Clean rooms and very convenient city center but no parking and there is a club directly underneath the hotel so if you’re looking for a good nights rest, this is not the place to stay literally music until 5 AM in the morning but so loud that I couldn’t even hear my TV

Hostel itself was really nice, cute decor with great kitchen and laundry amenities. Quick walk to the beach and bus station. However, the area around the hostel was not the nicest and it was a long walk to the historic centre to find nice places to hang out. There was also a problem with cockroaches in the room that made it very difficult to get a good nights sleep. Steer clear of the ground floor rooms!

Fantastic location right in the heart of Las Palmas. The receptionist who greeted us was super nice and helpful. Our room was very comfortable, with a large bed and nice decorative touches. The roof top patio is nice and has a kitchen for guest use. Our one complaint was the difficulty in finding parking, but the receptionist helped, providing us with their one parking spot for 9 Euro per night. We were very grateful that the one spot was available. This was our final night on the island, and we had a great and restful stay before our flights the next morning. Thank you!

Amazing experience

A lovely place with a unique style. The host was very friendly and let us keep our luggage in the reception until 5pm. The roof top terrace was a hidden gem. A great place to have a barbecue dinner. Very central location and very close to the beach!

Nice, cozy, friendly and clean

It was a nice and quiet place relative to the great location and affordable cost.

Short walk to the beach, bus station and harbour (within 5-10 mins). Plenty of restaurants around. Rooms are bit on the small side (we had one with mezzanine level for the bed) and we didn't realise we'd booked one with a shared bathroom but otherwise it was just what we needed for our 4 days away. Bike & kayak hire is available for free at the hotel. There are kitchen and bathroom facilities and some toiletries for use by the guests. We found a hairdryer in one of the bathrooms but we'd brought our own any way. The rooms are kinda cool and all painted in white with wooden details everywhere. Really great value and we'd happily stay there again next year when we return for the GC Half Marathon.

Lovely hotel full of creativity, natural materials used all over, 2 kitchens, one on the roof terrace, you can cook and use the washer as well. Everything perfectly clean and tidy. A lot of love put into it. Really worth the value.

Mi habitación estaba sucia. Se escucha cada ruido del pasillo y de la puerta de entrada, que es un no parar. Lo de dejar la maleta es un problema. La terraza es genial.

Opción económica

La habitación no era tan bonita como en las fotos, pero la cama es muy muy cómoda. El personal muy amable. El agua caliente tarda en salir, pero paciencia, llega. Aunque se no está muy bien insonorizada, pudimos descansar bien, los huéspedes que había respetaron el horario de descanso. La calle en la que se encuentra, nos dijeron que tiene mala fama, pero nosotros nos sentimos seguros en todo momento.

Kaikki sujui erinomaisesti. Erittäin mukava henkilökunta. Olisin kaivannut selkeyttä sisäänkirjautumiselle kun en tiennyt minne pitää mennä ja kun kukaan ei avannut ovea vaikka ovikelloa soitin. Äänieristys kans olisi tärkeä!

Todo perfecto!!!

Plus 1 - schöne, saubere und ausreichend große Zimmer, sehr bequemes Bett und originelle Einrichtung. Plus 2 - Lage im Zentrum und nahe zur Uferpromenade, jede Menge Restaurants und Lokale rundherum Minus 1 - Unterkunft liegt in der Fußgängerzone, direkte Zufahrt per Taxi schwer möglich. Nix für Leute mit schwerem Gepäck. Minus 2 - die Badewanne (sogar Whirlpool) ist nur als Dusche benutzbar, weil der Überlauf angeblich nicht angeschlossen ist und der Betreiber offenbar nicht mal vor hat, das zu reparieren.

Älskar det här mysiga boendet, liknar inget annat vi har bott på. Det är väldigt personligt. Läget är toppen, älskade rummet och inredningen, takterassen med köket där vi åt våra frukostar och många middagar

Diferente y ecológico. En el entorno exterior muchísimo ruido, recogida basura muy tarde, limpieza calle muy temprano y ruidoso, rodamiento cubos basura, y desde muy muy al amanecer personas de al lado comedor social hablando, sin reformar horas. Por lo demás todo bien 😌

Une nuit pas plus….

Le Cactus est bien situé. J y suis restée qu une nuit. Je ne suis pas fan de la déshumanisation de l accueil (whatsapp en réceptionniste fait le taf mais je dois être trop vieille pour apprécier…) La chambre était jolie bien que petite et surtout il n y avait qu une sorte de soupirail en guise de fenêtre….

Buen hostel, céntrico, personal amable y buena atención al cliente.

Excelente ubicación, a 5 minutos a pie de la playa de las Canteras y del parque de Santa Catalina. Rodeado de bares y restaurantes para comer a un precio razonable. El concepto de albergue juvenil para el precio de la reserva es aceptable, pero he echado de menos el servicio de limpieza de la habitacion durante los dias de la reserva. La habitacion disponia de dos baños comunes cercanos, uno con ducha y el otro sin ella. El alojamiento dispone de un alquiler gratuito de diferentes objetos (toallas de playa, tablas y colchonetas de playa, sombrillas, gafas y tubos de buceo, sillas plegables, bicicletas y algunls productos de higiene). Un punto muy importante a mejorar: para la habitacion doble coqueta 6 no se indica que el baño sea compartido y aparecen fotos del baño comun, cosa que lleva a engaño al hacer la reserva. Si vais en coche durante una semana el parking Elder ofrece un bono de 30€ por semana muy recomendable.

Et hyggelig hostel til en bra pris, nære stranden, veldi hyggelig betjening, Alt var lgd av gamle paller og div tre, Spesiell plass, Anbefales til alle som ikke trenger så mye!

++ La situación del Cactus en la ciudad es muy buena. El edificio está bien rehabilitado y los servicios cumplen perfectamente con el concepto mochilero. Limpieza y atención muy buena. - - En las dos ocasiones que he estado, me dieron habitación muy pequeña con un único ventanuco y en alto = poca luz natural. En esta segunda ocasión, además, el somier crujía al mínimo movimiento y el colchón estaba absolutamente desfondado. Por lo que el balance final es que por +-35€/día resulta caro; prefiero pagar unos pocos euros más y tener luz natural y, sobre todo, un buen descanso. En Las Palmas es posible encontrar establecimientos en la zona con una relación calidad-precio más acertada. Muchas gracias, un saludo

Hubicasion y trato del personal era muy bien. Habitación con una ventana muy pequeña. El primer día no tenía agua caliente.
