The beach and pools were fabulous. Super close to the airport, and definitely worth the price. The food for an all inclusive was very good. The staff was superb. Rauly, Jose, Cecelia, Elena, Fray, Profer, Atanasio, Will, Wander, Jonathan, Stephy, Gustavo, Julio and Celio were just some of the people who made this stay one of our favorite family trips yet. Weather was great (late Feb. 2025) and we were very pleased with the property and all the options available to us. Would definitely recommend!

All the staff were friendly. Service was great everyone throughout the resort. The food was delicious.

The property is beautiful and well maintained. Rooms were well stocked and cleaned every day. We had a great experience and would definitely go back

Pros: Beach was nice. Food was decent. Kid friendly. Staff was very nice. Cons: Pools were cold. You had to claim chairs early in the morning otherwise you had nowhere to sit. Buffet style for breakfast and lunch only unless you were “premiere”. Didn’t have reservations available so was unable to try the Asian. Kids not allowed in French so couldn’t eat there either. At the water park my child was not tall enough to go on the slides.

Wonderful family vacation! Will, the butler, was absolutely fantastic in meeting all of our needs! Franky(?)was great in helping give our family the right directions and towels when we were on the beach. Views on the beach were beautiful but most seats taken by early morning. Pickleball courts were great and seemed quite new. Some of the food could be better quality. All of the bread rolls could be softer, the steaks on the buffet could be less rubbery. The steak at Seaside Grille was wonderful. Bordeaux was a wonderful experience with delicious French dishes. Seaside Grille breakfast was not good. Bacon and ham were rubbery. Teppanyaki was fun but the chicken was dry and should be marinated first. The sushi rice is too soft. The desserts were fun and I appreciated the variety. The coffee was great. Waiters were great. The food at the preferred lounge should probably be more unique, they were the same as those in the Coco Cafe. The check in process took too long even with preferred lounge access. Excursion with sharks and stingrays was the best and worth the money. Pictures were good value at $18 for entire family. Excursion with water horses was generally fun but overpriced, especially the pictures. They said it would be cheap so we didn’t take many from our phones. Ended up being $30 per person which is crazy. Overall DreamsFlora is a recommended experience.

Best all inclusive for the whole family

Poor on dining options (5 out of 10), drink choice was worst, poor quality that do no represent the standard of this highly qualified resort (3 out of 10).

Very poor service and food variety. Long wait time for restaurants and bad quality food. French restaurant was adult only and the resort is considered for family. We wanted to reserve cabana for extra charge and they didn't provide us, even though it was not used. I asked for room cleaning and they didn't show up. Next day when they showed up they only made the bed and that is all. Beach was dirty full of garbage in the water. Definitely not recommended.

Very good. And clean

Property was presentable. Beach was nice. Weather in November was unpredictable, lots of sun but frequent rain particularly in the evening. Resort was clean, staff were generally friendly. Be prepared for lots of selling under Hyatt around the world. They want to give you a presentation over breakfast and beyond within 24 hours of your arrival which eats into your vacation time. Room was very nice (very well laid out with lots of shelves and storage space including the bathroom). Bathroom was very bright and spacious. Our room had a leak under the glass shower wall so we had to place a towel to stop the water from entering the rest of the bathroom. Restaurants were nice. Portions were very small in the Bordeaux and Seaside Grill. Food was ok. A little too salty for our tastes. We spent most of our time at the World Buffet. Lots to choose from and quite delicious. The Japanese restaurant was a little disappointing as we were set up at the cooking table and had to eat what they created which was very salty. We would have rather eaten in the dining area where there were more choices. Be very careful when you arrive to understand the resort credits they give you. In particular the spa. You must use it on a certain day and it must be presented at time of your spa even if your welcoming attendant made the reservation for you. There was a lot of miscommunication with us during this period and unfortunately during check out we lost the credit because of this.

They refill the water bottles. Not a single one i found was sealed and i asked my concierge anrld he confirmed they were refills. Food was ok at best and liquor was not top shelf as advertised. Pretty sure they fill the bottles halfway with water.

Nice resort, quite and safety place

Overall nice and clean. Rooms have a practical design and are clean and comfortable. AC worked great and it was silent!! Food was good and varied from day to day. The beach was a bit crowded on the common area but still had enough beach beds at any time of the day. We liked the barrier net that kept the sea weeds outside the swimming are. The nicest part of the beach is the members only area on the right side with lots of sittings and palm trees.

From the moment you arrive to the property they give you a very harmonious welcome. All the employees are excellent people.

We had a great holiday in a great hotel! The food in the restaurants is delicious, and there is a large selection of everything, especially delicious pastries in a large selection! The hotel grounds are very beautiful, there is a show every day for every taste!!!

Highly recommend Dreams Flora! Staff is super friendly, helpful and accommodating. The property is gorgeous and clean. Lots of food options and bars to choose from. Spa was great as well!

Fray the check in receptionist was on point, my wife and myself arrived early at the Resort and the room that we paid for was a deluxe room and it was not ready I mentioned to Fray that it was my wife birthday he upgraded us to preferred Status and gave us a swim up room at no additional cost and that category room comes with a butler that provides service for every aspect of your needs at the resort. Our butler was Will he did a great job for us he set up a special dinner for my wife birthday at one of the specialty restaurants and they provided a delicious birthday cake and sing happy birthday to my wife.Will helped us with every aspect of our stay at the resort every time I called on him he responded and what ever the request was he made it happen . We ate at the buffet most of the time the food was good however more Variety of seafood would be nice thanks for a great vacation

The staff in every department of this resort were amazing. They make the place 5 star. It is an impeccably beautiful and clean place. The pools and swim up bars are the best i have seen. The girls in the spa Laedy and all of the women working in the spa i would give them ten stars if i could! Service is amazing all around.

Loved: staff is incredible, pool (warm), many restaurants and bars. Didn’t like: rooms not soundproofed, you can hear conversations from the other rooms (or other noises), and from the hall. May be difficult to sleep. Also, our room was not ready until 4 pm, and they didn’t seem too worried about it (we arrived at 2 pm, check in is 3 pm).

Beach water was brownish. Mostly due to sea weeds and windy conditions during our stay. No turquoise colour water..

Show at night time was much better than other resorts I stayed at. Staff were all nice and food was good.

The best hotel ever! Exquisite service 24/7 every place you went. Fior, Alberto, Birmaris, Kathy, Estafania, Alexandra and Noel Ramos were some of the staff members that made our stay memorable. Wascar was the best concierge !!!! Ask for him. He makes everything possible and comfortable. Thank you, guys!

This resort has it all and more! Staff is super attentive and their service is great. Clean and brand new rooms, well kept. Great food options, helpful and kind staff. Many pools and well maintained. Cant wait to return!

Excellent hotel

We experience a very high quality customer service rendered by all staff personnel was over the top excelente. All personnel made you feel welcome for staying at the dream Flora. I had an upset stomach for two day and needed to eat a soft diet . On two occasion two of the chefs at(World Cafe) personally made me chicken soup and provided rice to go along with the soup.which help me to fully recover and enjoy the rest of my stay.. This is example of your staff going over and above to meet the needs for each vistor. Neither day was chicken soup a part of the daily menu. Thanks my wife and I had an awsome experience, Thanks for her birthday cake on her birthday. I will share our experience and recommend Dream Flora to friends and family in my circle.

Lovely resort

Stay away from this hotel!!!The staff & management are dishonest. They made promises they didn't keep.We were not provided the rooms we paid for.Managment promised to reimburse us 1 night for 2 rooms we booked but they haven't done it yet.I was trying to give the hotel benefit of the doubt since 8 buildings were affected but after calling the resort daily & waiting for a call back from management none of our calls have been returned.We had two VIP rooms & on our 1st night the a/c went out. It was so hot we woke up with massive headaches & nausea. It was so hard to breath we called the front desk & were told they were working on the a/c & it should be on soon. We couldn't open the balcony doors because of the bugs. The next morning we left for an excursion & when we returned at 5p the a/c still wasnt working. We went back to the front desk & there was a line of people also complainin. A rude,disrespectful, unsympathetic lady claiming to be the night manager the evening of 6/28/24, told us they were still working on the a/c & had no rooms to move anyone to. I advised her we did not pay all this money, choosing their resort to be treated this way. She said management said they would be compensating everyone effected when we check out. The a/c didn't start working again until the morning we checked out 7/2.We were told by Eduardo Cruz that management approved 1 night vouchers for each room we had or reimbursement & an email would be sent with the info.We still havent received

The resort was beautiful and the staff friendly. All rooms were clean and comfortable. However , I wish it had more amenities all you do drink , eat and be at the pool all day . They do have a show every night but it ends by 10:00 pm and after that the night ends . They only have one buffet and other restaurants and so far the food was so so …;( overall….i will give them a four stars….and that’s because the staff and the rooms made up the lack of amenities.

The food was a little bland being that it was a resort in the DR. The housekeepers only came by once in the 4 days we were there.

Food 10/10 accommodation 10/10 but the best part the staffff omg these ppl made you feel like home loved it

El hotel es muy lindo, la playa y las piletas geniales, la atención de los empleados es increíble en todos los aspectos, siempre una sonrisa, la comida es muy buena para un all inclusive, los vinos muy bien, el único tema es la limpieza y reposición de la habitación, los tuvimos que remarcar muchas veces,volveremos sin dudas.

Pool and water park were awesome as we were traveling on family vacation with our daughters (9 & 4). The preferred swim up and butler service were worth the charge. Food was good not great, outside of the Asian restaurant which was awesome.

The hotel was nice and clean, staff was friendly and very helpful. Food was also good, with several options in their main restaurant ( buffet style) and their special restaurant. Great entertainment at night and several pools to enjoy. Hotel was having problems with their electrical power, in two of our five nights we had not AC ( they couldn’t move us because hotel was at capacity). Room was in the small side, they gave us a corner room that had no separation between the room and the shower, this was a huge inconvenience for privacy reasons.

They messed up our rooms and then wanted us to move at an inconvenient time when we had an excursion. The staff caused us lot of stress in the confusion. Some of the staff were rude and did not seem to care. On the day we had to move rooms we were rushed and hurried.

Not enough fans around the dining areas, very hot. The ocean was full of seaweed and the sand was very dirty.

The staff was awesome, the ambience is great I love it. In the preferred pool bar Nestor, Maria and Sandy were great. Antanasio also provided us with great insight. I love Dreams Flora

The resort was great food was delicious and the service was excellent

It’s a beautiful hotel, the staff is great and really friendly. Location and facilities are really nice, common areas are always clean. Rooms are nice and comfortable. Things to improve; when arrive to the room we did not have water bottles (in bathroom) and mini fridge wasn’t restock, the employee who help us with luggage help us with this. Had to ask for the mini fridge to be restock after the first time. They try to sell a membership for Hyatt hotels, only took it for a coupon they offered. The mayority of service staff is excellent, but service in some restaurants need improvement. I would like to highlight Omar, from World Cafe, is an amazing server, 10/10, he is excelent, attentive to detail and always happy. Overall is a nice Hotel, I would stay here again.

This resort deserves 5 stars. The staff was friendly, helpful, and had personality. The resort (design, layout, quality, amenities) was on par with or better than accommodations offered by Disney, which I believe is a high standard. Whatever you needed was made available to you. We had a concierge, Arjenis, who was in contact with us at least once a day helping us with whatever we needed. It was good having a single point of contact that we could communicate with (Arjenis got us set up on Whatsapp) at any time of the day. The other guests were friendly as well. There was a nice crowd but it never felt uncomfortably crowded.

Great stay enjoy my time! However, for a wedding reception we had for my good friend at the desire bar, the ac was cut off after having paid for the bar we had to leave an hour early because it was extremely hot! After having the wedding outside we were looking forward to getting inside to enjoy the rest of the wedding festivities inside but we couldn’t not fully enjoy the night due to the heat in that bar! We came back the next day to watch the nba finals game and the air was working all of a sudden, but not when we were there for the reception having paid for to reserve the bar for wedding purposes

We really enjoyed Dreams Flora Punta Cana. The property is clean and well maintained. The beach is lovely. I would give 5 stars, but the food was meh. The staff is great and are constantly trying to do things for you. We had an ocean view room in preferred. The butler was very attentive. He made dinner reservations and since it was both my birthday and our anniversary planned little surprises for us staying in contact through WhatsApp. There are lots of pools throughout the property with one main one near the beach that has lots of music and activities. The others were quiet. The nightly entertainment was also meh. Some days you had to be out there early to get a lounge on the beach, and other days not. I’m an early person, always got a lounge. Lounges opened up by mid day anyway. Near the pools there were plenty of lounges always available. There were 2 weddings while we were there and the nice grill restaurant is closed when there is a wedding. We were there Memorial Day week.

The inconsistency with staff service was why we rated 5 stars. Both in Food and Beverage and Housekeeping. Overall great resort, could do with a few more amenities to do during the day.

Paradise and can’t wait to return!

The food was great! The rooms perfect size. The entertainment one of the best I have seen! The singers and dancers were true professionals! The hostesses and waiters were very friendly. We met a cook who prepared sancocho for the hotel was very friendly as well and delicious food prepared by him and his team. We did Mexican and seaside grill while there. The food was good but we prefer the buffet as there are more choices and traveled with family and kids. The buffet had a kids section for food and desert which was a nice choice for the kiddos. Would definitely recommend and would return!

We enjoyed the staff's friendliness, beautiful grounds, nice spacious room, entertainment at the hibachi restaurant, and the music. The food and drinks could use a quality upgrade in most of the restaurants and bars.

Everything was ok, wish they had more entertainment at night. Room service wasn’t great, had to ask for shampoo, etc. never restocked refrigerator in room unless we called. Food was ok. Everyone was nice and resort was pretty.

Everything from the staff so many options of food the whole place just felt really safe 5 days wasn't enough for me and my kids first time visiting punta cana and we felt in love After looking at so many resorts im so glad I choose Dreams Flora 🙌 it was literally a Dream for us 🙏

Good service !!!

We just completed a 7 day vacation at the property. Overall it is a great property with good food and great service. Johan, our concierge, was excellent and made us feel at home. We also took the snorkeling trip with Sea Pro. Alfredo, JJ, and John provided an excellent and fun trip.

The resort was beautiful and close to the beach. The water park was great. Staff was very pleasant and some of them are a outstanding. We didn't like how the property/staff was always trying to sell additional services. The beach party had some music that was inappropriate for kids (bad language). The evening shows were nice but the dancers were not dressed for family events. We also didn't appreciate that the French restaurant was only tailored for adults and for this reason we were unable to enjoy this restaurant.
