Overall I recommend this hotel.

The hotel was in a really convenient area. I liked that staying here gave us a plethora of food options, and shopping, plus a konbini attached to the hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Check in was easy as well as check out. There were also very nice lockers at the front of the hotel for keeping luggage before or after check in. I would def stay here again!

This was only a buffer room for us (in between destinations), so it was suitable for its purpose for us. However, I couldn’t recommend the rooms for a longer stay especially if you’ve got multiple suitcases and plan to shop til you drop. It would be too hard to manage on such tight space. Other than that it was clean, comfortable and the staff were super friendly and helpful.

Check-in was quick and easy. The location of the hotel is great, surrounded by lots of different types of foods and very close to a subway station entrance. A 7/11 is also connected to the hotel which is very convenient. The staff also speak English which is very helpful

Good experience

The location is good and close to JR Osaka station and shops, but we have one room which only have one pillow, and out of stock when we asked for it.

Block out drapes that actually blocked out light. Bed was big (for Japan) as was our room. Liked the convenience to the station, shopping and restaurants. Staff were friendly. The laundry was useful, as was the easy access to 7/11 via the lobby.

Amazing location. Great staff, super friendly. Extremely easy and quick check in and check out processes.

Couldnt have asked for a better location!

Can’t beat the location. Walk out the front doors to numerous subway entrances. The area is less touristy as other spots in Osaka so got better prices on food and beer in comparison to the overloaded tourist locations. Surrounded by bars and restaurants

Loved the place

There are pros and cons about this hotel. My family and I stayed for 4nights in this hotel. Pros: Subway connection just right next to the hotel but still need to walk around 5mins to the nearest subway. Loads of restaurants and shops around you. Great smiles and greetings from the staffs Cons: No selection of pillows available…. No water bottle offer for free… No hair brush…. Very noisy when other people talking in the corridor… Traffic noise is loud even I was in the highest floor….

Located near exit of subway station. Room is quite small. No razer or comb provided. Surrounding neighbourhood are mostly night establishments.

방도 작은 편이지만 구조 역시 좋은 편이 아닙니다 잠만 잘 방이었지만 캐리어를 둘 곳이나 옷을 놓을 곳도 없어서 복도에 거는 타입인데 드나들며 걸립니다 드라이기는 중간이 없는 강풍만 나오고 기본적인 탁상 거울도 요청해야주네요 편의점과 다이렉트로 연결되고 미러링이나 캐스트로 TV연결가능한건 좋지만 그게 끝입니다

駅から少し迷いましたが、アクセスは良い場所だったと思います。 施設は全体的に清潔で人も親切で助かりました。

這次住了6晚、飯店強制要在第3天更換床單，基本上在我住宿經驗從未遇過酒店要強制客人一定要清楚房間的，本來還打算3月再入住（因為除了強制清潔外、其他都不錯）但現在會盡量避開不再入住這集團旗下飯店了

I had a very good time. There was no noise during night times. Room and restroom were very clean without stain. I will come to this hotel again. Arigato !!
