Our go-to hotel in HK

We always stay in Conrad HK because the rooms are bigger, staff is friendly and helpful, good location.

Great luxury property with friendly service and clean rooms.

I left my Chanel reading glasses at the hotel. Please contact me ASAP 1-704-519-7340. My brother Robin Harris can pick them up at the hotel and mail them to me. He lives in Hong Kong.

It was totally smell bad the carpet and the shower sink wa closed.its does not with more than 100$ . Disappointed

This is very nice place when visiting to HKG which connected two other hotels in the basement and MRT to Kowloon peninsula.

Fabulous hotel in a great location for getting around HK.

Very disappoint about the transportation management service at the 5 star hotel. Conrad does not give support service to the nearby MTR airport express (Hong Kong Station for in town check in). Porter service is average, not flexible/motivate to meet basic transportation need of customer that a 4 stars hotel would offer.

Each time i book a room at this hotel, i always get the same room on the same floor. Wonder why ? Otherwise, the food at the Italian and Chinese restaurants are fantastic. Standard never drop

The Conrad Hong Kong has always been a top notch choice for accommodations in Hong Kong. Access to the mall is the easiest amongst all the hotels connected to Pacific Place. Breakfast buffet choices were superb. Check in was a breeze, and the staff were all very accommodating and helpful. Price was very reasonable as well! Really happy to have stayed at Conrad for this trip!

Average stay.

Room on the small size. Over crowded breakfast dining room. Utensils not very clean. Diners were allowed to take food away in takeaway boxes.

I enjoyed the stay because of its good location and the excellence of the hotel with a more than wonderful staff and a great service cleaning , but the only negative thing is the room that was consumed and old needs maintenance and restoration.

Old reliable

Conrad HK is very reliable and has been for decades. Still, the room is feeling a bit dated compared to the newer hotels or those that may have been refurbished. Nonetheless, I will continue to frequent the Conrad HK for its service and location.

I love this hotel. I love the staff. I loved every minute. How can I stay forever?

Too expensive....no breakfast...no lounge access...better offers from other hotels..the 8th lunch is totally disappointing...charging 1000 HK dollars per head is rediculous..we had been there before..but this year is not worth for money ..food no good and little choice...no wonder not many customer..what a pity...

The property is a bit dated. But very clean and spacious. Have everything you need in the room. Lovely location! Unbeatable for convenience and quiet location in such a crowded city.

I've stayed at the Conrad many times and this time stayed a week. The building / decor are becoming slightly dated, and the pool was out of use. However the staff were, without exception, unfailingly polite, helpful and friendly, and the breakfasts were good. It is not the flashiest hotel in HK, and I could frankly do without the Pacific Place "retail experience", but the Conrad is reliably comfortable and has employees who will go the extra mile, so gets another thumbs up from me.

I really love Conrad’s location. It’s so easy to move around from the hotel. I like the staff’s attentiveness to guests needs - they immediately gave me a slight upgrade when I informed them that there was no way I could sleep in a room with the air-con churning like a train running through my room. But Conrad really needs to renovate the interior. While it is still comfortable, it looks old and dated. And some things no longer makes sense such as having a master switch in the doorway instead of by the bed. But overall, I had a very enjoyable and restful stay. The service is very good. Helps that the breakfast spread was generous and delicious as well. Great start to any day! 👍

Really enjoyed my stay and especially the stellar service from the executive lounge team. I want to call out Ken who was really helpful in offering recommendations and enticing us to try the amazing wonton noodles special! loved our cocktail selection and the panoramic views of the city too!

Not comfortable bed, very noisy I could hear the elevator sound all night

The previous time i stayed at this hotel, it was great. This time, the room they gave me had a strong weird woody smell. When the air-con is turned on, the smell is faint. Otherwise, the hotel is fine.

Terrible hardware, old and run down everything is fraying - wood peeling off tables, ironing board is dirty and not working....., in room dining is sub standard. not qaulify as 5 star hotel. Staff service and responsiveness is the only slight saving grace....

Good place to stay and close MTR station

I love the location, it’s really convenient for dining and transport. But the suite is a little bit old and cleanliness is not too good. I think renovation is needed and management of the cleaning work is important too.

I left some clothes behind and called the hotel two days after, their lost and found informed me my property was not found, very disappointed

This property is older and the lighting is very poor in the room. There was no separate light switch to turn on the bathroom lights without turning in the main switch!! It made it dangerous to go to the bathroom without waking up my husband by turning on the main switch. The breakfast buffet was mediocre and tables were very close to each other. They should have better table arrangement with COVID fresh on patrons mind!! I will not return!!

Expedia is selling a Special Deal from Conrad. Deal states "Rate includes the following: Daily access to the Executive Lounge from 11 AM to 11 PM. Breakfast at the Garden Cafe". But when you check in, Conrad claims they have not heard of such thing and does not honor it. Be aware of deals from this property, it only exists to lure the guests to make reservation.

Old and outdated

We have requested for two double beds, but the size of bed was very small and we could not sleep properly after paying for so much per night. Size of toilet is too small for tall person Very outdated and property not worth the price, location is very good though. Poor service at breakfast, no body is free to serve and Refil

Overall very pleasant stay, room carpet can used a bit more of deep clean.

There was no breakfast service - except room service. Dinner - I was one of two guests in the restaurant- quite sad as it used to be a really exciting place to eat.

The staffs are helpful and nice. A huge plus for the walkable distance to HK Park.

Easy to go as on the top of the MTR stations and staff is nice and willing to help.

mixed feelings

Booked an overnight stay with my wife. Mini bar was empty, bottled water was impossible to open, tv couldnt be turned off, the queue for our paid for breakfast was too long, so we didnt have any. On the plus side, the bed was lovely, it was clean, bath was excellent, staff were friendly and location is good.

Perfect staycation for a young family

We really appreciated that the staff areanged a cot for our 1 year old and also provided toiletries suitable for a baby. They also delivered a birthday cake to my wife's room which was a lovely touch. The Conrad is ideally located to explore central, visit The Peak and walk around HK park and botanical gardens.

Room upgrade to the top level . Very nice service . Convince location . So sweet for the complementary little bear doll and the yellow duck for bathing.

The room was looking old. The breakfast had poor choices and sometimes nothing was replaced for over an hour.

Conrad was the Best choice!

The Conrad is awesome. Great location situated above a 4 story mall with easy access to the metro. The room overlooked the harbor and provided fantastic views. Although our neighbors were noisy, management immediately upgraded our room away from the other guest. Staff was friendly, the restaurant, bar and pool were all worth a visit.

The Conrad bear and the nice Christmas Sock were such a nice surprise for my daughter. The hotel is so convenient I wish i could live there!

My favorite Hong Kong hotel

The Conrad is one of my personal favorites in Hong Kong. I love the close proximity to the city central and public transportation via the pacific place mall. The service is always on point and the staff go an extra mile to even entertain kids. The pool is great, spa services convenient and reasonably priced and breakfast buffet abundant. Thank you again. We will be back!

Great location in Central Hong Kong. Lobby area could do with a bit more seating and restaurant was overly crowded for breakfast but otherwise a great hotel.

Hotel is aging but well-maintained

There is no shaver plug in the bathroom. Faucet fixtures were vintage Grohe, but so hard to open. Shower is very basic. Hotel is showing signs of age, but is very well-kept. Great location.

Amazing hotel, awesome views, great location to shopping, attractions and MTR. The room is amazing and the amenities were endless. We were on a multi country trip and stayed in several hotels and the Conrad Hong Kong was the best hotel we stayed. Wish there was a 5+ rating because I’d give it to this hotel.
