This was our second stay. Nothing fancy but a good clean place with good customer service. I would stay here again.

Saw working girls, drug dealers, and thieves using the hotel. Homeless sleeping in their car in parking lot. The hotel should have security.

The lobby was clean and smelled nice but the room smelled terrible, walls and floors were dirty & the pool was freezing cold.

Rainstorm nightmare

This is the 2nd time Ive tried this Hotel But NEVER AGAIN 1st time, water gotcut off at night and couldnt shower or use toliet until next morning 2nd time, room flooded due to rainstorm, moved to another flooded room didnt get a dry room untill after i was offered my deposit back and to leave hotel at 4/5am after a storm Then paid upfront at check-in and had the nerve to be charged a remaining balance after night audit checked me out for flooded rooms Never again

The floor of our room and bathroom clearly had not been vacuumed. The top comforter of both beds were not clean. The back wall of the bedroom was caked in dust. I didn't have time to raise these issues given the nature of my visit and my schedule. Outside our room each night there was some sound that continued throughout the night in intervals. It sounded like metal, but no idea what. It did not help sleep at all. The beds were comfortable enough, but bring your own pillow or you will regret it. The lobby pretty consistently smelled like cigarette smoke, which was not a great greeting. The breakfast was not great. And the coffee was really, really bad. I mean really bad. The front staff was nice, however, and I had no issues with them. Overall, I would not return if I have the choice.

Bugs everywhere, nobody manning the front desk, dirty linen, Luke warm water, and spoiled milk. Will never stay there again.

Don’t stay here

Checking in took over 1/2 hour as the lady at the front desk chatted with someone on the phone. The room itself was filthy, sticky spills on the carpet, surfaces not wiped down including the remote, bedside table and bathroom. Bulbs needed replacing in the bedside table lamps but the worst part was the stained pillows. Disgusting!

The hotel is infested with roaches!! I was switched to 3 different rooms and 2 where full of roaches and the other one was with mold.

Recently repainted interiors but obviously same old fixtures, beds, shower, etc. - Everything was "average, typical of a budget hotel.

Cheap sheets, hotel was noisy from other guests, promised housekeeping did not show. Could hear the next door toilet flush and it affected the temperature of my shower. Not sure hotel can be found without gps, entrance is hidden. The beds are hard and I have a back ache. Would not stay again and also not recommend. I could not wait to get home,

Close to Army base.

The Parking lot was difficult to drive into. The front desk worker was nice but the hotel was very old. We were excited for the pool but quickly disappointed. The frame for the door was eaten away by rust and looked very unsafe. The water was gross as well and still. The bubblers were not on to filter the water. The elevator was extremely slow for only having 3 floors and the trash in the hallway was left for at least a day and never saw any maids during our stay or a cart in the hallway. The walls are thin as we heard someone car alarm go off at 4am. There was small baby roaches in the room. It was utterly disgusting. The bathroom has no exhaust either so that was great. I'd rather had slept in my car or gone elsewhere. The breakfast was nothing to boast about either.

Quiet is the only good thing to say about this hotel. It had pretty good reviews on Expedia but if you look at reviews elsewhere bunch of complaints about bed bugs. I was unaware of the bed bug reviews until we were already there and unable to get another hotel. This sucks because why would you have to strip the beds and check for GD bed bugs. Anyhow, during our stay we had to ask every damn day for toiletries. Toilet paper, wash clothes, towels etc. The showers were subpar. The hot water would just cease and the water pressure would stop also.

The first night was not great. The bed was less than a foot away from the AC, so we kept running into it during the night. The bathroom door was warped and wouldn't shut without making a lot of noise. The TV reception was fuzzy. The bathroom was dirty. After talking to Gary, the daytime manager, he got us moved to a much better room, clean and comfortable, and everything worked much better. Gary was very nice and very helpful with whatever we needed.

Everything was great! Friendly staff. The hotel was quiet and peaceful. Room was cozy and comfy. Great stay!

Smelly room!

Our first and last to book this hotel. Room is smell bad and you can smell the smoke/ pot around the hallway. Breakfast was awful, very limited choices.

One of the attendees came to my room and told me that I had to make my baby stop crying because the people in the room was complaining and I was told that o would be made to leave so they kept beating on the wall and I had to leave why get a room if u don’t wanna hear a baby that’s natural

Gross.

Room 122 was just gross. The room smelled of mildew. The bathroom was not clean and had hair in on the shower insert. The sink was leaking and cracked. The shower had holes where water was running into them. The smell of cigarettes smoke lurked in the hallway and the entrance. Breakfast was mediocre at best. I have never left a negative review of a hotel, but this one deserves it.

Thank goodness we stopped at the store and bought multiple cleaning supplies. Had to go straight into the room and clean from top to bottom. Even had to ask for clean sheets and pillow covers. But the staff were very friendly and very nice.

I like the convenience of the property…What I didn’t like about the property the beds in the room had stains on both beds, got transferred to 2 other rooms same problem got moved to the third room it was ok but the smoke detector beeped all night and I had to kill 2 roaches. Couldn’t sleep so I just left 2:30 in the morning 😫

It was a good choice for a one night only stay not my usual but it was good for what was needed

The staff was super friendly. Location was convenient for our stay. Lots of free breakfast options. The bed was comfy. The room wasn't as clean as expected: * the carpet had alot of crumbs on it * the bathroom floor was not mopped & had alot of hair on it * the night stands had circular marks on them. * the wall beside the bed had splatter marks that was sticky & dark like soda I always come prepared to clean if needed I come prepared

The room was smelly and the bathroom was not so clean. Tub was dingy and the paint was peeling off the walls.

Stay 3 days for my son’s graduation from the army really nice experience.

Breakfast was great

Pool needs to be updated rush.. bleach needs to be better regulated.. there was so much bleach on the pool that damaged some of our bathing suits, but we liked that was indoors. Room was ok and clean. Breakfast was mediocre. It’s definitely under staffed and late night employee ignores you while looking at phone.. but convenient location.. overall experience ok.. definitely could be better.

I had to leave before my 4 day reservation ended due to the cleaninless of the room and bed bug bites on my Children.

I wasn’t happy that my charge card was double charged. And they lock the front door after a certain time. I was on call at the local hospital and it was pouring buckets of rain out and the guy at the front desk REFUSED to let me go put the front door to my car that was in a covered area! And trying to get back inside was equally as hard because the side doors weren’t working! I was soaking wet as I reported to work to assist in an emergency surgery!

Hotel needs a makeover and staff training

A check-in the young lady did not greet or look at me. She was all business and had no Hospitality skills. Breakfast on day one found no milk for cereal. There was no dedicated person to supply the breakfast room so it was up to the front desk. Day two there was no milk and no yogurt. Based on the previous day's experience I checked out and had breakfast somewhere else. The room was dated and could use a refresh

The property was overall very dirty. If we were passing through and got there a bit earlier, we wouldn’t have stayed. Bathroom and room was overall dirty. Mold growing in the bathroom. Dining is dirty. Would not stay here today.

Booked a pet friendly hotel only to show up and be told it’s not let friendly. Entire hotel reeked of weed, like bad. I don’t smoke but can handle a brief whiff, but this was like a convention or something Front desk was very sweet and helpful

I did not like the cleanliness of the room and smell on the property. The property says non-smoking but it’s clear people are allowed to smoke because the hallways smelled of different types of tobacco. The furniture in the rooms were soiled and stained

Mostly good

Check in was good. The beds were clean. I liked that there was a door between the beds and the parlor area. The bathroom wasn't as clean as I would have liked. Behind the door (visible from the toilet while the door is closed) was pretty dirty. And the bathtub was a little dirty. The rest of the room was very clean. My kids really enjoyed the pool.

Hotel was great. Location of the hotel was the best. Everything you need was all around the hotel as far as shops.

Sheets were ripped in two different rooms and the cleanliness was average at best.

Enjoyed my stay

Clean and pleasant room. Desk chair was a little wankee. Thought I would fall over backwards. The front desk smiles go a long way even if you don’t fell like it.

The hotel is located in an area with lots of shopping and food options. It is also easily accessed from major transportation corridors.

The hotel is a bottom of the barrel cheap hotel, so don’t expect much. Bathrooms were clean but so used from age that it’s needs renovation. Bathroom door rusty and tiles coming apart. The staff that we met at check in seemed annoyed that I was there. She didn’t say hello or welcome or anything. Didn’t smile, just frowned and mumbled. Doing her basic job seemed like a huge effort. Spent the extra $30 bucks and get a better hotel.

Worst experience I have ever had. It was extremely dirty. The room smelled like mold. There was mold in the shampoo and conditioner dispensers. The pool and ice machines were broken. Then the people who were in the room above our family, which includes a one year old, were disrespectfully loud. Management did nothing. By midnight after hours of being woken up we couldn't take the noise anymore and had to leave. Definitely would not recommend. Wish I could have our money back.

Hot water was iffy, in shower and sink. Left message with front desk that was never returned. Bathroom could have been cleaner. Lastly, hotel was hard to find, signage was very poor.

I need to speak with someone about a refund. I have pictures of how disgusting the room was. I would never allow my family to stay in a place as this. Plus it was very disturbing of the drug deals going around the premises. This is not a great hotel as advertised by Expedia.

Swimming pool was cold and had an oil film on top. Smoke alarm went off in the middle of the night for 3 hours. No one knew how to turn it off. Was told we would get compensated. When we checked out I was told there would be no compensation and that I would have to go thru Expedia to get any compensation. Next hotel we stayed at said that’s not true. Will not stay there anymore.

The room was dirty. Fire alarm went off. Apparently somebody pulled it on accident. Fire department had to come and turned it off.

The room was comfortable. The breakfast was disappointing compared to others hotels such as this. Coffee ran out, no creamers out I had to find them in a cupboard. No toast.

Decent stay for a nights sleep after a 12 hour drive. Nothing fancy but just right. There was some hair in our tub and the ceiling was leaking on the first floor causing a musty smell. The front desk worker wasn’t the friendliest at check in either. However the bed was comfy and satisfied that need.

Night time employees not found not able to check in

There was a piece of candy stuck to the ceiling of our room, there was a crack in the ceiling from a water leak that had not been patched, the room door did not close without shoving the door ( the door was out of alignment with the door frame), the closet door was too small and would not stay closed ( walked into it going to the restroom that night). The indoor pool did not look well kept so we did not use it.

We most definitely would not stay here again. First night, arrived and settled in only to find out my room door didn’t lock properly. Since the desk knew exactly what room and how to manipulate the lock to latch, it was clearly a known problem. They knowingly booked a room with an unreliable lock then refused to switch my room. We were there as part of 15 other rooms, so leaving wasn’t a great option. The pool chemicals were so bad that my 6 day a week swimmer couldn’t stay in the pool, and none of the kids stayed long. But the best (worst) part….being awoken to people screaming at each other through the hotel at 1am and 4am. The police were there too. Oh…and the pot stench. We’ll be taking out business elsewhere next year for the 15 rooms our group booked.

The lady at the front desk was very nice and welcoming. The room was clean and very accommodating.

Upon check in, the woman who checked me in was ice cold and very rude. The entire staff appear annoyed when you approach to buy something from the hotel store. The hotel and property were very good… but the staff needs either to be replaced or seriously schooled on how the hospitality business works.

Nice place to stay, quiet, friendly staff. Had to really look for the sign as to where it was.

Very dirty the first room they gave was not even cleaned out from the last person. Manager was very rude and zero remorse

Have stayed at this location several times over the past years. The hotel has always been very clean and the staff very friendly each and every time. I would recommend this location.

Hotel shows some neglect and age… poor repairs in bathroom and dirty corners, etc. Paid $8 for a small bag of chips and a Gatorade at front desk.

With the exception of 1 female employee they were all unfriendly, not helpful and constantly on their phones. Our room was DIRTY! Slickly bathroom floor. Dirty, sticky remote HVAC unit very loud and dirty Outlet hanging out of wall above night stand Windows filthy one of the 4 was So dirty you could not see out. 5 days stay. Friendly and helpful stuff, washer and dryer available, room was clean, very comfortable beds , breakfast included, safe area, shopping/entertaining and dinning options almost within a walking distance, reasonably priced, indoor pool very handy while traveling with kids, free Wi-Fi

Perfect location, and was very clean. The staff were helpful. Enjoyed my stay, I recommend this facility for an eventful stay.

Room was very clean. Pool area needs some upgrades but enjoyable. Elevator was scary by skipping an stopping in between floor. But overall really nice atmosphere

The night staff was terrible, unfriendly and unprofessional. I ran out of coffee for the room coffee maker and the front desk guy informed me that there was not regular coffee in the whole hotel? Also, the guy was on the phone texting and talking on personal business while talking to me. Bed was clean but the mattress was too firm. The pillows were small and felt cheap. I saw mold in the shower and the floor had pieces of small paper.. Its too bad that they have unqualified employees in their hotel.

Whwn we checked in we were given a key to a room whe we got to the room we heard a alarm when we opened the door the room was filled with smoke, the room literally had an electrical fire. They gave is another room and then we had to evacuate while the fore department delt with the room full of smoke. It was due to a faulty lamp and wiring. Nothing was done to accommodate us or make up for the inconvenience.

The room had a little oder to it when I entered the room I believe it was from the air unit!

This property has many issues. It does not have updated higher toilets. The wifi was spotty at best, the indoor pool was cold, there are no trash cans except a small one in the bathroom.. Not my best experience.

Clean and friendly

The hotel was clean and close to shopping centers. The only reason I deducted a star was due to the breakfast. It was held in a very small area and was congested and they ran out of food and coffee. The breakfast only lasts until 9am.
