We got in about 3:30 on a Friday. The front desk person was great, and the lobby looked amazing. Our room was very nice and looked just like the pictures. Breakfast the next morning was alright, a standard continental. There was only one person working the kitchen area, and with what seemed like a full house, she was very busy. The morning front desk person did step away for a little bit when we were going to check out, but she was still courteous and apologized for the wait. All in all, a great hotel and hopefully will be back!

The facility is great, new and clean. tons of space in our room. The exercise room was top notch. The only down fall to our stay was the breakfast was terrible. And the service at keeping the breakfast stocked was poor. I would definitely stay there again but be sure to bring your own breakfast or have a plan.

Very nice place. Clean and front desk staff was excellent. Got down to breakfast a bit late so choices were pretty limited.

Service was great. Hotel advertised a restaurant and bar but had neither so we had to find some place to eat which was made even more difficult with the storm. The starr were amazing though and very helpful!!!

Clean spacious room

Stayed one night. The room was very clean, quiet, comfortable. A great room with lots of space.

Clean and spacious rooms...very friendly front desk people.

The room was neat and clean and nice. The lobby and common areas were very nice. I would like to give a better rating, except for some glaring service issues. 1.The bathroom was not properly prepared. There were 2 tissues in the box of tissues and barely half a roll of toilet paper, and there were NO backups for either. 2. The desk lamp did not work. I advised the front desk of both issues. They did bring up the paper products, but never addressed the lamp issue. Saturday morning breakfast was excellent, but Sunday morning they ran out of just about everything. No waffle batter, no breakfast sandwiches, ran out of eggs. They just weren't coming close to keeping up. They were even out of the nice plates. Very disappointing compared to Saturday. Again, it seemed like a very nice place. I'm hoping I just caught them on a bad day.

Not busy at front desk. CC machines (2) not working, it needed to be reset (unplugged) for it to come back.

Staff was great and very helpful. Check in with no problems. Room very clean and lots of room. No stove but had hot plates if needed. Staff was very helpful with helping with that. Breakfast was great had no problems. Definitely will recommend and will visit again.

We always stay here whenever we travel to Cedar Rapids for business and the rooms are always clean and the staff is helpful and courteous!

Rooms were large and accommodating. Every staff member we dealt with were friendly and helpful. Lobby and patio were very nice. Close to many stores and restaurants. Overall great experience

Could be a great place

Nice modern hotel but the property is dirty inside and out. Our room had clothes from a previous guest that apparently liked to smoke a lot of weed.

Disappointed

This was our 4th hotel on a trip. The room was spacious. Desk staff were doing the housekeeping job of laundry at the front desk. Breakfast was decent but a minimal selection.

The only problem is the tv doesn’t work very well, take a page from the tru next door

Nice

The room was comfortable and clean, the only complaint we had was it was a handicap accessible room and the bed was so close to the heater/air conditioner that it was hard to get in and out of bed. Otherwise, it was very nice.

We really enjoyed our stay here for a quick stop while on the road. Heads up though, they charge a $75 PET CLEANING fee! That feels way too high; about double what I should be.

Great hotel for a business trip. Room was very spacious and easy to work in, staff was very friendly and great value. I would definitely recommend and stay at again.

handicapped room was very well situated. bed was not on stilts so was very easy to get into for disabled person.

The stay and staff were great. Though the room was cold had a hard time getting heat. Disappointed we had to go to Tru to swim, did not know that the pool was closed, was advised by the staff it had been closed off and on since August, then another staff said there was a fire on Monday that caused it to close. But they did accommodate for us to go to Tru, however a family having a party, ran 3 families out including us due to rough housing, big floats, smoking weed. I was disappointed for my grand children that swimming was not an option. I wish i was notified. I would of went somewhere else. I stay at a Home2 in Liberty, Mo all the time.

Internet/ cable was not working. I even changed rooms and it still didn't work properly

Overall would stay again. Nice place. Service when ready to check out was slow as I stood at the desk waiting for someone to come to the desk for a good 10 min but otherwise it was a good stay.

This was one of the most modern hotels we’ve ever stayed in. We enjoyed the room completely.
