Look this place was looking like a five star review. Lovely spa. Lovely room . Several nice meals.. We ordered breakfast early on the last day and got a dish with half of it missing . Called and asked for help, they called back 30 minutes later and insisted it was all there. Eventually they gave us something, but not what was on the menu, and the core dish was cold. I think the graveyard shift is work experience students

Great location. The room was awesome with very comfortable beds. We enjoyed the pool and hot tubs. Breakfast staff were awesome.

Hotel conveniently located, close to numerous restaurants and shopping options. Despite our being in the 3rd floor, it was quite and wr rested well. Room was spacious for two afults and two kids.

It's a nice hotel in a nice and quiet but central area. The hotel staff is great. I don't think it's a five star hotel. It's a Hilton, not a Four Seasons or Country Club Lima.

This property was in a nice area, close enough to walk to the water, restaurants, parks and shopping. The rooftop pool was a bonus. The food and drinks were very good as well.

I had a wonderful experience at the Hilton Lima Miraflores. The hotel is located in the heart of the Miraflores district, close to many attractions, restaurants, and shops. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I loved the rooftop infinity pool and the executive lounge with amazing views of Lima. The breakfast buffet was delicious and varied, and the Social Restaurant & Bar served excellent Peruvian-American cuisine. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lima. It was a perfect base to explore the city and relax after a long day.

Absolutely amazing. Not a person who typically gives reviews but this hotel and staff deserve it. Couldn’t have encountered a more friendly and helpful staff (seriously, the best). The hotel is gorgeous, clean and hip. The restaurant down below was so good. The neighborhood is full of amazing and cool restaurants; however, we often found ourselves back at the hotel and lounge as it was that amazing. Muchas gracias! Hasta luego!

From the minute we arrived, the staff made us feel like movie stars. From receptionists, to our porter, our cleaning staff or the amazing staff in the restaurant Social... all superb. I do not think we were the only ones who felt welcome and cocooned. Smiling faces could be seen everywhere in the hotel. We had a fantastic experience and are looking forward to returning soon.

We highly recommend this hotel. It is great for families and it has great service overall. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We were expected to get our room around 3pm, but they were very nice is ensuring we got our room earlier so we could rest after our long flight. Very good location too.

The room service was ok most of the time, it became less good in the last 3 or 4 days, forgot to leave towels and coffee capsules. The breakfast is basic but good The TV in the room is enclosed and under lock, so it is not possible to connect anything on the back

Hilton Miraflores Lima was wonderful. Everything about was great - location, service, and cleanliness. Please don’t skip the breakfast, as the food and service was wonderful! Also, the front desk helped us to schedule or COVID test for our return trip to the USA. We had our test conducted in our room. That was rest. I would highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again upon my next visit to Lima.

Nice Service

Nice location in a quieter part of Miraflores, about a 15 minute walk from Larcomar and even closer to other shopping. The service is great all around. I ate at the restaurant, which was also more than adequate, though with so many outstanding options in Lima and Miraflores, you'd do better to get out and explore. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel observed covid protocol with masking in public areas and extra sanitation. They were not flexible in extending check-out time beyond 4 p.m., but they did let me hang out in the lobby and the rooftop pool area (very cold) until it was time for my evening flight. It's not the cheapest hotel, but for the level of service, it's worth it.

Perfect for First Time Travelers

Our stay was beyond perfection. The hotel is in a great location for us as first time visitors to Miraflores. My sister and I felt very safe here and the service was excellent. The staff always greeted us warmly when we returned to the hotel after touring the city. The front desk scheduled a doctor to come give us our covid test needed for returning to the US and translated for us when the doctor arrived to our rooms for the testing. They also helped us schedule a driver to pick us up and drop us off at the airport. The hotel is beautiful and very well maintained. I definitely recommend staying here when traveling to Lima.
