TravellerI am an American, but this hotel in Kyiv is probably my favorite hotel that I have stayed at. It is very clean and I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful, I liked it so much that I am returning there next month, I would give them 5 stars! It is conveniently located next to St. Sophia cathedral and St. Michaels Monastery, close to Kreschatyk street and you can pay to have them pick you up and take you back to the airport, they also will schedule the Covid-19 test with a nurse in your hotel room for when you fly back to your home country. Shout out to Alexey, Artur, and Alina they were very amazing with their service!

TravellerWell located and this hotel is a choice location for us. Unfortunately the restaurant is not to our liking so we don’t dine there, which is a pity. The bar restaurant service can improve and pricing is very high forcing you to go elsewhere for the night apart from a starter drink. If pricing and restaurants were better, we spent more time in the hotel. Apart from this the rooms are nice and hotel has good feel and great location.

Traveller3 stars for twice the price. This place is a joke.
Do not believe the five stars. Do not pay more than $150 for this hotel. The Fairmont, Intercontinental, and Bursa are superior hotels for the same price or less. This place is like going back in time in a bad way. Everything about this hotel is cold and the general attitude of the staff is just ridiculous. Most importantly this does not have the wonderful, smart, and positive vibe that is True Kyiv.

Really nice stay. The only minor gripe I have is I reported my safe would not open and asked that it be fixed while I was out for the day. This did not happen. Other than that minor issue, the hotel was great.

The Hyatt Kiev is a very modern hotel in central Kiev. It is centrally located and probably the best hotel in Kiev. We had a Regency Suite which is the lowest level suite and it was absolutely perfect. Two rooms, living area and office area. The suite was very spacious and ten times better than I thought it would be by the photos on the website. Breakfast was included and amazing buffet each morning. The suite came with access to the executive lounge which was very nice for complimentary cocktails and appetizers late afternoon to early evening. All in all it was a perfect stay in every way.

Hyatt Regency has a policy that if your membership account is inactive for more than 24 months, the points and rewards lapse and they don't reinstate the account. I had over 39,000 points and stayed with Hyatt many times and suddenly, my points were taken away. I requested that they reinstate the account with the points but they refused. I think this is unfair and I will not stay at the Hyatt anymore because of this reason. I think IHG rewards is better and others that don't ever expire.

Hyatt Regency was an oasis. Our luggage got delayed for 24 hours, and concierge sent us emergency toiletries and assisted in coordinating delivery of our luggage from the airport to the hotel (not a simple affair in this country). Also, their spa and swimming pool are amazing.

Previously, I've stayed at the Premier Palace, which I liked a lot, but this time, I decided to stay at an American owned brand, instead of a Russian owned hotel. The Hyatt was nicely situated across from the Monastery just up the hill from Maidan Square and shopping area.

Really enjoyed the excellent location within walking distance to St Sophia, and easy access to public transport. The hotel hardware is also good being a fairly new hotel. Service was mostly good.

Great location in the centre of Kiev and great spa (pool and gym) and breakfast. Most of the staff are incredibly helpful and kind however, I did have a run in with the hotel's front office manager. By mistake the concierge booked my taxi to the wrong address, fortunately I realised and was able to redirect him to the right place. The hotel contacted me (I would not have followed up) to stress it wasn't the hotel's fault, which did aggravate the situation when I was always already quite stressed. As a consequence I wouldn't stay there again and definitely not for business!

No class of service as a normal Hyatt gave to offer, since I last stayed, all services, starting from checkin procedures to room comfort to other hotel services have been deteriorating. On the second day the room was smelling sewage which was not acceptable. They blamed me for turning the temperature down that resulted in causing the incident. Even the letter I got from the reception didn't have any apologies or any humor. I will sure not recommend anyone to stay there anymore. Sometimes even, we had to wait for our car because the valet parking person went for launch. What a disappointment.

This property has a top location and professional staff . There is not much to add . Additionally , the Hotel serves an high quality level breakfast . I tried other Hotels in Kyiv , but this one is the one !
