I had a room with a kitchen and a living room. It was like a residential apartment with ALL the facilities - a microwave, washing machine, electric stove, refrigerator, pots and pans, you name it.

Nice hotel. Ok for business stay if you need to go to the Convention Center, but very far from the Old Quarter area. Not much places for shopping or bars and restaurants around the hotel. Breakfast is buffet style but may need more variety on a daily basis. All staff are very friendly especially the Concierge Ns. Tam who’s very helpful.

Business trip

I stayed here on a business trip and this is a really nice hotel. The staff are great and do everything they can for you. Hang looked after us very well at breakfast and always had my drink ready for me by the time I got to the table. My room was upgraded and it was very spacious and clean. Really enjoyed my stay and will be back.

Excellent hotel with professional employees

This is a great hotel in west part of Hanoi. I stayed at the clubroom and spent most of my time working there. Breakfast spread and room are both great too. Staff are more than ready to offer their help and yet not intrusive. I really appreciate that.

Hotel was very comfortable and clean. The wait staff greeted us by name and even knew what we wanted for breakfast!

Fantastic hotel

We were there for a soccer tournament. It is an excellent location for it. The buffet is amazing, aka carte is slow service. The hotel is very nice and it slept 2 adults, 2 kids very comfortably.

Not for tourists

This hotel is atleast 1 hour taxi ride From central Hanoi, and given that most tours are a further 3-4 hours (Halong bay etc.) from central Hanoi- this is highly inconvenient. None of tour operators will pick you up from hotel, so an extra 200,000 Dongs each way trip in addition.All good restaurants again based in centre. Breakfast does have some variety- with local and Japanese cuisine- mainly catering for conference delegates etc. and breakfast room extremely busy and crowded. Personally we have had better breakfast in other hotels in Vietnam. We were apparently booked for only 2 breakfasts( despite checking in for family of 3)!-Again unusual as no such problem in the other ones that we had booked. We had to argue about this, and finally did not have to pay. Again asking to pay for extra bed, which other hotels happy to arrange for free. We had sought advise from concierge for Halong bay trip and they recommended a company that has very bad reviews on trip advisor that we thankfully decided not to go ahead with finally( for some reason they hesitated to offer us even the name of the tour company, and we were just glad that we insisted that we needed it). The taxis that they recommend which stand outside the hotel cost us twice the charge of other taxi companies return- so not sure whether hotels get Commission for this. On the whole, poor overall experience, just not catered for visiting tourists- avoid this if you have other options!

Business stay

The club staff were really helpful and made my stay a real pleasure.

I enjoyed Hanoi, the traffic is insane but so much fun to watch. Crowne was lovely, the staff excellent and very welcoming.

Simply fabulous with excellent quality

It was a wonderful stay, well worth the room rate. The staff were excellent rendering the best service possible. They reach out to the guests to ensure that every need is well taken care off. The surrounding area close to the hotel was rich with greenery, calmness and relatively clean. The restaurants and eateries close to the hotel provide good food and drinks.

Great service

Easy to get to and from the hotel by taxi. The stay was comfortable and room is spacious. Service provided by staff is great and courteous. However, there is not much things to do in the neighbourhood and room soundproofing need to improve.

We booked a family room and the room was very spacious and could comfortably accommodate my family of 4. Rooms are beautifully decorated and very clean. The location is excellent - just 3 minutes walk from Siam Paragon. Hotel staff are very friendly and courteous and always willing to help with any request. Would book this place again for all future trips to BKK.

Perfect for business

This is a great hotel for any occasion, but for business it was very comfortable. The room had blackout curtains, nice desk, comfortable chair and ottoman, flat screen TV with a enough (English) movie, sports, news, and documentary channels. Service was outstanding and helpful and friendly staff. Best of all - large soaking bathtub with view of the TV.

The staff are extremely supportive of an enjoyable stay. We stayed 5 nights. The outdoor Lotus Cafe and Bar was a regular refreshing retreat upon arriving back at the hotel after a hard day walking the streets of Ha Noi. The swimming pool is wonderfully shaped for a good swim and has a very pleasant surrounding area. The breakfast offered so many options that it was impossible to try everything even in five mornings. The cleaning staff were very thorough but never pushy nor in the way. The IHG Club welcome was a real bonus as was the smoking policy which offers convenience to everyone without smoke contaminating clean areas. All in all a great home away from home.

Will come again!

Useful location for my business requirements. Hotel more than met my expectations. Will be happy to make the Crowne Plaza my base on any future visits to Hanoi.

Would highly recomnend this hotel . Staff esecially is vey good - friendly ,courteous and go out if their way to hekp and speak english . I am a vegeterian and since the snack bar didnt have too many veg items the staff and the chef went out of their way to mske specisl vege food which yhey served specislly for me on my table . 1 st day - finger sandwiches and greek salad 2 nd day cheese pizzaand samosa 3 rd day veg noodles . Was very impressed by this personal service Had a good stay !

Great Breakfast Gym needs work

I thought the room was great, the staff was kind and the breakfast was fantastic. The only problem was the men's locker room seemed to have some things that were broken down. Overall a great place in My Dinh.

Crowne Plaza Hanoi is the best of the best

I wanted to move in. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and provided the best service. We used the spa, the pool, room service, concierge and even extended the stay by three days because of the most excellent care.

Great Hotel

Great hotel. Great service and the entire staff made me feel very comfortable and welcome during my one week stay here while on business. The only negative is that the wireless internet connection in my room is intermittent and I had to continuously re-log on to the network. When you are trying to catch up on work after a day on the road, this became a little annoying. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend the hotel to anyone.

Disappointing

It was very disappointing to arrive at such a lovely hotel to find out that it was miles from anything else. Every day, it was a long taxi ride into the city. I should have done more research...not a good hotel for a tourist. The breakfast was mediocre and not worth the money; most of the food was cold...no matter what time I arrived to eat. Room service food was not that good either; had to send my food back and still it was returned not cooked the way I requested. Very disappointing for a 5 star rated hotel.

Club level worth the $$$

Great 5 star hotel at the right price!

Having just travelled through Vietnam (South to North) we ended our trip with a relaxing 2 days at the Crown Plaza West Hanoi. Although the hotel is away from the city, its only a $10 cab ride to the old quarter. The Hotel and the staff make up for the location. The best 5 star service from the concierge and reception staff (nothing was too much trouble) and they were able to do anything and everything from baggage repairs to sourcing me a motor scooter to Hire, all at the right price. We were amazed at their generosity and enthusiasm to help. There are some great restaurants nearby, and for the best experience, pay the extra few dollars to add the ‘club room’ access to your stay. You wont regret the service from level 24, along with Happy Hour at 5:30pm! (yes free beer, wine and house spirits) We would definitely stay again on our next trip.

Not what it should be!

I expected better from Crowne Plaza. Ok it is Hanoi, Vietnam - but they charge a lot and do not deliver. The bed was very hard, internet extra and expensive - bring a smart phone and buy a SIM card - save loads of money, breakfast was poor and also expensive - what should have been hot was cold and the cereal would not even come out of the contraption they had it in. Go out for Pho, save 90% compared to the hotel breakfast and it tastes much better. Location lacking also as just not much around that you can get to. Would try plenty of hotels in Hanoi before ever thinking about going back.

VERY NICE HOTEL, PRETTY GROUNDS AND THE ROOM AND BATH WERE VERY SPACIOUS. AFTER FLYING 20 HRS. THE BED WAS VERY COMFORTABLE . THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL AND THE BREAKFAST BUFFET WAS FABULOUS!

Service was great, the SPA facility was delightful. The rooms were clean and new :-) Food and service was terrific. As for location, it is on the other side of town near the new business development side. On my next business trip through Hanoi, this is my pick of choice for overall great value vs service and cleanliness.

30分以上待ちましたが、お湯のシャワーが出ませんでした。 夜も朝もお湯がでなかったので、仕方なく水でシャワーを浴びました。 同じ価格帯の新しいホテルをおすすめします。

部屋をアップグレードいただき、とても広い部屋に泊まらせていただきました。とても清潔感のある部屋で心地いい部屋でした。 朝食のバイキングメニューも豊富で、店員さんの応対もよかったです。 またフロントのスタッフさんも人当たりが良く、英語は問題なく通じました。 また利用させていただきたいです。ありがとうございました。

忘れ物送付

チェックアウト時に室内忘れて行った物を次の宿泊先に届けてくれるように依頼したのに対して、誠実に対応し、2日後に無料で送ってくれた。ただし、忘れて来た物のうち、2点が入っていなかった。ハウスキーピングが部屋の隅々まで見ていない恐れがあるか、使いかけなので捨ててしまったかであろう。念のため、確認してほしかった。

スタッフは、大変親切で、食事も美味しい。ロケーションが、中心部からとおいのが、難点なのですが、そのぶん同クラスメートのホテルに比べてお安く宿泊てまきます。

ハノイ郊外にある良いホテル

この大規模なホテルは郊外に立地しており、観光には不向きであるが政府機関とは近く、工場等にも近い場合があるので、特定に人間にとっては便利である。近所に観光客が安心して食べられるところはなく、ホテル内での食事が無難である。ホテルは生活で、設備も良く、接客もしっかりしている。ただ、価格もタイミングによるが、高い場合もあるので、注意が必要である。カジノもあるので好きな人は楽しめる（パスポート忘れずに）

불편했어요.

방카펫이 전혀관리가 안돼서 냄새나고 기침이 계속나요. 체크아웃시 디파짓을 취소해줘야하는데 오히려 더 큰 금액을 긁어놔서 문자로 확인 안했으면 큰일날뻔... 일부러인지 실수인지 확인할 수 없지만 다시는 안가려구요..

今回は　ビジネスパートナーの　希望で、ムリアホテルから　当該ホテルに変更・宿泊した。 地理的　ロケーションも　すこぶる好都合で、スタッフの対応もよく　快適であった。 難を言えば、　インターネットの環境の点で、メールの受信はできたが　送信ができず、IT　エンジニアに　要請するも　解決できずに終わった為　何が悪かったのか　？　仕事の中身を考慮すれば、　次回は　他のホテルの利用を考えたい。

ホテルは非常に良いホテルです。朝食も中国人、韓国人観光客で混んでいるのは人気のホテルなので仕方ないことを除いて、バリエーションも豊富で、美味しい朝食です。ただ、ミーディンにあるので、歩いて周辺をウロウロしても、特に何もありません。

安心して滞在できました

今回、ハノイでの出張で滞在しました。初めてのハノイ滞在でしたので、今回のような安心できるサービスが受けられるホテルの滞在出来て非常に安心できて、心強かったです。１Ｆレストランでの食事も控えめながら気の利いたサービスを提供してくれて気持ちよく過ごせました。次回も利用しようと思っています
