demanding traveller.

This is a gorgeous hotel and the suite is just amazing like a beautiful palace! The staff is friendly and helpful and location is perfect. Walk to all the main places in 5 minutes and while you walk everything is beautiful

History of Valencia

Amazing location

One of the finest properties we have ever had the pleasure of staying with. The staff, the hotel, lounge and restaurant are all top notch - the view of the Cathedral square is spectacular from the roof top patio. Truly an absolutely delightful hotel- we will be back!

We had a very friendly welcome. Our room was small but very clean and well furnished. The bathroom was v good. Our only negative was the dreadful Wi-Fi. It was very weak and often didn’t work at all. The most basic of tasks on an iPad was v frustrating due to very poor Wi-Fi. This is unacceptable in a 5 star hotel. Otherwise a good hotel.

I've been fortunate to travel quite a bit and have stayed in some lovely hotels but MYR Palacio Vallier was easily one of my favorites. Every detail was exquisitely appointed with elegance and class. The hotel was immaculately clean. The staff, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was fresh, beautifully presented and delicious. And the graciousness of my hostess, Valerie, was top-notch. Valencia is a lovely city but I would return to stay at MYR Palacio Vallier alone.

I booked a junior executive suite. Didn’t realize there was just two very small window and no view, which was a bit disappointing. Also, given this is a 5-star hotel, there are no facilities at all (I.e. no pool and no gym). But overall, the room, amenities, and services are excellent

Excellent stay! The hotel was beautiful and the entire staff was so helpful. The rooftop was a beautiful place for drinks. The front desk was wonderful in suggesting places to go, tours, and restaurants. The hotel was in a fabulous location. We were so pleased that we stayed here!

Beautiful hotel with excellent staff!

This is a beautiful historic palace that has been reimagined as a modern classic hotel. The rooms are generously sized with beautiful bathrooms and Marble stone walls. The location is in the heart of the old city with its winding old streets and close to many of the museums and key historic attractions. The staff is really wonderful and make you feel special. Highly recommend!

Amazing hotel with great staff

A truly 5-star experience located right in the heart of historic Valencia. It started even before we arrived with a call asking about our arrival plans and offering to arrange for our transfer. The hotel features a great bar, scenic views from the rooftop that the bar serves as well, and delicious à la carte breakfast. You will find lots of tasteful decor details and the staff is there to cater for your every need.

It’s hard to describe how wonderful this hotel is. Although not inexpensive, not ridiculous either ….. and the nicest hotel experience we’ve ever had. The room (deluxe double room) was magical with a shower that was worth the whole price of the room….. best location in the entire city, rooftop lounge area with a view like a postcard. Staff was perfection (Alberto & Walid)….. nothing but perfection 😃

This hotel was fantastic ! The property itself is beautifully decorated and feels very regal. The location is unbeatable, walking distance to almost all Valencia has to offer. And the staff was absolutely amazing. They were so accommodating and went above and beyond to provide an excellent service. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at.

The Palacio Vallier was an all-around amazing part of our visit to Spain. The staff was exceedingly friendly and helpful, the room was beautiful and spacious, the location was absolutely perfect and convenient, and the restaurant (we had breakfast in every day of our trip) and bar were the best we found during our time in Spain.

Lovely tasteful redevelopment of an old Palace mansion in the centre of town. The major letdown was uneven service from the front desk - at times robust and abrupt responses to innocent requests such as additional water or a late checkout ("No, no, no!") rather than a more professional and polite way of handling requests. More of a 3* than a 5* hotel from a service standpoint. Breakfast was good with friendly service, apart from the manager who seemed to share the abrupt style of the front desk.

Beautiful hotel right in the centre of town. The room was comfortable and clean. The roof area is wonderful at night. The staff we incredibly accommodating and friendly. They had great recommendations for bars and restaurants. We felt very well looked after and were sad to leave. I highly recommend the hotel.

The only thingbi didn't like was the housekeeping cart was putside our door and at times was noisy

This hotel is absolutely beautiful! There is a lot of history in the building itself and the restoration was done so beautifully! The staff far exceeded our expectations in all of their assistance and care for us during our stay! They gave excellent recommendations for dining and assisted us in booking a morning at the spa. I highly recommend staying here.

This hotel is so beautifully decorated with chic and modern interior design set right in the beautiful square. The staff were the most hospitable and friendly for our stay in Spain, we were given welcome drinks and the staff offered to ring up restaurants and provided food recommendation to us since we checked in very late. The room was so comfy with the double shower and the bed was firm and nice as well. We loved the hotel stay so much and regretted not dedicating more time to Valencia.

It was expensive, but so worth it. Everything was great, from service and location to beauty of hotel itself, the room, the terrace and views, the bathroom, the Guerlain hair and body products, the Pancracio chocolate-covered walnuts in super-cute candy boxes at turndown service, the free mini-bar and waters, the valet service ... just such exquisite attention to detail and the kind of hotel experience that is very hard to come by these days -- that is, not corporate, but sort-of royal. A perfect getaway, be it for a night or a longer stay. Whole-heartedly recommend.

Exceptionally friendly and attentive staff!

All the reception staff were polite, genuinely friendly, welcoming and very keen to help. The standard of cleaning throughout the hotel, and particularly the cleaning service in our room, was exceptional. We enjoyed a very pleasant week and can happily recommend this hotel.
