Tasty breakfast, 9 min walk to subway line 1 if going somewhere in the city, comfortable bed, and friendly staffs.

great hotel

convenient location, rich breakfast, good front desk service, and the room is clean, tidy, spacious and bright

整体很不错，地理位置好，交通方便，早餐丰富，前台服务好，清洁员服务好。房间不算大，但整洁。唯一不好的是这次被安排的房间里面感觉有点儿烟味，希望下次的房间是真正的无烟房。感谢！

The location is not ideal. You need transportation to go anywhere. The area is run down and not very pretty

Clean and convenient

It's a nice hotel, clean and located one block from subway station, so pretty convenient. Staff friendly, shower is really comfortable. There are two issues though: (1) at this time (December), the AC can do heating only, no way to cool, temperature control not working, we had to open the window to cool off a bit. (2) wifi is completely unusable.

Great location and the rooms are large; however the design of the room I stayed at was that you can't actually enclose the area of the bathroom which is a bit weird. The breakfast buffet was nice and the wifi speed was pretty good as well.

One of the Best 3*4 hotel

The hotel situated a bit outskirts of the Shanghai Downdown but within the Metro line distance, so it's quite easy to reach by taxi and distance walk from the Train Station. The inclusive buffet breakfast with the combination of East and West are very tempting and attentive. The Hotel Lobby fitted with adequate seating, self machine, books and amenities for the guests or during transition time. The room amenities are well comfortable set up but need a bit attention as the closet and shower could seen thru, nevertheless everything are fine.

The room was clean and the space was enough for us family of 3. The breakfast was good, the reception area is spacious but they turned off the lights to minimum at night. There were no laundry room for guests, unlike the other Fairfield hotels in Yongchuan, Chongqing, Changsha, Ningbo.

Great location with reasonable price. Breakfast is a big plus.

Mostly good, except the staff was going to double charged me. I am glad when I questioned, the staff corrected her mistake.

The hotel is located relatively near to the main attraction areas in Shanghai. Take the red line to Yanchang Rd. exit no.3 and turn right. Walk straight ahead for about 5 minutes and you will reach the hotel directly. There is a convenience store and three 24hours restaurant operating nearby. Across the road are a few eateries and a McDonalds available. You do not need to worry about being hungry. The check-in was prompt and easy. Hotel rooms was very clean and comfortable for our entire stay. Breakfast was good and hearty to kickstart our day. Upon checkout, the reception was helpful to arrange a taxi for us to the airport with ease. Overall, the entire stay was pleasant and comfortable with no complaints.

Unpleasant experience

Not a good experience. Room was very small..so small that the toilet/WC doesn't have a seperate partition. It's just next to the bed/wash basin. Shower is just a small cubicle. Airconditioning is very poor. They turned it to heater mode and will not cool. Had to turn off the AC or Heater to say and had to open up the window for fresh air. Not to any Marriott standards.

They stay was quite good except that the wifi was not so efficient! I had stayed there many times and in general felt good.

Did not like the location. You need to take a subway or taxi to get anywhere. No decent restaurants nearby except for McDonald’s which is across the road.

Room was too small and therefore not comfortable. Rest all was good

I liked the architecture and layout of the buildings with the separate dining area. The decor was pleasant and the rooms were very clean. The location was quite good too, close to the Metro and shopping mall.

Good location to city sites

It would be even better if the checkout is faster.

It had visited this hotel several times. The location although not next to Metro, but it is acceptable to take less than 10 mins walk.

Comfortable beds. Location away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Still close to get around by taxi and tours. Breakfast phenomenal. Restaurant great for other meals. Very accommodating staff to assist you.

Comfortable, Convenient location

This hotel is very close to the metro station and has basic hospitality. We arrived by bullet train at Shanghai Hongqiao, the taxi driver struggled to pronounce the name and I had to call hotel for support. I got the help from hotel. I would suggest you to get down at Shanghai Railway Station which is closer to the hotel. The rooms are comfortable for 1 person, twin sharing will need adjustment. Taxi to Pudong airport will cost you 220 Yuan. +ve : Very close to Metro, Great way to travel around Shanghai even if you do not understand Mandarin +ve : Good buffet breakfast +ve : New property and hence rooms are clean +ve : Lucas, front desk was very helpful. Rest of the team could not speak fluent english. -ve : No concierge to help you with sightseeing in Shanghai Summary : Value for Money.

I liked its simple and comfortable design.

Front Desk Services Improvement Urgently Required

Front desk services were terrible. Restaurant service is ok, but food is very average. Overall, hardware such as rooms, lobby, restaurants, etc is good. Software is a long way to be acceptable. Another thing worth mentioning is the location of the hotel is very difficult to get a taxi.

Will stay here again

Room was clean and big enough for myself. Staff was friendly and helpful. Price was pretty good comparing to other similar hotels in the area. My room got clear glass for the shower but you could pull out the panel next to the sink to separate between the bed and sink/shower area. Will stay here again.

Nice hotel

It looked like a pretty new hotel. I was happy staying here. Good breakfast and price.

不錯的酒店

睡床舒適、房間整潔、每天都會提供免費飲用水，早餐選項多，服務員有禮貌，前枱服務好，能幫忙換零錢、召喚出租車。 唯一問題是洗手間、浴室設計太開放式，當洗澡或如厠時，朋友來訪就很尷尬，不能馬上讓客人進房。

フロントのスタッフさんはとにかく接客がよかったです。おかげで、楽しい滞在となりました！ありがとうございました^_^

Clean, many breakfast options, close to the city center, 10 min walking to subway station.

毎日掃除の対応有ります。 水も500ml人数分と2l1本もらえます。 駅まで少し距離はありますが全然歩けます。

Attention il n’y a pas de Climatisation. Uniquement du chauffage. Impossible d’ouvrir la fenêtre qui donne sur l’autoroute. Le reste est top. Personnel serviable. Attention aux WC dans la chambre fait etre en couple tres fusionnel

リピーターです まず朝食は美味しかった、種類も豊富で毎朝満足でした。部屋もおしゃれだったのですがトイレを使ってる最中部屋の扉が開けたら外から丸見えのはマイナス。それぐらいかな

Good hotel

Room condition was good & staffs were very kind. Hotel is located near subway station (abt 5 min. by walk) and enjoyed stay this hotel.

지하철 역에서 5분 정도 거리에 있는 곳입니다. 아주 좋아요. 조용하고, 메리어트 호텔의 실내 인테리어는 세계 어디를 가도 비슷해도 좋았습니다. 강추 합니다.

小心中伏

－個非常差的體驗，房間有窗但面對對面牆磚。氣溫超過28度，居然冇有冷氣，還出暖風。浴室花攦出水很慢，又冇熱水。估唔到萬麗品牌的酒店，會有這麼差的酒店及管理！

上海必住

每次到上海必住的酒店！

員工很親切有禮，酒店早餐的小籠包很好吃。唯一缺點是來地鐵站不算近，大熱天很曬要走10分鐘才到地鐵站。附近有些當地食店，沒有大型餐廳。總結，酒店營運十分好，當我有需要時他們都盡量滿足，很喜歡這家酒店！

硬件與服務極好的酒店可惜隔音與住客很糟糕

身為萬豪金卡會員這已經是第N家住過的旗下酒店了~服務態度跟衛生是非常的好，但美中不足的有兩點，而且影響很深，一是雖然有難得的靜安免費停車，但停車位嚴重不足，被導到與垃圾桶停在一起，完全不是停車位的車位，二是酒店非常的吵隔音超級差，雖然備註超級怕吵還是被安排到走道中間，開門關門說話吵鬧的聲音一直到凌晨兩三點，早上六七點又開始，真的是超級崩潰，整晚幾乎沒睡，是難得萬豪集團旗下難得睡不好的酒店，當然這是住客的素質與酒店無關，室外的隔音倒是挺好的，推薦與否見仁見智了~

新しくてきれいだし、朝食が思っていたよりとても良かった！

基本的細節還是不夠

房間乾淨, 人員友善, 但有些細節還是美中不足。要衣物送洗, 先是電話叫收等了一小時也沒人來收。 我勾選了洗衣快件, 4小時可以取回, 可是一直到隔天我要check-out 了, 打了好多通電話才終於在我接車的15分鐘前送回。另外此次住2樓, 在房間內連手機訊號很差, 4G 是一直在法連接的狀態, 非常不便。

フロントサービスがキッチンと対応してくれています。臭いがすると訴えたらすぐベットシーツを替えてくれました。タクシー呼んで欲しいと頼んだら、感じよく対応してくださった。

住宿環境，服務態度都很好。一直都選擇住在這裡。不過，建議早餐菜色、餐廳整潔度仍須加強。 以及手機網路收訊不是很好。

三年前開始入住這間酒店，之後每幾個月都會住幾個晚上，主要原因出差。整體性價比不錯，房間清潔，基本設施齊全，酒店大堂寬敞職員尚算有禮。酒店提供早餐，款式不算多，基於價格反映，都是合理的。

手機網路收訊很差，只能連飯店Wifi。 淋浴間排水孔清潔不足，常有異味。 本次入住6晚，無法換到高樓層，有點可惜。

아주 만족스러운 시설

전반적으로 깨끗하고 아늑한 객실이었습니다.다만 주변에 음식점이 많지는 않네요.소규모 이지만 현지식 훠궈,면요리,맥도널드,편의점,오리요리등이 있으니 챙겨 드시면 될것 같습니다.조식도 꽤 괜찮습니다.옌장로 지하철역에서 도보로 10분정도 거리이고 건너편에 공원도 있더군요 가격대비 만족스러웠습니다.추천 합니다

房間不錯, 不過設計有小小奇怪, 厠所無門架, 哈哈, 馬桶同床有一度摺門分開既, 感覺有小小奇怪, 如果夫婦住問題不大, 如果係朋友就太古怪啦>.< 早餐不錯, 種類挺多既, 訂房包早餐也是捧捧躂
