We had very poor to non existent wifi in our room on the 3rd floor. We were there for 4 nights and found a lack of storage in the room and washroom. We asked several times how old the building was and its history especially our room on steel stilts. No one seemed to know. The room was hot but we were able to keep the windows open as it was very quiet. We could have used an extra pillow as there was only 1 per be plus 1 extra would recommend this hotel

The hotel is centrally located to.downtown and train station.

No lift available abd bedroom on second floor. This was told in advance the day before arrival. There was no discount for absence of lift.

good stay

happy with our family room. had a double bed plus a couch which converted and they had kids cots. only thing we wished the room had would be a mini fridge. but great location in walking distance to the old town.

The staff was wonderful some struggled with english but it was fun .Location was fine it was across from a water fountain with a restaurant carousel and a crepe stand .Location was wasy to walk from .It had a nice lobby to relax in as well as a bar and an elevator room was charming with the wood beams.

Really great property! amazing! they gave us a room in front of the street, in the middle of the Christmas market construction, but sound isolation was greeaaaat! and the views were beautiful, staff great! breakfast great! not cheap but greeeeat!

Lola the front desk young lady was amazing ! She helped us over the phone to find the parking. Then was so helpful explain where to go to visit and have dinner. She made our evening so much more wonderful because of her help

Breakfast was absolutely great. Rooms comfy and warm. Only detail was mould along windows. Did not really match the rest of the cleanliness.

We stayed in the rooms that open onto the courtyard. The windows are mirrored, but we left a light on when we left the room during the early evening, only to find that when we returned we could see our belongings in the room from the courtyard. The door was locked and it was secure, just a bit of a surprise. Rooms were a reasonable size but had the feel of a motel rather than a hotel. Not quite what I expected, but I have no complaints on comfort or quality of sleep. Limited parking meant we used the nearby underground parking lot, which was cheaper than the hotel, but a little walk away.

Good hotel but wouldn't stay again

The hotel is in a great location - walking distance to the city center. Our room was rather small, but we didn't expect much more from IBIS. Breakfast was ok, however, they ran out of some foods - there were no eggs left an hour before the breakfast was supposed to be over. The biggest disappointment was when it came to parking. It doesn't mention anywhere that booking of a parking spot is mandatory, however, when we arrived, we were informed that we didn't reserve a spot and therefore our only option is to park on a street (imagine how easy it is to find a parking spot on a street (!) in France (!) on a Saturday evening (!)

Great family location

Great service, great for families. Walking distance to everything. Right across from a park where the kids can run around.

IBIS hotels are usually faceless modern concrete blocks but this was is built in an old malt house so the rooms are not all the same size or accessibility, & it is spread over two buildings. Our room was small so if we had been travelling with large bags it would have been a challenge. The bathroom was small but had everything we needed, the bed comfortable and the view interesting....an old, rather scruffy, medieval courtyard. There is no restaurant but there are coffee & tea making facilities in reception, a bar & you are very close to some great restaurants in the old part of Colmar. The staff are friendly & helpful. Parking is limited & in what appears to be an old cellar.... if you have a large car then good luck as it is very tight! Outside there is a small place to sit in the garden with a beer but beware if your rooms are above it as this is also the smoking area & you may not want to open your window! Breakfast was good, better than expected, but in a small area so expect it to be busy at peak times.

Nice hotel in a central location, however found one of the hotel staff (receptionist) to be really rude. Charged the wrong amount and did not apologise with sincerity.

Nice hotel located within walking distance to downtown. Rooms were nice but I found some how uncomfortable that the toilet was separated from the sink and shower. One have to cross the room to get from the toilet to the sink and shower. I also think that they need more night staff. What I could observe was that the guy in the reception also had to take care of the bar am dinner. iHe was a busy guy!

Colmar did not disappoint

Great hotel right in the city centre and in good order. Great breakfast is served in a modern attractive room with a good selection of food. Our room was compact but had everything we needed and was clean. If you require parking phone in advance as spaces limited. Staff always friendly and helpful.

Great hotel but small garage

The only reason for not making this a 5 star was the parking at the location. I had a large car which was difficult to navigate in their small entry/exit to their garage. The location was only about 100 yards from the center of the town but was on a pleasant street with a park located across from the hotel.

First time in Colmar and can’t fault it

Perfect location!

This was the perfect spot to stay in Colmar. Steps to the old city centre. Big cars don’t fit in the hotel garage but there is lots of street parking available and it’s free on Sundays. There was breakfast included in our stay and the food was super fresh and delicious. I would stay here again!

Super hotel for Colmar Marathon!

I stayed here before the Colmar Marathon. The marathon started at a park across the street, so you couldn't ask for a more convenient location. Plus, they allowed a very late checkout so runners could freshen up afterwards. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was quick to respond to emails. All in all, it was a great stay!

Colmar hotel

Lovely hotel in a great position. The family room was fine and breakfast was really good. Only real disappointment was that we arrived at 3:45 pm (after a six hour journey from Italy) to be told the room wouldn't be ready for half an hour! On the website it said rooms ready from 12 so this was a let down. We were hot and tired and just wanted showers before going sightseeing. When you are only stopping one night I'd say this isn't good enough.

Colmar is a lovely very pretty place to visit

Hotel was handy for the town, and park was Lov across the road, where children can enjoy themselves under the fountain, very near to bars and restaurants, the only thing the shops and bars restaurants are very expensive, the town was very pretty you can take a boat ride or a horse and cart or the little train ride around the centre, when walking around lady's where a flat shoe as it's all cobbled streets. There is also a market indoor and outdoor most days,

Our family had a wonderful stay at the Ibis Colmar. The location was excellent. The hotel's parking was full but there was an underground parking lot across the street. Highlight of the hotel was the breakfast! The whole family was delighted. Excellent hotel. We highly recommend it!

Superb stay. Central to the old town and onsite parking space. Room was great and we booked in for breakfast each day as it was great value for money with plenty of choice - even had fresh oranges and a juicer! Lovely park opposite and walk out the back door and you were in the old town.

Located near to charming old town houses and parking was easy. However, the hotel's service staff could really do with a smile.

Great value for money deal at Colmar

For my recent trip to Colmar, Ibis Styles was a fantastic value for money deal. Great location - 5 mins walk to old town, comfy and clean rooms, good breakfast provided. The only complaints are the small basement garage that really test the driver's parking skills, the "weird" pillars on the 3rd floor, and that this hotel doesn't have the auto fresh orange juice machine as provided by Ibis Styles Toulon and Beaune. I would definitely come back to stay and recommend this hotel to friends.

Decent Location

The hotel is well situated for exploring this lovely city. A 5 minute walk sees you in the centre of it. The hotel is functional and modern without much character. The breakfasts were fine although we only were served fruit salad on the last morning. Not sure why it wasn't available on the other 3. The free wifi works well enough although you only get 15 minutes on the PC in the lobby. My android picked up the wifi in our room OK except for the Sunday when it dropped out completely.

Nice place to stay

We found the staff very helpful and pleasant. Through no fault of their own, they had to explain the car parking arrangements, which is a very large cellar with pillars and a steep curved drive down into it, so it is not available for every vehicle. Otherwise we were well advised as to where to go and visit or eat. The room and the shower room were nice but on the small side. All in all we had a nice stay and intend to book to stay again next year.

All was gr8 couldn't have anything better. Rooms are comfortable in all senses airy, big, tidy, kids really enjoyed it as the room had beams and beside it was 2 rooms in one with 2 tv's and 2 ac's really comfy.

Ideal Location

Just a 10 minute walk to Colmar station and less than 5 minutes into the old town, this hotel isn't a fancy, whistles and bells kind of place, but is well run, very clean, quiet and very well priced, given it's location.

Not impressed

You had to wade through water to get to the car in the garage. No air in 37 degree heat. Breakfast was all done on a small scale. I asked for tomoatoe juice. The answer was yes but I would have to pay for it. Our room was very ordinary with an outlook over a derelict building with pigeons nesting right outside our one window. Not impressed.

Good value.

It had an excellent lounge which contained interesting reading material and free tea and coffee. The position was excellent, close to the train station and the centre of town. The breakfast was excellent.

The All Seasons Hotel in Colmar

The hotel is very conveniently located, except for being very hard to find -- vert few streets had name signs! Everything was very good except no air conditioning -- and it was over 90 degrees. The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was good.

Very cozy hotel with extremely hospitale atmosphere. The room was comfortable, the stuff was incredibly friendly. Mind the parking garage: it can accommodate very small cars only. But with certain skills you can fit in it. An outside parking is just on the opposite side of the street. Location is great. I recommend this place.

Good Option in Colmar

This hotel is literally around the corner from Colmar's old town center, on a very quiet street across from the large town park. The hotel was a pleasant 12 minute walk to the train station, located across the park and then another two blocks away. The room was small but comfortable and well designed with the toilet and shower in separate rooms. Breakfast was typical bread, ham, yogurt, and cheese. On a Sunday, the town is quiet and everything is closed but the park in front of the hotel is full of activity. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

The sauna room is next to the fitness equipment, (2 instruments). You can't use the fitness equipment because you can feel the heat from the walls of the sauna room. It is impossible to use the fitness equipment in this hotel.

All Seasons Colmar is very close to the old center

We found this hotel located very convenient to the all Citi tourist attractions. Also big underground parking is located nearby where we place our car because hotel parking is not big and it should be booked beforehand. The room was big and looked modern. There was free broadband internet. Thanks to the hotels staff, they were very polite and recomend restorant.

Die Lage direkt neben der Altstadt ist top. Fürs Parkhaus auf andere Strassenseite gab's eine Reduktion. Freundliches Personal und gutes, vielfältiges Frühstück runden den positiven Eindruck ab. Gerne kommen wieder ins ibis Styles 👍.

Bon emplacement pour aller dans le centre de Colmar à pieds. Chambre correcte pour une nuit. Toutefois, le ménage pourrait être amélioré en nettoyant les moustiques écrasés aux murs.

No pudimos llegar al hotel

No pudimos llegar al hotel porque tuvimos un retraso del tren de Salzburgo a Basilea por la nieve de más de tres horas. Y cuando llegamos a la estación de trenes a Basilea a las 10:30 PM ya no conseguimos tren hasta Colmar así que tuvimos que quedarnos y a la Dia siguiente recién pudimos llegar.

Vi har boet på hotellet mange gange på grund af den gode beliggenhed og de gode værelser. Charmerendebygninger og lige så charmerende værelser, alle forskellige. Vi kommer helt sikkert igen.

Accueil sympatique

La chambre au rez de chaussée est grande, fonctionnelle. Le café est dans l'office 24h/24. Petit déjeuner avec oeufs et jambon, vienoiseries tout à fait correct pour le prix. Utiliser le parking Rapp car il y a un partenariat avec l'hôtel et 15€ pour une journée, cela reste peu honéreux par rapport aux parcmètres.

Everything was really good. Nice quiet room with good bed. Breakfast was good. You could boil your own eggs, which was a curiosity :). Just outside the old town, so short walk to everywhere also to the railway station. Fantastic local wines can be tasted in the bar. I can warmly recommend this hotel.

Très bon séjour, hôtel bien situé, petit bémol : on ne sait pas que le parking coûte 15 €, il serait préférable de l'inclure dans le prix, et une vraie fenêtre aurait été agréable, chambre 107 petite fenêtre en hauteur donc pas possibilité de vue même sur la cour, c'est un peu étouffant, limite quand on est claustrophobe. Sinon, très bon hôtel, calme, petits déjeuners excellents

Das Hotel Ibis liegt sehr Central. Tolles und sehr schönes Hotel. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und frisch. Zimmer sehr modern und freundliche. Parkhaus befindet sich direkt nebenan. Beim nächsten Besuch in Colmar bestimmt wieder in diesem Hotel. Bis dann…. alles gute und besten Dank.

Tout simplement le meilleur hotel de sa catégorie dans Colmar. Décoration raffinée alliant, confort , modernité et cachet de l'ancien , on se sent comme à la maison . La literie est excellente , bonne insonorisation

Buena ubicación, poca comodidad

Buena ubicación, aunque ahora mismo están arreglando la calle de la entrada al hotel y es un poco incomodo el acceso. La comodidad en el cuarto no fue buena. La temperatura del cuarto no funcionaba y no tenía suficientes almohadas. Desayuno no es muy variado.

Für einen Städtetripp super zentral gelegenes Hotel. Unser Zimmer war sauber, allerdings ziemlich klein auch es gab leider kein deutsches Fersehprogramm. Das Frühstück war einfach aber ausreichend. Für einen kurzen Trip ist das Hotel absolut empfehlenswert.

Séjour parfait pour un marathon

Excellent accueil: personnel aux petits soins et très aimable. Le lieu est très propre, literie confortable, cadre plaisant en intérieur et joli en extérieur. Particulièrement bien placé et accès pratique même si il y a des travaux en ce moment. La ville est superbe et l'animation marathon était géniale.

Un bon accueil et un hôtel bien situé au centre. Un petit point négatif car des travaux ne facilite pas l’accès à l’hôtel donc on s’est garé plus loin de l’hôtel. Le petit déjeuner était bien mais il faudrait une seconde machine pour boisson chaude. Je recommande cet hôtel.

Dejligt hotel med atmosfære og god beliggenhed.

Hotellet har vi boet på flete gange, dels fordi det ligget rigtig godt i forhold til seværdigheder og parken lige overfor hotellet. Der er en god atmosfære og venligt og imødekommende personale. Grundet Corona var morgenbuffeten udskiftet med portionsanretninger. Vi kommer helt sikker igen.
