Good cost benefit

Communication was ok, WhatsApp always replied. Garage door in&out done with msg on WhatsApp to open the gate. Location is perfect, cleaning could be better. Few issues with maintenance like water drain on the sink ( almost clogged) and water to fill the toilet bowl ( low pressure ). Nice facilities on the building. Overall I would recommend and would stay again in the future.

Horrible communication and service!! Everything is automated.. and is very difficult to communicate or express… I had to wait in the rain after I was lied there was no lobby.. hated everything about the automated system and this company

I wouldn’t stay here again even if it was free! The locks are digital and the indoor lock does not work (I tried with 3 rooms from my family). I found out the lock doesn’t work because i woke up with A MAN IN MY ROOM IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT!!

DO NOT STAY HERE! It is NOT SAFE! They gave my door’s security code to a men that enter my room in the middle of the night. I would upload pictures if I could!! Do yourself a favor and don’t stay here!

We need more flats in Itaim Bibi not by Charlie

These flats used to be managed by a different company and were wonderful in the past. Nowadays the only communication you get is through Whatsapp messages with staff that try to go out of their way to be horrible with you, and that won't care about 50% of your problems. My flat only had 1 pillow, I complained, they didn't bring any extra pillow. My flat wifi password didn't work, they didn't care at all, took them 4 days to come over to the flat to see the problem (fortunately I had reset the router and used the default wifi name and password); you want to do early check in? Who do you think you are? A customer that requires proper service? We don't operate with those kinds of people here! Want to do a late check out? You must be kidding, get out of the room! In this trip there were only 2 pillows in the bed; 1 small lousy pillow in the sofa; there was no extra blankets/duvets provided in case it gets cold; the outside area used to have 2 identical chairs and now you only get 1 (don't complain customer! I told you not to complain). So... the people that manage these flats should really be managing a rundown pension in some favela, and not managing what is a good building and flats that have a LOT of potential - that is the main problem, this could be great if it wasn't the service involved. I get anxious - in a bad way - when I stay here, thinking - how are they going to ruin my stay this time? God... dreadful...

More competition needed in Itaim Bibi Flat Rentals

Esta empresa tem apartamentos excelentes neste prédio mas o pior serviço de atendimento ao cliente que já vi. É uma pena que esteja a controlar todos os apartamentos de aluguel no Itaim Bibi

Try somewhere else in flats, or even an Hotel

I've stayed in this building in the past in flats owned by a competitor of Charlie - they were called Casaí, and the service was 1000x better. Charlie is a bad service provider, when you book with them the only way you have to communicate is through Whatsapp message, they don't have a number you can call, you can't call through Whatsapp as well, only messages. They also never identify themselves in the chats, sometimes you can be lucky and find someone that is friendly, most times you will find someone that argues with you all the time. Location is great for however has business to do in Faria Lima, but the quality is going downhill. For example these flats used to have loads of pillows, they now only have 2; it used to have big sized garbage cans, now only have tiny bathroom ones; it used to have a proper amount of cutlery/glasses, now you get whatever wasn't yet broken. I hope someone quickly makes a competitor to Charlie so I can stay somewhere else.

Lovely room but confusing place

The room itself was brilliant and Charlie Itaim were prompt to communicate through WhatsApp for any questions we had. However, we felt that some instructions for the building and the processes could have been left in the room rather than having to reach out every time. The room wasn’t cleaned at all for our 4 night stay and so we had to clear our own waste. There were no extra bin bags supplied for us and we had to go to the concierge desk to find out where to take the rubbish. We were also told we’d need to book into the pool due to the pandemic however upon approaching the desk they told us that we didn’t need to book. The concierge desk were helpful but spoke no English whatsoever so this was tough. The location wasn’t terrible but we did have to get ubers to all the places we visited.

Great apartment, terrible check-in

The apartment was very clean, modern, and well thought out. They supplied small soaps and towels, just like a hotel. Pots, pans, plate, and cups were all there, along with a seasoning for cooking to take home as a gift. Parking was safe in the garage, and overall the price was good. However, I had to wait in the lobby for well over an hour because they lost my documents, never sent them to the building to let me in, and then did not answer me or Hotels.com staff over the phone. Meanwhile, we had to pay for street parking, and I got totally soaked in the rain making trips to and back from the car. Due to the long delay, we missed an appointment and got nothing in return except for a "we're really sorry" message. All in all, the apartment itself was great, but I would stay there again ONLY if organization were improved, providing easier and more direct lines of communication with staff and if the plans of sending digital entry codes and a way directly into the parking garage.

Ruim. Chuveiro sem jato, apenas uma panela no apto. Internet não funcionou e sem canais de tv apenas tv aberta.

Habitação confortável, mas o tempo do vaso sanitário está solto. Falta identificação facial ou senha para acesso ao Prédio.

Localização excelente. Já fiquei algumas vezes no Charlie Itaim pela localização,porém a limpeza e manutenção está ficando terrível. Paredes sujas, tetos mofados e o pior de tudo desta vez foi encontrar copos e pratos guardados sujos dentro do armário. Um nojo!

Acomodação espaçosa, porém, limpeza no 6. Endereço muito bem localizado e prédio seguro.

Apartamento confortável bom! A cama estava com a molas meio soltas ! Mas o que mais incomoda é o barulho de avião !!

Ótimo lugar para estar em São Paulo!

Eu gosto de ficar na rede Charlie e adorei conhecer o Stay Charlie Itaim. A equipe de portaria é a melhor entre os que eu já fiquei hospedado. São rápidos e educados, independente da hora que eu chegava do trabalho. Ótima piscina coberta e academia estruturada. No apartamento que fiquei senti falta da prateleira dentro do box, pois estava quebrada e não foi substituída. Sugiro um treinamento melhor pra equipe do checkin on-line pois me deram uma informação equivocada me dizendo que não era possível esperar o checkin no local, me fazendo gastar com o estacionamento mais próximo, que é no Mercury. A informação no site diz que a partir de 12h é possível aguardar no local e essa possibilidade me foi negada. No mais, estadia prazerosa e sem problema.

A falta de manutenção compromete a estadia.

Infelizmente esta foi a primeira vez que não tenho boas recomendações. Sempre fico no Charlie Itaim e é sempre muito bom. Entretanto, desta vez, atrasaram em quase 30 min o meu check in, que já é super tarde (15:00hs) e me entregaram um quarto com papel higiênico no chão, com o lixo da cozinha sem retirar. O cheiro de lixo no quarto estava muito forte. Após reclamar por WhatsApp, providenciaram outro quarto.

Infelizmente o apto disponibilzado não tinha espelho no banheiro e não conseguiram resolver o problema. Ja fiquei outras vezes aqui e sempre foi muito bom

Muito boa, apenas o ar condicionado não estava gelando muito e fui checar o filtro, e para a minha surpresa estava entupido de poeira. Removi e funcionou normalmente.

Gostei muito. Espero voltar.

O sistema de checkin é péssimo , ainda não funciona e ficamos stressados tentando enviar on-line , o que é impossível

Boas acomodações, local agradável. Quarto espaçoso. Só não gostei da pia do banheiro, faltou cuidado com a limpeza, partes com mofo.

Bom como sempre, mas com pequenos detalhes

O Charlie é sempre muito bom, mas dessa vez tive alguns pequenos problemas. A TV estava com o painel ruim e a imagem ficava comprometida. O ralo da pia do banheiro estava entupido com cabelo. As toalhas estavam poídas.. pareciam bem velhas. De resto tudo muito bom. Recomendo o Charlie. São detalhes que precisam ficar atentos.

Crítica e sugestão.

Comunicação com a portaria muito ruim. Tempo exagerado de espera no lado de fora para que atendessem ao interfone. O apartamento poderia ter itens para preparo de café, como leiteira, coador, canecas, além de filtro de água.

Flat adorável

Adorei , quarto excelente, completo . Uma vista linda . Perto de mercearias, lojas excelentes, padarias, lavanderia , enfim perto de tudo

Deixou muito a desejar no básico, limpeza!

Quando entrei o apartamento estava extremamente sujo. Tive que solicitar limpeza. Tampa do vaso do banheiro quebrada, chão completamente sem limpar, tapete há dias não via um aspirador de pó. Pó por tudo. Geladeira ultra barulhenta a noite.

Prédio bom, boa estrutura, quarto precisa melhorar

O prédio é muito bom. Estrutura muito boa e eu gosto da região. O quarto possuía equipamentos com defeito (painel da sala com TV estava caindo, p.e.), armários e banheiro com limpeza deficiente, observei cabelos cumpridos no guarda-roupas e no chão do banheiro. O quarto não possui um cobertor, durante a semana fez 10º e passei um pouco de frio a noite. No mais, a desvantagem dos barulhos de pouso e decolagem das aeronaves dia e noite, o que acontece em todas as áreas de Itaim.

Lugar muito agradável e seguro. Minha única observação é sobre as tomadas, a maioria delas estão soltando o espelho ou não funcionam. Mas recomendo o lugar e pretendo voltar mais vezes.

O local é muito bom e a acomodação tá bonita. Mas é EXTREMAMENTE RUUIM A LIMPEZA. É nítido. Fico imaginando a vigilância sanitária indo lá. Os travesseiros e as toalhas estão bem velhos tb.
