Property is simple biu good! it has normal size rooms comfortable bads and located 10 minutes walk from eilat's marina or see shore. The most problem is parking spots which is a common problem in Eilat city.

We stayed here only overnight, it was great for our purpose, very clean, the front desk is super helpful and nice. The breakfast was great. We left all our luggage at the hotel after check out till evening and the staff was amazing.

I didn’t expect much as I know it’s a cheap hotel, however there were many basic needs that were not met. Our room had no air conditioning, and in May it was over 40 Celsius outside. We complained over 6 times but each time the tech guy came he couldn’t fix it. Our balcony door was broken, one side the handle was just duct tape. We were on he fifth floor, but the balcony is connected to the room next door so I didn’t fully feel safe. The food in the cafeteria wasn’t good. I was sick after the first dinner and breakfast and just ended up eating out for every other meal. The pool waterfall doesn’t work, and the chairs are falling apart. We still enjoyed the water but I’ve been to much better all inclusive hotels this pool was a real disappointment. I would suggest paying a bit more to stay somewhere with better service and food.

Merit and demerit of all-inclusive hotel

I stayed at this hotel in Passover. The hotel offers all inclusive service. You can have breakfast, lunch and dinner in a buffet-style restaurant in the hotel without paying any extra charge. In addition, you can have various drinks (juice, coffee, wine and so on) for free in the lobby and poolside. So, you do not need to leave the hotel to look for a restaurant when you have dinner. The room was simple but clean and large enough. However, the qualities of them were not very high. The dinner and breakfast (I did not have lunch) seemed made of cheap ingredients, and vegetables did not look very fresh. The free drinks were served with a tiny cup, therefore I had to go to a drink server many times. Of course, the wises were awful. Some guests were making party with the free drinks until late. I saw vomit and excreta in the hotel next morning.

Not four stars! No way!!!!

The hotel is maximum 2 stars. Noisy, crowdy, dirty. It was very frustrating for all our crew to end up at this place. By price and rating it is absolutely not what it says and shows on the picture

Hotel Visit

The Hotel was very nice and the food was very good, the hotel location was within easy access to teh local shopping and activities, the only one issue I have is the hotel room AC did not work due and the rooms where very hot.

I only stayed one day but it provided all the facilities I wanted at the end of a busy holiday schedule.

Not a great experience, but not terrible

The hotel was inexpensive and we got what we paid for. However, the experience was disappointing due to the following: Parking - not enough space and just an open space across a busy street. Internet - did not work the entire stay. Hotel said it was temporarily out. Towels - no towels in rooms (we had 3 rooms) and it took 2 phone calls and one trip to the reception desk to resolve. Dining room - Food items often run out and not replenished immediately. Also not enough seating in room. Receptionists were impolite bordering rude. Room ready late, and when I came to the desk to get the keys, I was rudely told to get at the end of the check in line, although I checked in 4 hours before. Very loud lobby, impossible to just sit down and relax. Smells of smoke in Lobby from smoking area right outside an open door.

Siesta Holitel - not for the childless

Our stay in the siesta holitel was disapointing to say the least. The hotel was crowded and noisey, the walls paper thin and the stay unenjoyable. The 'entertainment' for the children was extremely loud and easily penetrated the paper thin walls of the room. There were absolutely no amenities in the room - it just had the absolute basics. It was not like staying in a hotel, it was like staying in a youth hostel.

A modest hotel in Eilat

This trip wasn't my first to Eilat. Though, I haven't been there for a while. The city really evolved into a pearl in the desert. The hotel is situated about 10 minute walk from the main attractions making conveniently placed. The hotel itself could use a small upgrade. I say small because it's the small things that count. Cutlery and plates could use an upgrade, all the the complimentary drinks (including in the dining room) are disposable plastics and the lobby is a bit dark and feels chocked. You'd expect to drink wine in wine glasses, beer in beer glasses (although small) throughout. The hotel could use re-usable plastic glasses/cups as a modest upgrade. The food was nice. Lots of veriaty, typical israeli and traditional food make it nice and cozy. The fact that it's Kosher restrict the meals to have a mix (ham with the special on-demand omlets), proper milk based desserts at lunch/dinner etc. In conclusion, I'd say it's a good value 3* hotel. If you want to be spoiled, feel comfort and total relaxation, its probably not the perfect place.

High price - mediocre service

High price - mediocre service On the positive side: we were let in 2 hours before the official check-in time. Our room had a balcony, although it was not mentioned in the description on hotels.com. Staff polite and attentive but not very efficient. We had to remind 3 times that we need an extra towel and bed sheets for the child’s coach. Pool undersized and too crowded to swim. Besides, it’s open only from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Food diverse but kind of tasteless, with rare exceptions. Wine disgusting. The hotel is very close to the airport and even closer to the central bus station. 10-minute walk to the shopping area and 15-20 to the beach. Would be passable, if it didn’t cost like a 5-star hotel.

Hotel rozczarowuje juz po samym przyjeździe...zdjecia jedno rzeczywistość drugie... pokoje klatki i nasz na 100% nie mial 22 metrów... lazienka klitka taka ze nie powiem, cieknace wc,zacieki na ścianach. Wieszak w szafie zrobiony z gałęzi!!! Obsługa pozornie miła. Mimo opcji Allinclusive trzeba bylo sie o wszystko dopominać... warunki dostępności wszystkiego zależaly od tego czy sie komuś chce ruszyć i coś zrobić... mimo opasek 2x nie wpuścili nas na obiad i kolacje bo nie byli nas na liście... basen czynny do 17 zamykali juz o 15.30 bo tak i koniec... pokoj przejsciowy cienkie sciany slychac rozmowy innych w sasiednich pokojach. Jedzenie smaczne ale dość kiepski wybór... ogolnie warto dołożyć i kupić lepsze miejsce...allinclusive to porażka...

Low quality hotel

The hotel is a bit in disrepair, it needs maintenance. The restaurant can be a nightmare due to it being overcrowded. The guests have a tendency to move the whole buffet to their table on 15-20 different plates so a lot goes to waste. We did not find the kids animation, there seemed to be none. The pool is only open from 10 to 16h and is in a poor state. The pool area is full of cigarette buds.

Never again

Good if you have children and don't mind the noice, the food was not bad but the behaviour of the people that comes there is some I have never seen in my life, the noice and the quantity of food they take is not human, half of it is trown away. The hotel should concider to let them pay for the food they don't eat, it is a waist

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und am Wochenende wenn die Einheimischen da sind herrscht da pures Chaos. Frühstück ist nicht gut, Mittag und Abendessen gut.

Hotel bardzo blisko dworca autobusowego,można dojść piechotą w 2 minuty. Jedzenie bardzo dobre i duży wybór. Dania z kuchni lokalnej i kontynentalnej,menu dla dzieci. Czystość trochę "kuleje" ale też nie ma tragedii. Basen przyjemny choć w styczniu dość zimna woda.

Schönes ALLIN Hotel

Je nachdem, welche Gäste im Hotel aufhalten, fällt er entsprechend positiv oder negativ auf. Aber das Zimmer und Essen sind gut. Parkplatz kostenlos in der Nähe, zum Strand 10Minuten. Flughafen stört gar nicht.

Rätt slitet hotell i centralt läge.

Hotellet var rätt slitet, smutsiga heltäckningsmattor i korridorerna. Rummet var dock i ok skick, dock var dem snåla med handdukar. Poolområdet var smutsigt, men poolen var ok, badvakten var ett skämt (satt antingen och tittade i sin mobil eller stod och pratade med någon i personalen, han hade noll uppsikt över poolen. Maten var mycket bra i all inclusive restaurangen. Personalen var i mycket blandad kompott, vissa var jättetrevliga och hjälpsamma och vissa jätteotrevliga och nonchalanta, ett stort plus till personalen i restaurangen (både köks och serveringspersonalen) riktigt trevliga. Personalen i barnklubben var också bra, dock var det så klart svårt för min 7-åriga dotter att kommunicera med dem, men sem var mycket barnkära. Det var en ca 10-15 min promenad till havet, stranden var inte sand utan mer åt grushållet, rekommenderar badskor, då det gjorde ont att gå i det barfota (fanns även glasbitar och annat bråte).

השירות היה טוב, האוכל מעל הציפיות. הפתיעו אותנו עם הבקבוק יין ועוגיות בערב הראשון. רק חובה להחליף כל הרהוט במלון.

скромный, но достаточно удобный отель, при условии, что есть машина. питание соответствует ценовой категории. номер небольшой, но достаточно чистый. были неполадки с телевизором и мебелью, но быстро все устранили. на 5 этаже очень шумит вентиляция, первую ночь вообще не могла уснуть

L'hôtel est pas super bien placé...les chambres sont très salles....des aliments sous les lits....les rideaux des chambres tachés de chocolat...les matelas pourris (et j'ai des photos à l'appui)...c'est une honte de proposer un hotel pareil...avec des étoiles....j'aimerais savoir comment vous sélectionner vos hôtels... Les repas en buffet dans un semblant de réfectoire avec un brouhaha énorme....la nourriture était vraiment sans gouts....sans compter les odeurs de vomis continuelle sur les plans de travail des buffets....du sol et des tables ...car ils étaient nettoyer avec la même serpillière et chiffon....UNE HONTE à retirer de votre sélection franchement

כשהגענו דרשו מאיתנו לשלם (שוב!) למרות שהסברתי מספר פעמים כי כבר בוצע התשלום מראש ואפילו הראתי אישור תשלום במייל-הפקידת קבלה התעקשה כי לא שילמתי ושאני צריכה לשלם... בגוף ההזמנה ביקשתי חדר עם מיטה זוגית ולא עם מזרן מופרד... אפחיילו התקשרתי למלון על מנת לוודא את העניין.... בטלפון נאמר שאין בעיה ובטח וכיע ישימו הערה כזו... כשהגעתי לחדר ראיתי שני מזרנים(מופרדים!) מלפני קום המדינה פלפים כאלה עם קפיצים משוחררים שאפשר לקבל עקמת עם שוכבים עליהם... באתר מאוד מתפארים בחדרים בנוף וב*איכות השינה* בפועל קיבלנו חדר ישןןןן עם ארון שבור, שירותים מבישים שכשמורידים את המים נהייה ריח של ביוב, שמיכה מלוכלכת עם ציפה קרועה עטיפות של תפוציפס מאחורי הכוננית שלייד המיטה... מזגן מקרטע וכשרוצים לרדת/לעלות לחדר עם המעלית היחידה (1 בלבד) שמגיעה לקומה 5 צריך להמתין כמה דקות (!) לייד ה"פינת קפה" בלובי מ-ס-ר-י-ח מחלב מקולקל!!!!

This hotel was not good at all. No one speak english, not even in the reception. The wifi it's really bad too and there was alot of noise. You could hear everything from the room next too. The food it's not amazing but o.k

Kellemes hotel, jó AI szolgáltatással, finom konyhával. A medencét csak annak ajánlom, aki bírja a tömeget és a nagy zajos gyereksereget. Mi nem tudtunk benne fürödni. Általában elmondható, hogy a hotel nem elég tiszta: ez köszönhető a vendégek igen magasfokú hanyagságának, de része van benne a hotel szervezetlenségének is. A hotel elhelyezkedése nem olyan rossz, a reptér kb. 10 perc gyalog, onnan a tenger ugyanannyi. A reptér jobb oldalán álló hotelek mind jóval drágábbak. A személyzet korrekt volt, maradhattunk tovább a szobában, megvárva a délutáni repülő indulását.

Good hotel close to the airport.

A realatively nice hotel within walking distance to the airport. Nice staff and good food. A bit too noisy in lobby and restaurant though. Some noise reducer would have done the trick. We got pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the staff.

La propreté des chambres restent à revoir, le service acceptable, nourriture variée et à volonté, machines à café en libre service dans le lobby, glaces et boissons à volonté toute la journée. l'hôtel est central proche de l'aéroport et des commodités.

ОТРИЦАТЕЛЬНОЕ!!!! Не советую останавливаться в этом отеле, УЖАС!!! За полтора года этот отель изменился только в отрицательную сторону. В номерах грязно, убирают только после напоминания об уборке. Белье поменяли через 5 дней!!! Полотенец вечно не хватает, может лежать и 1 большое и 2 маленьких или 2 больших. В столовой, только так можно ее назвать, не ресторан - грязно, столы не протираются, и ...Меню в течении 9 дней практически не менялось, мясо не прожаренное!! Персонал оправдывается, обещает исправить. Сетуют на нехватку сотрудников и смену управляющего. Цены - запредельные . Отдыхающие "гудят " до 1 часу ночи, а охрана - болтает на входе с друзьями или .. Одним словом - я там больше не остановлюсь никогда и не советую никому

All inclusive svarte til forventningene maten var variert og god, de lokale drikkene var ikke mye å skryte av men likevel nok til at man kunne finne sin favoritt. At hotellet serverer drikke i tynne plastikk glass og kaffe i papp beger. trekker veldig ned. Standarden på rommene var ikke noe å skryte av , rommene var rene og ryddige, men de manglet vedlikehold, at det i tillegg var meget lytt mellom vårt rom og naborommet var noe som trekker veldig ned. Vannet i bassenget var ikke oppvarmet, og det var få gester som benyttet seg av tilbudet. Jeg vil likevel anbefale hotellet til andre siden jeg godt kunne reise dit igjen, prisen vi fikk var meget god i forhold til hva man faktisk får for pengene. jeg kan strekke meg til en karakter på 3, men hotellet kunne meget lett heve standarden slik at de ville fått en 4+
