You need to know

• Hot springs access available from 3:00 PM to 9:30 AM.
• Reservations are required for private bath/onsen. Reservations can be made by contacting the ryokan prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
• Construction is underway at a neighboring building and there may be noise disturbance from the construction work.

Special Instructions

This property offers transfers from the train station. Guests must contact the property with arrival details before travel, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. The front desk is open daily from 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM. This property doesn't offer after-hours check-in. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 72 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will receive an email 10 days before arrival with check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. Meals are not included in the Half Board rate for children 3 years old and younger. Additional fees of JPY 2,000 per child, per day is charged for breakfast, and JPY 3,000 per child, per day is charged for dinner. Fees (excluding tax) are collected at the property.
