The property was dirty when we arrived who leave a bathroom not clean we had to clean it it was raining and it was leaking in the bathroom there was mold in the shower I deserve compensation for this it’s not worth what I paid

Wonderful location. Staff was very friendly. The room was super clean and comfortable. It was a great stay!

Not like in the photos

Unfortunately the property is in really poor conditions, as if it is just about to be completely refurbished. There were stains and holes on the furniture and walls, broken components, very old piping/infrastructure, dusty decor, the fridge (must have been at least 20y old) was making a loud noise all day and all night, ruining my sleep, leaking shower... I'm sure I'm forgetting some more details. I would not recommend a stay here - worst property i have been to in a long time....

Fraud

They commit fraud. That is not the room they rented. Do not do business this outfit and they should be removed from you rweb site.

Fantasy Location

The room was adequate , big enough but would be challenging for a tall person. It’s basic but the absolute best thing is the unbeatable location …excellent location central to everything

Great location. Property was a little 'tired' but acceptable. When we went to leave our luggage with the teception after checking out we couldnt find anyone & were told to 'wait' by a surly member of staff. After waiting an age we paid to leave our luggage elsewhere.

View is awesome!

Overall it was very disappointing. The room that was shown on Expedia’s website that I assumed I had booked was much much nicer and more spacious than the one we got. Though the boys who checked us in were very nice, the state of the unit could also be improved. The bottom of the shower curtain in the downstairs bathroom is disgustingly stained and dirty and it’s a cheap one so easily replaced. One of the outlets has its frame broken off and overall the place is just a bit shabby. In addition, it’s very noisy first thing in the morning with garbage trucks!! The one saving grace about the place is it’s location which was ideal snd the fact that it is in a beautiful and safe building! When we saw the building we were excited to see the unit and were incredibly disappointed upon doing so!!

La localización de cuarto es buena, pero la habitación es terrible, se encuentra descuidada, poca limpieza y durante la estadía, no fueron a limpiar. La cama es de tubo, las puertas del baño se desprenden, el techo de la habitación es tan bajito que tienes de doblaste a 3’ de altura para no chocar con el techo. Lo que se ve en las fotos no concuerda con lo encontrado, el peo lugar que e estado.

Great location

Very satisfactory stay at this property. The realization that it was just five minutes walk from the Duomo and the major shopping district was amazing. Shops and restaurants around. Only issue is we had a car and parking an driving in downtown Milan was difficult. Nothing to do with the unit itself. Recommended.

A really good place to stay particularly for the location as it is a two minute walk to Milan Cathedral and Milan Castle is a straight line twelve minute walk from the end of the road.

Toilet was not working , check in hectic , had to wait and call several time.

Great central location for seeing the sites!!

Customer service was pleasant and helpful. We were not provided proper directions on how to find either the office or the room. They are in separate locations, down the street from each other. Once in our room (early which was a bonus), we were told not to go barefoot in the apartment and were provided slippers. HMMM. There were not enough blankets for all of the beds and the bed in the living fell over if you sat on the edge. If you are on the taller side you hit your head in multiple locations, including not being able to sit up in your bed. There were no windows that were able to be opened as well as the window that did exist provided light at the crack of dawn. hard to sleep in. Last but not least, it is super noisy and directly above the trains track.

The location was great close to the Mall and the Cathedral of Milan and clean property.

Location is good. Close to the Cathedral. Room is a bit small, and a bit hot as it is attic. Storing luggage is not very convenient as you have to drag them to another building a block away. Still, it was ok for the stay as the location is good.

Nice attic, great location, smelled badddd

The attic was cute and had necessary dishes and things. Bed was comfortable and staff were very nice. The only drawback was the bad smelling bathroom. I think there was a sewer plumbing problem of the old building. It was bad. Location was great.

Very low ceilings, not very clean, shower has a low ceiling so you have to crouch down. Good location though

Great Central Apartment

Great apartment and value for money. Location is amazing and really reasonably priced for Milan. The room was comfortable and quiet, as well as really secure which was great as a solo traveller. Staff were so friendly and helpful. I like the apartment style and it was nice to have amenities like a fridge. However before you book please fully read the description, this is not a hotel, it does have low ceilings etc and might not be suitable for everyone! But I had a great time - thanks!

Nightly attacked by mosquitos can not sleep, they need do regular fumigations to extinguish mosquitos

I reserved this space based on the photos which looked okay. The reality was that the property is literally an uninhabitable atic. You have to bend to walk in most of the room. The toilet is unsafe and you can easily fall. The floor was not clean. The owner not customer friendly. This place is not a hotel actually. Its room rental. After you pay and book, the owner emails you announcing that if you come in after 21:00, you will have to pay “a little fee” as he calls it of €50. Because of this booking I wont be booking with Expedia ever again. Do not recommend this place

Ótima localização

A estadia foi boa, hotel bem localizado, tudo bem limpo, e o atendimento no check in foi ótimo.

Todo muy bien solo tendría dos comentarios que pueden mejorar, en la habitación que nos quedamos la regadera fue muy incómoda y el agua salía del espacio para bañarse. Todo lo demás muy bien.

Localização muito boa. Equipe simpática e agradável. Gostei muito.

Prédio antigo. Aquecedor de água com limite de litros para água quente no chuveiro. Elevador mais escadas para quem ficar no piso superior. Check in é feito em outro local. Não tem nenhum funcionário no prédio . Ar condicionado bom. Instalações simples .Ralo do chuveiro entupido. Ferro de passar roupa não funcionava e nem a cafeteira . Odor forte de madeira e mofo.

Las 2 personas que se ocupan del chek-in son muy amables. El apartamento está muy bien ubicado a 1 minuto andando del Duomo, super céntrico. Muy limpio, pequeño pero para 3 personas y un par de noches perfecto.

Great place

Very nice and close to everything. Best place ypu can get. Perfect air-conditioning. Close to markets and restaurants. Not the cleanest place but still good.

No water pressure. No Shades in the window. But great location close to central milan

El concepto está padre, la ubicación es excelente. Creo que le falta limpieza y remodelación. El check in está a una cuadra del lugar y es complicado encontrar tanto el departamento como la oficina porque como extranjeros no tenemos teléfono celular local para comunicarnos con la recepción. Fuera de eso todos muy amables!!!

The apartment had a very basic interior. It was a rooftop apartment but an AC installed, so it was nicely cooled down pretty fast. And the location is absolutely amazing. It's in the core of Milan and everything is reachable within a few minutes. So if you need a place to stay, primarily to sleep, it is an absolute recommendation. And the host was so helpful and kind.

O local é maravilhoso, mas o hotel é terrível

Para encontrar o local de pegar as chaves foi muito difícil, e a pessoa responsável não facilitou a nossa procura. o quarto tinha um andar acima , porém era horrível, o ar condicionado não funcionava e era muito quente ficar naquele quarto, o banheiro estava mal conservado e o box quebrado. Além do chuveiro que pingava para todos os lados menos para o banho.

Bara två nätter ger ingen bra bild av städningen. Läget i närheten av domen är fantastiskt. Et aber är att takhöjden lämnar en del att önska, lite ont i hjärnan.

Pictures do not match the place which is very very small. Vet expensive for what it really is.

Excelente ubicación para conocer Milan

Excelente ubicación, amable el host y habla español Perfecto, solo hay que mejorar un poco la limpieza

Llegas caminando al Duomo y a un lado hay una heladería increíble que se llama CIACCO. Vayan y pidan el helado de saporini de apennino, no se arrepentirán. La habitación cumple con lo necesario, solo la regadera creo que es pequeña. Por las ventanas del ático siento que entraba un poco de aire, recomendaría que pongan una cobija adicional en parricular por la temporada de frío. Estuve 2 noches y todo bien, tal vez para una estancia mas larga elegiría otro lugar.

Muy grosera la persona del check in de hecho me tuve que ir por qué se portó muy agresivo con nosotros y me quería cobrar 100 euros por una habitación que yo ya había pagado por la aplicación ya no pude cancelar por la plataforma pero necesito q me devuelvan mi uñero ya que no ocupe la habitación por lo grocero y agresivo de la persona de verdad quiten de su portal esta propiedad está terrible y da miedo la actitud de los que te reciben

Excellente localisation quelques pas de la cathédrale et des boutiques. Idéal pour une nuit à Milan. Situé dans un grenier, on doit se pencher pour circuler dans le loft. Très fonctionnel malgré tout.
