Very pleasant stay

Nice updated hotel with parking. Extremely friendly staff.

Food and staff was very nice, this Bosnian Hospitality is a plus, but this place needs to pay attention to the maintaining the facilities and rooms, fixing the bathrooms would be one of them .In order to keep the shape of the property Hotel needs a good maintenance .

All was as expected. Ibis Sarajevo is holding their standards really high and maintains it. Well done

Easy access to Airport and Old Town.

Very comfortable hotel, 10 mins from the airport and an easy drive into the Old Town area. Good facilities (pool/gym, etc) and a very nice breakfast selection. Ate in the restaurant on the 15th floor one evening. Nice views but the service was terrible, they were very slow and seemingly under-staffed and had to send one dish back so wouldn’t recommend it. But in general, the hotel was good and the rooms were very big with nice bathrooms and the reception staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The property is misrepresented on Expedia. The property does not have working AC units in rooms. The temperature inside the room could not get below 27°C or 82°F. We paid $160 USD for a hot room. I would not recommend staying at this hotel. Miljacka is right next to the hotel and is causing the sewer smell in area with many mosquitoes. There are better stays in area for that amount of money. We wont ever be back to this property again.

Hotel is very good and staff is nice and friendly. The location is a bit far from old town and attractions. No Uber service here so you have to rely on taxi or public transportation (there’s a tram #3 going to the old town). Also there’s road construction around the hotel right now so it’s very dusty to walk to the Tram station.

Great option, new building, good service

New hotel not to far from Downtown Sarajevo, highly recommended, clean, good staff, absolutely great breakfast. There is a bar on the rooftop, but it doesn't serve alcohol (for the record). Parking is onsite, and easy to find spots. Good location, even to take public transportation to the City Center if you wish to.

Stayed here in August for 1 night as it was close to the airport and was very disappointed. I got locked in the bathroom due to the lock and finally got out. The bathroom lock and handle was clearly broken but hadnt been replaced. Reception finally got someone upstairs to fix it but they werent able to at 11pm. The hotel is ageing and needs a whole revamp. Close to the airport, 5 min taxi which was convenient and was given a goodybag breakfast as left before breakfast started. Due to the condition of the rooms, was disappointed.

Beautiful hotel with unique decorations that tie into Bosnian culture! Our room was lovely and the bed was comfy! The staff was excellent during both check in and check out. They even made sure to have a packed to go lunch for us since we left really early to the airport. Will stay again when we come back!

We were warmly greeted by extremely nice staff. The room is clean and modern. We liked the modern take on the traditional Bosnian carpets. The cafe and restaurant were excellent. It is less than a 10 minute drive to airport . A gas station is on the complex.

Nice modern hotel ni the suburb

The hotel is nice and modern. Room was very nice, bathroom as well. Only the pool was quite small and it should be heated. The parking was big and safe. The hotel is not close to the center, so keep that in mind, it takes around 10 min by car.

My team killed a lot of spiders in the rooms, one of the worse hotels that I have encountered in Bosnia

Not bad stay

It was a cute hotel. Really nice staff. Only issue i had was with the room not being ready in the sense that amenities were not om the room at all even though the reception staff informed me that the room is ready for check in. (Towels, TP rolls) then it took them sometime to provide the amenities. Otherwise the place is nice.

The staff at Ibis Styles Sarajevo is so kind, professional and will truly go out of their way to ensure you're comfortable. The complimentary breakfast is delicious. As well as the cafe and restaurant is the perfect touch. Also the way the hotel is decorated truly preserves Bosnian history and it was like staying at a museum. I absolutely loved my time there.

The big family rooms are amazing for someone travelling with kids.

The hotel was very clean and stylish. Modern with a little traditional flair. Breakfast buffet was much better than expected and had a large selection of food. Did not like that there was no iron or ironing board in the room as well as a fridge but aside feom that stay was pleasing and would book at the hotel again.

Everything was nice,the location was perfect,the staff so kind and helpful.

Era tutto molto perfetto. Il personale era molto Gentile, molto disponibile, professionale e solare. La Camera era molto pulita e molto spaziosa. Nel nostro pachetto era inclusa anche la colazione, la quale era molto abbondante e con una vasta scelta. Ovviamente era tutto fresco e appena preparato. L’unica cosa un po negativa era l’acqua della piscina la quale era molto fredda.

The hotel pictures online are from many years ago. Hotel is generally a bit tired. Service was ok, breakfast average. The problem we gad was that ventilation was not working so we gad to open windows. But air pollution and smell was bad at this time in Sarajevo so it was not pleasurable.

Hotel bom, quartos moderno e espaçosos, bom café da manhã, porém muito longe da cidade,sem nada por perto.

Het diner in het rooftop restaurant was geweldig. Prachtig uitzicht over Sarajevo en de bergen. De spa en het zwembad was ook heel prettig vertoeven. De schommels bij de receptie zorgen voor een speels welkom voor de kinderen. Alleen jammer dat de jacuzzi/bubbelbad het niet deed in de kamer. Zeer ruime driepersoonskamer.

Sehr modernes Hotel. Restaurant/Bar auf dem Dach serviert leckeres Essen und Drinks. Pool/Spa gepflegt und sauber. Es war ein angenehmer Aufenthalt

It was a short stay but I didnt see anything bother me. Breakfast was really good. The rooms were clean. And the balcony was a really big deal. Huge. I had a great time. Also The guys at the reception were really kind and helpful. Thank you.

Gayet iyi otel

Otel rahatlık ve konfor olarak güzel. Temiz ve aile dostu bir oteldi. Kahvaltı gayet iyiydi çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Bana göre tek negatif özelliği konumu merkeze biraz uzak tramvay ile ulaşım var ancak onun içinde 3-5 dk yürümeniz gerekiyor çocuklu aile için zor olabilir

Hôtel splendide, avec service de qualité, literie ultra confortable, digne d’un grand hôtel. Piscine et spa à disposition. Seul bémol, un petit peu éloigné du centre-ville.

Mould in bathrooms

Upon check in I found in my bathroom mould. After switching 3 separate rooms I found them in every room. Definitely its a health hazard. Reception tries to clear the situation with housekeeping.

Odamız çok büyük ve tertemizdi. Daha önceden de bu otelde konakladığımız ve memnun kaldığımız için tekrar tercih ettik, Kahvaltısı avrupa standartlarının çok çok üzerinde Sarajevo'ya tekrar gelsem asla başka bir yerde kalmam..

Empfang war sehr gut, nett und schnell. Zimmer sind sauber, das Bett war bequem. Passend für eine Dienstreise. Frühstückssbuffet war reichlich, schmackhaft, alles O.K.

Businesshotel mit Fitness- und Spabereich

Das Hotel ist in einem Industriegebiet etwas abseits der Stadt gelegen. Die Zimmer und deren Einrichtung sind zweckmäßig, Klimaanlage bei 36 Grad etwas überfordert aber sonst leise. Frühstücksbuffet OK. Fitness- und Spabereich mit Schwimmbad im Keller, schön groß. Sonnenuntergang auf der Dachterrassen-Bar ist super.

Nice stay in Sarajevo

Very nice design, tasty breakfast, nice view from terrace. Free and spacious parking. Smoking inside the bar was a minus. Further away from the city center.

Odaların temizliği, çalışanların ilgilisi çok iyiydi. odalar konforlu ve çok güzel dizayn edilmiş. temizlik ve otel imkanları iyiydi. Sadece kahvaltı biraz daha çeşitli ve yöresel olabilirdi. Room was very clear and staff was very concerned. room was confortable and disigned very good. cleaning and hotel facilities was good. onlything breakfast could be more various and includes more local tastes.
