Worst experience

Not happy with the experience of check in. This is not a hotel, no check in counter, just a random guy in charge of the room. Not a good experience for us.

Horrible

The experience at this hotel was the worst I ever had! First off when we arrive at the hotel we are told that they are not the ones who took our bookings. So we went over to the residential side of the complex, this is where privately owned apartments are in a rental pool. We waited for almost a hour in the lobby before some one finally arrived to show us a room. The room, with out a doubt was in unfit for human occupation! Horrible absolutely horrendous! Filthy floors, walls bedding. The room was terrible. We where in shock! Tiles missing from the tub surround, not a broken seat on the toilet, there was no seat! When we left the room we told this fellow that it was terrible and we would not stay. No problem he says and that we could have a refund. We did not get a refund. It was only the kindness of Hotels.com who help with our dilemma. Thank you Hotels.com

Bad experience. 1st, i never knew that the room that i choose was runs by the agent. Hotel front desk didnt assist me fully. She just told me to go to next tower and make a call to the agent. I have to find a shop that sell sim card to make call to the agent. 2nd, swimming pool. My request for a towel at the pool from the towel man been rejected due to i stay in the service apartment which run by the agent, not from the hotel. What i can say is that i did not know apartment run by the agent. Its didnt stated in the column when i book the room. The wifi in the room keeps goes missing. At one part its gone for 3 4 hours. Well that all i can say thou i still have alots to say. P/s... to duty manager shanti. Thks for listening my unhappiness on that particular day when i told u that i waited for more than 1 hour for someone to come to my room when the toilet cubicle gets choked.

Smelly and Dirty room.

Check in with this hotel was terrible. The phone # on the web site is not ever working. The hotel staffs can't ever help us out. Lucky there was a guy we met at the lobby was able to give us the mobile# for the contact. We booked the rooms for 2 nights and we were using the same 2 towels for the two days. (This was all we get for the two days.) They didn't come to make the rooms. The bed sheets was dirty and the rooms smell terrible.

Disappointed

Not known is a private owned apartment in Times Square Hotel! Was direct to tower A from the Hotel. The guard didn't give proper instruction, I told him I was not connect to wifi, can help to call the staff down. Told to go level 6 office. But the office staff said they are not dealing with this. Went back to him, confronted him. No choice to call but the line is not in use, then he give us the name and contact number. which is Danata travel and tours agency. Friendly staff bought us up back to tower B, thinking is hotel room, unfortunately is private owned apartment. First step in the room, I was stunned when I saw the stained sofa chairs and dinning chairs! After placed key deposit of RM $200 for two keys. I quickly check the entire room. Noted the TV and dinning chair was spoilt. I believe you guy knew what happened to the poor feedback of the "suites". Honestly I appreciated the great location. There is many room to improve. I will only return if Is better.

Terrible experience!

When we arrived, first we can't find any hotel counter. We then asked the security, and the security pointed us to somebody. We don't know whether we can trust the person, however the phone number for the hotel is not in service!!!! We then forced to listen the person, and he told us they have no more room in the original venue. Then he asked us to walked to a separate residential building behind the original location. We then being put inside a room that totally different from the original description. We booked a room with 1 twin bed plus 1 single bed. It happened the new studio only has a twin bed, and after we asked, the staff gave us a mattress without any bedsheet or whatsoever. Basically it was an very unpleasant experience. And we are very unhappy with the mismatch between our booking and actual room.

Hopeless

We arrived at 2:30am to find our booking had been cancelled. There was no help except told to ring Expedia. The person who runs this has NOTHING to do with the hotel. They are privately owned and managed and are very run down and dirty. The actual hotel is on different floors and it is clean. I have contacted you to request a refund.

OLD & DISGRACEFUL FOR WESTERN SYANDARDS

Stayed at BTS hotel many times with same apartment style set up. Stayed in apartment twice, this being 2nd time. Found it very clean HOWEVER with leaking TOILET BOWL (fixed immediately), not very good air cond and worst of all A DISGRACEFUL TOILET SEAT!!! it was so old they painted it with white paint!!! Have you ever sat on a painted toilet seat??? Obviously owner by a private owner who is more concerned re his every cent spent than the "western acceptable comforts" of the customer. I forgot to take the photo but don't take Room 32-13 run by "GRAND". Each name is run and owned by different owners/agent, there's no consistency, just one's luck! Having said all that it's clean and cheap! I know it's clean as I cleaned it upon arriving and it shows it's clean.

Never book from this listing, Please REMOVE!

If i could give 0 out of 5, i would. This is not your typical hotel/apartment, Once you book through Hotel.com you need to call the number provided to confirm booking. Which in my case, he never picked up his phone at all and i was left stranded without a hotel room at 12 midnight. I later found out that this guy (whose number is on the listing) does not actually own the apartment rooms, he leases from other room peddlers at this place. Security guards are useless and there is no Reception, Lobby, FrontDesk. Basically no service. It is a sleazy place for one night stands where you call in for a room through different people. Please do not book from this listing, and i called in to Hotel.com to request them to take this listing down.

OMG, the worst ever

I have stayed at 60+ hotels with Hotels.com, this was the worst condition EVER. Everything was stained or damaged or dirty. imagine a cooking pot had exploded, & the stains & smears on carpet, walls, shades, ceiling, towels, couch, bed, cabinets.....OMG, worse than you can ever imagine. On a positive note, the room was quiet, which made it scary, as there were weird sounds from the AC which didn't work....

Terrible Hotel

The place was really terrible. The bathroom will be flooded with water after each shower. The water tap was taped up instead of being fixed. The broken sliding door at the kitchen was also taped up instead of being fixed. The place has many lights that has gone out. There was exposed electrical wires too.The electricity box was a mess and had many wires jutting out of their own places. The safety at the suite was terrible .There were even holes in the walls of the apartment suite. The dining room table leg was broken and not fixed. The kitchen cupboards were dusty dirty and even had cockroach eggs in them. The drawers were full of previous users stuff that includes toothbrush , plastic bags and even underwear. The sink pipe below even had ALGAE growing on it already. The shower room heating system was also spoilt. The 2nd Day the air conditioning broke too.And it was very hot.The wire sockets of the lamps were also exposed. Thus making us fear for our safety. We didn't even dare use any of the sockets at all. Some of the furniture were broken and they only fixed them by taping them up.The wall mosaic was even broken exposing wall concrete. And the presentation candles were used and melted. And the most outrageous thing was when we were checking in.The management told us the place was fully booked even though we had already placed and paid our booking. They even attempted to relocate us to another location with a cheaper price. After we argued with them , they gave us a terrible room.

Old, dirty and poorly run

This is not a hotel room, this is run through a tourism business called Danata. You can not check in before 3 and you can not leave your luggage. When you arrive at where your supposed to be you have to call the mobile number of a guy who works at Danata and then he will give you a key and leave. Everything must be paid in cash and if you don't have that large amount of cash on you, you will have to go get money out with your luggage just to get the room key. The room was smelly, poorly maintained and covered in mould and bugs. There were missing tiles, mould on the ceilings, walls and in the shower and around the sinks. There were bugs all through out the shower and someone else's shoes left in the shower so I know it wasn't cleaned properly. The bed sheets felt dirty and were stained. The "free wifi" also doesn't work. These services apartments are cheap and it is very obvious as to why. Please spend the extra money and stay at the berjaya Times Square hotel, not the services apartments. It's the same place but the apartments are privately managed SUMMARY - cheap and nasty, dirty and gross, poorly maintained and managed

Bad - Stay Away!

So I had this hotel booked for 3 days - however i reached KL and the to this hotel a day later. The room that i had booked was not available - even though i had a guaranteed booking and was provided a sub standard room by hotel staff. It had no clean towels, no wifi, shower was faulty and in general bad condition. I checked out 1st thing in the morning after checking in at mid-night and booked into another hotel.

Quite a pleasant stay but it needs improvement.

The room was quite big and easily can accomodate a family of four. The city view was excellent. Shopping and eating was quite a challenge with easy accessible to the Times Square Shopping Mall. The room allocated to us need some refurbishment. The TV and it's reception was bad and the furniture need to be change as it seems quite old.

YOU WILL REGRET IF YOU STAY HERE!

Horrible time! 1) Waited long at public lobby for the room key. 2) given a lousy block, not the block A as promised in the confirmation letter. 3) we booked 3 units of two-bedroom apartment. We were given 2 unit of that, plus 2 separate unit of single rooms. This is cheating, because we lost a living room. (Dear Apartment, can we give you a shirt, but just two arms without a centre?) 4) Apartment key is in terrible condition, damaged broken, taped, we always have to worry of it left broken in the door key slot. 5) One room, smell full of urine, the other smell cigarette smoke. (Fortunately the housekeeping was very helpful, gave us one full of air freshener. We sprayed the whole area, the full can was then emptied. 6) Swimming Pool do not provide towel to apartment user. Why not? This is worsen with not pre-informed. 7) No telephone in one of the unit in 43 floor. 8) Ceiling lamp was broken. Table lamp was broken. Dear, please check my review. I hardly have such a complain. This is BAD experience. BAD BAD BAD!

Good location but very shabby room

Not a hotel but a serviced suite but though indicated no need to confirm really needed to re-confirm arrival time. I arrived at 11pm , 30 mins later than I had confirmed but needed to wait for an hour before getting into the room. The security guards in the foyer, unrelated to the actual accomodation really helped me out by making a few calls on my behalf. Get to the room, lights not working, room not cleaned well and insects crawling around. Then had to come up with a key deposit in cash not mentioned in any Expedia or accomodation documents. Next time will stay at a hotel chain.

Stay there for 2 DAYS short KL trip. Since under Bejaya Times Square management, lots of shopping n eateries under 1 roof, didn't even need go elsewhere, very convenient. But reception n room services can only request thru agent, no front desk staff is a drawback. Wifi was unavailable, luckily Starbucks cafe is around n it's just 2 days stay.

Not as advertised/It's a rip off

This room was not booked directly with the hotel, which I didn't know. It is done with an agent (even though it is advertised as the hotel). Once you get there and try to check in with the hotel, then you find out that in fact, you have to go to another tower, find the agent and get it from them. The agents then try to get more money by asking you to pay for 16% tax (rip off, don't pay it). The rooms are privately owned, which means that the hotel hosemaids do not take care of your room. The agents have people that come at random hours of the day to bring toilet paper if needed, fix the bed, and put clean towels. That's it. Toiletries are not provided, the room didn't have an iron or ironing board, the bed is old, etc. Because the rooms are time shares, the owners are responsible for the maintenance, not the hotel. I was so upset and dissapointed with myself for not realizing that this room or apartment was not booked directly from the hotel. Please be carefull. Call the hotel to confirm your reservation. If the hotel cannot confirm it, it is because your reservation is with agents.
