Newer Arad

nice newer hotel outskirts of town more of a industrial area. Decent breakfast. NO Laundry service even though it says does. Clean and quiet good for business traveler.

Outside the city, Easy access to the highway!

I arrived at the property after a long journey and found that the staff were not helpful nor competent. One particular receptionist was rude. I asked to see a manager twice but none were around even at 9:00 am. I also asked about a procedure for filing a complaint and they did not seem to know if they had one. Instead I was given an e-mail address to which I could write but when I did it proved to be wrong. I have stayed in this hotel before and I can notice a decline in the quality of service and a lack of care towards their customers. The organisational culture of this institution must be awful as nobody seems to care. I wonder why Ibis tolerates such a aituation

New hotel, excellent condition, good breakfast! Great staff! Very often you will receive an unexpected upgrade to your room!

Good stop on the road

We arrived late due to delays at the border crossing. When we called to let the hotel know the receptionist was great, reassuring us that there would be no problem and not to rush. On arrival she was very helpful and friendly. It was a nice welcome after a long journey.

A great modern hotel. Spacious room, very clean and a nice big wet room shower. Breakfast was superb.

I have stayed here on my way to Austria. Very nice hotel, I think it is close to Arad. Very good breakfast and super nice employees! I would stay here on my way back to Romania too!

The quality and amenities of this hotel more than make up for the somewhat unusual location outside town / near the highway. The hotel offered everything we needed for an overnight stop on our drive west from Braşov. Getting there and parking was easy, and staff at reception and in the restaurant were all friendly and professional. Our room was clean, comfortable, and tastefully designed (same goes for the public areas), and we got a good nights sleep. We were too tired to head into Arad for dinner and are glad we stayed put: the hotel has excellent and reasonably priced dinner menu offerings, and we were extremely pleased with both dishes we ordered (salmon and turkey). Breakfast was a feast, with a number of hot dishes, fresh fruit, pastries, cereals, yogurt, cheese, etc. All in all, a very pleasant stay that we would happily repeat!

Very Pleasant Place to Stay - Recommended!

We had a very pleasant stay in this newly opened Ibis Styles. We only stayed one night as we were passing through en route to UK, but the staff made us feel very welcome. We ate in the restaurant, and despite a limited 'opening' menu, there was a good choice of meals and both food and drink was to a high standard. Our room was very clean (very new!) and comfortable. We would happily stay here again - strongly recomended!

Nur unsympathisch und schlechter Service.

Das unfreundliche Personal ever. Kein Lächeln, kein Hallo, geschweige denn ein herzliches Willkommen. Es wurde noch nicht einmal der Kopf gehoben…schlecht! Darüber hinaus fand eine oder mehrere Veranstaltungen statt und es gab keine Möglichkeit das Restaurant zu nutzen. Das Hotel liegt am „Ende der Welt“ und wir mussten wieder mit dem Auto durch die Gegend fahren. Frechheit!!!

L’albergo è molto carino, il contesto è una zona industriale ma è molto vicino all’autostrada, non mi è piaciuta la signora che serviva la colazione perché non era molto cortese e il bacon servito era freddo, per il resto tutto perfetto e molto pulito, per chi apprezza la storia dell’arrivo dello zucchero in Romania, l’albergo la racconta attraverso i suoi piani... molto carino!

Breve soggiorno ma piacevole.
