The hotel was great overall, spacious, clean room for being in the city. However, we had to take the stairs most of the time and the noise in the corridor and outside was loud at times. The main drawback was the dirt and smell outside the hotel. If you can stomach that, it's a fantastic little spot, a strategic place for shopping!

Dated and worn, pictures look better

Worn out. No functional window with view and fresh air even though there is a window. There were loud noises from outside which could be heard, probably other guests. Budget stay but it feels a lot cheaper than hotels of the same price. Only booked here because of high prices elsewhere during New Year. Not a top choice.

Great price for a good room. We arrived at 5:00 am and they were accommodating (we booked the room for the night before). Room is cozy but nice and clean and in a centric area. Recommended

Easy to find & near to main road.. The location is good & not noisy. The only negative point is the water flow & the heat of the water is not consistent. The extra bed is very hard & not comfortable. It caused my whole body ache the next morning

Its my third time staying here and i really love the location! Super convenient! The hotel is a biutique hotel after all so all basic neccessities are available, no frills.

Group of 3 with a guy, it's really uncomfortable with the translucent window of the toilet shower area where you can see some not detailed shape of your showering from the bedroom. I would seriously recommend the hotel to change it!!! Great location and clean room. Just the aircon is a little noisy for light sleeper. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Will stay again, keep it up.

The guy at the reception give a `dont bother me ` look. The rest of the hotel staff are great. Cockroach can be found running in room. The room have a weird smell. Hotel is seperate blk A and blk B. Requested 3 double single bed but all are are queen size.

Its a quiet hotel eventhough nearby the main road. Easy access to the most local shopping mall i.e., Platinium. The room is not spacious but for two person is more than enough. No breakfast provided as it is not full facilities hotel. You may have your breakfast at nearby restaurant.

Good location with Platinum mall in front

Marwin Space is located at a very good location in BKK. Platinum mall is just in front and everything is right around it. It is located on the same street as the famous Soi19 Wanton noodles stall. Take note it is near a very very busy street with a lot of traffic everyday, hard to get a cab and all. It is a very small hotel, the reception/lobby is also very small with alot of people always hanging around there. Do not expect good service staffs. Rooms are of quite reasonable size but the ceilings are very low. The floor are rather sticky when we entered. The toilet is VERY SMALL without any toiletries.

Best hotel in pratunam

Good location, very near Platinum Mall. Staff were friendly, hotel was easy to find and the room cleanliness was 10/10. Very clean rooms, with comfortable beds and adequate charging points. Bathroom was very clean as well and fresh towels were given each day. If you wish to have a fresh set of bedsheets and pillow cases, you can request from the staff. Otherwise, they wouldn’t change it for you. Other than that, I’d definitely stay here again!

Great location!

The location is 100/100! Within walking distance to Platinum mall and pratunam market, you can always drop your shopping back in the hotel and have a quick shower and you’re good to go again. Aircon cools the room really quickly which is extremely useful in the cruel Bangkok heat. Also love how they have umbrellas in the room during the monsoon season. Would love for the front desk to be a little flexible; we only requested for a 1hr late check out extension but it’s was a strict no-go.

The hotel located at a strategic location. Near to pratunam market, platinum fashion mall and 5km walking distance to Central world and big C supermarket. You can find a lot of foods nearby the hotel. Staff are super friendly and well versed in English. Condition of the hotel facilities are good.

Good location

So far everything is good. The amenties are good and all the required stuffs are there. In addition, the location is extremely strategic.

Suitable for those finding a budget hotel to get by the night and spend the day outside. Does have all your daily needs, toiletries, except tooth brushes and shavers. Minimal space for recreational activity. Does have comfortable beds and ambiance. If you are looking for a room to get by for just resting, it is the idea room to go for.

Location, location, location

Short walk to nearby Shopping Malls, F&B eateries and lots of stalls trading in clothes/ fashions and other wares. The 3-single beds room is big and spacious. Our room and beds are cleaned and made-up daily during our stay. Staff are nice and pleasant.

The place is very central for shopping. Cross over is Platinum Mall. Walk inner is wholesale market. Food stalls everywhere. Outside the hotel lobby there is a salon n a cafe that offers delicious cake at reasonable price.

Is very near the shopping area. Downstairs there is a saloon and a cafe. Cake is at reasonable price.

Waste of money

This hotel is very very small but charge like a 4 star. No housekeeping. Bed size and room size is same. If you taller than 6 feet your head will touch the roof. Please find out some other hotel nearest.

The room was neither too big nor small for 2 person. Location is superb!

Cozy room

The hotel location is perfect. It's hidden but it's just around Pratunam Market, the opposite is The Platinum Shopping Mall & just outside is Shibuya19. The rooms are pretty nice & cozy. I like the platform bed concept. The room I stayed in, is relatively clean even though when I arrived, I saw ants crawling about near the main door, thankfully it wasn't all over the place. Some of the staffs, however, aren't very friendly. & Sadly, their tv doesn't have English channels at all. All channels are in Thai even though it's an English show :(

Clean and Convenient Budget Hotel

Overall, this budget hotel is not too bad. Room is relatively clean, big and spacious for the Deluxe room. Located conveniently near SabX2 Wanton Noodles at Soi 19, which is directly opposite of Platinum Shopping Mall. Not very soundproof. Experienced an electric circuit break on our 2nd night. Staffs were responsive and changed our room to the adjacent room which was a 3-bedded room. But we had to shift our stuffs in the dark and the staff did not provide assistance. Shortly after we swapped room, the room has a blackout. Issue being the room cardholder is loose and it happens often apparently. Think they should attempt to fix the problem and not leave it lying around unfixed. Other than that, there is nothing much to fault on. Service in general is good. Would probably not consider going back again though.

Great location, Simple room, poor customer service

The location was great, tucked in a lane next to shopping areas. Hotel comfort is average. only bad about the customer services at receptionist counter..No coffee, no tea in hotel, no tissue tooth brush. just bottle of water replenish every day during room housekeeping. Check in strictly at 2pm.

Great location

Location was superb but we had some electrical issues on the first night, the power went off a few times while we were sleeping and caused us to wake up in sweat. Mentioned this to the recep and problem did not happen again for the rest of the nights.

Comfortable place, nearby to platinum mall

Overall value is comfortable, nearby to platinum mall. But staff so rude when early in the morning open the door without permission from guess while still sleep.

-expensive -small room (not 45 sqm as mentioned) -unfriendly staff (the tomboy) -not give mineral water on certain days -water seeping through during rain, very wet -no tissue -no coffee table or chair -give only 1 room card -small alley with many cars -housekeeping completed at 7pm (very late) -no coffee, tea, sugar, milk etc -only thai channels -window blocked by panels (no view) -wifi slow and disconnects frequently -used sofa bed as a mattress (very uncomfortable) -did not change bed sheet during my 5 days -floor is very dirty -water pressure very slow

Only able to use key for door room for some reason. We have difficulty at first try as it does not open instantly after first turn. Other than that all good.

Nice n comfortable room. Good location, near pratumum mall & street shops & lots of good foods area. The Aircon is a bit noisy especially at night, can't sleep well on 1st night. After tell the reception, they fix it, there is still noise but much reduce. Will stay in this hotel again if going bangkok again. Good!

Easy to find location

Nice and simple botique hotel

A pleasant place eqipped with standard facilities that one would come to expect. MarwinSpace provides a comfortable, clean environment which helped with providing a good rest to recharge and refresh yourself after a day out of exploring the greater Bangkok city area. As with botique hotels, there are one or two areas that could be better but nontheless MarwinSpace does really well in its class. We love the idea of readility available chilled bottled water by a large glass fridge at the lobby, simple and sleek furnishings, strong airconditioning and botique lemongrass toiletries. The place is decently managed by down to earth and helpful locals, and I would recommend to folks who are seeking a well priced, no frills and simple stay to consider this location.

Good value+amazing location for Platinum shoppers

We stayed there because it was close to Platinum Fashion Mall and the Pratunam markets. Location was great, like 1 minute from the main street and just a few mins walk to the Platinum Mall. Food was accessible downstairs in cafes and night-time 'restaurants'. Area was safe. Downside was the very small room and toilet, in an older building that's been renovated. But not a big issue because we used the room mainly to drop off shopping bags, to shower and to sleep. This will be fine for friends or family who are there really for the shopping district but may not be ideal for those who are sightseeing.

Superb location!

Shares the same location as top hotels, but at fraction of the price. No 5-star amenities, but definitely good and clean place to rest after long days of shopping.

Great location and new. Simple and nice design. But the electric got cut off very often at night maybe due to card problem.

Definitely NOT for light sleeper

Staffs are superb. Very friendly, prompt and helpful! The downside is the room like made up of partitions, can't even sleep peacefully when you have inconsiderate people who stay the same level as you. You can simply hear every footsteps and talking at the corridor. On weekdays, they still have renovation going on. I stayed there 4 nights, never once I have a peaceful sleep at all, all thanks to the inconsiderate "neighbours". The unlimited chilled water and the weighing machine is a plus point. If ever they can improve their sound proofing problem, they soon can have more and more customers. Location wise is just a small alley in, next to Glow Pratunam.

Do not book this hotel if you want a comfy stay...

The room is terribly tiny! We cant even open up our luggage to place it on the floor!!! Practically no walking space at all... not even a wardrobe to hang clothes. So can you imagine when you came back to the room after shopping??? We have to place our stuff on the bed and do your packing every night, one by one.. meaning you can't even pack with 2 luggages open at the same time!!! Its the worst hotel i ever came across. We even had to call them manually to make up the room and change our towels... really bad experience with Marwin Space!

Nice design; clean & comfortable; great location

I loved this new little hotel and will want to go back there to stay again. It's located opposite Platinum Fashion Mall, and very accessible - inside the first alley on the right and not too deep in. The design is very modern and everything was clean and comfortable. Provides hair dryer, fridge, bath towels and face towels, shampoo and shower gel. The room I booked is not very big but it is very comfortable for me as a solo traveller and the price is pretty affordable for such a nice location. Would definitely want to come back again. :)

Superb location with free iced bottled water

It is true that the rooms need improvement as it has certain issues such as clogging of bathroom, and sharp edges around the platform bed. However, the location is fantastic. No need to worry about cab drivers not understanding you or not knowing where the hotel is, because it is right at Pratunam. Having Platinum Mall right opposite makes the hotel even better as you can drop your bags off in your room and get on with shopping. The rooms were also in contemporary style with platform beds and and pretty bathrooms. What we were extremely glad with was the fridge of iced bottled water in the hotel lobby. Given the crazy heat of Bangkok, this free-flow bottled water that is chilled and readily available left me and my family hydrated and impressed, because we have never seen any hotel this generous. Overall, I would certainly recommend Marwin's Space to my friends and family, and be back again.
