That’s really really comfortable. Breakfast bar was awesome. Great people.

Staff was wonderful & very accommodating! Not their fault at all, but there were kids running up and down the hall knocking on doors all hours of the night. The room was modern, clean & comfortable

The parking was terrible. My truck was very difficult to navigate the narrow parking Smallest room I ever had. one chair and was the hardest chair to sit, could not sit on it. Not enough pillows. Never stay at a Four Points again.

Top notch place to stay in Windsor.

Amazing experience, the room was clean and comfortable, the service was kind and fast, the prices were reasonable and the restaurant on-site was heads and shoulders above most hotel restaurants. Delicious dinner, great beer selection, and the breakfast was delicious. Good proximity to the casino, as well ($8 CAD).

Property has some good restaurants that are walkable if weather is good. I Ubered because it is a long walk when its very cold out. Clean, restaurant and bar in hotel are good for pub food.

At the check-in counter they should have someone who knows how to smile & courteous.

Multiple bars and restaurants within walking distance. Good food in hotel restaurant. Specious rooms. Some noise from the outside, but that’s what you get when hotel is located in the city. Easy parking for small cars but more difficult for large SUV’s and trucks. Overall I like it and would stay again.

This hotel was clean and very convenient to Caesar's casino and the tunnel to the US. We had a room with a small kitchenette which was well stocked with dishes, cutlery, etc, and came in handy. We had plenty of towels for 4 adults. We would recommend this hotel and will return in future.

Bed was super comfortable, room was small. Service was good, price was a bit steep for the room.

The beds were way too soft. I had no where to sit other than the office chair. With my diability I found it very hard to sit on the bed. The fridge we found out the next morning did NOT keep our water and pop cold. Found the towels a little too ruff but thete was plenty. I LOVED the shower. Thank you for having a walk in shower. So nice not to climb over a bathtub ledge. Thank you.

It was very good. The only that could have made it better is if my business their had gone better. That said, the hotel and the service gave me reason to come back again when the opportunity arises. Thanks

Amazing, just the parking is a little hassle if your not use to hills.

Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and nicely styled. We never felt unsafe while walking around the hotel, and it’s in a great location for where we needed to be.

Nice hotel nice amenities clean and very friendly staff would stay there again. The only negative common is they didn't have any extra toothbrushes at the front desk as I had left mine at home. Should have a more ample supply on hand

We stayed for a night to attend a local venue and were so happy with the choice we made. Easy to park, clean, great service and friendly staff. We wished we had booked longer. I'll be back!

Parking at this hotel is difficult, first finding a space and then parking your car. Late at night the street scene is a little too fun for my taste. But that may say more about me.

Close to the border, very safe, easy access parking, room was super clean and comfy. I would definitely stay there again.

No extra blankets in room and it was quite noisy overnight. Parking was difficult.

Didn’t use a lot of amenities. Took the train. Walked to Caesars and back to the hotel

It was close to the night life

the parking is terrible，elvator is dirty， Guests chatting in the corridor, children running around after 9.30pm， it's noise。 No prepare related item for pet, the &50 pet charge is not valued Very bad experience

Parking is in an underground lot with no elevator to it. The walk to come up from the underground is dirty, unkept and smells. The lobby was quite loud as the bar is right there and open. A person was being taken by police out in handcuffs at an establishment next door as we returned back after a day away. Upon our arrival we had a beggar on a scooter begging money from us. The fridge was quite small and not cold at all, the boxes that the mattresses are on jet out from the edge of the bed and I hit it probably a minimum of 5 times. I called for an extra blanket and even offered to go down to get it but was told no they would bring it in 5 minutes and I had to call a second time, it arrived probably 35 minutes after our first call. The shower was excellent and selection of soaps and shampoo quite nice. The price was very high and paying for parking over that was crazy especially when I didn’t even feel safe in the underground!

Loved the hotel. Very clean and newly renovated

Staff were helpful and they were willing to change the room that I booked to an accessible one. They room is okay, if the person is not in a wheelchair.

The rooms were absolutely amazing, the air conditioner rattled and lots of outside noise. Over the hotel was very nice.

We will definitely! Cnoheck in four points the next time we are in windsor.

Great Hotel

Beautiful hotel, easy parking, friendly staff, nice pillows!

The room was clean and tidy, and the staff was friendly. The lobby did not smell fresh, and the parking was limited. Luckily we had brought our smallest car, if we had brought our full-size SUV it would not have fit in the underground once the rooftop parking was full. That is a good enough spot, and I would stay again.

My mother and I had a girls weekend. We had a wonderful time. The staff; from the front desk to housekeeping were friendly, professional and helpful. I am in LOVE with the bedding. The room was clean and comfortable. I saw other complaints about parking. We had no issues parking. I am grateful to have a small car which made navigating the parking area easier. For the baseball team that was there...shame on you for leaving a mess of beer cans and cigarette butts in the pool patio area. Do better.

I stayed here for the first time last night. It was amazing. I was so impressed by the staff, the bed was so comfy and the pillows are amazing. Super clean too! Pub and parking and Starbucks on site! Couldn’t ask for anything more.

Nice hotel in the heart of town

Seems to be newly remodeled, right in the heart of downtown Windsor. Convenient Irish pub attached as well. Clean, well appointed, convenient.

The Reception area(parking ) is terrible, and the area for oveernight parking is also terrible and inconvenient to the location of your room. Lesson learned, I would never stay at this facility again nor recommend it to anyone. There are too many other choices (better) for downtown Windsor, Ontario.

Stayed here for the NFL draft. Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

The room itself was perfect for a single night stay, particular room sandwiched between noisy elevator and stairwell (nothing you can do about it). Rushed out in the morning due to false alarm.

nice hotel, limited onsite parking. Wouldn't recommend a room next to the elevators if you are a light sleeper, elevators are noisy. Shower water could not get really hot, sink was fine but shower wasn't , still ok to shower but I like it hotter. Toilet paper holder was really low and very close to the toilet, a heavy set person would need to remove the rolls to be able to sit comfortably .

I enjoy my stay here everytime but we didn’t have hot water one day and when we called down the front desk was a little rude about it telling us to just sleep in longer it would be fixed soon.

front desk gal was rude and out of touch which left a bad taste in my mouth overall. queen bed room does not have a fridge or microwave, just a heads up. overall was clean. stayed one night, parking is $15 and hold for incidentals was $200 which i felt was steep.

In and out for a quick overnight stay. Check in was fast and friendly.

I've stayed here a few times and it's almost perfect for my needs. It's modern, clean & safe and in a great downtown location. On the other hand, my room (527) was next to the elevator and it was very noisy overnight; not good. Also, on this visit there was no hot water in the room on my final morning (March 16th). This meant I couldn't shower which a real pain as I had a 7 hour journey ahead of me. The receptionist did remove my parking charges in recompense, but still it was a definite negative. Nevertheless, I will probably stay here again on my next visit to Windsor.

Generally, the cleanliness was good, there were some spots on the laminate floor when I checked in, and there was a long hair that appeared in the tub when I took a shower (I have very short hair myself). I spilled some water on the floor and when I wiped it up with a white facecloth, the facecloth stayed looking white and clean, so overall the floor was very clean.

The hotel restaurant was great and convenient. Rooms clean and modern. Overall pleasant stay.

Room size was on the small side for the price. Very clean and modern though.

This place is waste of money everyone don’t pay for it limited pool hours no breakfast very expensive the rooms are small and the heat in this cold weather doesn’t work properly. The staff not helpful at all and keep saying this is our policy don’t even waste your money here it’s better to book a motel than four points I would say 1 star hotel.

Freindly staff

It's the best hotel I've stayed at in Windsor. Very nicely renovated ... safe, clean and very comfortable. An ideal location for the downtown area. Parking is a little tight, but manageable. There are only three small 5 min parking spaces available when you're checking in, so that can sometimes be a little awkward. The Fionns bar & dining is also very good. Overall, a great hotel !
