Awesome

House's keeping they not good job

This us equal to Hilton in every way..except price

There is nothing not to like about this hotel. Right next to one of the largest Shopping Malls we've seen, and we've seen a lot around the world. We used to be Hilton people, but are switching to this brand.

Good enough room and location

Hotel was nice and room was adequate. The pool was terrible without sun, very shallow, and cold. The gym was nice and obviously the location was good.

It is conveniently connects to the Central Mall in Udon. Friendly staff, comfortable bed and room and breakfast is good. It has no valet parking. I was told to park anywhere, so I assume I could park at the mall's parking garage. That was a mistake, my car's tire got locked by the malls security for parking there overnight.

I love my stay a lot!!

I have stayed at this hotel before. It is convenient to the mall and has a good restaurant that is open late. The staff is friendly and accommodating. This is an older hotel, but comfortable. The pool is small and not very deep. I like the steam and sauna room in the mens locker room, but the hot tub could be updated. It's a 10 minute walk to the night market. There is a night club near the hotel/mall entrance if you like live music and dancing. If you are looking to shoot pool and have a drink with a bar girl that is about a 5 minute walk.

The hotel is next door to the big mall, Central plaza. There are Starbucks, McDonald's,KFC and other street food in the basement and Top supermarket inside the Mall. There are tuk tuk you can catch a ride in front of the Mall. You can ask the hotel to call taxi for you as well.

Great hotel. Only issue was that the mini bar was not replenished every day.

Awesome hotel great area

The property is within steps to the central mall which offers endless shopping and dining opportunities. The negative is it is also close to a bar and at least on the Friday night that I was there, the heavy bass from the music could be heard late into the night. Very nice room for the money though.

The room was modern with a comfortable bed. We had a top floor room. The breakfast was very good as well.

Useless status

Second location i stay with and both doesn't recognize the Expedia/hotel .com VIP access. This location no welcome drink but i did ask to changed from twins to single bed.

A Comfortable Hotel

Noisy “neighbours”

The Good Perfectly located next to the mall. Front desk service was competent and check in/check out was a breeze. Rooms were clean and look like they were refurbished a few years ago although the bathrooms weren’t. The Bad The porter service is non existent and they stood watching on while I had to load 6 large luggages into 2 vehicles upon checking out. When my travelling party of 6 (with 1 disabled person) checked in, I had to call the porter to come over to help with the luggages even though he was stood not 10 meters away and was available. The nearby bars (100 meters away) were blasting loud music way past 2am even after the new year celebrations and the heavy bass sounds could be heard even through the sealed windows in our rooms which were above the 10th floor. Can’t imagine what it must have been like for guests on the lower floors.

Well priced compared to others of this quality. Parking is not easy but otherwise nice place.

Property was wonderful but unfortunately for me there was roofing construction on the building right across my window. While not excessively loud, it went on from sunrise to sunset.

Fantastic hotel for a great price in perfect location

Average but great price on Expedia. Cheaper online than in the hotel, which is very unusual Whatever. Good bang for the buck!

Top tier property with excellent service levels.

The Hot water was an issue. They have a strange tap. There are instruction but we couldnt get hoymt water. Everything else was good I wont stay here again due to hot water

Nice room & property but AC didn’t work in room. Sweating all night. Reported to front desk in morning and only said sorry. Didn’t do anything to resolve.

Prefect Stay

Nice lobby with a lounge preforming piano & singing almost everynight. Just nice to unwind the night with such a nice ambient. All the staffs are friendly & attentive, during check theres quite a bit of delayed. Was wondering 3 counters, yet only 1 serving the guest. Another 2 were busy checking or doing some accountable money or shift changing, as im checking in late night at 9+pm. No problem with checking out, very smooth & fast. The room is spacious enough and clean. Is equip with almost everything you needed in it. Just too bad can't attached any pictures here. Will definitely back again in Sept.

Regular excellent hotel

Regular hotel. Convenient if want to go central plaza and best money exchange superrich (SPR) orange is located down an escalator near Tops supermarket. Rates are lower than bkk HQ but best to change there than at a bank upstairs which are open weekends. Food are reasonably priced at the hotel if you don't really want to go out. Request were fulfilled by duty manager. Great breakfast variety even though I mostly just eat western food and same everyday plus every trip.

This hotel is amazing. Breakfast was a buffet. The room was so clean. The bed was comfortable. It is one of the best hotels we have stayed in here.

Great hotel and my preferred hotel in Udon . Last stay was mediocre. The AC was weak making the room slightly uncomfortable. Past stays it was never an issue

Convenient location. Good, tasty breakfast selection. I like the restaurant food. The only negative is the pool, shallow and needs up dating. No attendants at the pool for service. The hot tub in the mens room is old with chipped paint and needs replacement. Good size mens locker room with steam and suana, good place to relax. The hotel is a little dated but reasonably priced, I would stay there again.

This property is right in the heart of Udon Thani! Plenty of dining options at the shopping mall right next door! Easy walk to UD Town and other awesome restaurants and cafes nearby! The swimming pool is awesome and will definitely be staying there again the next time we’re in Udon Thani:)

I always stay at Centara.

It is convenient location because the big Mall, Central plaza is next door. Starbucks, KFC, McDonalds and other food vendors are in the basement part of the Mall. There are supermarket, pharmacy and Watson also on the same floor. The hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. I stayed in a basic room with two twin beds. The bathroom fixtures need to be update since the drainage system is very slow even after I have maintenance guy come to remove hair and other build up the drainage system still slow. I just showered as usual with water comes up to my ankle. I stayed there for four nights. There is tuk tuk normally park in front of the Plaza which I walk around the plaza to get tuk tuk. The plaza opens at 10:30am. McDonald's and Starbucks open 6 or 7 am. There other newer hotels in Udon, I stayed at this hotel because of convenient location for what I needed for the few days I was there.

Old and uncomfortable

I have stayed here 3 times now and it’s really not good. The bed is very uncomfortable and the bathroom is very old. I had booked for 6 nights but checked out early and moved to the far superior moco hotel in UD town.

Good housekeeping, restaurant and reception and bar staff. Had been my regular hotel since 2005. Few rooms still under refurbishment. I do tip every single staff (breakfast, bell boys) and reception staff and bar (welcome drink) as all are employees only. This includes when I'm in Europe. I'm not a tourist or on biz. Only go to 6 monasteries to offer specially sourced monks pana available only overseas to 3 of my religious teachers supported by Thai royal family. From Australia fly to get monks pana then fly to Udon. 50kgs in carton boxes. Suggestion:

Clean, quiet room. Good for resting after some drive. Great location, just a few steps to Central and walking distance to UD town.
