Bedding and towels were old and stained. Floor was clean but towels were not. Service is good. Location is okay. Not seeing this a staying again.

The hot water in the shower was lukewarm, and the bedding was covered in mold and smoke. The soap, shampoo, and conditioner were all out of stock. The room itself felt oppressive and claustrophobic. The distance to Main Street was long, and the walk there was dangerous because of the darkness. Therefore, I will not be returning to this establishment. I am deeply disappointed with my overall experience.

I think that if a guest stays more than 3 days they should stop by or at least leave a note saying please let us know if you need any fresh towels. I had to personally ask for the towels myself on the fifth day and even then I didn’t get all that i needed. Not good service.

The property is fine. It's far enough not to hear the loud music from the bars and clubs on Revolucion. 2.5 blocks from Revolucion so it's a quick walk.

Communication was great, the stay was comfortable, staff was friendly. From the outside, I was a bit nervous but as soon as we entered the property everything was clean and the amenities were all great.

The room had flooded the two days that we stay there. It was really hard to get maintenance to come and fix it and to change our towels. The bed was really dirty had hair, and it was really noisy at night time.

Had a great stay I'll be staying here for a little bit longer. It's close to my child. And my doctor. Thanks to the management for working with me through a time I've had a little bit of problems. Thank you all and be blessed.

There was cockroaches all over the kitchen. The bathroom was worse the shower wasn’t working properly. It’s a 1.5-star hotel not a 4-star hotel.

Unfortunately this place looks better in pictures in person it dirty sheets are stained witch looked like blood .. my 7 year old son got bed big bites .. no parking only parking was up front which was from 8pm-8am if not u will get towed .. for what I paid I was expecting at least nice sheets

Terrible conditions, poorly stocked toiletries or lack of, stains on sheets of what I assume is blood.

Unfortunately not safe place for women. I was woken up to the security guard opening the door to my room at 3:30AM and closing it after hearing my dog bark at them. I was terrified. After this incident I went to security to let them know someone opened my door. There he admitted that it was he who had opened my door. He said his supervisor sent him to look for towels in vacant rooms. After this, I became worried to speak to administration because I felt unsafe that “staff” had access to rooms and were sending “staff” to look for towels in vacant rooms at 3:30AM. Super sketch experience, I felt I was going to be traffic i do not recommend this place for women or anyone alone.

One night Hotel

For one night is Ok. Location is a little unsecure. I ask for help to call a taxi and there was not a response. Furniture look not so clean.

Overall, I had a pleasant experience with this property, the staff were very welcoming!! Definitely will be returning!

What balcony?

The only thing I was not too thrilled about was the check in process. We were given a one bedroom without a balcony when our reservation was for a two bedroom with a balcony. Nothing was said but when I went back down to reception they told me that our two bedroom was under maintenance. We were offered two rooms. That was great, however, one of the rooms we were given was occupied. That called for another trip down to reception. None of the room we were given had a balcony.

The rooms do not look like the photos. The rooms were so dirty and needed a very good deep cleaning. The couch and chairs were all made with cloth and covered in stains. One couch was under the AC and we didn’t realize it had been dripping water, so the couch ended up drenched. The hotel itself definitely felt safe and secure, it just was too dirty for us to want to stay there again.

No towels upon arrival until late next day. Had to continously go te reception for any issue or request. No in room phones available.

It was good for the one night tha we needed. I will use it next time I go to TJ.

Refused to provide us extra towels, room wasn't ready for check in, couldn't get into our room, blood on pillow case, front desk had no clue about reservation, had to argue to get our belongings from office they told us to leave in.

Had a bad experience: no wifi in my room, no hot water. Slow and bad communication with the host. Lots of noise for others guests.

The security asked me $20 tip becaue we returned to the hotel with other friends. However, our room was for 4 epople and we were 4. The security tried charge us $5 each and total $20 but I said my room is for 4 people. It was really uncomfortable and bad experience. I have stayed the same Eazy Living more than 5 times but it never happended before.

Don't normally stay at vacation rentals type accomodations but really liked the space and the accommodations. Check in was smooth, the building is secured, and it was clean. Location is fine and within walking distance to different things. There's a grocery store 2 blocks away and a convenience store half a block away. Also different restaurants and shops nearby.

Very nice facility but noisy street at night nice parking safe people in property very good all good only that issue the noise.

Electricity cut off in the middle of the night. Which caused a lot of headaches staff was friendly.

Overall this was a good value. However the AC system was broken and the coffee table was dirty. A little bit noisy becuse our room was next to a car wash and some sort of repair place so we awoke to sounds of people working outside our window despite being three floors up.

We were knocked on the door like it was the FIB on a raid by the security guard. A mid night no for no reason, girl friend went in to panic and wanted to leave the place after this insident not happy and very unpleasant experience.

There was lots of noise very late into the night and very early in the morning. There wasn’t much to cook with and the basics were lacking dish soap kitchen towels wash cloths and paper towels. It was as minimal as you can get. The gym was weak and no towels or cups for water.

Location is truly central and walkable - around the corner is a large supermarket, directly across is a local convenience store and two Oxxo's (convenience store chain) are across either end of the block.

Great place. Clean, feels wide and roomy, and robust AC was the best. Also tasteful decor. Grateful it's so quiet inside the apt - they really soundproofed this space. Walkable to a big supermarket, convenience store across the street, and two Oxxo's minutes away. Top-notch staff who are understanding and helpful. They gave us 30 mins of much needed extra time to check out.

Great stay as usual. Clean, spacious and feels like home. Love the staff - friendly & helpful. When I locked myself out of my room during one of the busiest times, they made sure to promptly get me back into my room. Most impt for me is I sleep like a log when I'm there because it's quiet and the beds are top notch.

Huge value - better than any hotel - it makes travel much easier. Open kitchen - full fridge, dining table which can be used as a work table, sumptuous beds, living room with coffee table and lots of amenities including a gym, open courtyard space, and laundry room. I've stayed here at least three dozen times. It's simply outstanding.

My first choice always - central location, consistently clean, quiet, where I get the best sleep, and the service is spectacular!

GREAT PLACE! Super clean and all of the staff are friendly and very helpful. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Tijuana.

I loved my stay. It was a fun experience and I felt safe. The hotel is very clean and well-kept. The PROS: Large room with plenty of space. Clean room with closet and drawers. It has a full kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, stove, utensils, and cabinets. It has a dining area with a table and chairs. It has a living room with a big couch. The manager is a great person and when you ask for something, he makes sure it gets done. I didn't have the need for a safe box because I felt safe and left my belongings out. It has a gym. It is near Avenida Revolucion. The CONS: The internet near the lobby is strong, in my room is super weak. The TV is in the living room and there's no TV in the bedroom. I had to move the TV to the bedroom. The TV is connected only with an antenna, you get about 3 local channels. Netflix is installed and logged in with the hotel account but, the internet is so slow that you will not be able to open Netflix. The shower has cold and hot water but, you can't set it in the middle. The comes out too hot or cold.

The property is a uniquely renovated building that is 3 stories high with a rooftop patio on the north side. It is very well-kept and clean. The location is excellent for the old town area of Tijuana. The rooftop patio is very lovely. The rooms are darker than I would like because there is very little natural light that gets in through the colored glass block windows. Other than that it is a great property.

Nice stay at Eazy Centro

This was a 3 night stay at Eazy Centro. This is not your typical hotel but is similar. Overall we were very pleased with our stay. The 1 bedroom apartment we rented was very clean and adequate for what we needed. I very much like hotels rooms that are cool and A/C working good. The air conditioner in the apartment worked well and the overhead ceiling fan in bedroom is strong and provides good circulation. The basics in the kitchen are all provided. The only downside was there was no cable TV service. There was a TV but when we turned it on....nothing worked. The management sent a couple of very nice gentlemen to program the TV for netflix and other services. They even replaced the TV for another one. It was very quiet within the complex.......I do not believe they would tolerate a party atmosphere. All in all.......we were happy with our stay and we would stay here again. There is also a very very good Columbian restaurant down on the corner that we loved very much. There are 2 convenience stores across street and down the street which is great for convenience.

UNSAFE - my wife and I were traveling with our 2 daughters, before bed, we took additional precautions just to be safe. We placed a chair in front of the door to deter someone from coming in at night. We turned off all the lights and went to sleep. At around 1:30am i heard a noise and a door shut, I saw the lights on so I immediately got up and went to towards the noise. To my surprise the chair had been moved about 12 inches and someone had turned on the lights. I called the host, Randall and the front desk and no answer. I get it, it was 1:30am. I called Randall the next day and explained what had happened. He said he would get back to me the day after but its been 2 full days and I haven’t heard back. Stay away if you’re traveling with little ones.

Loved all of it. The central location, spacious apartments with kitchen and full size fridge, free laundry room, fully stocked vending machine right outside the laundry room, etc. Only place I stay at in TJ (if I can a book it).

Eazy Centro is an absolute gem. The team's accommodating and friendly nature made me feel at home. Its central location makes it a great base to explore downtown Tijuana. The apartments are spacious and much larger than they appear in photos. There is a litany of valuable amenities, including a free laundry room, but what I value most is the comfy bed and quiet space.

I like this property but I needed to iron a shirt and they didn’t have an iron nor hair dryer. Otherwise had a great stay.

Seems like smoking is allowed in the apartment. Very unpleasant stay. Had to buy air freshener but the cigarette small was so bad that they did not work.

Fabulous apartment like hotel + extra

Excellent!!! Fabulous!! It’s literally an apartment fully furnished and with cooking pans, dishes, Netflix and everything you can think of. It was quite, modern looking and very safe. The front door to the hotel has a lock so anyone not a guest can not just walk in. Games down stairs, tv and free laundry machines. Grocery store is 2 blocks away. I highly recommend this place.
