I had a very good stay at the Four Points in Danang. The entire staff—from front desk to breakfast service to rooftop restaurant—were super helpful and attentive. Food, drinks and gym were good too. Like just about every hotel, wish they had one or two more elevators. Would definitely stay again.

My first time ever writing a review and I am a world traveler staying at hundred of hotels. I booked the top suite at Four Points by Sheraton trying to relax… Room was excellent. Services and staffs were great. First serious complaint was the slow elevators: the speed was slow than elevators from other hotels but maybe bearable but the wait for the elevators were UNACCEPTABLY SLOW! Even after 1:00AM, and with nobody around, the waits were way too long. There were 4 elevators, WHAT ARE YOU DOING? Most should be programmed to be near or at the lobby, no??? I probably will not come back just because of the elevator slowness 😬😬😬 Second complaint was the loud music in the lobby. Guests need to relax in the lobby and the coffee shop and we sometimes need to conduct conversations. The music was a total distraction and it bothered me and some guests (that I asked for their opinions)

The hours on the hot tub and pool should be extended.

Unforgettable Weekend in Danang.

We took a weekend off for a short getaway. The hotel is perfectly located in a less crowded locality with Danang beach easily accessible across the road. We had a wonderful stay during our visit in Danang. Thank you Four Points Danang team.

Hotel provided Good services. Massage provided in the hotel was very good. If hotel can provide shuttle to go shopping center , it will be good.

Loved the rooftop bar and pool and the Banh Mi at the lobby lounge was delicious!!! Staff were friendly and helpful. Just a 5 min walk to My Khe Beach where there are lots of good restaurants -- it fave was Esco Beach Bar and Restaurant. There is a big hotel bench built next door which creates a lot of construction rubble and garbage but other than that very happy with our stay.

Love our stay at Four Points by Sheraton Danang. Breakfast buffet has amazing and delicious food. All staff members are nice, friendly and helpful. We would definitely come back next time.

I had the most amazing experience staying here. The staff was super nice. The food at breakfast was excellent and the staff were on point in all they did. Always happy to help. Love the laundry service and the views from my room were breathtaking. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Da Nang.

Great base to explore Da Nang from

Da Nang is a city of two halves, River or Coast. So where to stay? Decided coast view was preferable. Four Points by Sheraton was a good choice. Short easy walk to the beach, places to eat and rooms with a range of views, City, Coast and even the Lady Buddha Statue. Hotel is very clean, well maintained and the staff were super friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. Guus and Mr Ha were stand-outs. All the staff were great. Lots of cabs readily available including Vietnamese made EVs’ which were very quiet and comfortable. Room was great, corner room with tub in bathroom. Package for the room included 15 minute foot massage and High Tea, both of which were really good.

Great location. It was walking distance to the beach and a variety of restaurants. Very easy to catch a grab in the area. Check in was excellent. I was in my room 5 min after entering the hotel.

We got an upgraded room by paying extra check in as we arrived a bit early. Room was absolutely gorgeous on 15th floor. Massive balcony and waking distance to the beach. Happy hours in the evening at the rooftop was just so gorgeous in the evening. Excellent buffet breakfast as well. Love it

Staff go out of their way to please the guests. The location of the property has less food options nearby compared to 1km to 2km further south, so would need to catch Grab for quick trip down south for more food options. The downside to this hotel was the strong foul smell in the lobby for the six days we stayed there. It had gotten worse as the longer we stayed.

Definitely Going Back.

It wasn’t a bad location at the end of the beach boardwalk. I wish the pool water had been warm, but I was there in March so in all fairness, it was still a little chilly. The spa was wonderful. The hot tub Jacuzzi area was fabulous with the great view. It was a great buffet, and the people were incredibly wonderful and nice.

Two main things I didn’t like. First - the housekeeping didn’t clean my room until late afternoon (after 4pm). Second - only hotel I’ve ever stayed at that made me wait to check out while they “checked” my room. That was highly insulting. I already had a card on file, so the “check” was unnecessary and a waste of my time.

Overpriced hotel - room wasn’t clean (cleaners clean the room without shoes), service was terricle making us feel like we were intruders rather than guests, lifts always slow and we needed to wait everytime we left and came back - outside hotel is not the best beach and we needed to walk a distance to the proper beach. Much better hotels are available so don’t choose this one

I hope Hotel.com and hotel to be honest.

I made a reservation for $37 per day including dinner. However, the hotel said it had not received a message from Hotel.com and only provided a breakfast buffet. And they told me to resolve this issue with Hotel.com. I also signed up for insurance. Please refund the difference of $21 x 3 days. I made a reservation for a high floor with a view of the ocean, but they gave me a room 10th floor with a city view and a bit of the ocean. After a long time, I finally got a room on the 26th floor with a ocean view. I hope this doesn't happen again in the future.

Good position

Nice position for the beach, we did not enjoy the best of weather so we spent a lot of time in taxi's going into town. Not expensive. Hotel staff etc are very helpful and professional. Our onlycritisim were the the lifts for 36 floors and as there are only 4 geting up and down to breakfast in the morning could be difficult. But once again a good hotel.

Rooms smelt like stale moldy carpet. They switched my room and once the AC was off the same thing. Elevators are very busy and in the morning you will be waiting a long time to get on

Guard/doorman doesn’t really do or ask if you need anything. Poor English skill. Doesn’t help with baggage. Shower was not good condition, appeared old. Not near the main beach. Limited entertainment or venues in surrounding area. The pool is small. The jacuzzi and sauna was not hot enough. On the plus side the receptionist and staff were nice. The repair man was good. Had to fix a leak in the toilet and they gave me complimentary desert. Hotel layout is weird. There appears to be a conjoining hotel call Altara within this hotel.

The property feels a bit run down.

Hotel is located away from the main beach activities. It is nice and quiet if you want the quieter part of the beach. The hotel bed is very comfortable. The drainage of the bathroom can be improved. I unknowinly flooded the bathroom during my shower but thankfully it was on the day I was checking out. Other than that my stay was mostly pleasant.

Although located near the tail end of the beach hotels/resort stretch it is still rather near to most places where most activities take place at the beach and eateries along the way. Staff of Four Points are very friendly and helpful. Their hospitable attitude make guests feel most welcome

Love the stay

The room is comfortable and has a great view of the beach (it itself is located right next to the beach). You can even see the beach while taking a soak in the bathtub. The room’s clean and the hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar and pool are great too, with good views of the city and beach. Because it opens up to both east and west, you can catch both sunrise and sunset. Thanks to Vien, the bar manager, my last night in the city was good. Will miss the city and Four Points.

It may appear like a high end hotel but, in truth, there is no customer service whatsoever which is disappointing. Worse yet, management defends the lack of service saying that is not standard at a Four Points. Do yourself a favor and stay someone else.

The property is well located & well staffed. Fantastic people work in this hotel who do their real utmost to make your stay very pleasant.

Beautiful view from our room. We loved it. The breakfast buffet was a little crazy, but manageable. Walking along the beach was what made this trip wonderful.

Excellent hotel

We booked 4 rooms for 5 nights at this beautiful hotel right at the beach on main street of Da Nang. The rooms have beach view from balcony and very comfortable. Across the road is a quiet beach for you to enjoy. Taxi are right at the door for you to catch to go around town. The staff are very friendly and always try their best to provide the services you required. The roof-top bar has wonderful view of Da Nang at night.

It is a good value for the money and I did like the hotel. Behind it are numerous restaurants and some stores. Beach access was nice. The morning breakfast was great but they saw fit to charge for my daughter when they could have comped it which I thought was a cheap move. The room was nice and we had a balcony but there is no furniture?! why!? how are you supposed to enjoy a balcony with no small chair or areas to relax? It's just dumb. In addition, CLEAN THE WINDOWS AND GLASS throughout the hotel. They are all dingy and grimy. The glass on the balcony was black and dirty. Ditto in the breakfast dining room. There is really no excuse for this and shows lack of care.

Our anniversary stay

This time we stayed there for our wedding anniversary trip. I wanted to relax with my family, but the group from Korea was so noisy that I could not relax, especially when I was looking forward to breakfast.

Overall, the stay was fine. I travelled from Hue to visit Da Nang after many years. The location is great. It’s right next to the beach. My room has a nice bathtub with city and beach view at the same time. Breakfast is nice with various selections. Gym room is super clean with jacuzzi, hot & dry sauna. I will definitely come back next time when I’m in Da Nang.

Nice and pleasant stay

Great hotel, was not opened the first time when I went to danang. This trip it was opened and everything went great. Only issue was the speed of the lifts that the wait was long during peak hours of breakfast due to the number of guests. Also for house keeping, it is always fine very late around the 4pm.

The fire alarm was activated and the staff did not react in a good way. No situation awareness ☹️

The rooms and service by the staff was absolutely amazing, they were so kind and thoughtful and even helped organise a little special surprise for a birthday for my family. The room was splendid and the view was breathtaking, definitely would stay here again if I come back to Da Nang

The restaurant @ Horizon bar offer limited menu. We ordered Ribeye Australian steak, its chewy and I don't think its the right cut. breakfast was super crowded.

Nhan Vo was number one out of all the hotel staff I have been to in 68 countries. Four points Sheraton is the place I will stay every time I am in Da Nang. This is a nice hotel across the street from the beach. The bed was more comfortable than more expensive hotels with extremely kind staff. Only downside was not being able to rely on Grab and the location is a bit far from everything.

Loved my stay here. The staff were all so kind, the facilities were beautiful, and the room was comfortable with a breathtaking view of the ocean. The breakfast was great and I enjoyed the roof top restaurant with some tasty offerings of food and drink. The gym was amazing with floor to ceiling windows facing the sea. I didn’t want to leave.

All is good , except for lift too slow on weekend when the hotel is heavy book, wait time average 10mins, also buffet breakfast is pretty crowded on holiday, nice corner suite with superb view, size of room is also ideal size overall service is unexceptional surprisingly good, check in n out was also swift, will be back , next time in Danang

Nice hotel on my khe beach. The area isn't great, a lot of canceled constructions, due to corona, nearby. The room was nice but you could tell by the smell in the room and in the hallways that occupancy has been low recently. We got a great price though ang got upgraded, the staff was very professional, breakfasts very good and the view was great. Over all a very nice stay.

(+)The amenities are great especially the gym which has new "life fitness" equipment (+) The king size bed is very soft - for those who like it, it's a good thing. (+) The view is great somewhat spoiled by a piling machine that installs sheet-piles in the middle of the street - but that is a temporary problem. (-) Local guests are very noisy and ill-mannered but that is not the hotel's problem. (-) Seafood buffet area (3rd floor) not well ventilated. (-) Breakfast area ventilation also has room for improvement.

Lovely stay! Great experience!

The view was amazing... Felt like I’m right in front of the beach. It was rainy when I stayed there but still the natrual sound of the ocean wave was absolutely lovely. Clean, modern and spacious room. I felt noise proof is also very good. staff was very responsive. I will surely stay here if I visit Da Nang again.

Terrible customer service

We had a stay with multiple rooms. As on of our colleagues got ill and couldn’t come we didn‘t get any refund. We checked with expedia, hotel denied, when asking at the hotel we got the response to check with expedia. After being in hotlines too long just a terrible experience.

Vacation with family - we booked the three ocean view rooms and one was facing into a construction zone. They didn’t have a replacement room on the same level until we asked to speak the manager. Miraculously a room was available within 15 minutes

Would not advice but if you must eat elsewhere

The room was very well appointed but DONT eat here. It was the worst of all foods enjoyed in country at 4x the cost, and worst quality compared to all other Sheraton’s stayed in around the world. The cost was double that of other comparable properties for service, and pictures are not representative.

Christmas-on-the-beach

This brand new hotel is right on the beach and not far from the airport. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I was there solo but there were many couples and families too. The bed was very comfortable and my ocean view room was perfect.

I didn't like about the unprofessional staffs. We booked 2 rốm, one for my family and one for my mom and auntie, we went out in the morning and came back around 4:30pm but the housekeeping didn't clean up our rooms yet, when I called the receptionist to ask, she told me that the housekeeping will clean up from 9am to 5pm. I told her it is nearly 5pm then she said ok, she will ask staff to come to clean up,Next morning, I had to tell the front desk receptionist that can she ask the housekeeping clean up 2 rooms before 3pm cos I had a toddlers and she needed to take a nap and my mom had to prepare to have a meeting in the evening. When I came back at 4pm, my room was cleaned, but my mom's room wasn't cleaned yet. She called receptionist and was told that her room would be cleaned up from 5:30pm to 6pm. And also the room next to my mom's room wasn't cleaned up yet, that lady was angry and yelled out. The manager came up and said sorry, they missed out our rooms information so couldn't clean up and they also didn't have enough staffs to clean up all rooms. I felt like how could that manager talk to customers like that ?. The way that the manager talked to customers were very unprofessional. You're 5 stars hotel, we pay more to have a comfort accommodation, I have stayed in many 5 stars hotel and I have to say this is the worst hotel that I have ever stayed.

Very nice new hotel in a pretty place in town. The staff were excellent and tried very hard to make my stay comfortable. We used the spa facilities twice for the massages and were very happy with the experience. I would recommend staying here if you want a peaceful hotel away from the hustle and bustle of Da Nang.

Nice hotel with a great view

Nice hotel facing the sea. Customer service was great too but unfortunately the room seems to have a few issues like the phone isn’t working properly, toilet flush wasn’t either and on and off the power goes out and comes back on again. Apart from that the rest is good.

Clean and comfortable. Got a high floor room with ocean view. Able to see the fishermen pulling the nets from the sea Walking distance to the beach but quite a distance to travel to city area.

Great hotel room, service improvements needed

Hotel room and buffet breakfast excellent, Improvement needed Email received that booking did not include child, request additional fee. At check in, showed email to prove already paid Lobby lounge tea set, bread was stale, and staff did not provide mayonnaise,even though available at roof bar. Ask for mayo and received the check. Conceirge staff difficult to find. Should help to book cars from Grab if waiting at door Beach area is 5 min walk and need to go through bushes. No hotel assistance to cross street and access beach
