You need to know

• Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in. For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, she/he must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. In case the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorization, a judicial authorization is required. People who intend to travel to Brazil with children must consult with the Brazilian consulate before traveling for more information.

Special Instructions

This property offers transfers from the airport (surcharges may apply). To arrange pick-up, guests must contact the property 72 hours prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. There is no front desk at this property. Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their government-issued photo ID before arrival. If you are planning to arrive after 6:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will receive an email within 72 hours before arrival with check-in instructions. The host will greet guests on arrival. Information provided by the property may be translated using automated translation tools.

• Pet fee: BRL 150 per pet, per stay (maximum BRL 200 per stay)
• Service animals are exempt from fees
• Early check-in fee: 30 percent of room rate (subject to availability)
• Late check-out fee: 30 percent of room rate (subject to availability)
• Housekeeping fee: BRL 350 per night
• Crib (infant bed) fee: BRL 50 per stay
