Good location. Walking distance to MTR. Walking distance to A11 Airport Bus. No tea making facilities. Has small bar fridge. Must keep bottled water there as I would not drink local water.

The property needs redecoration but is clean. Some guests were being very noisy at night, however, the staff dealt with the issue effectively.

Bath room need upgrade as paint peeling off looking not nice for a hotel room. Location is great being close to MRT North Point staion and bus terminal to from airport. Receptionist was pleasant and helpful.

I spent a week in this hotel. Clean and efficient and great location next to a metro station.

Small room but it was clean and did the job. The elevator/lift does take some time as a lot people stay here due to the reasonable cost and it is right next to the MTR station.

The stay was convenient. The elevator/space was a bit tight.

The breakfast begins at 7:30am instead of 6:30am which is stated at the information page. The shower area is too small with curtain always flow to you.

Great location but hotel room size is very small and only okay for 1pax stay. Decent amenities but strange that the cups came without any spoon. Requested for fork/spoon from guest service was not fulfilled. Disappointed in this area. Got to bring along utensils in case you wish to dine inside the room. Only 2 lobby lifts service the entire building so got to wait awhile during the peak period hours. Otherwise the stay is pleasant. Will likely revisit but hope the service can further improved next time.

Always checked in to this hotel every time we visit HK, would have been nicer if the hotel staff improve on their service through constant smiles to develop rapport. They seem tired all the time. I NEVER see them smile nor show interest in customer support. Good hotel though a bit old but hopefully customer service should improve.

You can catch the A11 Airport bus to the Ibis with your Octopus card for $41 HK dollars. Convenient from the airport and when you go back catch the same bus. Harbour City is opposite and you can eat at lots of restaurants and shop there for groceries.

Housekeeping staffs very friendly. They cleaned my room very clean and tidy and always full filled my needs. Front desk staffs very helpful and polite.

it's my 3rd trip for the year, and renovation is still ongoing; hopefully, when I return in August, I'll have a better harbour view room. it would help if you have a more friendly customer service. a simple smile and warm welcome would go a long way, especially for tourists like us. May I also suggest that drinking water be provided to clients, we can bring our bottle to refill at your restaurant on the 2nd level; that would even boost your customer service.

So far i dont like the no plastic rules they dont give out water anymore. If plastic is not allowed better think of glass bottle to be considerate. Water is life

Room is ok, not super clean u see some spot or dirt mark on wall. Bathroom some rust on the equipment. mold/midew on the shower cube wall. But again u got what u pay for.

A budget hotel located in an accessible area with public transport and food options. Don't expect anything fancy in this hotel. It's a tall building block with very standard decor as expected in a chain hotel.

Right opposite to Harbour North Mall and a stone’s throw away from MTR exit. Staff at Service counter are polite and efficient. Toilet is cramped. Not sound proofing esp the housekeeping noise from the next door can be clearly heard in the morning Was bite by beg bugs a few times. But overall it is satisfactory of its price and convenience.

The breakfast is good. The room is a bit small after accommodating the 4 suitcases. Good location though for MTR. Cleaning staff is good.

The room has temperature control but it only provided cold air. The room was about 16 to 18 degree C. I catched a cold after the first night and then asked the front desk for a portable heater. This is unacceptable for a visitor from north America. A hotel room will provide cold or hot temperature control dial.

So much room for improvement

Not as good as it used to be. Disappointing! Facilities are defective, charging ports are not working properly. The room is dark. The hotel smelled full of cigars. Complimentary amenities are no longer provided. Wtaer, coffee and tea are not included in the room.

Dirtiest hotel I’ve come across. Only positives are the location and attentive staffs. My body itched since I checked in possibly due to dust mites allergy. There is zero view outside the window as there were maintenance works all over the building lasting a year but no notice was given to us before we booked.

This hotel is centrally located in North Point, with easy access to subway, and bus. That is where the perks end. The beds (if you can call them that) are rock hard, to the point it will have you convinced you are sleeping on a plywood board. The staff is friendly enough, and the breakfast is ok. This place will leave you eager to be on your way. Would not recommend this hotel.

MTR nearby, very convenient for the visitors. A lot of restaurants, convenience stores and laundry shop drop off and pick up only 4hours.

Mouldy walls but good location

Location was great. However, the condition of the room leaves a lot to be desired. Mould on the walls and ceilings. I expected it to be dated but mould is unacceptable.

Smallest IBIS room

smallest room ever stayed in IBIS. Toilet functional but dated. Queen size bed small for 2 adults. only 1 pillow per adult and too soft. However metro is next to the hotel and there is a direct bus to airport.

The place looks very tired with furniture close to falling apart. It is in desperate need for an upgrade or renovation. While we were checking in , we heard a guest complaining being bitten by bugs and demand a change of room. While in our room there was a notice about pest control spraying in the following days which added to our concerns. The room is tiny and fortunately we did not have any bugs issue. Other than that, location is great. Easy transport to the airport and close to the MTR and bus terminus.

It's location makes it easy to get around; a few minutes to an mtr station. The property itself is grnerally nice and clean but the room is quite in want of a refurbishment. The parquet flooring is quite for wear and tear. Toiletries are basic; no shampoo was provided, only body wash and soap. Towels were clean. An electric kettle was available in the room but no coffeee or tea sachets were provided.

The hotel should follow up certain issues like dampness under the floors, curtains can't be pulled smoothlly and lack of restaurant serice or canteens.

$140.00/day is too much to pay for a small room and limited amenities - I have used this hotel before but this will be the last time - I’m so disappointed!!! I won’t even suggest it to my friends.

The central control air conditioner is too cold. Window sill has serious water leakage during Black Rain/Red Rain. Due to humidity, the wall has sweating and the ceiling has lot of black spots. The outside of the Refrigerator has serious leakage of water.

Solid hotel close to MRT

Solid hotel very close to North point subway station. Exit A1 is closest, but use exit A4 if you need escalator. Air con was cold, cleaning everyday, rooms tiny and expensive but pricey. Overall solid.

Room I was first given had a mouldy ceiling. I asked to change and the staff were very good about accommodating that. Second room was much cleaner and ended up being an upgrade which I was thankful for.

it is about 3 minutes walk away from the city flyer bus terminal, 1 minute walk to an mtr station entrance. my room was spacious for 1 person. the elevators are tiny - only about 4 people can be accommodated at a time, and there are only 2 elevators - makes for a longer wait time.

Ibis HK North Point - 10 day stay - solo traveller

A nice hotel in a lovely and worthwhile part of Hong Kong, North Point. 5 minutes walk to the seafront and plenty of restaurants and supermarkets close by for supplies. The hotel was clean and well equipped with helpful, multilingual staff, which as a foreigner, I appreciated!! The room aas clean and the bed comfy with a fantastic view of Victoria Harbour (I requested a harbour view room). I personally felt the stay was good value for money compared with other places I have stayed in Hong Kong and I was very satisfied with everything. Included air-con was also appreciated!! Recommended!
