TravellerLovely Stay in Verga/Kalamata
The hotel is very nice with amazing sunsets and views over the Messinian Gulf. There is a nice restaurant next to the pool area (there are two clean, well-maintained pools). Breakfast was good. We also ordered a light lunch by the pool but found the service quite slow as we waited over 45 minutes for the food to arrive. Note that service at breakfast was very good. The rooms are comfortable and all the staff were very helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family visiting the Kalamata area.
TravellerWe stayed at your hotel in room 514. While there were positive aspects of our visit, there were also some issues that affected our overall experience. First, we encountered a persistent noise throughout the night that seemed to come from above our room. It sounded like a turbine and water pump, which made it difficult for us to get a restful night's sleep. When we raised this concern with the receptionist, we were disappointed by the response. The staff member was dismissive and rude, suggesting that there was no sound and implying that we were lying. This lack of understanding and professionalism was quite troubling. On a positive note, we thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast. The food was good, and the staff serving coffee and juice were very welcoming and attentive, which we appreciated.

TravellerStunning hotel set into the side of the mountain with an expansive view of the sea. Spotlessly clean, modern yet very comfortable and welcoming, The staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Two beautiful pools overlooking the sea and outfitted with plenty of loungers and umbrellas. The breakfast buffet here was varied and delicious. Don’t miss watching the sunset and sipping a cocktail (delicious pina colada) at the nearby castle themed restaurant/bar. We were so relaxed at this hotel and I hope.we have that we are fortunate enough to stay there again sometime.

It was amazing place! The staff and management were excellent. I would recommend this place and I will definitely be back. I was with my family and my 87-year-old dad and they cater for everybody. Food is fantastic. The rooms are beautiful and spacious and lovely views over Kalamata. This is the best hotel we stayed in in a long time highly recommended Paul Vincent
