Value for money. Not 4 star hotel.

Absolutely Disgusting

The hotel is definitely not a 4 star! The food was absolutely vile! Stale pastries, limp and bad salad, bad fruit, all buffer food was cold and looked like it was warmed from thr day before! No clean cutlery, no clean glasses or cups, the jugs of water had spors of black mould in them! The laminate floors was water damaged and coming apart! Ladders to the pool was broken and we witnessed multiple people injuring them selves! The beds was so uncomfortable we never slept due to pins and needles! There was noise on the landings till early hours in the mornings! Doors constantly slamming! No clean towels, no restock of toilet rolls, a foul smell in our room coming from the drains in the bathroom! Stray Cats roaming around the hotel! All the staff are very rude and didn't care about our concerns! None of the coffee or cold drinks machines ever worked! No sangria at all considering its a spanish resort! Never again would i ever saty in this accommodation and advise people to do there research first about this hotel it needs closing down! And the pics online are nothing like the hotel today!

Good for the money

Room very basic and used but clean and comfy bed. Half board was good value. The food was nice and plentiful.

The food left a lot to be desired. Had to use the microwave to heat the food to an acceptable temperature. Due to COVID some areas not open ( not their fault). Ideally situated for getting around. Bus station 250 metres away. Good reasonable priced bar.

Do not recommend

I made myself clear that is was our anniversary and payed more for a double bed, they putted two single beds. The room is super dark and old, curtains very dirty, with a lot of dust. Pillow and pillow case old amd not a bit comfortable. The shower takes about 2 minutes or more to get hot. There’s no wifi in the room, you have to pay 5€ a day! I payed for 2 nights with breakfast they start the breakfast at 8 wich is very late and I have to leave at 7, they don’t have breakfast service earlier, I didn’t have any discount and no breakfast (paid). The window of the balcony didn’t close so we couldn’t put the air conditioner on and couldn’t sleep because of the noise from the street.

Considering this being a rather low cost hotel, it did fully meet our needs for a quick weekend stay (2 nights) on Tenerife. The town is right there with a short walk. Staff was nice.

The rooms are beautiful, relly comfortable beds sound proof and spotless. For four star i believe it was in need of a upgrade in some areas, but it is lovely hotel. The pool didnt open till 10am but its very relaxing. The breakfast as a good selection of hot,cold and fruit lovely.

Lovely hotel - needed a bit of an update especially by the pool (umbrellas needed replacing). Staff excellent but bar staff had serious problems. Food good but some dishes OVERCOOKED like the duck and some of the vegetables also

The hotel is in a great location near the bus station and old town. The staff were excellent, especially in the restaurant and on reception - very hard working, efficient and friendly. Our bedroom was clean and spacious with a large comfortable bed. There was a lot of noise from the slamming of doors (the corridors are cavernous, making it sound very loud indeed). The noise from the next room was bad also, door slamming repeatedly - we were subjected to hearing every word of the occupant's loud sweary conversations on his phone. No kettle in room - you need to bring your own or buy one in a local shop. Breakfast and dinner were buffet style with hot and cold options and although not the best quality and choice of hotel food it was adequate for a few days stay. Wifi is 10 Euros for one device. Overall this hotel was ok for a few nights but we would not return.

The accommodation was spotlessly clean at all times. The staff were very helpful. We only had breakfast in the hotel and there was a good variety except for cereals. It was well located . It was convenient to numerous cafés, restaurants, shops and the beach. The pool hours were very limited during our stay.

The location is good. The room was a disgrace as was the service received at reception from one receptionist in particular.

The hotel has a 4 star rating on its front. Don’t be misled. There’s no Wi-fi in room. Room safe needs to pay for or else it does not work. This is at most a 2 star hotel.

Look like very old. Broken bed frame and old television. Safe is out of order. No warm air as fell cold. Can't get any hot water in the room as due to no machine.

The only good thing about the hotel was the breakfast. I wouldn’t give it a 4 star, we left after 2 nights even thought we were meant to stay 5 nights. Asked for double bed, as requested and got twin. Terrible and uncomfortable..

I do not know as they would not let me stay there, I got moved to another hotel

Por el precio que ofrecen no hay que pedir una exclusividad. Sencillo todo.

Me anularon la reserva por qué les dió la gana, después de llevar más de 4 meses con ella reservada, a 4 días me lo anularon.

Rapporto qualità prezzo 10 , hotel al centro , silenzioso , camere pulite e grandi con balcone enorme e vista meravigliosa ! Colazione abbondante e varia !

la posizione è buona personale in sala cordiale pulizia delle camere scadente pulizia della sala da pranzo molto scadente reception non cordiale cibo solo per tedeschi ( questi mangiano anche una scarpa se è cotta)

Personal de recepción atento. Servicio de desayunos desordenado, la vajilla la sacaban mojada, no reponían las máquinas de zumos y café y leche, etc...Wifi sólo funcionaba en balcón y en hall de recepción, y no muy bien. Deberían compensar en el precio por no cumplir con los servicios que aseguran ofrecer.

Kun liikkui eri aikaan oli yritettävä sovitelle menoja jotta pääsi huoneeseen tarvittaessa - ala-arvoista. Siivousta ei tarvita joka päivä - aivan turhaa (osa ehkä haluaa osa ei). Hyllytilaa vaatteille vähän vaikka iso huone. Pöytä, jonka äärellä voisi esim. istahtaa ja pelata korttia kavereiden kanssa, puutuu vaikka se huoneeseen mahtuisi.

Lo que más me gustó, la ubicación, lo que menos que es un hotel de cuatro estrellas muy antiguo, más teniendo en frente el hotel valle de Orotava que es un cuatro estrellas de verdad, nuevo y moderno.

War schon das zweite mal Frühstück und Abendessen waren gut. Das Zimmer war recht schlicht und etwas alt eingerichtet aber dafür sehr Sauber. Das Personal war sehr höflich und sehr hilfsbereit. Es gab auch ein paar Angestellte die ein bisschen Deutsch sprachen aber wir kamen mit Englisch sehr gut klar. Die Preisleistung stimmt auf jeden Fall bei diesem Hotel.

Unfortunately, the photos of the hotel on the internet do not correspond to reality, the condition of the hotel, even according to the Canarian criteria, does not deserve even 3 stars, a lot of noise from the street and in the hotel itself, inaccurate cleaning, and even dirty bedspreads not mentioned after their predecessors, which is unacceptable, monotonous breakfast with no fresh vegetables and the cheapest coffee, the worst we've been to out of 8 visited on 5 Canary Islands

Chambre non conforme aux photos, pas d insonorisation et vue sur des bâtiments ( alors que lors de la réservation mon choix était une double vue montagne )... Personnel sympathique néanmoins.

Hotel bien situado, a unos pasos de la estación de autobuses del Puerto de la Cruz y con restaurantes, tiendas,......en las proximidades. Personal amable y habitación amplia aunque a mi parecer, todo el hotel en conjunto necesita una actualización

Nous voyageons avec mon mari, j’ai bien précisé que j’étais avec mon mari à l’occasion de notre anniversaire de mariage, on arrive sur place déjà nous sommes dans une chambre avec deux lits simple séparés. Par la suite on demande un changement de chambre mais ce n’est pas pris en compte. Les toilettes suintent. Le technicien vient réparer. Ensuite c’est au tour de plafond de suinter et mouiller tout le parquet. On nous change de chambre par la suite, un lit qui n’est pas confortable, un matelas pas épais avec des draps troués, nous avons eu mal au dos. Il faut faire une réclamation à nouveau. Un service vraiment médiocre. De plus, Pas assez de choix pour le restaurant. J’ai vraiment été déçue et c’est la première fois. Surtout à l’occasion de l’anniversaire de mariage. Le but était de passer un moment agréable avec mon mari. Échec total Cet hôtel ne mérite pas ces 4 étoiles. Pas de wifi dans les chambres, dans le hall on ne capte pas correctement. Un service à déplorer. Je donne à cet hôtel une étoile et pas plus. Même une formule 1 en France est mieux équipée et plus agréable. J’ai été plus que déçue.

La recepción siempre sin personal y cuando había alguien estaban de charla entre ellos. El teléfono suena hasta que se corta y nadie responde. Necesitaba hacer un cambio de reserva y fue imposible hablar por teléfono con ellos. La limpieza, que es algo muy importante, estaba bien. Las almohadas era insufribles, muy viejas y destrozadas. En el baño no había shampoo ni nada. El desayuno muy bien, yo siy celiaca y me dieron muchas cosas diferentes y de buena calidad, en ese aspecto doy un 10!

Buena situacion, personal muy agradable, en definitiva, repetiremos.

El ubicación del hotel y algunos trabajadores. En realidad no parece un hotel de 4* yo le quitaría por lo menos 1*, es muy viejo y necesita una reforma urgente. La calidad del desayuna mal, los zumos artificiales con montón de azúcar, los revueltos tenían un color raro (igual eran huevos artificiales hechos de polvo), muchos elementos de cerdo en la sección de comida caliente y poca cosa para Los que no comen cerdo. El gimnasio muy decepcionante! Cerrado los fines de semanas y entre semana el chico que lleva el gimnasio tiene sus clientes externos y no hay plazas para los clientes del hotel. La piscina no te animaba para bañar. La verdad es que aunque no era sucio el hotel pero no es lo que imaginas de un hotel de 4*!

Ruoka täytyy erikoisesti mainita ; loistava aamiainen ja illallinen! Myös siistijät ansaitsevat kiitoksen! En pitänyt Calle Cupidon katuremontista enkä vastapäisen hotellin remontista sillä meteli ja pöly kantautui Magecin kadunpuoleisiin huoneisiin...Henkilökunta iloisin ilmein miellyttävää kuin myös hotellin sijainti sopiva keskustan ja rantakadun tutkintaan! Posizione centrale, molto comodo per visitare la città, camera comoda, bagno ok e colazione veramente varia.

Me gustó mucho la ubicación, al alcance de todo, buen buffet desayuno, personal muy amable, desde mi balcón se veía el pico Teide..., los colchones muy buenos pero eran dos camas juntada, y siempre las camas se alejaban... La zona en obras, muy ruidosa pero eso es la culpa del ayuntamiento y no del hotel...

Hotel midden in het centrum. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding was zeer goed. Ontbijt kostte bijna niets en was elke dag wisselend en uitmuntend buffet. We kregen eerste dag helaas een kamer aan een kant waar straatwerkzaamheden verricht werden. Dat gaf veel overlast. De volgende dag konden we echter al een kamer aan de achterkant krijgen en was het opgelost.

Me gustó: Que el trato del personal (desde recepción, pasando por camareras/os de bar y restaurante hasta señoras de la limpieza y/o camareras de habitación) con el cliente es excelente (ese es mi parecer) Me disgustó: Que estaban haciendo obras en la calle (hecho que no hay que imputar al hotel, claro) y la calima y los vientos huracanados (ídem).

Établissement mal insonorisé, repas pas terrible, pour avoir pris tout compris il n y a pas de choix et le peu de cocktails étaient avec des ingrédients très bas de gamme. Ensuite personnel pas très honnête étant donné que nous avons oubliés une ceinture de marque et après envoyer un mail en expliquant je n'ai toujours pas reçu de réponse au bout d une semaine j ai appelé ils n n'ont aucun souvenir de ce mail. Grosse déception

Excellent rapport qualité-prix, facilité de parking à proximité, globalement propre.

Buona posizione,personale accogliente , buono il ristorante,l unica cosa negativa è stata che la camera era molto fredda , senza riscaldamento o per lo meno era quello che dicevano loro , nonostante c era un termostato ,ma non funzionava.In camera bisognava stare con il cappotto Per il resto tutto bene

El personal del hotel. Es muy profesional, amable y resolutivo.

LE RECEPTIONNISTE qui nous a accueilli et pendant tout le séjour était trés gentil, aimable et serviable. Le service en chambre était très correcte, mais le service en salle laissait à désiré. L'hotel n'est pas très insonorisé et la piscine pourrait etre chauffé.

El personal es excelentemente atento y amable, sin duda lo mejor. El buffet es suficientemente variado. Las instalaciones están algo viejas. Las habitaciones son amplias. No sé si por estar en la primera planta pero había mucho ruido por las noches derivado de los aparatos de refrigeración. Estuvimos en régimen de media pensión por primera vez desde que somos 3 en casa y fue una decisión excelente. Fuimos en familia, con un niño de casi 2 años.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Das Abendessen ist sehr eintönig und schmeckt leider gar nicht. Dafür war das Frühstück ok. Der Standpunkt ist super, man ist sehr schnell im Zentrum und hat auch alles vor Ort

Me gustó todo, alojamiento ,habitación,limpieza ,las señoritas de recepción y todo en general.

El personal muy agradable, la comida variada y buena y lo q menos me gusto es que hay que darle un lavado de cara hay cosas que se notan que estan antiguas

Calidad - precio muy buena. La habitación qie nos toco a nosotras amplia y comoda. No tienen un estilo moderno pero se nota que cuidan las habitaciones.

Ne mérite pas du tout les 4 étoiles. 1 est encore.
