Hôtel bien positionné proche de tout, gros bémol pour se garer et l'hôtel propose des places à 22€/jour! Beaucoup trop cher et en plus, l'hôtel a très peu de places. Le personnel est top, le ménage des chambres est correct mais pas nettoyé à fond. Les oreillers sont trop petits, les rangements des chambres pour 4 pas assez nombreux, les gels douche à disposition sont des unidoses et on en a seulement 4 par jour !! et la sdb mériterait un bon coup de rénovation. Pas de bouilloire avec dosettes de thé et café dans les chambres malgré le fait que ce soit un 3 étoiles La restauration est bien sauf qu'il manque de choix pour les personnes qui ne mangent pas de viande. Difficile la plupart du temps d'avoir des transats autour des piscines. L'espace aquatique est bien et les animations variées.

Great hotel and very friendly helpful staff , great eating facility’s , only downside is the hotel is huge and the pools probably aren’t big enough for the amount of people staying and never spare Lounger in peak season although plenty of seating .

Didn’t like the check in , also full board only allows water or juice only at meal times you can not have water any other time unless you pay also no pool towels are provided

Bargain break

Authentically Spanish which we liked so don’t go expecting “english” translations.. impressive pool area and bedrooms have been refurbished to a nice standard but main reception public toilets and dining areas could do with modernising! Hotel is immaculately clean plenty of staff always working hard. Bar staff are great! Cleaners are daily. Location is perfect in centre of resort. The little train stop 8 is positioned right outside of hotel ideally. Can wander outside of hotel in virtually any direction for a different experience of Salou. Only criticism= Expect lots of wild unsupervised Spanish children running around and noisy late into the night and teenagers returning drunk 3am. But couldn’t complain for the cheap price we paid.

en un principio nos asustamos un poco a la llegada x la cola para el chekin y la cantidad de familias de gitanos k habia... pero al ir pasando las horas estuvimos genial... la habitacion super comodas sus camas... la comida muy variada en el bufet... y k decir de l@s animador@s son maravillos@s, encantadores, siempre con una sonrisa... no podemos kedarnos solo con un@... asi k en general muy recomendable el hotel para no aburrirte y estar en familia... muchas actividades para los niños... nunca repetimos hotel cuando vamos a salou, nos gusta conocer diferentes pero probablemente a este volvamos.

Looking at reviews i was 50/50 on what to expect, but definitely better than i expected, place was clean, staff out from early every morning cleaning the pools and hosing down all the grounds, plenty for kids to do, only downfall the air-conditioning wasnt of any use and the entertainment was all in Spanish, but considering the price i would look at staying again if i was going to the same area

As this was the cheapest hotel available for my stay in Salou, I wasn't expecting much. However I was pleasantly surprised on almost all bases! The hotel is in a great location, just 2 mins walk from the main drag, and 5 mins walk from the beach. The rooms are recently refurbed and are in a great condition, especially for the little I feel I paid for them. The food was perfect for us, we travelled as two adults and two children aged 2 and 3. The kids had plenty they could pick from and us adults were not spoilt for choice. It's not Michelin star standard, but it's also exactly what you expect from a buffet at a 3 star hotel. The two pools outside were great, and the play facilities in the splash park, slides and outdoor play equipment was amazing. I genuinely feel this was a steal at £90 for two nights half board and I will look to bring the family back again soon!

Do not recommend

The splash pads and playground are great for the children and the loungers by the playground were comfortable and shaded. The room was ok and bed was comfortable. However the door had been put through at one time and not fixed properly. The bathroom was very dated and basic and water went from freezing cold to scalding hot continuously as I took a shower. If you aren't staying up for the entertainment you won't sleep without ear plugs. Then breakfast - food and choice was ok but the tables and plastic chairs were just like a school canteen or hostel rather than a hotel. You had to get your own cutlery, napkins etc and set the table yourself before eating. I do not recommend

Not my style at all too many people and noise over 700 rooms. Great for families and kids not for solo travellers. Having said that the buffet was chaotic but food nice. Good quality and selection I had to move rooms as no sheets on bed and the line to check in went out of hotel.

Straight from reception angry lady ask to move car park which was to place father away shocking as staying for 5 hours as have fly catch at 7 in the morning payment of 13 euros and 50 euros deposit waiting when bean served she need to tel the story to friend and let as wait. Very loud after 11:30 till 1 am lots of teenagers getting to night clubs and back

We’ve been here a few times and really like it. Food is varied and something for everyone. Pools and splash area for kids. Park indoor and outdoor. Rooms are clean and spacious. Entertainment is mainly in Spanish and not English. Staff are all friendly enough. Short walk into town and to clean beach. Our new salou favourite hotel. Me and my 4 year old paid £64 for one night full board

Great facilities especially for children, the staff are very friendly and helpful.

On the surface all looks good, however rooms not been upgraded in years ( have stayed there lots of times in the past) the toilet was running water all the time and we couldn’t get the shower to fit in the holder, so had to hold it as we showered.we reported these issues and maintenance came and fixed toilet. However the shower was not.days later we spoke to reception again and finally the issue was resolved. Each time maintenance was in the bathroom the bath was left with dirty hand or foot marks.getting back to the cleanliness of the rooms not great but the worst was the toilet, there is a toilet brush but that won’t take away the black marks left from the water running constantly before they fixed it.they didn’t seem to even try. I know there are plenty of products on the market which could fix this issue but they just left us with a dirty black stained toilet bowl. Floor never felt clean and the built in headboard was full of dust when we arrived, that didn’t change. On the up side the staff were friendly as usual and the pool area was clean

Hôtel au niveau des animations est les infrastructures vos 4* les chambres un peut vieillissante mais fonctionnelle. On a eu droit au vole de la Nintendo Switch de mon fils par la femme de ménage qui a fouillé dans nos affaires pour volé un jeu laissant mon fils en pleure toute la soirée et ça m'a rester a travers la gorge, l'accueil nous ont dit qui peuvent rien faire malgré la caméra placé juste au dessus de la chambre et pour ça il faut aller porter pleinte a la police. Franchement ils nous ont gâché la faim des vacances. Je vous conseille le coffre fort, dommage qu'il soit payant 3,5 par jour et une caution de 10 euros. A part ça tout va bien , le buffet étais moyen mais ya pas mieux ailleurs.

It was a pleasant stay, good facilities in general but 2 things could of made it perfect: 1) important thing missing - washing machine services ( every night after a day full of activity i had to spend at least half an hour bent down washing towels and swim clothes). 2) Entertainment all in Spanish language and we felt like left out, not knowing what is happening. And to be honest I dont even know what could of been done there to fix it 😆. But overall - we will be back 😁

Pleasant stay

Very nice hotel,fantastic for kids with good nightly family entertainment. Great location 5minute walk to shopping and beach.Food above average. Rooms cleaned daily and in good condition aircon good. Only down side was spending a lot of time queuing for drinks bar staff were efficient and friendly but not enough of them. Overall though thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.6 year old didn't want to leave

La chambre n'est pas propre, coupures de courant 3 soirs de suites pendant plusieurs heures, coupure d'eau, pas assez de transat et la piscines n'est pas assez grandes pour le nombres de personnes. La nourriture est infect. La femme de ménage nous a même volé les biscuits de nôtre filles.

El servicio de limpieza de las habitaciones excelente, pero faltaba personal en el comedor, iban todos corriendo y aún así no les daba tiempo a recoger las mesas sucias, costaba encontrar sitio donde sentarse porque las mesas quedaban sucias. Lo bueno son los horarios de las comidas, tienen unos horarios muy amplios y hacen espectáculo todas las noches, pero tuvimos una pequeña decepción con los toboganes ya que es para mayores de 1,25cm y uno de los niños se quedó sin poder tirarse, y la piscina climatizada es de pago, aunque también está bien porque así no se llenaba tanto de gente, aunque me la imaginaba con chorros como en un spa y no. Y la ubicación es muy buena, estás en pleno centro y tienes al lado el bosc aventura que está súper bien para los niños y la playa a 7min andando. Habría que ampliar el aparcamiento porque se quedan sin plazas y el aparcamiento que hay cerca también estaba lleno cuando fuimos, tuvimos que aparcar en un aparcamiento descubierto de caravanas que por suerte lo habían habilitado para coches.

Hemos pasado una semana en el hotel y la verdad es que muy a gusto. Ideal para familias con niños. El buffet muy bueno.

Lots of problems with the room including dangerous electric faults I took it up with the hotel every morning and evening nothing was done till I refused to leave the desk without repair guys. Chairs missing on balcony. Nothing was done. Food trays left empty in the buffet for long periods plates run low regularly alot of people standing waiting

Pleasant stay in busy hotel

Stayed here for a week for the SalouSoul week. Comfortable bed, clean rooms, food ok (half board) drinks priced in accordance with local bars. Very busy hotel with lots of rooms, not your quiet hotel, worth bearing this in mind! Having said that, all staff work tirelessly to keep the guests happy, fed and watered. A big THANK YOU to ALL staff from us. Close to beach and all local amenities. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and will book again for next year.

Pros- facilities such as the swimming pools, gym, table tennis, mini golf, spa, jacuzzi, hotel shop were all very good Cons- the hotel is very outdated. The rooms are basic. The bed was hard. Breakfast options are limited. The games room doesn’t have many games. The park is very small and doesn’t cater for young infants (I was there with a 2.5 year old) as the climbing frames are designed more for children 5 and above

Decent hotel, basic rooms.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel only a few minor adjustments would have made for a brilliant holiday, i traveled with my girlfriend and are baby so with the rooms having no kettle or microwave it was a bit of an issue for i.e baby food and sterilizing bottles. Kind of my fault shouldn't have presumed but also my brother stayed in the next room and the runners that the curtains are on fell off and hit him and his 15 month old child. We went down to the desk to explain and didn't even get an apology which was the least they deserved regardless of the fact they were lucky to come away unharmed. Other than that decent hotel, would be better for families with children slightly older.

First holiday abroad in 15 years

Firstly, the helpfulness and kindness of the staff on reception cannot be overstated! They were consistantly friendly and cheerful, and nothing was too much trouble. I would like to say a special thankyou to "nexua" (forgive me but I cannot remember how to spell the name!) She actually walked with us to a local supermarket AFTER she finished her shift, to help my 13 year old daughter retreive a lost mobile phone. Astonishing customer service that I will always remember. The cleaners were cheerful and polite, the bar staff friendly. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The only thing I did not like was the rugby-scrum breakfast. It really is a massive free for all and quite a stressful and noisey experience. The area around the hotel is rife with pick pockets. One of my party had his wallet taken from a buttoned pocket 100 yards from the hotel entrance, a few days later a different pick pocket was stopped from dipping into my Mothers hand bag. This was thanks to my teenage daughters vigilance. An unerving place to walk around which is a shame and did sour the holiday for us. Lots of hassel from street vendors as well, annoying when you just want to be left in peace to walk down the street. Wear a money belt people!

Sub-standard salou..hotel

Very poor hotel. Terrible food. Bar staff service was shocking except Pedro.. One drink on all inclusive. . Very standard rooms. No entertainment for British. . Just made for spanish families. Move from sunbeds at 4.30pm some days others 5.30.. No communication with Spanish for help. Regime on meals to scan how many even though you might pay all inclusive. . Weather was best thing around hotel.

August stay - hotel, service, location = brilliant!

Room - very clean, ok sized with safe (pay for key), TV with Spanish channels, balcony with view of Port Aventura, and full bathroom with shower (bars of soap and gel included). Daily housekeeping - quick room clean over, toilet rolls topped up, clean towels and beds made (including clean bedding if and when required). The rest of the hotel follows suit - very clean, huge amount of amenities - some for a small charge and some free. Service - great! Reception staff very helpful. Our package included the breakfast buffet - no complaints at all. Huge choice - more food items than you can think of, both hot and cold. Never run out of anything even though it was so busy! Tables very quickly cleaned as soon as someone gets up, or cleaned upon request if unnoticed. Table for 3/4 people - you may have to wait just a few minutes, but when it was just 1 or 2 of us we asked people if we could share, just as they did with us sometimes, and no problem. Location - brilliant! 5 minute walk from everything! >> the beach, the magic fountain, shops, bars, restaurants, fast food places, currency exchange, excursions shop, 1 of the main bus stops where all Salou buses stop, and also the tourist train stop. Bus station is a 10-15 minute walk away, opposite a McDonalds. Overall - a brilliant stay, no complaints with anything, would stay here again and definitely recommend. Absolutely great for a "3 star"!

value for money

Great value for money, the best asset of this hotel is the location, 2 minutes walk from the main strip of the resort. Room was fine and satisfactory even though we had twin beds instead of a double bed. Cleanliness of the room was fine. Food was good, I'd give it 7/10, just because no many new dishes every day. A negative for the hotel is that the phone in the room was just for decoration, can't call reception nor outside numbers. I would definitely recommend if you're looking for value for money.

Hotel was a nice hotel, pity the staf were not the same!! really rude staff, which we just are not used too. rooms cleaned everyday but rooms really basic and do not have double beds?? We must of one too late as there was no entertainment as stated when we booked?

Our stay at the J'aime hotel was wonderful, we had a great stay. My kids loved it. I would like to thank suzanne from the reception for the welcome which was exceptional she welcomed us very well despite our late arrival and served us food while the restaurant was closed and also the animation team which was great

Hemos repetido por segundo año, y sin ninguna duda volveré a repetir, a los niños les encanta, la@s animadoras/es increíbles, tanto con adultos como con mayores! Sois los mejores!!! Mi única queja es una señora de pelo corto rubio que se encuentra a la entrada de los bufet, una desagradable! Con el resto de equipo del hotel da gusto, pero desde luego esta señora deja mucho que desear.

El hotel en general está muy bien para familias con niños, la comida es muy variada y bastante buena, la limpieza de las habitaciones regular, cambian las sábanas y las toallas pero no limpian bien el suelo de la habitación, el parking es una locura por los alrededores no hay donde aparcar y el parking del alojamiento siempre está lleno, en mi opinión la instalación no es lo suficientemente grande para tantos huéspedes se dificulta el baño en la piscina y poder sentarse en las terrazas, pero en general nos ha gustado la estancia y sobre todo los niños se lo han pasado genial

J'ai séjourné 1 semaine dans cette hôtel, la propreté de la chambre laisse à desirer, le menage n'avait pas été fait à mon arrivée er ni pendant le séjour. La femme de ménage se contentait de faire les lits, de changer les serviettes et et de balayer juste ce qui ce voit. Nourriture abondante mais pas de bonne qualité. Beaucoup de monde dans les piscines et énormément bruyant si vous chercher le calme sur votre transat à fuire par contre le cadre est magnifique. J'ai mis 52 min pour trouver une place pour se garer dans un parking payant à 15min de l'hôtel. Nous avons de meilleurs hotels et prestations en France à ce prix.

Hotel con grandes instalaciones y divertidas para los peques, el check in terrible, no puedes acceder hasta las 15:00 con niños es un problema, lo del parking es ya de traca muy pocas plazas y no puedes acceder para dejar las maletas (da igual hacer el checkin online tardarás lo mismo). Es tan grande el hotel que es imposible bañarse tranquilo, peleas varias vivimos entre gentes) El todo incluido no sirve de mucho ya que las colas son terribles, el personal no es su punto fuerte parecen que están hartos y así lo trasmiten (no todos los casos, Monse de limpieza y patricia del restaurante geniales muy atentad en todo y agradables ), la recepción lentísima, el bufet no está mal aunq poca variedad, la comida mejor que en otros que probé. No sé si todo esto es debido a falta de personal para no tirar del todo incluido o para ahorrar en beneficios, pero para mí el resumen es que no volveré, aún a pesar de que las instalaciones para los peque son brutales. Hotel masificado y con mucho por mejorar, aunque entiendo que es muy difícil que todo esté bien en un hotel tan saturado.

Wir haben uns als Familie sehr wohl gefühlt, unser Familienzimmer war sehr groß und modern bzw. relativ neu ausgestattet. Dafür war das Badezimmer schon alt und passt nicht ganz zum Zimmer. Die Lage ist sehr gut, zu Fuß ist man sehr schnell in der Promenade und am Strand. Parkplätze sind gar nicht vorhanden. Einheimische parken und halten die Parkplätze für andere frei. Das Frühstück war an allen Tagen gleich und langweilig. Poollandschaft war gut und optimal für Familien mit kleinen Kindern. Was ich gar nicht gut fand, ein Gast hat in aller Öffentlichkeit, neben Familien, Marihuana geraucht und das wurde vom Hotel toleriert. Habe persönlich nachgefragt ob das erlaubt ist, Antwort „yes, that’s ok”. Sorry, das ist ganz und gar nicht ok!

Super hôtel pour les familles, les enfants ont sont gâtés sur le choix des activités , mini golf, laser game, toboggan piscine , air de jeux etc… malheureusement le toboggan piscine est à partir de 130 cm et donc les enfants en dessous ne peuvent pas en faire même en étant accompagnés/assis avec un parent dommage parce que c’est le seul jeux aquatique, la piscine de bébé et tellement petite et n’a aucune attraction donc pas super il faudrait améliorer cela ! Je le recommande les yeux fermés!

Sehr gut fur Kinder ist eine Straße von centrum Sieht auch besser aus als auf Fotos Top …
