Lovely comfortable hotel with great friendly staff. In a lovely area and right opposite a metro station.

Super!!

The hotel is great. Breakfast is wonderful with good variety of cheese, and everything. The bed is comfortable and enough soft what I need for my spine. Interior design is perfect! The staff works fantastically great, the place we like very much

Too expensive for what they offer

Very small room but it was located conveniently near the turistics areas. The staff was not very helpful however I think is the culture around here. Overall it was a good stay to explore paris.

We felt welcomed when we arrived. The staff were very nice and helpful. The transport was excellent as the metro is right outside the hotel and we did most of our travelling this way. It was excellent after a long day as you were taken right to your door. Room was very clean and made up each day while we were out. I couldnt recommend this hotel enough ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Everything perfect except it is a bit small . Front staff are awesome especially Asma, Sarah and Julia whom we had interaction. Location his perfect and is next to train station M12 which makes it so convenient to get around the city .

We had an amazing time at this hotel. Perfect location just steps away from Volontaires Station. Staff was very welcoming and held out luggage’s allowing us to explore Paris a bit longer due to our late evening flight. Delicious breakfast. Highly recommend returning.

Friendly staff, explained the area and key places to visit on map. Upgraded our room and left sweet treat for honeymoon. Great location for M12 and short walk to M6.

The hotel was great in a perfect position, right across from the Metro so very easy to get around. The area was great also, good restaurants close by. My only thing would be the rooms are quite small so just be prepared. But still very clean and modern.

The hotel Yllen Eiffel was clean and comfortable for our stay in Paris, easy access to transport and Eiffel Tower and San Germaine areas of Paris.

Perfect spot for my family. Sun way was across the street and 20min walk to the Eiffel Tower. Rooms were clean and stafff were very helpful.

Super friendly staff, clean rooms! Stayed during Olympics and they had a home country flag for us, it was sweet.

The staff was great! Very welcoming and helpful. The hotel's location is great as well. A metro stop is just across the street, but you can still walk to places if you prefer. They also made the stay extra special for those in town for the Olympics. I would stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean. We appreciated the air conditioning, as it was pretty warm while we were there. Location right across the street from the subway was extremely convenient.

Hotel was perfect. Small rooms but comfortable, staff were very kind and helpful, metro was right on doorstep and it was a great central location for visiting many sites. Restaurants in area were very good too

Excellent service! Beautiful room perfect for our family of 4. Walking distance to Eiffel Tower. We were greeted with croissants when checking in. We took the recommendation of hotel staff to visit a local patisserie just down the street, Pierre Hermé Paris, which had the best French pastries we have ever had. The hotel manager went out of his way to arrange for a taxi to the airport early morning and insisted on serving us an early breakfast before leaving. He was so kind to our children. Nice Italian restaurant next door. We highly recommend this hotel!

The staff were very helpful. Very small room, clean and had a nice view of the picturesque street. The neighbourhood has lots of options for dining.

The staff are super nice and helpful. The breakfast is superb. The metro station is right outside the door. The room is much bigger than other hotel rooms we have stayed in throughout Europe. There are plenty of great French restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommended!

Can see the Eiffel Tower

Very friendly staff! Helped recommend restaurants near by and answered all our questions. Provided us daily bottled water and the breakfast had good options and was high quality. Just steps from the subway. I would stay there again!

I had a great stay at Yllen. The room was nice and clean, well equipped, the gym was fun too. Incredible value for money!

I liked the cozy feel of the property. The staff was nice and it was conveniently located to get to most of the sites we visited.

The lady who did both my check-in and check-out was lovely. However the woman who was at the desk during my stay was all but lovely (arrogant and rather abrupt).

I stayed for 1 night. The room is quite small. The bed was comfortable, everything in the room worked well. the staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Good location and very close to several metro and buses lines.

Immediately opposite a metro station. Breakfast lovely. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Reception acknowledged birthday which was nice... little touches in room for this, would have made for an excellent stay.

I really enjoyed this hotel I come to Paris often and this hotel was amazing!

Garron was incredibly welcoming, a brilliant host with an excellent sense of humour. The room was perfect for my needs; clean and fresh and the bed was soooo comfortable. I loved the location being so close to the Metro for exploring but also the locale that has everything you could need. I can’t praise this hotel enough. Loved it!!!

Excellent Boutique Hotel in the 15th District! Very friendly staff.. special shout out to Geri & Magic Midnight! Nice clean room. Location is away from the "High Tourist areas" The Paris Metro is across a small street, making getting around great. Good value and I would stay there again, if I'm lucky enough to go back to this spectacular European City! Merci beaucoup!

The service was great at the hotel, they had a good breakfast, and clean room. The outlet in the bathroom did not work and also the room was quite small. Great location also next to the metro. Highly recommend

A fine 4 star Hotel

The Hotel's reception staff make an instantly good impression. The foyer is a haven of comfort and well appointed. Having a glass of wine in the evening is very pleasant.The room was also clean and very well appointed with attractive decor and excellent lighting.This Hotel pays attention to detail. Access to the Metro is easy and a more buzzy enclave can be found at the nearby Boulevard Pasteur. The artisan bakery opposite the Hotel is an excellent snack option. Lynda

Very helpful and genuinely friendly staff. Very safe, quiet street. We had an extremely tiny room - and was tricky getting in and out of a rather odd shower without falling…but then again this was Paris and they did provide my favorite toiletries from L’Occitane! Clean dining area with fresh coffee and basic but well stocked breakfast buffet. Walkable to train station but not really close to touristy spots. Overall very basic/no frills but surprisingly comfortable and pleasant boutique hotel and we really did enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay in Paris! Booked a triple room for our family and it was (by Parisian standards) a decent size. Great breakfast and really lovely staff.

Hotel is a nice boutique hotel. It is very easy and close to get to attractions such as Eiffel Tower with metro. Uber or taxi drop off is also very convenient.

The hotel is located in downtown Paris; and is right across from a metro-line; allowing easy access to all the attractions & dining options in Paris. The staff communicated to us earlier that their rooms were small; but it was sufficient for our needs & maintained very well. I really appreciate & thank the hotel staff (esp. the night manager) who helped me and my wife communicate with a local pharmacy (we didn't know French) when I had a bad stomach flu. Their support & concern meant a lot during our stay in Paris. The kindness, commitment and concern of Hotel Yllen's staff is enough for me to definitely recommend a stay here for a visit to Paris!

Very clean and right by the Metro to get around.

The hotel is location is great if you want to avoid tourist. It is literally 10 meters from Voluntaire metro (12) station and you can go anywhere. There are lots of local restaurants around. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Recommend to have breakfast at the hotel. It is implacably clean.

Excellent hotel!!

The hotel was even better than we hoped it would be. It’s about 15-25 min by metro to all of the major tourism locations, but is a nice break from the hustle of those areas. We stayed in the 7th floor room with the balcony…AMAZING!!

From check in to check out, everything was perfect. The hotel is really comfortable, rooms well equipped, great bathroom and shower. Staff were amazing, fresh water and coffee in room each day. Very clean throughout. Could not fault a thing

Room was too cold the whole time and it was cold outside. Wifi did not work well in the room. The shower/bathtub was quite high and stepping out of the shower was a bit dangerous. Very easy to slip with not handle bar to hold on to.

I went to Paris to participate in a conference, they were super helpful printing my paper and offering me water and tea while I worked. I left the hotel at 6 AM, someone was there to offer me coffee and croissant. Exceptional service. Very good and fresh breakfast. beautiful decoration. Super clean, excelent english skills. I highly recommend this hotel and for sure I will stay there again.

I can’t say enough positive things about the staff. This was our first trip to Paris and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful.

We spent 5 nights and we enjoyed every single day we stayed. The hotel room is clean and stylish. The staffs are wonderful especially the manager he call him self “ magic”. His help during our stay is really a magic! We will come back!

Perfect location, friendly helpful reception, clean, fit for purpose rooms

An okay stay

Upon initial inspection the hotel and room were both lovely. Unfortunately after the first night we noticed how poorly maintained the rooms were. Climate control out of service, bin lid didnt function, fridge door hinge had been broken for some time, shower head turned to face wall as grimy and button missing. Just lots of little bits that niggled.

Excellent location, very courteous and friendly staff. Metro station is across the street so getting around is super easy. Area is clean and quiet, but within 15-30 mins of all major attractions. Shops and Restaurants nearby are open late. Will definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. Everything from the helpfulness of the staff to the cleanliness of the rooms to the buffet breakfasts were wonderful. The metro is really just across the street. We would definitely stay at this hotel on another trip to Paris.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were small, but average for Paris. The rooms were clean and modern. There’s a metro station across the street, but attractions are in walkable distance. The breakfast was quality, amazing when compared to standard American continental breakfasts.

The hotel is a really beautiful boutique hotel. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming and go out of their way to make sure to accommodate guests in any way they can and to ensure guests feel welcomed and at home. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Paris. It's a really great location to all the main attractions as well!

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was a bit tight with 2 single beds and couch but comfortable and lots of storage. Small details were a big bonus, hotel slippers, nespresso coffee and kusmi tea in room, as well as nice bath products. Flat and sparkling water also provided daily. Overall, really enjoyed our stay.

Everything was amazing… we just love our stay, we are glad we stay in such a perfect place.

Stayed at this property about two years ago and it was nice. This time around they remodeled, and it looks amazing. Additionally the staff now is absolutely fantastic, helpful and extremely nice!! Housekeeping was amazing, our room was always cleaned and made up perfectly, unlike many hotels nowadays who don’t service your room daily. The manager went above and beyond in accommodating us. The last day we were there they ordered a taxi very very early in the morning for us (5 with lots of luggage), and the manager came running out with croissants so that we can have them on our way to the airport!! The service was spectacular- highly recommend this hotel!

Great location. Lovely staff

Nicely appointed for a family, and good value! One of the few hotels on our trip that managed to set out 4 sets of towels and cups for our family of four! Would also be great for a bachelorette party or such.

We liked the location, the metro station is across the street. The room was really nice and breakfast was great. Customer service was also excellent.
