Lovely scenic property with incredible service and lots of amenities. Rooms are a little dated and the floors were very dirty in my room, but other than that an exceptional stay.

Staff especially the front desk, superb

From check in to leaving I found the hotel staff extremely pleasant and helpful. The room and facilities were excellent. All in all a lovely hotel.

From start (check-in) to finish (check-out) the staff members are very professional not to mention their ability to communicate in English. Security was paramount. The only thing I was a bit disappointed in was, being in Thailand, not having hot sauces or Thai hot chili powders available during the afternoon club snack hour or during the breakfast hour . I hope, on my next trip, they will be easily accessible. Thank you for listening.

Really wonderful property. Excellent breakfast. Wonderful beach, pool and grounds. Immaculately kept. However it was the worst ‘club’ experience I have had. The regency club was oversubscribed. The staff at points were overwhelmed and service was then poor. I also suspect there were quests who weren’t even meant to be there as you were never asked for a room number. Early evening there were no seats and the dress code wasn’t enforced. No exclusivity at all. Hyatt although a branded hotel still maintains a Thai style and identity. Really handy for Cicada and Tamarind markets. We did have a great stay just disappointed with regency club.

Exceptional Hotel Experience.

Overall, an exceptional hotel with a highly professional and service-minded staff. The breakfast selection was outstanding, featuring excellent coffee and a wide variety of delicious options. The pool area is beautifully situated near the beach, surrounded by a lush garden with numerous trees, creating a serene and peaceful atmosphere.

Air conditioning was sounding terrible. Asked employees to check it but nothing happened. Last night I didn’t sleep at all…

Exceptional resort to stay at with a young family. We literally spent 4 hours there and decided to extend our stay. Fabulous buffet breakfast with coffee separate in house bakery with all the delicious pastries. Staff are so friendly and welcoming especially to young children. Camp Hyatt also available to entertain the kids with plenty of activities options. Massive swimming pool gym and steam room also available. Beach front resort with easy access. I would definitely come back to Hyatt Regency for our next stay. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

Beautiful location for a holiday with the family. Felt very lucky to be there.

We had such a fantastic stay here. The staff are so friendly, and constantly go above and beyond to be helpful. They were brilliant with kids and our daughter loved getting to feed the fish every morning and do several of the Camp Hyatt activities. The room was spacious and comfortable with amazing and much needed air con! It was very quiet at night and (even though we aren’t sure how they managed it) some days the staff would turn over the sheets etc up to 3 times a day, which was amazing. The hotel itself is surrounded by beautiful plants and trees, the pool/s are huge and even at busier times there was always part of it that was quiet. The hotel breakfast Buffett is amazing with so much choice and while we didn’t eat at the hotel restaurants much in the evening (because we were spoiled for choice in Hua Hin) when we did it was really very good. Very easy access to the beach with its very shallow and warm water, and it was easy to walk into Hia Hin too or a very short cab ride. The hotel is right next to Cicada Market which was handy during the weekend when that was on. We had such a brilliant stay here and are already missing it. I’d definitely recommend if you’re wanting to stay in the Hua Hin area.

Great hotel with attentive staff and beautiful surroundings. Our room was clean and well resourced. Relaxed atmosphere. Great pool area. Close to 2 big night markets. Kids clubs with lots to do

Very disappointed about the condition of the hotel. Very old and outdated. Indeed not a 5-star hotel dispute the rating.

The tranquility of the property

Sensational trip.

What can I say. The Barai and its team Kung , Pahmai and Mo - the butler service was outstanding. The McFarland healthy food was the best breakfast we have ever had. The spa - was superb and Pim was the best masseuse I have ever had.

Everything was great. Everything!

Every member of staff was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. The extremely clean pool and beach could be one of the best in Thailand. We would highly recommend the Thai menu in the restaurant and the choice of food for the breakfast service was amazing. Sara and Tai in the Hotel Club Lounge were extremely welcoming and looked after us on our Anniversary. Also a big thankyou to Marco for making our visit so special.

The water pressure in the shower was perfect. AC unit in our room was nice and not noisy at all.

Overall it’s a nice hotel but it lacks proper room accommodations fo the disabled. The “accesible” room was to smell for wheelchair udse and the bathroom didn’t have proper grab bars by by the=toilet or in the shower so was unusable for people with mobility and balscecisde disabilities Ike I have.

This Hyatt is an over priced hotel, you can get the same service and quality of stay from plenty of hotels in the vicinity with just 3-4 stars. It’s the same as paying extra money for Nikey shoes, the extra money only gets you the brand name and nothing more.

The refurbished rooms were nice.

The property is well maintained and very clean. Beautiful grounds and pools. We had problems getting our rooms. When we checked in the receptionist kept saying our rooms weren’t ready and would have to be reconfigured. It took three hours and my room had to be changed as I had an injury and could not climb the stairs and make the walk to the remote room I was I itially given. Once this was corrected the rest of the stay was great!

Not good for the price we paid.

the service at the restaurant Figs was horrible and the pool as well. the rooms were full of mosquitos and the hotel in general needs maintenance and care. it needs renovation.

Wonderful stay in a very relaxing location. Had a club room and the service by the staff in the regency club was outstanding. Service always with a smile. Special mention to Nan and Emmy who went beyond to provide a great stay. Thoroughly recommend the hotel and ambience. Stayed at many hotels along this section of coast but this hotel is the best.

This is a beautiful property and the staff are superb. Always smiling, go out of their way to help you. The pool is really big and the ‘most’ that extends from it to the waterfall is wonderful. I was lucky to have a pool access room and this was perfect. Breakfast a little crowded unless you go early. Although the loungers are labelled as ‘reserve for one hour’ this isn’t enforced so those selfish fools who think they’re special peg their towels and leave their hats on the loungers that are in the nicest places, often leaving them unoccupied for many hours. However there are plenty of other loungers to do and this is the fault of the selfish, self centred people rather than those who work in the hotel as they are in a difficult position. The grounds are stunningly maintained and I think this hotel has the best beach front area in Hua Hin. The hotel is right on the beach and the sea is beautiful in this area. Gym is good. Steam room could be open for some longer hours into the evening but again, stunning facilities. So much selection at breakfast which is beautifully presented. Room was perfect and quiet, cleaned brilliantly every day. Thank you.

Overall our stay was nice, staffs is friendly and helpful, general their English is good enough for communication and efficiency

We stayed for three nights and wish we had stayed longer. Such a chilled hotel. Lovely gardens and right on the sea.

We stayed for 9 nights for golf. The resort is pretty and rooms are newly renovated. It is clean. All the staff are very nice. The breakfast spread is exceptional.

Special holidays can be expected here

As we stayed at king bed room (Club Access) for 5 days, so far we were satisfied with Hyatt Hua Hin and we can recommend you to stay here. From the hotel entrance to the gate of Cicada night market the cart is available for Fri, Sat & Sun and it is next to Tamarind Market. Green Songthaews are available to two main shopping mall as Village market and Blue port by 15B opposite of Cicada market. Bolt & Grab are also available by less than 100b. You can enjoy the wonderful breakfast at the main dining Fig in addition to the Club lounge without any additional fee. The Regency club access is the perfect selection as you can stay here. Housekeeping was so poor that we have to claim every night due to the insufficient supply of amenities, no complete cleaning and no professional l services at all. Every day from 8:00 to 17:00, many activities are programmed by such as Yoga, PILATES, STRETCHING, AQUA AEROBICS, ARCHERY LESSON and SAND DRAWING. Hotel laundry is not recommended so that you can use local Smile laundry at the opposite of Tamarind market by 60B per KG. Local massage services shops are most recommended at the front of Tamarind market by 250B to 700B for one hour which are 10% of the hotel Spa. No rooms cannot enjoy the ocean views even you expect like the beach front hotel with regret.

Stayed here for 3 nights..room was modern and clean..breakfast spread was excellent. Staff were attentive and polite.

DONT DARE BOOK A ROOM BECAUSE IT HAS CLUB ACCESS. THE CLUB HAS 2.00 WORTH OF SNACK AND 5 SOFT DRINKS. I SPENT A FORTUNE FOR THAILAND PER NIGHT AND THEY REFUSED ME A GLASS OF ORANGE JUICE BECAUSE I WASNT GOING TO DRINK IT IN THE VACANT 'CLUB" NO THANK YOU. THEY MAKE ALL KINDS OF PROMISES THAT FOOD IS INCLUDED. YOU PAY FOR EVERYTHIHNG! RIPOFF.

Amazing everything.

Amazing place. Amazing staff. Great breakfast. Amazing food. We planned to explore Hua Hin but decided to stay in the resort and enjoy. Ams we’ve extended our stay. A 5* service as it should be. Once minor issue is the spoiled children of some gussets, but this is an issue at every place we’ve been, and it’s the guests who should manage and their kids properly. The resort is top quality tho.

Great stay, but too many mosquitos!

We really enjoyed the Barai Suite and all the amenities offered by the hotel! The food was excellent and the vibe on the property was nice. Not many people were there as the travel ban was still in effect which we enjoyed very much. The worst part about our stay were the mosquitos! I got bit so many times. It was especially hard to enjoy my massage when there were so many mosquitos biting me. Other than that, I certainly recommend this hotel.

Great resort

Great stay at the Hyatt. Khun Game took great care of us while at the club restaurant. My only concern was the air conditioning in our room. Even though we had maintenance come by to fix it, it was still not properly functional which led to uncomfortable sleep as it was too hot in the room. The remainder of the resort was amazing. The grounds were great, staff were always polite and helpful. Pool was entertaining for the kids. I would stay there again as long as the air conditioning situation improved.

The entire place is amazing, especially if one likes decent ancient Thai Style. Breakfast in the Club Areas is so so, nothing special. Anyway, we will come back as the place is really nice!

This is a great place for relaxing vacation or family with kids, I will recommend booking the room with Regency club access, so you have food and drink all day long. We stay 2 nights there and we don't even need to leave the hotel because the hotel has everything we needed. Outside the hotel has a little town and night market, 5 mins drive to a shopping mall if you need to buy anything from a convenient store or supermarket or just want to walk around outside the Hotel.

Disappointed with room room facilities compared to the room rate.

Excellent & relaxing stay!

This Hyatt did not disappoint and was exceptional! From the service to the food, everything was top notch. The beach was amazing and very walkable. I usually do not have spa services since I have been disappointed at previous resorts, but I had an amazing massage. I hope to return again next year!

Very comfortable and relax

Overall, very ok. Staffs are all lovely, smiling and friendly. The breakfast is varied but on the last day, the accommodation asked for a deduction because the food is unclean but told the staff to check the food cleanliness.

It's a lovely spot removed from the noise and madness of Hua Hin (yet still close) and within easy walking distance of Cicada Market - one of the better night markets in Thailand. I was upgraded to 'club' status and the room was comfortable and quiet as expected. Staff was very helpful overall with the only hitch happening when waiting for my 'club' room to be cleaned prior to (early) check-in. I was somewhat harrassed by one of the 'club' lounge staff while sitting and reading my book. I was literally the only person in the 'club' area at the time and she questioned me twice as to what I was doing ... and told me twice that I was in the 'club' zone which was only for 'club' guests. In reply, I told her twice I was waiting to check into my 'club' room but she did not seem to believe me. Her English was Ok so I don't think it was a language misunderstanding. It soured me a bit at the start of my stay but otherwise it was a good visit and I would return.

There was a lot of activities arranged by the hotel which were suitable for different ages. Or just enjoy different swimming pool for family or you wish hide away from noise. Staffs were very nice.

Great service!

The hotel was under renovation but the staffs did their best to keep us most comfortable. Love the room and the view along the beach. Can’t wait for the main pool to be in operation! Will definitely go back.

Great staff that makes guests feel like home!

Staff was friendly and made the hotel feels like home for my 60 year old parents. Recommend this to family vacation but I am sure young couples/ friends would enjoy the place as much as we do!

The main pool was under renovation. So the area was limited to what was promoted. Overal friendly staff, clean and nice beach. We might re visit when the renovation is done.

The place was nice, staff excellent except the Front desk. I booked through Expedia and paid for 3 room 2 nights. Hyatt charged my credit card twice, explained to them at check in and check out. They were going to take care of it. My sister paid 2 day of breakfast buffet on her credit card for every one and Hyatt front desk tried to charge my credit card for it too. Left resort, next trip after 7 days, refund credit bit still one more its not. They charged me twice, over one thousand dollar, even though I paid in advance through Expedia. I am at another beautiful island now and have to deal with this and my credit card. Please double check if you go to this property. I read some other review and they are known to double charge. Sincerely, Headache while traveling

Great place to stay in HuaHin

I prefer to stay here compare to the other hotel in the downtown 1. Swimming pool is so great. 2. The beach here has less people. 3. The night market is cleaner and more confortable. You can still spend few hours to visit downtown if you want, it only takes you about 10 min by car.

Pool is amazing. McFarland House restaurant was delicious. Breakfast is a bit disorganized and more staff needed but food is good. Beach is clean and beautiful. Wednesday night bbq at the hotel by the beach was lovely. Great for a relaxed family trip.

Beautiful resort, excellent service although the restaurants are not out standing.

The hotel grounds are beautiful, stunning pool area, restaurants are wonderful, staff wonderful, no need to go anywhere else, its all there, so relaxing, everyone should stay at least once in there life.

Lovely hotel beside beach, but food and drinks expensive.

Fabulous family hotel in a great location. We had a quiet room with a lovely view of the swimming pool. The kids pool with its own little beach was excellent for our toddler, especially as part of it was in the shade. The beach itself is soft powder sand and there were small waves where our toddler enjoyed his first body board experience. The water aerobics class was good fun and the adults and older kids loved the big water slide. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed with club access. It was very impressive. The room we booked was King size bed. Only it was no bulcony, to dry the swimsuits was inconvenient. But overall was excellent.

Great hotel for a family or for a couple. The club area is recommended if you want it a bit more quiet. The Barai Spa is superb but a bit pricey.

Lovely hotel with great facilities. Good location by the beach and near the night market. If I was to criticise anything it would be he ludicrous price for the breakfast. But the rooms are nice, the pool area is gorgeous and there isn’t much to complain about. I would probably recommend staying in the club section as the breakfast is included and you get slightly better service in my view.

Staff service was excellent...beautiful property on the beach. Several restaurants to provide different cuisines. Unfortunately it rained most of the days we were there, however we had the club access which made a big difference. Next time we plan to visit during the non rainy season.

I stayed in club king size bedroom in which I were very pleased to enjoy the drink and food in the club lounge. The service is very good. I also love the swimming pool and feel very relaxed. It is approx 10 min to night market that is still acceptable. I am surprised that this hotel provides activities to guests eg various yoga class , kid class. Although I did not join, I want to join if I stay longer.

Nice hotel good for kids and family vacation

We were very impressed with hotel facility. The swimming pool is perfect for little kids. They have slid for kids to play all day long. I will give it to 5 if I DON'T lose my Thai money in the hotel room and not getting terrible bed bugs in this hotel. We were stay for 5 days 4 nights. We lose 3000 bath in our 3rd night. I was very disappoint and can't believe it was happened with us. The only thing hotel can do was telling us that they did the investigation and the cleaning lady work with them for many years. I got terrible bed bugs on my arm and my legs.

The best resort / hotel we have stayed at!

Simply put, this place is tremendous! The grounds are stunning, huge and beautifully cared for, the swimming pool meanders between the trees meaning a lot of the pool is on the shade even at midday - which is ideal, our son loved the water slide. Our room was on the second floor and had a great view of the water features, with the beach and ocean beyond that - it was lovely to wake to to that view every morning. The staff were excellent and friendly, the GM taking the time to introduce himself to everyone - a personal touch you don't get often these days. If I had to be critical, I would like to see some more variety for Breakfast - but other than that there is nothing I would want to see changed. We must have stayed at 30+ hotels in Thailand and we all agreed this was the best.
