Alles sehr neu und sauber. Leider zB. Duschschlauch sehr kurz, keine Verpflegungsmöglichkeit (zB Automat für Getränke) vorhanden. Aber sehr freundliches Personal!
Prima für ruhige Übernachtung
Ganz neu restauriert, alles neu, sehr aufmerksamer Chef - total in Ordnung
Sehr zweckmäßig für reines übernachten, ich war auf einer Veranstaltung.
Grüner Baum | Hotel in Schoemberg | Travala.com
There unfortunately is not much good I can say about this property that is not marked as ‘Grüner Baum’. I arrived at the arranged time and entered the building to find an empty stairway, closed doors and a state of renovation inside and outside. Nobody appeared to be on site, except surveillance cameras. Nobody responded when I called a greeting. I sat in the stairway and waited until a painter connected me with someone who guided me over a plastic covered and freshly painted hallway cluttered with paint trays and into a small room where apparently the paint had just dried. No window coverings, mirrors or other necessities had been placed, except a single bed with a sagging mattress lacking a bedside light. Construction materials were heaped high on the small balcony outside the window. I tried to make due for the single night but developed a headache from the paint fumes. The apparent owner appeared upon further calling, berated me gruffly about being unreasonable, but offered me another room on the next level that was basic, with a saggy mattress but without wet paint. It would have sufficed, had I not had the prior experience, unfriendly interaction and watched both the owner and other vehicles filled with young men enter and leave the yard with spinning wheels, fishtailing up the street. Feeling entirely unsafe I spent the night sleeping in my small rental car instead.
