Great Hotel with unique animation theme. Would really recommend

Great hotel, fabulous breakfast. Great for access to the main train station but a good 45 min walk to the old town, christmas markets.

Overall very happy

Generally pretty good. Cleaning could be a bit better in the common areas. Walks and lists in our room was dirty and damaged but nothing that caused an issue. We regretted not getting the breakfast as part of the room as we didn't find that many restaurants in Liége that provided a breakfast option similarly to what the hotel manged daily. The people working there was friendly and helpful tough we did receive contradicting information regarding payment for breakfast.

Everything you need

We stayed in a room with a double bed and a sofabed. Everything was clean and nice. Just what we needed. But the sofabed is very soft and used, so not very comfortable. I would recommend this for short stays or no need of the sofabed.

The hotel is 5 minute walk from the train station. That was very convenient to us.

Super cute hotel with very friendly staffs. They have kids area for kids while you check in. Free high quality coffee, tea and hot cocoa for travelers. Nigh bar looks nice, having game table and comfortable seats to hang out with friends. The whole hotel is comic style and super fun. I will visit Liège again because of this hotel. I really want to stay again!

Fantastic hotel. I would recommend it. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spotless. Location wise it is really close to the Train station. And roughly a 25 30 min slow walk into the main square.

Fantastic for lovers of modern architecture

Excellent location 2 mins from DAZZLING new(ish) Liège Guillemens Station. Comfortable; quiet; free hot drinks (in takeaway cups) in reception. My only criticism is the slippery shower floor, with no mat available to mitigate this hazard.

Brilliant hotel, really comfortable beds and lovely breakfast

I wish they have fridge in the room. The staff was really friendly and the overall service was excellent.

A stop over

We found this hotel very easy, the staff were helpful and the car park is accessible by the hotel lift. We had refreshments at the bar when we arrived good selection of local beer. Breakfast was good. Our only real complaint was the heat in the room very difficult to regulate but as the staff said you can open the window.

n Unplanned Overnight Stay

Excellent service. The entire staff is customer friendly, with a professional approach, ready to be of assistance. Very comfortable bed and room. Very clean. Easily accessible - easy walk from the main train station. Beautifully set up. I had a quiet, peaceful and restful night after a long journey and frustrating day. All I needed was this perfect place to rest. Thank you to all, I mean everyone, that includes the housekeeping services, who are always overlooked, and yet they are ones who make sure our rooms and surroundings are clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel and always the Accor and Ibis brand.

Nice Stay.

Room was very nice and big enough for us 3. Overall very nice hotel, the only negative thing is the parking. There is not enough parking for all the clients. We were told parking was included but we couldn't get a spot so we had to park outside.

What a great hotel. We only stayed one night but it was worth it. Love how modern and clean it was. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

Super hotel

Is is a new hotel and everything is good, clean quiet and safe. Definitely I will stay again on my next stop in Liège. Even if the restaurants are closed for the moment in Belgium there are a lot of options around where you can take away some food.

Great hotel, service needs improving

Great location, opposite the fantastic train station. The hotel was modern and bright. The room was very well designed and I loved the cartoon themes. Free parking, which is a bonus. Staff were very friendly. Beds were very comfortable and the hotel was quiet at night, ensuri g a good night's sleep. My confirmation email stated that check in was at 12pm but when we arrived, we were told we couldn't check in until 2pm, leaving us milling around in the heat, waiting. The bathroom floor of our room had long, dark hairs on the floor, which, in the middle of a pandemic, is not acceptable. However, when I reviewed the check in procedure, the hotel did try to maje amends by giving us free drinks at the bar and a complementary breakfast. It's a shame though, that when we ordered our drinks, it took 30 minutes before we were served them. Our room hadn't been cleaned after we returned e e flowing afternoon and it wasn't until 3.45pm that the cleaner arrived, whilst we were sitting in our room!

Rooms were perfect. Comfy beds, ultra clean bathrooms. Friendliest of staff members. Breakfast was superb. Lots of options. Bar was more than decent.great selection of beers and booze. Location: unbeatable. Wifi super fast. Black out curtains were a plus. If you wanted darkness, you got it. The decoration was my favourite part. I felt i was in a Belgian cartoon adventure. Made me travel through time back to my childhood. If you’re considering this hotel for your stay in Liège, pick it! You won’t regret it.

Good escape from the daily life

Pasé mucho calor. El termostato no reflejaba la temperatura ambiente, pero creo que estaba por encima de los 22°C. En verano, con esa temperatura, pondríamos el aire acondicionado (en modo frío); ¿por qué en invierno hay que pasar calor? Por no hablar de las consecuencias medioambientales que tiene calentar a >22°C un hotel de esas dimensiones las 24/7. Tuve que dormir solo con la sábana, sin el edredón, pero respiraba mal a causa del calor, y no había solución para eso. La única manera de refrescar la habitación era apagar el termostato varias veces al día (está programado para encenderse solo de vez en cuando, y cuando está encendido, calienta la habitación) y abrir la ventana, pero claro, por la noche hay que elegir entre el fresco o el silencio. Opté por cerrar la ventana para dormir sin ruido, pero dormí mal a causa del calor. Por lo demás, el hotel está bastante bien. La ducha es agradable y fácil de controlar. Las habitaciones son bastante silenciosas, y las almohadas muy cómodas. No probé el desayuno.

Als Bahnreisende genossen wir die Nähe zum Bahnhof und die fußläufige Erreichbarkeit der Innenstadt. Die Comics im Zimmer und im Aufenthaltsraum versprühen gute Laune. Das Frühstück ist empfehlenswert

Love the place, been there for 4 times now and everytime we enjoy it. We book this hotel when we drive to disneyland paris once a year. This time My son lost his neckless and when we retured on the way back from France they found the neckless and was retured to us.

Excellent hôtel, personnel accueillant et sympathique. Les chambres sont bien conçues et très propres. La salle de bain est moderne. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié. A 4 minutes à pied de la gare. Très bien pour les familles aussi avec un petit aire de jeux pour les jeunes enfants (moins de six ans).

J'ai réservé un séjour d'une nuitée avec une amie et tout s'est bien passé, hôtel très sympa, chambre très propre, confortable et bien équipée, personnel très accueillant et disponible. J'ai oublié de demander l'horaire du petit déjeuné et nous sommes arrivées trop tard pour le prendre. Ayant attrapé une pharyngite la veille et n'étant vraiment pas bien, je me suis réveillée un peu tard le lendemain et mon amie m'a laissée dormir. Le petit déjeuné que nous n'avons pas pu prendre mais qui était déjà réglé nous a été remboursé, donc pas de soucis. L'hôtel n'y est pour rien, c'est la faute à pas de chance.

C'est un peu enclavé.

Voyage en famille avec nos 2 enfants 8+5 ans en chambre 101. Accueil souriant avec proposition de se garer dans le parking privé d’à côté (10€/nuit) avec accès direct à l’hôtel. La décoration “anniversaire” avec ballons & petit mot sur le lit à été très apprécié de tous. Nos enfants ont joué avec pendant tout le séjour ;) Le service *boissons chaudes* est un plus surtout après une soirée fraîche. Le petit déjeuner est gourmand et varié. La machine à pancake, un succès auprès de nos enfants. Le personnel, agréable et serviable. Coin enfant petit mais cosy. La décoration est à l’image des BD. La situation de l’hôtel nous a permis de découvrir les alentours animés et la ville à pieds très facilement.

Das Hotel ist modern und wir hatten ein sehr großes Zimmer welches auch für Rollstuhlfahrer konzipiert war. Die Comics an den Wänden und die passenden Bücher dazu sind klasse. Wir fanden nur die Stadt Lüttich wirklich nicht sehr schön. Auch die Gegend um den Bahnhof zieht natürlich Magisch ein gewisses Klientel an Leuten an. Wir haben nur 1 Nacht auf unserem Rückweg aus Frankreich dort verbracht. Daher war das für uns ok. Frühstück war ausreichend und lecker. Das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Parken in der Tiefgarage kostet 10€. Das ist fair.

Quarto excelente e limpo, e funcionários gentis e atenciosos. O único problema é não poder entrar com o veículo até a porta do hotel para embarcar/ desembarcar as malas.

Sehr schönes, modernes Hotel direkt am Bahnhof Liege-Guillemins. Alles im Hotel hat einen Bezig zu Comics. Sehr charmant. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Es gibt Läden und ein paar Lokale in direkter Nachbarschaft. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
