Great resort close to ski hill

Great resort near Mont Tremblant. Lovely fireplace and comfy couches. Well equipped kitchen. Beautiful location with view of the ski hill. March weather made the resort parking lots sheer ice and they were not sanded at all so my car slid right down the lot, and the walking was treacherous. Other than that, all good.

Beautiful brand new large one bedroom condo. Quiet location with amazing views of surrounding hills. Condo fully equipped. Nice hot tub near by. 8 min drive to Tremblant.

A formidable alternative to the Downtown village and really close. The residence are very large and cozy and the Mexican restaurant has wonderful authentic cuisine.

The size of the condo was ideal for a family of 4.

The proximity to Tremblant resort is excellent - there in less than 10 minutes. It is also on the bus route so you don't need a car, say if your teenagers want to hit the slopes without you. The unit said it set up for 4 people. It was adequate for 2 and unfortunately we had 4. The pull-out couch is not suitable for sleeping. It was old, rickety, duct-tapped, sloped and caused issues for our stay. I would suggest putting in a new pull out couch or reducing the occupancy to 2 people max. The amenities are bottom of the barrel. No salt/pepper or paper towels. Bathroom soaps are dollar store variety and the cooking utensils were almost unsafe. We are used to staying in timeshare condos for the last 12 years but this was the least desirable. The price was a hit and if you are looking for a fairly clean place for 2 close to Tremblant then this hits the mark.

This hotel is pretty spectacular located in the mountains, the food was excellent and a great place for kids. Barbecue at your door and everything needed to cook in your condo, definitely will go back!

Loved the experience

The condo was clean and love having a kitchen. They are dated though and show great wear. The price we paid was reasonable so it easily off set this fact. They definitely need to invest in smart tvs though! Make sure you have good winter tires if you plan to stay here! We had quite a bit of snow and many people had issues getting up the mountain. Also bring food incase you don’t want to leave the mountain if weather is bad. There is no grocery store on the resort and the restaurant is only open in the evening. We loved the lg hot tub and change room facilities in the main building. It’s a short drive over to the mountain to ski and so peaceful at CAP opposed to staying in the village at the base of the mountain!

We really enjoyed our time here. Few things for travelers considering - This is a condo community about 10 minutes away from the ski mountain and pedestrian village. Our condo was wonderful - beautiful view of the mountain, clean with everything you needed and very easy access to the village. The lobby area closes at 5 on weekdays so we were a bit confused about key pickup process (this was our fault for not reading the check-in info more carefully). For price, you'll be very pleased with this place - everything we needed for our wonderful Tremblant ski vacation.

Beautiful place to stay - easy to walk around and take in the sights! So close to the village where there are many shops and great dining options.

Good but needs new bed

Great location and view. Loved the visiting deer! Property is older and furniture needs to be updated - especially the bed. Very uncomfortable. But we enjoyed ourselves and loved the fireplace in the living room.

price was right and the pull out couch was comfortable. There were no supplies such as salt and pepper or paper towel or napkins. The reception was closed at 5 pm on Sunday and not 8 pm.

The place becomes am snow trap in the winter time, since the roads to the parking lots do not have a proper maintenance. The units are far away from the reception and its difficult the communication. Its a huge property and since it is in a mountain the roads are a problem.

Cap Tremblant is still awesome!

This is the second time we have stayed here. Cap Tremblant is such a serene retreat, surrounded by mountains and thick forest. Can't beat the tranquility sitting outside in the patio sipping a good cup of tea or coffee. Also very close to Mont Tremblant village as well.

All is good, really enjoyed.

It's all about the views

We enjoyed our stay at Cap Tremblant - the views of the ski hills at Mont-Tremblant resort are just amazing. Accommodations were clean and spacious but interior could use some updating. Well-equipped kitchen, comfy bed, fireplace - what's not to like? (Well, one thing comes to mind: wifi is slow - about 12 Mbps - and disconnects regularly. With just basic cable TV featuring predominantly French language channels it would have been nice to stream some content by way of entertainment but this was not possible. Although the TV will connect to wifi, by design it will not connect to internet. Maybe this is a niggling detail but I would have brought bluetooth speakers to have a music option if I had been ware ahead of time.) We'll probably be back but will come armed with digital entertainment options.

Great place for all seasons.

It was a great place to stay, clean and had all the amenities you need. Would recommend this place to all my friends and family.

The property was nice however there was only one small frying pan, no kettle, only two dull knives and intermittent water supply.

Week end getaway

Stayed for 2 nights at Cap Tremblant, our first visit did not disappoint. We had a one bedroom condo with a balcony and a beautiful view of the ski mountain. The deer came up right to our balcony for breakfast, which made our day. Clean, comfortable unit with fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher. Having washer and dryer in the condo was a plus as well as eco wood burning fireplace for a romantic evening. We took advantage of the nice sunny weather to play tennis on the property (bring your own tennis balls and rackets). Great customer service - Isabelle at the front desk was excellent! Our check in was quick and smooth, all our questions were answered and requests met, and they honored our Gold member VIP benefits. Will definitely come back!

Overall, very nice, with the upgrades of hardwood floor, excellent views, etc. though the small appliances could have been upgraded, like toaster, etc., which doesn't need to be fancy but a nice one, so is the bathroom, some small stuffs. Another comment is, if anything, more power plug-ins would be nice, especially those sitting areas, as everyone may need 2-3 powers nowadays :).

Overall was good, refreshing view and room was clean. The air-conditioner in the room was a bit noisy.

The outside property was good, the location also good, the views were fantastic. The condo itself needed attention, paint ,carpeting and couches.

Very pleasant, comfortable and cozy

I have been going to Cap Tremblant for 4-5 years. The property is surrounded by beautiful nature. Usually the condos are very privet and the stay is relaxing. This time I was placed in a ground level small condo, the entire building was full of people eventhough there were empty units in other buildings. In the condo there were 4 small forks and 3 wine glasses - all different size, available to use. Usually there are 3 pools available. This time 2 of them were under renovation. This was announced at the checking, not at the booking.

The property was located in a great area of the mountain. Close to the lake and village. The pools were closed at 2 locations. The main pool at the lodge at the top of the hill is old and dated. The pool itself is very dated. For a property on site the extras are very dated. The stay was great however. But the sites require some major upgrades.

Our unit was clean, bright and had everything we needed! Staff was super friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were well informed and well taken care of. Pool was amazing. I would definitely stay there again.

Cozy and calm getaway

We had an amazing stay at cap tremblant. Our condo was located on the ground floor. We had an amazing view on Mount Tremblant. The condo was very spacious with two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen was very well equipped! I would strongly recommend this resort if you’re looking for a calm weekend getaway! And it’s a 7 minutes drive to the tremblant village!

Cottage Beauty

I was surprised by the size of the place and the fact that I had a fully functional kitchen. The view was beautiful. It's a great place for friends or couple retreat.

The only problem i had was the bed was really hard.

Location was great!! Not far from lots of activities!! It was clean and well organized! The view was spectacular!!

Great location, area is very peaceful, nature lovers will enjoy the walks, bring your bikes, and ride on petit train du nord. We had reserved a 2 bedroom, 1 bath, but got upgraded to a 2 storey 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo, spacious and very comfortable. But, need to clean off cobwebs. Will definately come back.

Missing key items

Great location close to the hills with shuttle access. Chalet missing key items : not enough dishes , forks and knives , bed sheets pillow and covers. Bed and pull out need replacing , not comfortable at all .

We had a great stay at CAP Tremblant. Loved the location, with views of the valley and Mont Tremblant. Richard, the front desk agent was very helpful and kind. It was nice having our own condo for the week, with all the amenities of home. Would definitely stay here again.

Great weekend!

Our whole family had a really great time. It was close to Mont Tremblant skiing and we had a great view even though our condo was in the basement/ bottom level. The hot tub was a little jaunt but very nice. My husband liked the gym as well. We went Tubing Friday night in Mont Tremblant and Skiing Saturday and this was very close to both. It was nice they left coffee in the rooms and most of the things you would needed to cook for the weekend or make snacks. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect Ski Lodge

Perfect place to stay for skiing at Mount Tremblant. They have everything you need for a great weekend getaway and also have a shuttle service for the mountain.

Great value for your money. Outdated but gorgeous location!

It is not our first time in cap tremblant (over 10 times) but this room the beds and all furnitures were outdated! Mattresses are so old we couldn’t even sleep! We booked for 2 night, next day we called the reception to change room but she said it is impossible! We had to book another hotel and leave! Worst experience ever! Will never go back there!

A solid location to stay for a longer ski trip for a group, and the ski shuttle every 40minutes was a dealmaker for us. However, we got the distinct impression that the place was struggling financially. Not to mention that the rooms are in need of a major update, as the furniture and decor are all worn, tired, orbrvrn damaged, and circa 2000 when the site opened. But you don't come to Tremblant for the hotels. If you aren't picky and you're just looking for a place to crash and cook, you'll be happy here.

Was a beautiful location, close to everything and the people were lovely. The only one complaint which I hate doing is the bed wasn’t very comfortable and pillows very hard. But honestly minor details to how fabulous this place was. Will definitely go back!!

CAP Tremblant is well located and close to the Tremblant resort and Old Tremblant Village. The condos are a bit older but still nice and functional. Quite perfect for a family stay. There are 2 hot tubs open for winter which is nice after a day of skiing. The only point I will note is that the road is quite steep up to the chalets and registration. If you don't have winter tires or are not comfortable driving in snow, this is not a place for you. The steep hills make it challenging when there is snowfall.

Nice view of the ski resort.

Clean comfy 1bdr unit with full kitchen and everything you need to cook.Good hot tub outside, free bus shuttle to ski resort every 40 minutes.The only problem was 3 story building and no noise protection in the floors. Kids in the unit on top of us jumping up and down was too loud in our appartment.

Cap Tremblant is a great place to stay, the apartment was really clean, bigger than what I was expecting and during ski season, the convenience of the shuttle to bring you to the slopes was awesome and a great bonus, will certainly go to Cap Tremblant again.

Had all we needed with the small exception of paper towels. Shuttle bus was awesome made our stay easy!

Beautiful views, nice hot tub facility. Noise was very obnoxious outside during the day with the racetrack next door.

September is a great time to travel here as resort was not busy at all. Condo was great,plenty of room for a one bedroom and super clean. Mountain view was super (condo #270-7) Carpet throughout needs to be replaced and the race car noise during the day from the track down below (just until about 4:30 p.m.) was a major nuisance in an otherwise serene setting. Overall, loved it!

My husband's bike got stolen from our car (parking lot) by the condo. The bike was locked so perpetrators took wheels, seat and so on but frame. Very sad that somebody wants to steal an old bike parts in the middle of the night.

Breathtaking location on top of a mountain. Located a short drive from major attractions and the pedestrian village and secluded enough to feel far away from tourists.

Pool area very strict. Was told we could bring canned drinks and food at the adult pool but when we got there we were only allowed water which we didn’t take with us.

Grounds & outside of property is beautiful. Inside is dated & in need of renovation. Some Front desk staff not helpful & seemed annoyed by questions. Main pool closed the entire time & pool closest to us was adult only which meant our family could not use it.

It is located in top of the little hill and surrounded by lots of tree. So, i can feel fresh air and good scenery.

The view of the lake and mountains was beautiful and being surrounded by nature was something that we really enjoyed. The location made it tough to walk down to the town as the road is not the greatest for walking so it wasn’t easy to get to the pools or the village. One pool was closed during our stay. And while the room was reasonably clean, we had aunts on the kitchen counter the second day even with us not leaving anything out. While I could sit on that deck for hours, my biggest complaint would be the uncomfortable bed. Even my 13 year old daughter found it very difficult to sleep on such an uncomfortable mattress. They need to upgrade for sure.

Cap Tremblant property was great. This unit was very very average. If you want good value for a basic unit, then this one is for you. No kettle, no baking sheet, small glasses, old style spring mattress, cheap pillows. Basic. Location for what we needed was fine. Patio was nice to have.

We really enjoyed our stay, and the accommodations were more that we had hoped for.The views from the condos are just breathtaking but the furniture is a bit dated is all. Otherwise an excellent experience and stay!!
