TravellerTravellerMeh. That's about the best word for it. It's not the staff or facilities, but the general service is just not up to par for Accor. Ask for an African tea - wait 30 minutes and get a cup of water with a tea bag. Dinner? A very expensive mediocre buffet - there is zero option for anything else or a place to go because, well, you're a game park - in a cafeteria-like setting. It was not good. Many more options close by for a better experience, and you won't wonder why you chose this place over the others.
