Great view

It is a great place, comfortable, modern. Just one thing that in the middle of the night we heard a night club music heavy bit, not sure where it came from. Otherwise, all went well and their spa is great.

Best hotel in Varna

Overall very good hotel. Location, pool, service. The coffee shop was very nice in the past, not anymore, new management probably. The room was not prepared for two but for one person.

Fantastic hotel

My second time stay in this fabulous hotel continuing from last year. The same receptionist was there, kind and hospitable as ever who made me feel at home and relax. I had to leave the hotel very early in the morning, but they prepared packed breakfast for me not even ask for it. That was really impressive and helpful, thank you so much. Everything is wonderful. I strongly recommend this hospitable hotel.

Great choice! This is my second stay. Probably the best hotel in town, walkable distance from the important city center destinations. Recommend 10/10

Really enjoyed our stay at the Graffit. Room was very clean and spacious and the staff were helpful and polite. Parking was easy and we were not worried about the car for a few days. Lots of restaurants nearby and a quick walk to the park/beach.

Everything was wonderful, it was very walkable. The staff upon checkin was helpful, a man even came outside to help with our parking situation and was very nice. The only issues we ran into was no masseuse for massages and the morning lady at the desk was rude when she found out we forgot our key card in our room when we were leaving. Other than those it was a great stay and we would stay again!

Fun and funky design elements in the room, but still comfortable and spacious. Hotel staff was friendly. I had a parking space right in front of the hotel. Breakfast was very good. And it was within walking distance of the old town area. I would definitely stay there again.

Best hotel in Varna, many times I have stayed, always excellent staff service on reception and restaurant, nice rooms.

The hotel was excellent with very spacious rooms & facilities and good, helpful, English speaking staff. It's right near the city centre and close to many of the city's sights and venues so a perfect place to stay while in Varna.

Some problems to be solved

We had booked a de lux room and was told we we be upgraded, but discovered we were downgraded to a standard double instead. The bed was super hard and I had a terrible night. Next night I slept on two pillows. Breakfast was very good. Dinner in restaurant gave me stomackproblems for two days. Language problems in restaurant also resulted in us getting an extra charge for steak priced per 100 grams instead of per serving.

Affordable luxe

An invested and designed hotel, large and well-equipped rooms! The rooms are very special in their design, it is likely that some of the guests will not like it... For me it was challenging and special, despite the discomfort of some things in the room (transparent shower with pebbles on the floor and confusing lighting)…

Expedia VIP wasn`t even mentioned nor by Expedia, either by the hotel. Everything very good apart the fact that there was a neon light above the room entrance door on the outside, which make it hardly to sleep ( check #414 ).

Stunning hotel

Very unique hotel by its design. Friendly and professional staff, delicious breakfast with wide variety of food, fresh vegetables and fruits. Big and comfortable rooms with cozy bed and good view from the balcony. The special design of the room is spectacular! Definitely recommended!!!

Very spacious and luxury room. Swimming pool is a lot smaller than it appears on the photos but is nice. Breakfast with a lot of choice. Free private parking. Very quiet & nice 5 stars Hôtel next to the beach (5-10min walk).

Great hotel in the centre of town with lots nearby. Super friendly staff who are very accomodating. Nice breakfast selection - good for vegetarians too. My room was excellent and very comfortable. The cafe below has amazing cakes and is a bit of a hot spot for fancy locals.

tip ask for a smoking room and you get a room with a balcony, don't be late for anything you are quickly reminded by staff of closing times be it the bar or breakfast.

Great room. Really good stay. I would say the cleaners could get more bedding as mine was quite thin and I sometimes woke up cold and the concierge could know more about the local restaurants. However, it’s the best in Varna

Very spacious room. Breakfast was delicious and many options were available. It is very close to the sea and parks. I recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Varna.

I can honestly say - this is the best hotel in varna - the room was awesomely designed, we had a great view from the balcony, the breakfast was the best we have ever had in a hotel and the staff was more than friendly.

A 5 star hotel with 2 star experience

This is, sadly, one of the best hotels in Varna. However, don't expect to get an excellent five-star hotel experience that you'd normally get internationally (heck, even Sofia). Let's see: The good: clean big rooms, the food at Red Canape is fabulous, it's quiet, some of the front desk staff is super nice. The bad: Some of the front desk staff is rude, the beds are super hard and uncomfortable, the toilet/bathroom set up is super weird (our toilet and bathroom were separated completely by a clear glass wall, so we had to constantly open and close the bathroom & toilet doors to get some privacy), the towel for your face/body is the same as the one for the floor (zero plush and comfort). It is very clear that the hotel is no longer top of the line but because there doesn't seem to be any competition they have zero incentive to do better and keep up with the upgrades.

Very nice hotel, little bit on the expensive side. The restaurant on site and the cafe are great, the location is walking distance from the beach and the pedestrian Main Street.

Room was nice, staff very helpful and friendly. Nice bar area, and reasonable prices.

A bit below average stay for that price.

The people at the front desk was amazing. The lighting in the room was terrible. We were not told about the free breakfast in the restaurant, so we paid for a coffee and food which was bad. Overalls day was OK But a little pricey for the service.

Great hotel, staff and breakfast

This was my first stay in Varna and it couldn't have gone smoother. The Graffit is a great hotel with excellent service and the best breakfast in Varna. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Varna.

Quality hotel

This hotel is very well situated within the city. I have stayed here on more than one occasion. The only thing that lets it down is that the cooked breakfast is not very hot, though there is a good selection.

Modern hotel in great location

5mn from the pedestrian area where the boutique and restaurant are 5mn from the beautiful park of Varna 10mn from the beach Bike rent available next door Mini supermarket and healthy takeaway places around Spa area in the hotel is great for unwinding after a day of visiting the city.

Lots to like but a few annoyances.

Breakfast was great, location and service too. The room lighting was confusing. The air conditioning just didn't work.

They did not have my reservation on record upon arrival.

Great Stay at the Graffitti

Wonderful hotel with great location. Perfect for exploring Varna. Easy walk to the Black Sea Staff is very well trained and speaks very good English. Buffet breakfast is excellent very clean, friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice hotel close to the beach

Really spacious rooms with robes/slippers. The bathroom is fairly open which may not be to everyones taste! The downstairs bar is nice for drinks (as long as you don't mind smoking indoors) Would stay here again if I ever came back to Varna

Bad service in a nice hotel

Bad service, the girl on the reception desk doesn't know what she is doing there. Rough and impolite. Nice hotel, good location but not nice customer treatment.

The place is amazing! Its style and atmosphere, the location which is in the city centre, all the amenities. We got room at the fifth floor - the elements floor and we really liked it, it's like getaway inside the urban jungle. The pool, gym and sauna aren't bit but very nice and comfortable. Choice of food for breakfast it's vary and can fit for everybody. Special thanks for front office manager Ms Victoria Stefanova: we asked for flowers to our room and she get a bouquet which was a perfect picture which I imagined in my mind. My only concern is the concept of bathroom without walls and curtains, it might be uncomfortable for guests who are not too close.

We stayed in varna for 1 night. The room was spacious and clean. The bed is HUGE and the shower was cool! The hotel breakfast was fresh and rich!

On the whole a great stay

Room was a good size, modern, quiet, comfy and well designed. Receptionists were good. TV sounds great when watching music channels. Location was nice, not too far from the park and center. At first i thought the ceiling was unfinished but staff informed it was actually the design. Shower and toilet doors were a bit of a pain (glass panel) as i was sharing with a relative. No complementary tea/coffee. Internet seemed to work better near the room door. On our last day the tv seemed to greet me as "Claudia", which was strange! Apart from these small things i enjoyed my time there. Would be happy to stay there again if i'm in Varna.

Very noisy, and definitely not at 5 star level!

I have stayed in Hotel Graffit 4-5 times previously while visiting Varna. While the hotel is definitely not what I would expect from a 5 start hotel elsewhere in the world, I found it adequate for Bulgarian standards. This changed on my recent trip in April 2017. The room was very basic, fairly small, and lacking in storage, especially in the bathroom. The worst part, however, was the noise level - completely unacceptable! On our last night, we were not able to get any sleep until 5 am due to a party taking place in the hotel. Complaints to reception yielded no results, and were not offered much in the way of an apology while checking out. I will not be returning to Graffit hotel, and I would not recommend it!

Good business/ modern art decor hotel

We stayed for 3 nights at this hostel in Suite (upgraded for free from Junior Suite, thanks Graffitti). Design is unique which you can appreciate for very short trips but anything more begins to bite as don't agree is purpose built. The lights are a nightmare to control, the rooms are massive but no separate storage space. TV is in main room not bedroom, the door of cupboard have sharp edges, TV so difficult to operate and but has customised with our names so is unique. Location - great in the middle of Varna town very near to park and also other restaurants Breakfast - Good breakfast (8/10) Bedroom - Bed is massive and comfy but the 2 positioning of lights awkward. no TV in bedroom and the partition not sure what it achieves (8/10) TV is ok size but difficult to operate but all channels there.. massive bedroom (9.5/10) Bathroom - great except the shower design not to my taste (9/10) Storage - Rooms have no dedicated storage but locker is great to store a 15" laptop (8/10) Swimming pool - this is small and close at 8pm and so is the gym which again is tiny. Changing room small as well (5/10) In addition, I hate the light switches which is so difficult to control, the carpets in room. It is more of art and less of purpose build. There is car park at road or underground.

Nice clean, modern, swanky hotel in a good location. Not too fancy, not too drab. I have stayed here twice and will probably always stay here when in Varna - no reason I can see to want to try anywhere else.

Graffit Gallery Hotel - Varna

We traveled to Bulgaria for a family wedding and Graffit was recommended for our short stay in Varna. This hotel and the staff made our side trip all the worth while. The staff were friendly and attentive in reception, restaurant and the breakfast room. The cleaning staff were very thorough and totally honest (we left some items behind on our departure and they were handed to another member of our party who was still there) so top marks all around. We had a hire car and the hotel provided private parking, which was great as parking in the street would have been impossible. The hotel is situated within walking distance from many restaurants, the water front and other tourist attractions. A great place to stay, beds comfortable and room quite. Thank you to all at Graffit for a wonderful stay.

Modern, Comfortable Hotel at a reasonable price.

Spent 5 nights in the Graffit Hotel. It was a great experience. Rooms are modern and comfortable with a unique design. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Only recommendation to hotel that we could make is to place a clock somewhere in the room. We highly recommend it if you are staying in Varna.

Modern art gem hotel

I was utmost delighted at the site of the interior of the hotel. It seemed to me the best group of Architects and interior designes including technolical engeneering colided together in this Bulgarian hotel structure. Very warm staff was helpfull and prompt in my case even though I red other less favourable reviews on services. I cannot speek for the dining experience but inclusive breakfast bafe and to order food was high quality. I would stay in this hotel again. Kind regards.

This was my second stay at Graffiti. The hotel is simply amazing, one of my favourite! It's super stylish, clean, very comfortable and in a perfect location. The staff should engage more with customers, ask how was the journey to the hotel on check-in or how was the stay on check-out. With this little improvement the hotel can be perfect. I am looking forward to my next stay!

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in!

The staff particularly on reception were incredibly helpful and welcoming. They never failed to smile or say hello when I walked past. The room itself was amazing, fun décor, extremely clean and very comfortable. A range of pillows on offer too.

Artistic chic hotel

Amazing hotel. Very designer modern style. Very comfortable and quiet, with a buzzy elegant cafe & bar. Nice restaurant too. Near town centre with all the other restaurants. You will not be disappointed by this hotel. The only negative point about it, it was too warm (heating was on), I had to keep my window open to keep the room cool.
