Good and pleasant staff. Good breakfast and variety. We had dinner once and was tasty and service was good. Especially The restaurant staff were extremely good. Service very good. Rooms ample space and beds nice.

Great hotel

Our stay was great. The most helpful was the front door bell man Mohamed. Very pleasant and made it easy for us to find a ride to our shopping places and destination numerous times.

The hotel staff from the front desk to the restaurant staff and the door staff were absolutely fantastic and welcoming. They always had a smile on their faces and made sure we had a lovely stay at the hotel.

Gear location! Highly recommended. Breakfast options are unlimited. Excellent service.

From all the staff at the front desk to the chef Amit Kumar, just a bucn of nicest people you can meet and also the security staff, all professionals

Very nice property

Great facilities and excellent customer service.

Great location close to tourist sites, but in quiet area. Staff were most helpful and friendly, especially manager Vijay. We stayed five nights at this hotel. Breakfast had great variety of food, but everything was too spicy for me. Restaurant chef prepared sautéed vegetables and omelet with NO chili or heavy spices for me every morning. I recommend this hotel 100%! Thank you to all the staff for their a five star hospitality.

Okay stay

Excellant restaurant staff. Cleanliness was average. Front desk was mixed. 70% staff at front desk was great. 20 % average and few people were with some rolling eye gesters when asked for forgotten key or lost key. Security guard looks at you weird with tons of questions. Bathrooms had bad smell. Its better to pay in advance than at hotel as they charge 12% tax. Average stay. Overprice.

Close all key shopping and happening places (kite festival, flower show etc)

Staff was quite polite and receptive to customer requests albeit a bit slow. Parking facilities are quite spacious and good. Rooms were dated, parquet flooring was chipped at many places, no safe deposit lockers, steam iron in the room. Breakfast was average. Views from rooms are blocked all around with other buildings very close to the Hotel rooms. Quality of Toiletries could be improved. Room access cards system are still of the older technology and need upgrades. Overall the hotel rooms need to be refurbished to compare with competition

Great place to stay we will surely be back

The room service was disappointing. It took a long time for the orders to arrive, and when they did, they were not fully prepared. At checkout, I was charged for a room service order that I didn't place. It took them a while to verify the charges and sort out the mistake.

Comfortable stay!

We stayed at this hotel last year so chose it again this year, unfortunately the maintenance of the room we stayed in seems to have been given little attention. However the staff were friendly and welcoming, the location is centrally located and not too far from any of the major attractions or law gardens for some night time market shopping.

No hot water in morning

The staff is very friendly and nice. Especially alok, Anjali,jagriti. The chefs Sunil kapur and desert chef summit Kumar. Bell captain Aziz.

Restaurant buffet options are limited & food is not too hot

Bathroom floors and sink and counter was dirty. Have to call front desk after midnight as we arrived late and have someone come and clean the sink. No wash clothes, no facial tissues, no lotion inside the bathroom.

A good family stay

Staff in the breakfast area were lovely and so helpful. Staff at reception were brilliant when it came to helping us arrange our airport shuttle and getting all our luggage loaded into the cars. Cleanliness of the room could have been better. Bathroom floor was never really cleaned properly during our 3night stay, plus drainage smell from the toilet.

My wife arrived for her check in, she is diabetic and needs to keep her insulin cool, the fridge in the room did not work. The room given to her did not have a safe in the room. She did not know where to keep her valuables. The air conditioner was not working in the room. This is not we would expect from a Marriott group hotel

Nice Place to Stay!!

There was a confusion at the desk at the time of checking. They have no idea which room I have purchased & what are the conditions!! But after few minutes they realized their mistake & they apologized.

Good property and customer friendly staff.

The hotel has great staff, but the rooms need an urgent upgrade. We checked in late, around 12am and found that shower fittings fell off, shower door would not shut, the safe in the room did not work and the DND and clean my room switches dust not work

Excellent staff and food at their restaurant, just the hotel is a bit old and they were upgrading the ACs when we were visiting

The stay is comfortable and nreakfast was good

The property is very good and staff quite responsive. But the area around is not up to the mark, too much traffic, no restaurants or eating joints, quity dusty and polluted. The driving is so rash that we just cannot cross the road. Good property , bad location

We had an amazing stay and hotel is located right in the heart of city so it was very convenient to do shopping etc staff was very helpful and courteous

The room was no clean. The sheets had stains and in my two night stay we came across a total of 6 cockroaches. Very disappointing

Comfort in the room, smiles outside.

As always this hotel remains one of the best in the city. After covid, staff has changed but the service has remain as good. In the first floor restaurant the excellent service by the ever smiling Anima and Payal are praise worthy. Rooms are very comfortable. We discovered a corner for playing table tennis which we did not know about in our previous visit. We were impressed by the kindness of all staff, entrance, reception, room cleaning. Will surely come back next year. Also location is central.

It’s not hotel it’s like guest house ,rooms need modernisation small rooms. Location is good but inside hotel depressing atmosphere

This hotel can’t be Four Points by Sheraton. It’s just a cheating. There was not even a single thing I can say positive about except the staff lady named Muskaan. The room given to us was terrible, full of dust everywhere, oil spots on bed side, broken and dirty furniture, very dirty curtains, bathroom, and many more. I have even all the pictures which can be shared. I was having very good pics in mind after experiencing Four Points by Sheraton at Pune. The reason I decided to choose this hotel. But Ahmedabad Four points by Sheraton is just pathetic and we wasted lot of money staying two nights there. After complaining, second day Muskaan a hotel staff changed the hotel room into suite but nothing much changed in terms of cleanliness and broken amenities and furniture. Very dirty floor mats came more into this room. Later we came to know that this was some local chain of hotels called Shami which Marriott Bonvoy took over. But the service now this hotel is providing is real shame to the brand. I can say a lot more about two days experience but I am still in real shock what has happened to me. I can’t even think about rooms now.

Best location and best service

I definitely recommend a stay at this hotel, from the moment we landed our hotel sent a lovely young man to pick us up and take us to the hotel. There we were welcomed by all the staff as the car was unloaded and at reception. The room was wonderful, the cleaning staff also were very friendly and accommodating. I mustn’t forget the food. Again so accommodating and we really felt welcomed and at home, plus all the food was super. Great stay and we will be back again soon!

Was highly disappointed with toilet and shower facilities

The stay had been fantastic right through the start at check-in desk to the rooms and to the Cafe (Eatery) through the well observed and highly effective service provided by all the staff. The choice of food - for breakfast, lunch and dinner was fantastic, with great choices and different styles to cater for different taste buds. My only feedback is to keep salt at minimum (as that can be added on top who prefers it) and the spice level to keep moderate for all guests. Especially, the resturant staff including the manager Mr Ranjit in his passion and commitment to serve us and look after us. Been a Marriott Bonvoy member and having stayed at various hotels across the world, I was very pleased that the staff had maintained the level of service that I was expecting at the time of the booking. No wonder, during my entire trip, I had cancelled my other bookings across the city and moved all my bookings to Four Points Sheraton. I wish the entire team, including ground and service staff, the hospitality team, the reception and management the very best and hope you continue the level of service with same enthusiasm, passion and commitment to future guests, and look forward to seeing you again next year. Dining experience was okay. It is not even 3 star hotel from amenities and upkeep point of view. We came because it was Sheraton managed by Marriott and rated 5 star. How Expedia rates it 5 star??? Towels were old not good quality and just one hand towel.

Service deteriorating Upholsr Try in room dirty. Mariot Bonvoy franchise seems to be only bent on profit maximization. Recommend avoid the hotel.

Good and comfortable

The rooms were small.. Fridge not available in one room 807 and 808 fridge not working well. Break fast was ok ok.

Very professional and courteous staff .. they certainly raise the bar for hospitality in Ahmedabad .. would like to stay there again whenever .. special mention to all front office staff .. they are excellent at their job and for Mr. Vinod .. the hotel mamager to personally attend to guests.

The property was great, the staff was good, however, the food quality was OK. My parents stayed here at the property and on their first night itself while having a meal at the restaurant a glass piece came into my father's mouth from one of the vegetables that he had ordered.

Overall was a very pleasant place to stay. Service was 5* quality. The room I stayed in was clean. The armchair could definitely do with being replaced. The bed headboard could do with a serious clean. The bed sheets and towels were all very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Check in and check out was quick and easy. The variety of food on offer was good

Very good location; staff and food excellent; property was going to be renovated but because of covid, this has been delayed. Will definitely stay here again if and when happen to be in Ahmedabad.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating

I was asked to check out 2hrs before actual time. Staff receptionist (Lady) asked at 11am for chevk out. Duty manager Suresh was a very nice guy. He is very helpfull and supportive person. Thank you Suresh 😊

Excellent property

From check in to check out overall thoroughly professional and friendly service provided by all members of staff from reception area, room service as well as restaurant. Few suggestions for the hotel management team 1) place bigger hotel signboard at main entrance as this property is tucked away behind another building and difficult to find/naviagte 2) baby coat/crib was way too big and should provide smaller size baby coat/crib for infants

The staff was great. Very attentive to my needs. The desk staff did everything possible to make my stay very good. The restaurant was excellent. The chef greeted me and told me to let him know of anything I wanted. He met me at every meal and made my dishes to perfection. The entire restaurant staff could not have been more gracious. They met my every need. As soon as I walked into the restaurant, they found a seat for me and knew I wanted water immediately. Not many places in US or India can meet their service. If I return to Ahmedabad in the future, I will stay at the Four Points

Stayed for 3 nights and never got hot water each day I ask FrontDesk first day she told me there was a problem they working to fix it next day same thing and third day when I was checking out staff lied to me that they have maintenance checked out and it was fine and I ask him to have Maitanace go to room and show me if it’s actually working but he was laying about it they have never send Maitanace to room and don’t expect 5 star hotel to lie about it that’s not five star stander and did not offer ( I did not ask) any compensation which I would have denied any way because I don’t roll like that

Disappointed.

I was relatively disappointed with our stay at the four points by Sheraton. The restaurant was pretty disappointing with very few enjoyable non-Indian options. Also, while the service was great in person, there were a couple of miscommunications. First of all, I called and asked for a 1pm check in time and a ride from the train station instead of the airport. I was told that would be no problem, that our rooms would be ready and a car would be waiting at the train station when our train arrived. But when me and my colleagues arrived at the train station we called to see where the car was and were told that no arrangements had been made. Also, our rooms were not ready because they said we never called to confirm a check in time. Overall, I thought it was over priced. Over stayed in similar hotels at this price point that are much nicer with better food and no issues forgetting things that were discussed. However, the staff was great once we got there. The drivers were very kind and helpful as were all of the staff.
