It is a dated property but kept well. I am still trying to justify the price paid for the property. Price is high for what you get. Noise level is high in the rooms too. Breakfast is really good and location is central

The staff is great and hospitable. Spa use is free which is nice (which they had told me this at check in). They even offered me free late check out which was great.

This qas by far the m8st horrible experience l had with a hotel.This property is located on a very busy side street which was unsafe to walk. There were no decent stores walking distance. The electric outlets didn't work and we weren't able to use our electric appliances that we bought from India. The entire facility had a foul smell and after complaining and getting nowhere with the repair they moved us to a suite which was a little better but not by much. At least there was no smell since the hallway floors were not carpeted like our first room. The bathtub had mold around it and l have the pucture to prove it.

The hotel is not clear with their check-in process. The options to pay at hotel doesn't and would not work. They threatened me a day before booking to pay one day in advance or we will cancel the booking. I specifically booked Queen bed for us, we was provided twin bed which is more like 2 single bed. I would not book this hotel again only for the services quality

Stayed for 2 days, the front desk staff and housekeeping were great, the check in was smooth and they comply with my request of late checkout at 3pm..The location of the hotel is exceptional and considering the age of this hotel, it is still maintained reasonably well though it requires some timely updating, having said that the property is very clean and room size is generous..

Whoever booked this reservation, used my card unauthorized. This person was able to hack into my identification and use my credit card for this stolen purchase to stay at this hotel. If you are reading this and you work at the hotel, please track this reservation under the name. ROHIT SHARMA That person not only logged into my email to delete the confirmation email before I could notify the credit card company, but they also stole my credit card and made the purchase for the hotel. Track the order prosecute this thief I’ve already informed my credit company.

Air conditioning did not work two nights in a row

Air conditioning did not work two nights in a row even though I called several times refrigerator was broken my food got spoiled shower overflowed in the whole bathroom because of no curtains nothing was done as I complained several times very unhappy

It was bad experience they charged twice my food i eat in the restaurant. Just watch out the bill when you check out. And every time you eat in the restaurant ask for receipt if you pay cash. Not staying there again.

Location is good .but room are not like 5 star hotel . It is wary old hotel . WiFi was only working in lobby In room it was not working . I complained many time buy no use . Even no one bothered after many time complained no one ask me is it working .

The best feature of the property is it's location, the staff is helpfull, you may need to get your key card encoaded several time during your stay, the food is very expensive, the bfast has good variety of dishes to choose from, horrible coffee.

Food not up to the expectations.

The stay was good. But the concern was about the food, the mutton biryani ordered contained more bones than flesh.

The service and staff were amazing. But ameneties like toileteries had only one toothbrush in a room for 2. Toothpaste was used. Have to as for comb. Bath tub and taps were not maintained at all. Lights were not working properly. In a couple room got 2 seperate beds. TV display was distorted.

. Food was good but they need to change their menu. All they have paneer in all food wheres India is full of vegetables and there are millions of Indian food. They should look into modifying the menu. Staff at hotel are very firendly. Credit to Nand Kishore , Bharatit, Kaur and other staff as well. They need to improve on ironing facilities. We had to ask for iron every-time and there seem to be one iron only in the hotel

I stayed here 2 nights ago and forgot something in my room after check out. I made to phone calls to their housekeeping to find out if it was secured but, every time they hang up on me without giving a Yes, No or, Let Me Find Out, etc answer. It was a terrible experience! They just don't talk...!

It was an amazing experience staying here. The only problem with the hotel is that, smoking is prohibited and you have to go outdoors on a hot summer day to smoke.

My go-to hotel in Delhi

This is my go-to hotel in Delhi. I've stayed here for my last 6 visits to Delhi. Always clean and reliable and the staff is very friendly. The outside area offers also a direct access to the Metro and some nice restaurants, but keep in mind that all of Delhi is quite chaotic and this area outside the hotel is not the exception. I recommend this place. Many European and Australian tour groups also select this hotel. Nice international standards.

Hotel with pool

We chose this hotel because of the pool for our daughter and the food. The pool was great! We loved the water. The spa was amazing as well! They have a very good masseuse. The food was overpriced and not good quality. The rooms were very comfortable. It was all in all a good stay.

Old and Average

Slow service at check out. Also they call you before to confirm that you are really coming!!! Why do I have to waste time to confirm if I have already made a reservation- very annoying. Hallway carpets are really dirty, room fittings old and the showers throws water everywhere.

2 night stay

Really beautiful hotel in Delhi. The staff are all very friendly. It's extremely clean. The showers were the best we had in India and they had 2 pillows per bed which we did not see often in India. They even have a cute small bakery in the front entrance. Only downside is they didn't have change for smaller bills twice when we asked. The beautiful pool has this rainfall wall beside it that is just covered with about 50 pigeons flying in and out at all times so it kills the serene beauty of the pool side.

3-star trying to be a 5-star

This hotel is a 3-star pretending to be a 5-star - all show and no substance! The lobby itself, along with pictures online, are lovely, but it's all show. If I'd known it was so poor I'd never have spent the money I did on it as I'd already stayed in better 3-star properties in Delhi, Jaipur and Ranthambore than this place.The attitude of most of the staff - especially in Eggspectations is poor to say the least. The guys in housekeeping are brilliant , but the floor in room 206 hadn't been cleaned properly - I found at least one cold french fry/chip under the bed when I had to reach to pick something up. 3 out of 6 of the light bulbs in the room were not working, but when I realised this I was too tired to complain. The pool was a real let-down - old and dirty cushions in a pile in a corner, no towels on the sunbeds nor in the changing room, and lights not working in the changing room toilets. Complete waste of money, and if I'm ever in India again I will not use a Jaypee hotel if they're of the same standard.

I stayed at Siddharth 2 nights before and 1 night after a tour and stored luggage there in between. Rooms for both stays were fabulous. Rooms are well equipped and clean. Breakfast is fabulous and the restaurants generally serve a wide variety of very high quality food - at a premium price. It is in the business district so transport is required to tourist attractions - it is a 7-8 minute walk away from the metro, and there are tuk-tuks normally parked right outside. staff are amazingly friendly and helpful with a very strong customer focus. Unfortunately this is also the one big issue - the staff keep knowcking on the door and calling to see if you need anything. All I wanted to do was sleep after a long flight. I have really never been disturbed so much in any hotel. There was a do not disturb sign in the first room but not the second and there is no button on the phone. Highly recommend staying here, but perhaps ask reception to hold all calls !

Excellent hotel especially for India

We live in India 6 months out of every year for the past 11 years. Have stayed at many, many hotels. This hotel is equal to any 4 star hotel in America! If others have posted that it's not up to par, they must stay at 5 star hotels in Europe and America.
