Fantastic hotel right in the middle of Mong Kok. Great transport links with the MTR just across the road and the airport bus stop 5 minute walk. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff I encountered, were friendly and courteous.

The location is convenient with public transport, many shops and eateries. Room is nice for 1 person, it is quite tight with 2 persons. However we are out most of the time. The gym and pool are great! However dripping noise in the room, & noise from the corridor are sometimes quite irritating.

Family trip to Hong Kong post Xmas and the stay in this hotel was excellent. Sheltered linkbridge to the mall and MTR making it very accessible. Hotel lobby has many interesting artpieces. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable. Huge gym for a hotel with a very nice view at the top. The hotel also gave free amenities for my son. Definitely enjoyed our stay!

Even though I made my reservation and paid upfront 3 months in advance when I arrived the rooms were not as the ones I asked for. The hotel room wasn’t so spacious as other CordisI’ve stayed on.

Nice new hotel with clean rooms and quiet location. Good if you take taxi. It's a bit of a walk to malls and MTR, but doable if you want to.

Checking in was somewhat slow when it should never have been when all details were already given on booking. Room given had faulty plug points and subsequently switched to an upgraded room.

The friendliest of the staff that service our rooms. They made sure we have enough water (complementary water supplied by the hotel). And they were very discreet in cleaning the bathroom on the days we slept in(I asked them to while my family was still sleeping). Having the hotel next to the shopping centre and the MTR below was very convenient.

The staff are very friendly, sincere and helpful. They are dedicated and shown their professionalism. The environment makes you feel like at home. You can be sure that when we revisit this coming October, it definitely will be Cordis.

Family Holiday

This hotel was perfect. Extremely clean. Family suite was perfect for a family. We had 1.5 baths and plenty of space. Breakfast buffet is amazing with multiple offerings. Very walkable area of Hong Kong. Bridge to a large mall with many shops and restaurants.

Super convenient to get by everywhere by the metro or bus

Housekeeping Kamala was wonderfully conscientious with her services, putting her heart into her services as she made up our room during our stay, thank you Kamala.

Wasn’t the best stay I’ve had in hongkong I normally stay at the cityview hotel but wanted a changed and thought being a 5 star hotel the place would feel Luxurious but was wrong the room was kinda small, not a lot of space and lighting, the bathroom had a nice big bath but the shower above the bath was not the best and the overall room has signs of wear and tear, the spa and pool is one of the things I really liked my masseuse was very attentive and gave an amazing massage, the food was good but could have been better in some areas and better choice I don’t normally pay for breakfast whilst I stay I just pay on the day which often works out cheaper as I don’t eat breakfast everyday it just depends how I feel, on 2 occasions I was presented with the bill for breakfast and reminded it wasn’t included before I had even finished despite already making this clear when I came down that I was aware breakfast was to be paid for. The room itself had clean sheets and were changed daily and the room was made up everyday, staff were often very friendly and accommodating my room assistant fang was amazing and did an amazing job.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The MTR is a stone’s throw away and many eateries situated nearby.

The rooms are quite old and worn ! Carpet are old and the rooms smell of mildew! They even have portable air filters running constantly in the hallways!

Overall good. SOme of the room facititles can be upgraded. Looks the same from a couple of years back. e.g. power points should now have basic USB connections and water points could be located at ever floor vs only at the Lobby.

We only had one meal outside,the rest of meals that we had were all in hotel, the price includes breakfast (it was great) and excess to the club (they had some simple food starts from 6pm everyday, it's good enough for us). Especially a guy name Vindo who works at breakfast, he's very friendly, always had a big smile on his face. he made us felt very special. thanks

It is a lovely hotel with bright rooms but can also be dark with a treat of an electronic blind. Bed linen and towels of good quality. The location for food and shopping with a local vibe excellent and access to MTR is next door. The staff are very accommodating and pleasant. One must have cash to catch taxis which we did not but when arrived at the hotel the concierge offered to pay then they charged it to our room. The Club room was a great added bonus with good quality food and drinks. I have stayed in many hotels in Hong Kong and definitely will come back to this one.

Staff at Cordis are exceptional. Professional and polite, from the staff who welcome us at the Street Level Lobby to those checking us in at the hotel Lobby and those cleaning our rooms. All left a fantastic impression. Location is excellent. So much to do next to the hotel and so near to food, supermarket, street market, MTR... easy to get a cab too.

Excellent service and walkable, hotel is clean and comfortable. Commute is excellent regardless where you going. Close to temple street and lady street and shopping mall is connected

Everything here was excellent. The welcome gifts for the kids were very nice. Breakfast buffet was wonderful.

Staff service was excellent, we booked 2 rooms and during check in requested for the rooms to be near each other. Upon checking, the hotel was quite fully booked for the room type we booked, so the staff gave us a free upgrade to a higher tier room so that our rooms can be side by side. Highly recommended!!

I stayed in Cordis 4 and 2 nights in this trip. Between I stayed in China. The room for the first 4 days was good but the 2 nights were not nice. Room is very small.

Hotel is conveniently located. The studio room was spacious with good city views but it’s dated.

Very good experience, room was clean and especially the cleaning lady, Ying, was the best. She cleaned our room very detail, and she treated as like her family. Another cleaning lady was good as well, but I didn’t have chance to get her name. Front desk was very polite as well. Overall, I like this hotel very much. Highly recommended.

Staying in Studio Room on 21st floor. 432 sq.ft. located at the end of the corridor. Pros: Excellent location. Very convenient for shopping and transportation. Floor to ceiling windows with good city view and a bit of sea view Bed is comfy Room is clean Cons: No full length mirror!!! The room is dated. All the drawers and cabinets are without handles thus very difficult to open. Bathroom is big but the shower cubicle is very small. Big person will not like it for sure! Hair dryer needs to be pressed and hold to operate!!! Frustrating!! Bathroom sink counter top is small. it lacks of useable space to put toiletries. Its oval shaped is badly designed. Items can accidentally drop off and water runs over to bottom.

The location is great. It’s the hotel my family normally stays in. However, the last couple of times we flew into Hong Kong; our flight landed at 5:30am. We asked if there’s any way we could get our room before 3pm. It was a pretty much “NO”. There’s only one little sofa in the lobby and it’s always occupied. We ended up walking around the city and then sat in KFC near the hotel until 3pm. What a way to start off a trip! The housekeeping staff were very nice. The hotel definitely need some updating.

Nice hotel with good location and staffs. The only thing no good is the room light. I stay in the Deluxe Superior Room but the room is too dark at night. If the hotel can make it more bright, it will be perfect.

Great location

Comfortable and convenient. Great location next to shopping centre and ladies markets. Very easy to get around all of Hong kong with the MTR 3 mins walk or all buses. Central 10 mins away. Hotel more comfortable than most but cleaning and maintenance not 100%. We had a broken electric blind the whole time which caused a bit of distress but other than that pretty good.

We had book two rooms and they have accommodated to make sure our rooms were on the same floor. Truly appreciate this. Check in was easy and smooth and housekeepers always checked to make sure if we needed any room cleaning or new towels/toiletries.

This is one of the most convenient hotel to stay at. For the past 15 years whenever I am in HK I stayed at this hotel. It is a minutes to everything, transportation, food and shopping. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Hotel lobby was remodeled a few years back but the hallways and rooms do look dated and need a revamp. Overall is a nice hotel to stay at.

This is my second stay, it’s a great hotel location wise, with the tube close by, and plenty of shopping opportunities in the malls. It’s clean and the staff are friendly. The pool area is a bonus, but it’s quite windy being on the rooftop. We took the opportunity to have breakfast at the hotel, which I thought was quite expensive for what was on offer. I also think the hotel would benefit from having a lounge area for guests in the lobby. I’d return again as it’s a good base

Well maintained although decor could probably get an update. Location in Mongkok is still one of the best with MTR, shopping mall, restaurants and street shopping just around the corner.
