Amazing trip!

Kesley at the Front Office is amazing! She was very helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast offers a lot of options. The room wasn't very big but it had everything you need. Overall, the stay was great!

I saw some trash in the street

Not the 1st time staying. Like the location due to the subway station is an interchange. And also walkable distance to myeongdong. A good choice if u want a quiet location and surroundingZ

This hotel was in a great location! I felt like I was walkable to major areas, and literal steps from a metro line. I've already recommended a friend stay there this summer! The only problem was the dining - around dinner time, I went to the lounge for a drink and light snacks. There was a sign that it was closed, so I went down a level to the restaurant which was closed to guests for a private party. I wasn't planning on leaving the hotel that evening, and had to since there were no viable dining options open. A bit of a bummer at the time, but I ended up finding a gem of a dinner spot a block over. The same thing happened the next night. If you're planning on eating there, plan again.

Near to Myeongdong shopping street. Just outside the subway Euljiro3-ga exit 12. Got escalators and elevator on this exit 12. Plenty of food . Walkable to Seoul Tower, Namsangol Hanok Village.

It's a clean and convenient hotel located in hot shopping area.

Wonderful staffs at the hotel. Never had to wait too long to get the service. This hotel is also very conveniently located. Just less than 2 min walking distance from the front door of the hotel is the subway station. Also short distance to street market and high end department stores as well.

Nice city hotel - walkable to Myongdong

The cleaning of room was so bad.

This was my second time staying with Four Points and I enjoyed the stay in general. The housekeeping staff did a great job and the front desk staff were mostly courteous. The only issue I have is that the hotel room door lock does not open properly. The main lock does not pull back fully when opened, so when you shut the door, it does not close properly, the lock knocks into the door jamb and it results in a loud banging sound. You have to turn the door handle fully one or two more times to make the lock pull back fully. This is not just an issue with my particular room, but for other rooms as well. As a result, you can hear doors banging in the middle of the night, from guests who return late, which is not conducive to a good night’s rest.

There is insufficient lift to service the guest. Every morning rush hour is crazy, the lift stops at every level and it will take you about 15 min to get into the lift. Every guest is frustrated about this

From checking in to checking out it was a smooth process. We stayed there for seven days and we enjoyed every minute of it. All the staff are very helpful. We bought the breakfast buffet together with our hotel accommodation and it’s worth it. Will come back to this awesome hotel in the future.

The location was super convenient as it was a stone's throw away from the metro station and 10 min to walk to the heart of Myeondong with all the street foods, cafes, hawker stalls,....Front desk was helpful and speak good English. The only negative thing was the hygiene in our room. Housekeeping does not vacuum, change sheets (unless you ask), etc. My daughter developed a neck allergy from the sheets and we saw garbage on the floor in our room from the night before. Other than the lack of cleanliness, we were super happy with the choice of hotel given the location. Seoul is never short of restaurants, coffee cafes, and photo booths which are all very good and fun. In fact, the local Korean restaurant adjacent to our hotel was very yummy!!

Very convenient location with easy access to Myung-dong, Kwang-hwa-moon and public transportation. Staff were very friendly. Room was clean. Will stay again.

I really liked the hotel front desk staff who were bilingual (Korean/English). Let me add that the cleaning lady was very attentive to my needs and really cared for me during my stay (room 2114).

Really good experience, very convenient, metro station in front of the hotel, restaurants, cafeterias and convenience stores all around. And the cleaning lady was the nicest person ever.

This is my second time staying in four points. Nice hotel. Very near to Myeongdong shopping area and less than a minute walk to station. Room is reasonable size and clean. Friendly staff as well. Highly recommend this hotel. Would definitely choose this hotel again

Great property, high standards

Location is next to subway and nearby myeongdong dong street/market. The only problem I had was the wifi was very patchy. It did not work as expected. Buffet breakfast can be improved as it had limited options and menu was mostly repeated the days I dined in.

The elevators were quite slow in busy times.

Good Corner Room.

Booked the bigger corner room. Room is clean. TV cannot be tilted towards the bed though. Checking-IN experience wasn’t great though. Was expecting a great smile from the front desk receptionist but she was a tad too snobbish ; unsure why she needs to behave likewise.

A decent hotel for its price, local restaurants nearby, 10 mins from Myeongdong street.

I like the location - central area but not in the middle.

I selected this hotel based on the reviews submitted an average of 9.2 stars. I thought it was overrated, probably a 8.5 at best. The staff was kind and available but the property is definitely due for an update! Our shower smelled of mildew and the elevators also had an odor to them.

The hotel is close to the subway. Both cafes and myeongdong are close by.

We stayed for 8 nights in Seoul at the end of May. Loved it. An amazing city with so much to see. So much of it was walkable and the hotel was a good starting point. Easy walk to Namsan mountain and the cable car, loads of shopping and dining on the doorstep. The room was comfortable, the window looked out onto North Seoul tower. The nicest cleaning lady ever on the 15th floor, so smiley and pleasant! The breakfast was great, loads of choice. Would definitely be happy to stay there again.

The hotel has a subway station right outside which made travel easy. It’s safe and modern subway. The room was plain but comfortable. Breakfast had lots of choice. Very helpful staff.

Nice hotel. Pricey for the options that are available in the area. They don’t honor bonvoy points if booked through 3rd party sites like Orbitz. I lost of a lot of points because of that. They have 3 elevators that are very slow. Very long wait times. Very convenient location directly in front of incheon airport shuttle and euljiro 3 subway station on line 2. If the elevators operated faster it would have been 5 stars

It was pleasant stay for 6 nights. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was very clean and tidy. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Close to train station, lots of dining options nearby. Very clean with extremely helpful and friendly staff. Only thing that would be a negative for me personally is that our room did not have an iron or ironing board. These were located in the laundry room for communal use. There was a coin laundry which was great for us given we had a longer stay and needed clean clothes.

Lovely hotel. Near some of the major sites (walking distance) and has a subway station right at the front to get everywhere else, however not directly in the tourist area. Staff were great. Breakfast was good each morning.

This hotel is located at downtown so that the markets and the numerous stores and restaurants are walking distance from the hotel. In addition, transportation is available to look around the city and to the airport.

Breakfast served at the restaurant was terrible and mostly the food is the same. I wouldnt recommend this hotel. Its very terrible you charged higher price for the buffet and its almost all the same? All the food there is salty. Please get back to me on this. Somemore we have to go toilet so many times after every meal....

Very good hotel with many attractions in Myeongdong within walking distance. The room cleaning crew was polite, did a great job and paid close attention to details. Only bug bear was that the elevators were slow, which posed a problem at morning peak hours.

Great Service. Even though I booked through 3rd party, the staff honored my Nonvoy Status & accomodated with platinum perks. The location is awesome, it’s right next to a subway station Myeongdong, Gyeongbokgung palace & Jongmyo Shrine are in walking distance.

Convenient place to stay. Easily accessed from Incheon Airport using bus limousine 6015 (stop at Euljiro-2ga). Breakfast was pleasant and room was clean. The frontdesk was super nice to allow FOC early check-in.

This hotel conveniently is right outside a subway station and less than a10 mintue walk to bus stops and Myeondong shopping area. The front desk staff were very nice and speak english. The breakfast buffet is well worth the money and will save you time. We booked for 2 twin beds, but they were actually two single beds, which wasn't a big deal. The room was clean and no signs of bed bugs which was a major concern of ours. The bath towles were a little worn out and probably need to be replaced with newer ones and there were no wash cloth's, which I guess is a Korean thing. The elevators can be a wait sometimes especially in the morning rush of departatures and breakfast seekers. Over all I give it 4 stars and would stay here again.

It was in the perfect location. Close to everything! Walkable everywhere. My only complaint would be that the elevators always took forever.

Rooms are incredibly small. Subway is right in front so very convenient. Plenty delicious restaurants. Staff were friendly and all spoke perfect English.

This is 2nd time i stayed here. When i checked in, was told the hotel no longer provide toiletries for the room. I was kind of shocked! Not that i need those stuff, but if i came unprepared, thinking hotel would provide, then it caused more trouble to go purchase! The staff followed by “u can puchase from the nearby convenience store if u need”. I feel the hotel should send email to guests who coming to stay to inform. I may not consider to stay again if i go seoul again.

Our second time staying at the hotel since we had such a great experience the last time. Staff at the front desk were very accommodating and provided excellent service for all our inquiries and requests. It’s always a comfortable stay as our room was clean, quiet, and consistent in housekeeping. Location is ideal for transit (Euljiro 3(sam)-ga, Exit 12) and you can also walk to popular areas such as Myeongdong and Ikseondong from the hotel. Will continue to reserve and stay at this hotel in the future.

Noisy and dirty. Only saving grace was the location which was only decent, not great.

Hotel is close to shopping and restaurants. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly. Cleanness of the rooms were exceptional.

Overall, our experience was excellent. Kind and friendly stuff. The only complaint I would have would be the elevators, taking way too long to come up and down. We waited for one over 10 minutes one of the times. But overall a wonderful stay thank you.

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and serviced regularly. The staff was friendly and helpful. The amenities available including a microwave and laundry room with iron was fantastic. The elevators were at times way too slow. I waited 25 minutes for an elevator one time during the day.

Staff were very helpful with my enquiries...finding a sim card and booking cabs. Great breakfast. My room seemed to smell of residual smoke moved to another but seemed the same. Good size room and facilities.

Excellent stay - would return again. It would just be excellent in all areas if you had irons in the rooms or if they were part of the house keeping service. It was inconvenient to have to carry your clothes to the laundry room on a different floor from where you’re staying to just use the iron. Nevertheless- it was a great stay!

Shower was very dirty and has few moles developing in bottoms. Also wall or wall paper was crack. Their shower tower was old and had holes on them. Not recommend!!

The front desk staff were very helpful. Facility is in a great location and very clean.
