Our stay was convenient for us. Just needed a place to sleep and shower. Outside the premises needs sone attention. Nice place to stay for the price. Room was was clean and smelled great in the lobby area.

The hotel was easy to find, it was very affordable, and the staff was very friendly. The room door lock wouldn't lock correctly and the sink drains were slow.

Just really close to everything. Frendly staff!

Small room

We got the tiny room in the corner with no place to put toiletries. Lived out of our bag. The walk in shower was nice until you slip and fall on the very slippery bathroom floor. Lay lots of towels down. Tiny TV, coffee maker, microwave and fridge. The staff was friendly but the guests could have been quieter. Slamming doors all night is unacceptable. It has an exterminator odor but no bugs, so I'll take it.

The clerk that checked me in was very polite. She was the only person I had to deal with because she worked a double on the day I checked in and was there the morning I left

The door plate for the deadbolt was solid so the deadbolt didn’t work. There were limited plugs and no USB ports. For a single mom with her child, it felt very unsafe!!!! The room smelled of something not pleasant also.

The room above us had at least 10 kids in it who were up all night jumping and being incredibly loud. We had to ask not one time but three to ask them to stop last time around 1am. For $200 a night a good night sleep was all I wanted. Bed wasn’t very comfy

The place looks great from the outside but once you get inside big disappointment

Property overall ok. The biggest concern for our family was the 1-2 inch gap in the bottom of the door. Felt unsafe. The door also would not lock from the inside lock. Bathroom and corners need deep cleaning. Shower was tiny and not very clean. There was a very strong perfume like odor as soon as you walk in the front door. Overall it needs updating. You get what you pay for, but I won’t be back here.

We have been staying in guest inn every single time that we go to the Pigeon forge the service is excellent they are so sweet and they greet you when you come in they make you feel welcome. We really enjoyed the conversation staying in the Guess inn.

I had some items that needed refrigeration so I had stopped by a couple hours earlier than check in time and asked if they may have a room available early so I may refrigerate my stuff and they were more than happy to accommodate. Customer service was top notch

They are remodeling but it did not interfere with our stay.

Property was good and convenient, definitely needs to be updated. We stayed for 2 nights so it was fine but not somewhere I would stay longer than a couple of nights.

Clean place

It was quite but needed some new things like clean lamp shades. Sheets that fit the bed pillows that was all clump together.

Loved the location the rooms were ok the bathroom is super small but ok we didn't like the way house keeping tried to push past my daughter and enter our room he was rude and pushy.....the motel had a horrible smell

Don’t stay here!!

When we first got into our room it was about 100 degrees in the room and had to open windows etc, heat and ac both did not work or blow anything out so we slept with window open all night. The floor in our room was all uneven and looked like it was caving in, in the middle of the room you could see the entertainment center and fridge both leaning over because the floor was so bad.

I like that the hotel is set back from busy Veteran's Hwy. The price was very fair and the beds were comfortable. My one complaint is that there was a mildewy smell in the room. Not overwhelming, but enough to be off-putting.

We liked how clean and convenient the property was. We did not like how small the bathroom was.

The weather was excellent. We stayed there because it was my son's birthday, he loves to stay at the Guest Inn. Everyone there is so friendly, especially the front desk lady. I would stay there every time I go back to TN.

What a terrible place. Bathrooms were nasty. We changed rooms from one to the other thinking maybe it was one room. King room to a double queen room. The bathroom shower was terrible. There was some kind of non-slip pad in the shower that was darkened where others have stood and some kind of orange or pink mold growing on the edges. Discovered this after sleeping in the room listening to the convenience refrigerator making a knocking noise. I woke uo thinking someone was in the room. We checked out at 7am. Paid an early check-in elswhere just to shower and begin the day.

The staff was absolutely amazing and so sweet!

This motel was comfortable and close enough to walk to many things. Its back in which makes it quieter. Very quick check in. The room was clean and had what we needed for the night. I would stay again if we ever needed a motel room in the future and were in the area.

This is the very epitome of an average stay. We were only in town for a few days, and it served what we needed: a place to rest and sleep when we weren't out adventuring. The staff was very good, and house keeping met all our needs, when requested. However, the room was not very clean when we arrived and incredibly stuffy. Also, despite their own logos in the room saying that they offer a continental breakfast - one is not provided; but, there are fast food restaurants within a walkable distance. It's acceptable otherwise for a budget friendly location, though I wouldn't go out of our way to stay again.

Super place

Excellent welcome from the really nice clerk, who answered all our questions. The hotel is very well located, and there is lots to do within walking distance. It's a bit off the road, so it's very quiet. This is our 3rd stay in this hotel and we are still very satisfied. The room is small but well-organized and very clean. The only downside is that the towels are very rough. But the bed is very comfortable. See you next year

The first room, the toilet had water pouring out from under the it..they switched us to a different room that had what appeared to be stink bugs all over the ceiling, the front desk gave us a can of OFF bug spray to remedy the bug issue. The walls are paper thin and normal conversations and cell phones ringing could be heard like we were all in the same room.

Normally we love this location. Sad to see it not be as well kept.

Towels and sheets had stains on them, people that seemed to be living there on the 3rd floor were loud and a problem at 9pm!

Carpets need to be replaced

The price of the room was great! When you walk in the place smelled amazing but as soon as you turn to go down the hall to our room the smell was horrible. The beds were nice and comfortable but the carpets in this place are horrible. we went and purchased Lysol to spray on the carpets and in the room to help with the smell. We had to wear socks to keep our feet clean. The carpets in the hallway were beyond nasty. The bathroom door would not close.The staff was very friendly.

It has an appearance of a nice hotel, however the room was like a closet, smelled terrible (so bad we had to buy an air freshener) and sheets were stained & the zipper for the mattress was broken & the sheets would not stay n the bed. Also the wash cloths & towels were like rags - thinly woven. We will not stay there again. The front desk lady was amazing - name was Mona.

The price of the hotel was cheap. That’s what I got. You get what you pay for. The room was small and that was fine. But it smelled like cigarettes. I put an air freshener and sprayed everything with Lysol. I would not stay there again. The lady at the front desk was super nice.

Great for a one night stay!

We were catfished by the pictures posted. Felt that it didn’t accurately describe what we saw. Switched rooms because of stomping and screaming, after 30 minutes of listening to it. While this isn’t necessarily a hotel issue, when asked to switch we were placed right next to the disturbance and heard nothing but screaming, crying, and door’s being slammed at all hours of the night. The room was clean for what it was, but had a funky smell. Staff was okay— not very friendly but got the job done i suppose. Not bad for the price i guess, just probably wouldn’t come back.

This is a great place to stay. The staff is exceptional. The check in was easy and fast. Mona is very exceptional. Very nice friendly and very helpful. Wonderful person

Golden Corral is right near it within walking so we loved it.

Everything I mentioned above

I read the reviews and seen it was mixed and decided to give it a try. The first room they gave me was horrible. Once I opened the door I was hit with heat and the smell of dampness and mold. I went to turn the A/C on and noticed mold all around it and growing around the window. I tried to make it work but couldn’t stand the smell or thought. Went back down and showed the office lady the pictures and she nicely gave us another room. The second room was much better. The property needs updating bad. It smelled funky and it was like the A/C was out because the office and hallway was very hot. I wouldn’t recommend if you want a nice clean stay. Shoutout to the nice office lady though.

For the price hotel was okay. Very outdated. Beds are not comfy bathrooms was super small. Towels are old and some did not look clean. Room had a smell but when AC was on helped with the smell. Front desk lady is amazing. Small pool but nice. Located super close to a lot of restaurants and fast food places

Check in was swift. Room had mildew on chair and along baseboard. Carpet felt damp. Notified desk. Chair was removed. Advertised breakfast. None. But Golden Coral next door. Excellent weekend breakfast. Pool was clean.

I booked aug 4 and the motel wouldn't change it so i had to book for july 21 but the booking for auĝ 4 was suppose to be for july 24 not aug 4 so could you change booking to july 24
