I booked here because sofa bed but it was dirty and stained, no cushion on sofa bed. And booked 3 people but ut covers breakfast for only two person and it just two piece of pan cakes and one piece of bacon thats it! (No complimentary breakfast at all!!) Well disappointed wouldn't recommend and nomore this place.
Very clean, nice hotel. Staff was awesome. Area was quiet however, there were tornados in the area so the sirens went off (testing) but otherwise, very enjoyable experience.
The staff weren’t rude, but they weren’t friendly. The lobby had a scent booster that was so strong, we turned it off when we were sitting around visiting. The coffee was good but they never had the setup filled to mix sugar and creamer. The room had very limited amount of wall electrical outlets and the usb on the lamp weren’t working. It’s not the worst place but def not the best
Lee the hostess was fantastic. Very helpful and friendly
Very clean and very hospitable
Both front desk attendants were rude. We had been in the car for nine hours when we arrived. She told us the pool was closed. I said it was a bummer that wasn’t communicated. Then she just looked at me and I asked if there was something I needed to do to check in. She said oh I didn’t think you were still going to check in. The room is already paid for I don’t have a choice. I asked where the elevators were she motioned towards the broken one. We went to the fitness center where the treadmill was broken and had to use the one working one with a loose belt. We figured it out and were thankful it was only one night.
The hotel had one elevator under construction, which made access a bit more challenging. I noticed a smell of marijuana in the halls on multiple floors. While I wasn’t bothered by it, some of my travel companions were. I found myself drifting off to sleep several times, only to be awakened by people running in the hallway, doors slamming, and heavy footsteps on the floor above. However, the staff was friendly, and there were no major issues to report. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and there were plenty of outlets available, making it easily accessible.
I asked for silverware and the guy at the bar told asked where I got my food from. When I told him he said several times that they should have given silverware, who speaks that way to customers. There was a couple arguing at the top of their lungs down the hall. To sum it up, it’s the hood.
Enjoyed stay
Helped out every needs we greatly appreciate it
Very quiet , clean friendly staff .
Air conditioning did not work and pool was closed the customer service was non existent
We contacted front desk on arrival that refrigerator was not working, they changed it out promptly. Bed comforter had visible stains, when mentioned .to worker she stated it was a stain that .just didnt come out. I was traveling with family and pool, washer room was not working, very inconvenient.
Very nice staff
Great Place To Stay!
Excellent experience. Friendly staff. I stayed there a few years ago and the young lady checking me in remembered me. Great stay. I will definitely stay there agsin.
Cleanliness
Everything was nice and cordial
Can do better breakfast for a 3 star hotel.
It was great and clean.
Very friendly staff and overall great hotel
The propert was ok. It looked clean but didn’t feel clean. The door looked like it had water damage and the furniture looked very old. I couldn’t get the temp to regulate in the hotel room. The staff was amazing!! 5 stars for the staff.
Our first room smelled like cigarettes smoke and our next room we could still smell smoke. Other than that I loved the area around the hotel. Plus there was a sheriff nearby so we were protected
Good service nice rooms
Give this hotel a try.
The hotel was clean, friendly. We enjoyed our stay. Everything worked well. Recommend this hotel. We stayed 2 nights. Located about 25 mi to downtown Memphis.
Nice, clean
I stayed here twice the first check in wasn’t as pleasant as the second one, she was rude felt like we were bothering her, she had to change our room cause the tv didn’t work & I asked are you sure that tv works we don’t want to have to change again she says no with ugly attitude I asked can she check before she said no I then asked could you bring us our new keys it was a no. Then she had the nerve to want my business partner to do her job. The morning employees were kind & welcoming, the beds were great got really good sleep breakfast was AMAZING & wasn’t long wait & we felt safe. Anytime I come to TN this is my home hotel not looking or giving anyone else a chance just don’t check in late.
Beds were very comfy. Room was spacious & clean. Shower head could use updating but other than that no complaints. Would definitely book again.
I like this hotel but….
Kids running the halls all night long and loud music.
Not the best night rest.
The hallways and elevator smelled of weed. Loud music was being played most of the night until 3:30-4:00 in the morning. Kids running down the hallway yelling around 11:00pm at night.
I liked everything about my stay. I had a minor issue in which was the room had a stale odor. I used air freshener that I purchased from the store and it still smelled. Other than that everything was fine
Excellent hotel
Excellent customer service, clean rooms and bathrooms, great location, no issues with my service dog, ac worked great
Checking in was is the facility was clean
Good choice for a 1 night stay if you’re in a road trip with your family.
Could do better.
It is always nice & cleaned. As well nice staff. No issues checking in or out ever
The staff made our stay so much better. They helped advise us of activities in the area. They went above and beyond to help with any request. The facilities were nice and the hotel had a nice vibe.
Quiet, easy access, polite staff
It was very clean! The lady who did our check-in was very nice but the lady who took our breakfast order was a bit short with us & rude. Bed was VERY lumpy and dipped. Both my spouse & I woke up every 1-2 hour due to being so uncomfortable & back pain.
Breakfast
The walls are very thin so there were noise coming from 1 of the rooms luckily that was the only night. Overall very great!
It was just as advertised. Nice and clean with friendly staff.
The surrounding
!
Good place
Clean
It was a nice stay overall thank you
Good
Perfect for Us
We booked this hotel for our last night in Memphis. I chose it partly because of location and also because it had laundry machines available for customers. The hotel was clean and quiet, staff were helpful and friendly. I recommend it!
This is not the property I stay at here in Memphis. But the service was always polite, it was clean and the beds were comfortable!
I didn’t like the fact the TV kept losing signal. It’s not what I expected. I was hoping to be in a room that had a smart TV. Overall, the experience was OK the staff was nice. Unfortunately, next time this will not be my first choice
All good
Our Room Smelled Like Urine Floor Seemed Wet & The Heat Didnt Work. We Were Only There For The Night So We Stuck It Out
How the maid stole my T-shirts
clean and safe
Honestly the first room had bugs in the bed. The staff could’ve been friendly. They just had a “I’m here for convenience” attitude. It just didn’t feel welcoming in the slightest.
We lost power on the morning of our first night, and it never came back on during our stay. Won't be going back next year.
Safe
Teenage drama, with no supervision
There was a bunchnof teens who kelp up a lot of noise running in and out. Slamming door up until 4:00am in the morning. Sound like they where fighting all night. Screaming and keeping up noise all night.
Great customer service
They need better security. The room was nice but the one night I stop here my car gets stolen right out of the parking lot. Staff acted like it was a common occurrence and directed me through the reporting process. There was no manger on duty so the police couldn’t even look at the security cameras. If you want security I suggest staying somewhere else. Also there was a weird odor on the third floor.
Very clean, quiet
Very friendly staff, rooms cleaned daily, comfortable and roomy.
Just loved the comfortable and cleanliness
We stayed here over the weekend to go to the zoo. The zoo is about a thirty minute drive and not hard to get too. The hotel staff were nice and helped when needed. There is a pantry where they have food that you can buy. Drip coffee is in the lobby, Keurig single cup maker in the room. Overall the room was clean and the environment was quiet. This location is within walking distance of the Cracker Barrel too, and our family enjoyed breakfast there. The hotel offers breakfast and drinks. It looked amazing, we had just made our plans prior and promised the kids Cracker Barrel! 😅
Last minute, but good 3☆ hotel. I would stay again
Great stay
It was good.
Great! Expensive though!
Very clean, overall we had a nice stay
You could smell a lot a smell of skunk if you know what I mean.
Very clean and comfortable room
I love this property. I consistently book my travel here everytime I go to Memphis. The bar is wonderful, the restaurant is wonderful, and the staff is hands down phenomenal. Everyone is so pleasant. And in Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights there is a Congolese food truck in the parking lot behind Chowtime down the street, Wala Grill, that has some of the best fusion food!! I will forever stay at this location
Check in attendant was almost to the point of being rude. Power went out after we got there and was out into the night.
No soap in the bathroom tho.
I wish the gym was more keep up. Machines did not work. I was disappointed
was great place
👌
The TV in my room worked for a day and a half. During my 4 day stay
Na
I paid for my room online but I was still charged an extra $100 at check in. Also, I informed the clerk at the front desk that there was no remote control for the TV in my room I never received one
The property was clean and in a good area. We felt safe, the prices were affordable and it was in a convenient location.
I went to the pool/fitness center.....They had two treadmills that didn't work...A bike that didn't have straps for your feet and two ellipticals that also both didn't work. They had connections for OLD ipods so they have been there for a while. These were the ONLY machines they had and literally none of them were able to be used! In addition...both nights of my stay did not have TV and no one seemed very concerned about it!
The staff were friendly enough and helped accommodate staying in the same room when my plans changed and needed to stay another night. My issue was with the amenities not being available. The television, bathtub, and Wi-Fi were out of order.
Everything was great except that the cable service was out for the whole weekend.
Great
The room had not been fully supplied and the desk clerk would not arrange for the supplies that were left out to be restocked. She seemed like that was asking to much until she weekend off duty and we got it fixed the next morning.
Very nice and sweet staff, the one and only thing i didnt like was the pool are was small and it was constantly packed with teens and children but all and all it was very clean and well put together!!
Did love the staff very helpful. On site restaurant had a great bar and food.
Overall great experience .
When we pulled the cover back the sheets had a black spot like a poo stain on them. There were people all around outside smoking Marijuana and many unsavory characters hanging around. It didnt smell very clean and there was no coffee or condiments available in the room.
I was in-town on business for a few days. After flying all day, excited to get to my hotel . But i was meant at the front desk check-in by this lady that had the nastiest altitude ever. I feel like if you don't like your job maybe you need to find another one. Hotel industry is supposed to be Hospitable. When i vist Memphis again i will not be staying at this location.
The front desk woman is terrible. Rude, unhelpful and lazy (we’ll get to that). Arrived and no greeting. Just name, license and credit card. Went to our room. TV doesn’t work. I go back down and ask for help. I’ll send the maintenance guy when he gets here. Ok. Any idea when that is? No. Can you guess. 5:00, 5:30? I don’t know (and body language says I don’t care). Ok. Go back to room. No blankets and sheets for pull out couch in room. Go back down to get them. Half an hour later toilet backs up. Go back down. Can you have the toilet fixed. No. Ma’am (I’m a guy. Clearly I am a guy), I can’t fix the toilet. Would you like a new room? Let’s see, room without a toilet or new room??? Ok, new room. Bring all your things down here and I’ll give you a new room. What? I can’t move them out of the room to the hall way while you get us a new room (husband, wife and four kids and all our stuff). No, everything has to come back to the front desk before I can give you a new room. Hotel policy. Ok, whatever, not gonna fight it. Bring our stuff down. New room, (same Hall way five doors down). Drag all our stuff and family back up to the third floor. Get new room. Bathroom fan doesn’t work but it’s one night. We endure. Meanwhile, working down stairs that night. Hispanic guy comes in looking for a room for two night. Asks same front desk lady if they have any. She tells him to look online. Asks her if she can look. She then suggests that he try the hotel next door it might suit him better...
Some of the furniture was really beat up and needed replacement in room 405. It was clean. The staff wasn’t overally friendly!
A little scary.
A man said we needed to give him5 or 10 dollars for holding the door open for us. He was serious. Not an employee. No soap in the shower jel bottle.
Bad water pressure
The shower is not powerful. After a long day love a good hot shower and i was very disappointed
Front desk lady was rude, unprofessional, unhelpful and should be fired. Even tried to persuade another customer to stay at a different hotel while we were there.
A good hotel, possibly one of the best I've stayed at.
The establishment was very clean, the staff was friendly and accommodating, the meal service was great, and the price was affordable and budget friendly.
Everything was good except they had no one to bring up extra sheets and blankets for our pullout bed so we had to get it ourselves . That was a bit annoying .

Great overall
