The Hotel is a great location, staff very friendly, although the PISCO SOUR given for free as welcome quest at the hotel needs to improve. It is the second time I get a complemented ticket for a FREE beverage, once again it was horrible...My business partner and I had to leave the PISCO SOUR on the table in the Restaurante as it tested horrible. I strongly suggested to acquire a bartender and / or have a bar in the hotel. It is very needed!!

This was the first 5 star property in our life that we came across that had a coffee maker in the room, but you would have to buy the supplies to make a morning ☕. We were three people n they had two tiny water bottles, so when we asked for the third one , I found out it is paid..... don't they include it in the fees when you are paying for a third person to be included?? This is nothing more than a clean place to stay overnight and leave early morning in between your flights or transfers.

We stayed here for 1 night only, but it was a beautiful place. We wish we stayed longer. Possibly for our next visit. They had a breakfast buffet and a restaurant available at night in the location. We asked to check out at 2pm instead of 12pm since we needed more time to prepare, the staff was very accommodating.

Next Level Experience

It was a five star experience and much more. The level premium rooms are comfortable and well equipped. Being that they are on the 9th floor, they are very quiet. Access to the level lounge and the service from all the staff was like a dream come true. The view from up there was beautiful and the ocean is visible even! The level lounge offers excellent food. There was a choice of different items from a royal hamburger for lunch to chicken cordon blue for dinner. The breakfast looked good and very private but we ate downstairs in the buffet breakfast which was plentiful and delicious. The pool area was an oasis away from the city. It was refreshing to take a dip and cool off in the hot March sun. I could not see any shower facilities at the pool but there were washrooms. The loungers were comfortable and despite the area not being super private, we had the pool to ourselves for about 30 minutes which was really nice. What we appreciated most about our stay was the late check out! All of the staff we encountered were masterful at customer service and even when waiting outside for a taxi the kindness of the staff continued. From start to end our stay was perfect and the staff here were applauded. Thank you!

Best hotel in Lima

I spent 10 nights at this hotel, and the service was extraordinary. Food was great, same as drinks and the best thing is their location, close to restaurants, bars and a shopping center. I would like to thank Vanessa, Bryan, Daniel, Pablo, Susan, Grover, Raul & Alex for making me feel at home.

It’s important that the staff be better trained on customer service. If you have a service listed and are unable to provide it then it is an inconvenience to the customer. Simply saying sorry we don’t have that option is not very reassuring to the customer. Try “ Sorry, we don’t have that option at the moment. But let me see if we can do something else for you” I m sorry I just really felt disappointed with the response and lack of effort give to me. I do believe it was just the check-in process but outside that it’s a very nice hotel.

The staff that work at the hotel are wonderful. But a special acknowment goes to Grover. From the time we checked in to the time we left he was always there with a wonderful smile and always most helpful. Also I want to mention Kelly our lovely waitress at the breakfast Buffet. Couldn't have had a better stay in any hotel in Lima.Our suite was terrific, so spacious. Definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is a well appointed properties in the business distrct. The room is spacious, clean and well maintained. However, the few negatives for vacationers are: it is a business conference center and in the area where the traffic is very congested from moning to the evening. There is no way to adjust heating in our room, only for air-conditioning. The hotel provided a portable heater to our room during our stay.

We were VIPs for the entire stay which included all sorts of perks including free breakfast buffet, free snack (lunch), free dinner, free bottle of wine, free mini-bar, a room on "The Level" which included access to the 9th floor outdoor smoking lounge. Room included bath salts and toiletries. Bed was very firm, but we had just spent two weeks in the jungle, so we weren't too picky.

I love the employees! They have always been so pleasant to deal with. They go out of their way to assist you with your every need. I did not like the fact that the breakfast buffet does not have a variety of food the way it use to. Also I did not like that my final bill charged me for 12 days of food when we only ate breakfast 4 days. The girl that did my check out did not believe what I was telling her and made me wait until she verified which made me late to the airport!

What a great hotel!!!

The service at this hotel was the best that I’ve ever experienced anywhere. The hotel was very clean, staff were quick to assist with anything that you requested, and even called to verify that your request had been successfully completed. The price of the hotel was a great value for this quality of a hotel. Breakfast was great- food, service, staff. I would definitely return to this hotel the next time I’m in Lima.

This was a very comfortable place to rrecover from a long flight. I accidentally left a travel pillow. A week later, I returned to the Melia Hotel for one last night. I asked about the lost item. To my surprise, they not only had it, but they delivered it to to my door cleanly wrapped . Nicely done, Melia!

We were coming off an 8 hour flight with a baby, and got to the hotel at 4am. The staff were so friendly and efficient. The room was beautiful; we got a suite and it was spotless, fresh, bright and clean. We basically needed a hotel to relax on for a couple days with our baby before traveling into the Andes and Melia was perfect. The pool is great, room service was lovely, and theres a big mall right down the street. I would totally stay there again!

Very good hotel

The hotel was great nd the staff was excellent. I didn’t like for them to keep asking my girlfriend for her ID. She registered with me upon our arrival. They never asked me for an ID after our initial registration. They didn’t clean my room one day, but they sure went and checked for consumed items.

Great Hotel with Great Benefits

Had a wonderful stay. A beautiful hotel with a hard-working, friendly staff. Check in was great, but a little confusing. Although I booked months ahead of time, my brother got a better rate with breakfast the day before. I ended up upgrading to the Club Level and purchased the Club benefits for an additional $30 per day. It was totally worth it! The Club Level Staff was so accommodating and helpful.

The only thing I unlike was that normally when the hotels give you a coffee machine in the room the coffe is unlimited or they give you coffe for 2 ... but normally is unlimited... they only give me 1 complementary coffe and when I ask for more... they told me that is only 1 complementary coffe and if I need more I need to paid $2.50 In Peru a coffe in a very nice restaurant can cost you $1.50 and they try to charge me $2.50 That was ridiculous..!! Other then that everything was good

The hotel is well located, next to a big shopping centre and the service is great, room nice is big and breakfast is very good, however the street is quite noisy and you can hear the traffic as well as some refurbishment is needed at the hotel.

Great Location for Business in Lima

Noisy room

I got a nice room, however too noisy. The front desk offered me an upgrade, the room was big, the bed very comfortable. Once I got in the room was with a strange smell, I asked the reception the facilities tram went and cleaned again and it was resolved, but the main issue was the noise from the street. The room was located next to a main street, so a lot of noise coming from the cars and busses, mainly the horns and this goes from 5am until midnight easily. The room did not have proper acoustic isolation in the windows. But, besides that, the team is incredible, location very good, there is a mall in a walking distance. So my recommendation is to have you making sure you get a room in an opposite side of the main street. For the hotel, to install proper acoustic windows.
